She smiled a little and leaned on him a little. The kids were both at school with Javi at a daycare centre they’d found that would have him during the days JD couldn’t be at home and she was just ready to be at home with her boys and Jojo, getting to the couch and laying down smiling at her puppy while he sniffed at her, trying to sus her out for a moment before getting excited. “Oh my baby missed me.”

Jon frowned some and held onto her tightly. “I don’t know how to keep it going. My son is gone... that shit isn’t supposed to happen. You aren’t meant to outlive your children.” He whimpered still shaking and holding onto her like he would be lost if he let go

JD smiled wide as he walked inside seeing Jojo loving all over her "Let me tell you, he really did." He murmured before he put her stuff away. He moved to sit with her on the couch putting her legs in his lap "Welcome home beautiful." He murmured as he started to massage her feet

Max frowned some and gave a small nod "I know baby I know. Look I know you don't believe in fate or whatever but maybe thats what this is." She whispered to him

She smiled tiredly and watched him. “We got a ways to go but we can get there.” She murmured and kissed his cheek. “I love you.” She murmured just holding onto him. “I think we’ve done good with the boys though.” She mumbled tiredly.

he frowned some. “I can’t do this though. I can’t livewith myself like this.” He muttered shaking some, gripping her hand tight as he could.

JD smiled some and gave a nod "I think so too, a lot of it thanks to you." He murmured smiling softly at her

Max was by his side the whole way through his healing. She had convinced him to talk with others about it and to also see a therapist that was a friend of the family. He seemed to be getting better as time went by and he finally had a relationship with their daughter as well. She sat at home with the two of them and laughed lightly as Lily ran to Jon to get him to try the 'food' she made while she played Chef "How are you feeling?"
