a spiritual being believed to act as an attendant, agent, or messenger of God, conventionally represented in human form with wings and a long robe.
Angels. What If I told you they were real? And demons, they're real as well. Both species walk among us everyday, yet no mortal human has seen one. That's because angels and demons are very good about keeping their secrets. But the angels who roam Earth are not the heavenly figures with shimmering harps and flowing robes. I'm talking about guardians. Guardian angels, sent from Heaven, assigned to one human being, and given one mission. Guardian angels already know how their human will die, and are strictly forbidden to tell them, but in the meantime, they must protect them, preventing anything from killing them unless it's the way they are to go. Guardian angels must also keep their identities hidden from their assigned human. However a couple of these guardian angels have accidentally revealed themselves by trying to save their human. However, it's not like the minute they reveal their identity to their human that all of a sudden their human can see the gigantic wings that ave sproued from the back of these angels. No, the guardian angel must then prove theirselves to their human and the human must believe and have faith that this angel is telling the truth.
However a new threat is lurking to not just humans but to angels as well. Eligos, one of the many Dukes of Hell, has gathered a small mafia of his most trusted warriors. Now angels are disappearing at night and returning without wings, or worse - the demons will still the human they're sworn to protect and lure the angel to their death. When a Guardian Angel loses their wing, they ultimately lose their immortality, therefore causing the angel to become human. This slowly kills the angel, as they have never in many centuries had to drink, eat, or sleep. The lack of knowledge they have about a human's everyday life is what truly kills them, as they tend to have a hard time picking it up, not understanding simple things like grocery shopping and in extreme cases, breathing.
In the end, both races, angel and human, must save each other. The humans must teach the angels how to live like a human if they were ever to lose their wings, and the angels must protect their human from death and other uncertainties.
