"Okay" Regan breathed out, relaxing a bit. "It's good you're still alive. Just hurry up and get back here. I've been hearing explosions and all this crazy stuff is going on. I actually thought you were dead for a moment."

Elyana looked outside, "Uhm guys... are we really safe here?" She said uncomfortably. She couldn't shake the feeling that there was something bad about to happen.


 
Kiel looked up sheepishly and noticed that someone had seen his epic failure. He piped up when she noticed he was listening to Lana and pulled out his headphones. "I'm listening to ultraviolence. I adore the songs on this album." Kiel gushed. @Kordxna

Zori nodded, seeing he was in the neighborhood. Just a few more minutes left. "I know Reggie. I'm literally on the street." He spoke softly, trying to ignore the explosion that was a few blocks away. "I'm not dead. I'll see you when I get there." He spoke, ending the call as he forced himself to continue running and increased the speed.


Solana looked over at Elyana and shrugged. "I doubt this is the best place to be but where else could we even go?"

Solana was right, this place was their safest bet for now unless they fled town completely, but where would they go? Would this chaos be over soon?


"I hope everything will be okay." She admitted to Solana with a sigh.

Kory nodded and helped grab the rest of the cucumbers. "You know, I never really could get into Ultraviolence. It's good for when I'm all upset and depressed but I prefer Paradise over all of them. I can understand why you like it though, it's a good album. I'm more excited for Honeymoon than anything. I think it's going to be absolutely amazing." She flipped her hair back but when it fell back onto her face she settled for putting it into a bun. Hopefully the ponytail cord ((scrunchie, etc. whatever you wanna call it)) wouldn't break. Kiel nodded in excitement. "Yes her albums never disappoint." He replied with a grin. "I'm Kiel by the way, thanks for helping clean up the cucumbers." He added with a laugh.

Kory chuckled and grabbed her cart with Kinny in it, sitting patiently. "I'm Kory. And no problem. I just moved here with my mom. I go to Washington High. I haven't seen many people out lately but I heard an explosion earlier. What is going on with this place? This whole place seems kinda off. No offense." @Melanie Teresa

Kiel shuddered at the mention of an explosion, he had heard it earlier and began to panic about it.


"Yeah there's been a lot messed up stuff happening around here so none taken." Kiel agreed as he put a cucumber in his basket which already had lettuce and kale. "I heard something about 'Hell Week' on Facebook." Kiel admitted in a hushed tone.

"What the heck is Hell Week?" She asked in a genuinely confused tone. "And what do you mean messed up stuff? I'm not trying to get killed haha..." she starts to chuckle but trails off. She's obviously being serious. @Melanie Teresa

He bit his lip and put down his basket for a second. "Some anarchist rebellion I think. And well at the school dance someone was killed and a bunch of goons and hit men were hired to kill these two girls...." Kiel started, knowing that the explanation would be somewhat confusing. "I think they're trying to avenge the kids death." He added after a long pause. A man wearing one of the trade mark animal masks walked into the grocery store concealing something under his hoodie.


Kiel didn't wait for any thing else to happen as he shot a worried look to Korry. "Grab your things, we need to go NOW. I'll explain later." Kiel urged as he hurried towards the loading dock doors of the store, which provided a convenient exit in time of distress. @Kordxna

"It has to be okay... I'm praying it'll be okay to be honest with you..." Solana said softly when a loud banging was heard on the door. Solana jumped in surprise but stood, quickly walking towards it. She opened the door, revealing Zori who stumbled inside. He had a bruise on his left cheek but other than that looked perfectly fine.


"It's a party out there." He said sarcastically, walking over to the couch and plopping down on it.


"Alex can you get some ice please?" Solana asked, looking at her friend.

"I'm praying with you." Elyana replied thoughtfully to Solana as a loud sound caused them both to jump. Zori didn't look too damaged and Elyana rushed to lock the door.


"What's going on out there?! Are you okay???" Elyana asked Zori, eyes widened in fear.

Zori glanced at her and nodded his head with a smile. "Oh I'm perfectly fine! Just everyone throwing petals and rainbows out there singing friendship songs." He said with a shrug, chuckling at his sarcasm.

Elyana rolled her eyes at Zori's sarcasm. "Good to know. Think they can spray me with magical fairy dust?" She cracked back at him. Her nerves were through the roof.

"Oh I'm sure they could." Zori said with a nod. "You've just got to find the fucking fairy!" He exclaimed, giving her a look.


"Stop it. Both of you." Solana said with a small frown.

Elyana cooled it with the hostility before looking apologetically at Solana then Zori, "I'm sorry Zori. I didn't mean to get hostile." She apologized sincerely.

"Wait wait! Let me grab my cart and my dog!" She leashed Kinny and took him out of the cart. He ran alongside her as she rushed towards the loading docks, following Kiel @Melanie Teresa

As they exited they heard Kenny shouting, "OPEN ALL OF THE REGISTERS NOW AND EVERYONE ELSE GET ON THE GROUND." Kenny commanded as a group of fellow mask wearers entered the grocery store and began shooting it up.

Kiel and Kory had managed to escape the building before shots rang. 'Do you have a car here? We need to leave." Kiel ordered. @Kordxna

"Holy shit. Yeah I do let's get out of here." She had never been more terrified her whole life. "What was that shit?! This isn't a fucking movie this is real life. Where are the police?!" She ran around to the side parking lot where her car was. It appeared to be empty. She put Kinny in the backseat and loaded her groceries in the trunk and shoved the cart away. She got in the car and waited for Kiel. ((Same. Goodnight everyone.))

National Guard units had been deployed to Washington; fully loaded and ready for war. It was about time. Blackhawks and humvees showered the area; shooting down anyone with a mask. Most of these masked men were prior service though, and understood how to combat military tactics. Holding hostages was one source. The police force had already been run out of the city for the most part; except for Sonny and Olivia, who took he fight into their own hands. Chad was still missing, and Carlos was finishing up escorting his girls to safety.


Suddenly; multiple masked individuals made their way towards an un-suspecting house. Did they really think they were going to be safe there for long? Multiple Molotov's were thrown on the house, it starting to burn slowly.

Demi coughed out more blood; even fully medicated, she was lacking proper surgical care. She would probably survive around two days or so. She knew she needed to make the proper moves, atleast until the National Guard eventually bombed her building. She made kissing sounds into the microphone.


" Where are my dope dealers at?! We need some candy! Everyone gets free candy today, mommy's treat! "


Multiple hummers entered the town, each atleast carrying 2 kilo's of coke each. They dropped off candy to all the soldiers with masks; giving them even more inspiration to fight off the guard. Yelling could be heard throughout the city. 'Thanks Mommy'.


" This ones for you babies... And Carlos? Oh baby... You're gonna get a special 'care package' tonight... "

The smell of something burning immediately caught Elyana's attention, "Uh guys....is there a basement or something?! There's something burning!!" She shrieked frantically as the burning smell became stronger and stronger. Fuck she knew that they weren't safe here and it was time to hide as best as they could.

Quickly Kiel bounced into Kory's car, "Just go, drive somewhere far. We need to be out of this town." Kory explained as men in masks stepped out in the parking lot trying to find people who were trying to escape. They brought their guns up and shot the tires of some cars trying to get away before reaching into the car and dragging the bodies out and curb stomping their heads.


"Unless you want your skull smashed you better drive!" He added again, the masked me were too preoccupied taking shits on dead bodies and didn't notice him a Kory driving away. @Kordxna

Solana looked over at Elyana in confusion. "Whoa what?"


"Burning..." Zori mumbled, opening his eyes. "Something is burning." He jumped up, running over to the window and cursing.


"We need to go now!" He shouted to the others.


Solana jumped up in surprise. "What is it?"


"The house is on fire!"

 

[Melanie Teresa]

"I'm on board with that idea. Where do we go?! Is the place surrounded?!" She asked in confusing, not knowing how they would escape the burning house.


She didn't think the burning was to this extent, but was ready to get out. Elyana jumped up and made a break for the back door, kicking off her heels as she exited the house, relieved to see that no one was in the backyard.


"C'mon guys!" She urged as she ran out of the house.

Regan coughed a couple times as she inhaled the smoke. She took no hesitation in following Elyana out of the house towards the backyard. She motioned for the others to follow. When she got outside she turned around and saw the smoke coming out of a few windows. Regan glanced at Alex, feeling bad that her house was on fire.
