Fantasy White lilies orphanage

"Are you sure? I'm old enough to be a maid." He said glancing over her features before adding "you don't have to do more than required either. Besides you've been here a lot longer Than I have, so your probably more tired." He said trying to think carefully before he spoke.

@Cherrywitch

Though she tried to hide it, it was true. Amy was exhausted, always working and then caring for the younger children on top of it. It was amazing how she didn't faint from exhaustion, and even more incredible how she always seemed happy. "Don't worry about me, I'm fine. I'm tough from being here so long. I can handle it." The half dragon knelt to give him a hug. She smelt nice, sweet but light and warm.

@JayKuro

Ember hugged Amy back knowing how exhausted she was. He big sister had done the same thing before she died, out up a smile even when she was exhausted and tired when she just wanted to break down and cry. He knew straight off the bat when she introduced herself that she reminded him of his big sister.

@Cherrywitch

The half dragon leaned back and messed his hair gently. "Hehe. See? Why don't you go meet the other kids? I'm sure they'd love to meet you." Amy gave a gentle smile, eyes kind and caring.

@JayKuro

"The younger ones like you usually work together to get all their chores done, so they get done earlier. They're probably playing in the back of the house." Amy said thoughtfully.

@JayKuro

"Oh that makes sense...." Ember said more to himself than Amy. "Is there a lot of chores we have to do?" He asked genuinely interested in how things worked around here.

@Cherrywitch

The half dragon nervously played with her long red hair, giving a sigh. "...there's a lot of chores, I won't avoid that fact... I'm sure it won't be too bad... If you ever need help, just ask me and I'll help you do the chores." Amy offered.

@JayKuro

Ember got a general idea of how many there were by the way Amelia played with her hands. "I'm good at chores so it shouldn't be that hard. If anything I'll be helping you with your chores." He said smiling back up at her.

@Cherrywitch

Amy looked up with a soft laugh, standing to her full height. "Oh, no dear, I can handle my own. But thank you, that's very thoughtful..." After finishing the dishes, she took his hand softly. "Let's go introduce you, okay?"

(@JayKuro should we wait for more people?)

Polonsky Darinn Polonsky suddenly appeared standing next to ember. "A new prisoner?" He exclaimed leaning over to him. "Well kid, welcome to Neverland! I'm Peter Pan!" He chuckled and put his hand out to shake his. "Nice to meet you."

The half dragon narrowed her pretty green eyes at the child. "Hey! Do not talk like that. He's already frightened." Amy gently pet Ember's head. "Ember, this is Polonsky. Polonsky, Ember." The redhead muttered quietly.

@JayKuro @Themoosemaster

Polonsky Darinn "jawohl!" He said, doing a German salute to her. Stomping was heard in the floor up above heading to the stairs. "Oop! I think that's the Warden looking for me, I may or may not've put a fire sprite into his desk. BUH BYE!" He disappeared with a purple mist.

//sorry I was gone for so long I suddenly got busy

Ember jumped back when the kid suddenly popped in front of him mentioning something about Peter Pan and neverland. He disappeared as soon as he arrived leaving Ember completely and totally confused. 'A fire Sprite? What is that?' He thought looking at the last place polonsky had just been standing.

Polonsky Darinn Polonsky chuckled as he reappeared in the kitchen grabbing the fresh made coffee and went back down to the stairs next to the newcomer. He pulled string from his pocket and set a pressure trap with the coffee, still chuckling. He looked to them both and did a shushing gesture. He disappeared again and waited for the person looking for him to come down.

Ember tilted his head confused as to what Polonsky was doing. He looked at Polonsky who shushed him and he nodded his head a few times acting as if he had never seen the trap. He wasn't a hundred percent sure as to what polonsky was going to do but Ember thought it might be something interesting to watch.

@Themoosemaster

Polonsky The adult ran down the stairs and tripped on the string, instead of falling into the coffee the string sent a small ball on a ramp that wasn't visible before. It hit a trebuchet and gets flung to a larger ball which hits a coffee cup and the burning hot coffee has splashes on him. Polonsky was practically dying of laughter on the floor. He suddenly stopped, shoved the string in the newcomers hand and disappeared with a silent "Good luck kid."

Ember held the string confused as to why it was given to him. The warden started yelling at him spilled coffee all over him. The warden grabbed Ember's arm and started pulling him upstairs probably into his office.

@Themoosemaster

Row looked down the stairs from where she had been told to wait, and saw a young child being pulled roughly upstairs. She leans backwards against the wall as the warden reaches her, taking in the coffee stains. She shoots the child a quizzical look, almost impressed. Splashing hot coffee on a warden? Took some guts for a kid.

Polonsky Polonskys' head appeared by Ember while the Warden had his back turned. "You're welcome by the way." He whispered to him. "It looks like you spilled coffee on the Warden, people respect you now." He chuckled and his floating head disappeared with a twirl.

Ember looked confused at Polonsky for a moment until he disappeared. 'I spilled coffee on the warden? But that wasn't me.' He thought trying to keep pace with the wardens quick movements. He tripped a lot trying to go up the stairs the warden going way too fast. He looked up and saw a girl at the top of the stairs, 'did she get in trouble too?' He thought glancing back down.

@Themoosemaster @Francis A

Row looked down to see Polonsky disappearing into thin air. She had only been here for a week, yet knew of his reputation as an all round trickster and practical joker. He probably helped the plucky kid. The warden beckons Row and carries on with Ember towards the office. On the way there, Row pats the kid's head when the warden isn't looking, trying to comfort him in preparation for the chewing out they would both likely receive.

Ember looked up as the girl started petting hid head in a reassuring way. He was exactly sure on how he was going to be.... Disciplined but he didn't think it was going to be good. Ember probably had a bruise from the warden's tight grip and from him being yanked around. He lets go of Ember and sits down at his desk drumming his fingers on it in an annoyed way.

Row takes a seat next to the child, her face holding back a scowl. She had been caught napping when she was supposed to be cleaning the windows after the downpour yesterday. It wasn't her fault, however, that they had made her stay up all night making sure no water got through the old walls and into the delicate boiler room in the basement. She was to use her sharp hearing to check for drops of water and her nose to sniff out any damp so that the machinery worked correctly. With a strong conviction that she did, in fact, claim the moral high ground, she folded her arms in front of her and stiffened her spine. The warden, still covered in coffee and yet doggedly trying to retain any dignity he could, suddenly smiles. He leans back in his chair and tells the two children sitting in front of him that there are many difficult chores they could do after yesterday's storm.

@JayKuro ((sorry it is so long! I got carried away…))

// it's okay get carried away all you want!

Ember sits with his knees to his chest scared to let his feet dangle over the edge. The warden starts talking about difficult chores they could do after the storm, he quietly sighed with relief glad that his punishment didn't seem to difficult or painful. He looked over to the bigger girl but quickly looked away again playing with Zoey's paws.
