Your adventure starts in a bar. Where it ends is up to you.

[Thiistia]

Thea looks around the bar, searching for an open seat. She finds one, near the corner. She goes to sit down. A waitress walks up to her and says "Want anything?" She replies "Water, please." The waitress walks off, and Thea sits, looking around the bar.

As Ryuu enjoys his whiskey he looks around the bar, a man walks over to him. "You look like you have lots of gold" he says to Ryuu. "If you judge on looks it will not get you far in life" Ryuu replied. "Give me your gold and I will certainly leave you alone" the man threatens. Ryuu holds his sword to mans face. "I dare you to try!" he shouts.

 

[Cthulhu Cult]

seth tries to ignore the rowdy fight brewing. he sits down at the bar. "two shots of cider whiskey." he says but soon adds. "and there's extra copper for any rumours or leads around."

 

[Rantos]

"OI!" Yells the gruff bar tender form behind the bar. He pulls out an unnecessarily large axe from under the bar table and slams it into a nearby table, breaking it with little effort. "Both of you settle down before I chop you both! Wanna fight? Take it outside!" He yelled.


An elf then walked up to the table and ordered a drink. The bar tender nodded and began fixing up the elfs requested drink. "If you really want to know something. There is a strange woman going around talking non-scene of Gods and men and bull shit like that. But I hear shes not all talk. Any more information is gonna cost you some silver."

[Almighty Lord Satan]

Jelly walks up to the bartender. "I'll have something," he says, pulling out his wallet and, being very obvious, shows the bartender the exact amount of money in his wallet: 8 gold, 15 silver, 150 copper. After making sure the bartender has seen the exact amount of money in his wallet, Jelly says, "You know what, I'm good," and sneaks off quietly. While the bartender is talking to the others, Jelly sneaks up behind him and pickpockets him stealthily. Grinning silently, he stealthily creeps off and finds a seat near the back of room. He takes the money he has earned (5 silver and 20 copper) and puts it in his boot. Then he simply waits.

 

[TheAlmightyStan]

Luston walks into the tavern. He looks around for a moment and sees a broken table and two men yelling. He preaches to the people in the bar to repent for they are unworthy. He then proceeds to sit down at the bar. He then asks the Bartender of there is anything he can get for five copper.

 

[Sinister Stories]

walks into tavern singing.

[Thiistia]

Thea sees a fight over near the bar, the bartender wielding an axe. The waitress soon came back with her water, and set it on the table. "Anything else?" the waitress asked. "No, thank you." She replied. "That'll be a silver, miss." The waitress said gruffly. "What?! That's insane! Isn't plain water just one copper?" Thea yelled. "Miss, if you don't have a silver, I'll be takin' that water back." The waitress sighed. "No! That's ridiculous! I'll give you two copper at most!" "Sorry, miss. You'll have to give me that water back." The waitress reaches for the water, but Thea grabs her hand. "No, that'll be one copper." Thea said. Thea then tries a small mind control spell on the waitress to lower the price to one copper.

"Tell me something do you value your life?" Ryuu asks the man as he holds his sword under his chin. "Of course i do" he replied. "Then I highly suggest you leave me to myself before i get angry." Ryuu threatens. "As you wish." As the man says that he leaves the bar. "This is not over." The man says before he walks away. Ryuu sits back down at the bar counter. "People these days." he mutters to himself.

 

[Cthulhu Cult]

"alright ill give you a silver." seth says while drinking one of his shot glasses. "im looking for mercenary work or rumours of treasure, nothing too big. something with a 7 silver reward." seth says looking around for head hunter posters and paying the silver. while listening to the barkeep seth drinks his last shot glass, hoping to find a job worthwhile.

 

[Almighty Lord Satan]

Jelly sidles up to the bar, sitting next to the tall elf with the massive bow. He looks at the bartender. "Get me the best beer ten copper can buy," Jelly says gruffly, and then he sits and waits. When the bartender returns with his beer, Jelly sips and asks, "So...have you heard of any jobs that a man of my skills could do? I'm talkin' high pay, high risk jobs." Jelly hands the bartender ten copper for the beer, then sits and waits for an answer.

 

[Sinister Stories]

"I must sing to bring joy to those who love romance." sally says dancing around like a flying buttercup fairy. "all the fat in the world could not be as joyful as i"

 

[TheAlmightyStan]

The bar tender gruffly says, "I can get ye one beer with that money." The bartender hands Luston a beer and Luston gives him five copper. He the proceeds to go to the corner of the tavern and sips his beer lightly enjoying every sip

 

[Thiistia]

The waitress' eyes go blank for a moment, and she says "Right, miss, one copper..." in a monotone voice. Thea hands the waitress one copper, and the waitress walks away. Thea slowly sips her water, watching the bar erupt into chaos. She sighs, and thinks about the old days, when she was trained in the psionic arts. Just then, she spots a strapping young woman singing near the door of the bar.

Ryuu walks over to Jelly and Seth. "Excuse me but I am interested in a job of any kind since I have lost my own." He says. "If the job involves fighting, high pay or adventure from this place I will take it." Ryuu continues. Ryuu looks down at Jelly. "You short one are you also looking for high pay?" He asks.

 

[Cthulhu Cult]

"we're all looking for high pay," seth says. "but just because we want high pay doesn't mean we'll find it. i've already payed the barkeep a silver for info so if you want in on this quest you'll need to help chip in on the info. you too gnome. other than that i think we're in business!" seth says excitedly as he turn to the barkeep "now about that info what do you know?"

 

[Almighty Lord Satan]

"Hey barkeep, if you want the best quality you send me in. I'm trained in all manner of missions. I promise you, with the right pay, I can get it done." Jelly turns to the other two. I'm fine if you tag along...but you will have to keep up with me." Jelly turns back to the barkeep. "I will up that elf's deal...two silver is on the line for you."

 

[Rantos]

The barkeeper watched as many different beings, all of varied shapes and sizes, but with one goal. Kill monsters, earn money. "Put the money on the table." The barkeep plainly said. "Alright gents. Elf boy, remember when I talked about that strange woman, well there is more. People say that she has been killing of folks left and right. We aren't a warrior town, so we got no one to fight her. Kill her, and you get paid."

[Sinister Stories]

Sally jumps in front of the bartender and launches into an intense song. She waltz's on a table. Then she jumps off and begins playing her banjo. As boos erupt from around her, she continues dancing, singing, and playing, oblivious. She gets quickly escorted out of a bar by a security guard, and begins singing outside. One beating and one mugging later, she's back in the bar, singing again!

 

[TheAlmightyStan]

Luston finishes his beer. He walks up to the bar and Preaches to the drunken fools and sober people. He sits down next to three men and tells them to repent for you art unworthy, he then asks them for a beer.

 

[Thiistia]

Thea sees the young woman get escorted out of the bar, then sees her get back into the bar. She debates whether or not to go over and talk to the woman. She has a pretty good voice, in Thea's opinion, but she decides not to. She sees a small crowd gathering around the bartender, and decides to walk over there instead. She leans in between a dwarf and an elf preaching something about being unworthy. She hands the bartender a silver and says "I'd like to hear about what they're hearing about, please."

Ryuu agrees to carryout the mission of killing the woman. "I will find her and slaughter her." he says. "Short one do you agree to help me on this mission?" he asks Jelly. "This will be faster if we do this together." Ryuu takes out his sword and gets ready to go find the woman.

 

[Cthulhu Cult]

"dont leave me out of this. you can all tag along but this is my bounty remember." seth says as he turns to ryuu and the rest of the group. "we'll leave at dawn. we have until then to ready supplies. or if we're in agreement we can leave immediately.

 

[Almighty Lord Satan]

"Short one?" Jelly asks, bristling. Then he turns to the elf. "YOUR bounty? I paid 2 silver and you only paid one." He turns back to the Dragon-being. "I will team up with you, you don't seem that bad. Screw the other guy, though. You distract her and I'll go in for the kill, and we can split the pay." Jelly balances a knife on his fingertip. "As for you, elf...why don't you go find some other job that better suits you, like polishing some lord's boots?"
