~Story~

In the land of Coerla there lived many animal gods and goddesses. They all lived at peace with each other and their children (followers/animals/creations). Until one day the Lion god/goddess found one of his/her children missing, he/she searched for days only to find it's dead body in fox territory. Anger surged through his/her veins as he/she thought of his/her beloved friend hurting his/her child. Out of anger war was waged with the Fox god/goddess, Many gods and goddess helped the lions, as they believed the foxes were the wrong ones, while others helped the Fox god/goddess, as the thought the foxes were telling the truth. Eventually the alliances fell apart and all the gods and goddesses waged war with each other. The war only seemed to bring anger and heartache to the land. Will you come together to stop this war or continue fighting?

Asuka

She ran as fast as her paws could carry her "Run everyone! Retreat!" She yelled to the tigers ahead and behind her. They had just gotten into a fight with the wolves and were outnumbered. Asuka led her family back home, into safe territory. "Is everyone ok?" She was completely calm with no expression at all. Her eyes searched the crowd out tigers for the injured, sending them to the medic. After seeing only a few had been injured badly Asuka sent the rest away to there's homes and sighed deeply.

"Away With you!...Never to Return!...I shall have thus head Pin to My Cavern Wall!"

Uzume watched the battle disperse as she rode a silver mare from the top of the hillside hidden behind a blanket of trees. The rest of the heard stayed behind snacking on the greens of the forest floor. Trotting to the forest's edge Uzume observed the happenings below her. It saddened her watching all this fighting, the pain that stained the tall grass of the valley, all influencing the aching in her heart. She hopped down off the horse and and brushed it's long mane with her slim fingertips.

"This isn't right." She sighed

Then sun was dim casting an opaque shadow over her face. A small draft blew downwind from where she was standing making her sage green hair dance in the breeze. It was getting colder, goosebumps spread over her skin. She took a step back into the warmth of the large animal behind her. The mare nuzzled her neck providing comfort the the Sun Goddess. Uzume turning toward the horse and smiled sadly and scratched behind it's ears.

Hooves started stomping behind her and a couple of the young colts whimpered and neighed. The heard was getting restless. Someone was coming. It was time to move on.

Keani ran with her mice back to their hiding cave, panting for breath. They'd been attacked in the meadows for seemingly no reason by the birds, and wind was whipping hard above them to keep the birds at bay. Her white hair flowed behind her as she ran, and her eyes were wide with fear. Keani's ears pricked as she listened for danger, her wide eyes scanning the area around them.

They reached the caves moments later, and Keani ushered her mice inside quickly. She deepened the shadows once they were all safely in, and waited, her heart beating fast.

The company of horses and herself found refuge in the tall trees. After a day's march, everyone was exhausted. Uzume dismounted the Mare and patted down the strong muscles that had carried her. She was rewarded with a soft nudge with it's nose making the Goddess smile. Soft little nickers sounded around her that drifted to soft snores. Looking around her, the horses surrounded her in a circle, she lowered herself and nuzzled up against a dark haired steed. She could hear is powerful heart beat against her ear and felt his heat radiate off his body warming her. Softly she doze off into a dreamless sleep.

Asuka

She began to slowly walk out of the clearing, trying to stay completely quiet. Her eyes darted around at the undergrowth searching for those who may have followed her and her family. A soft growl came from deep within when she saw a wolf running away from her, she quickly chased after it, running it out of her home and back to it's territory. She eventually lost sight of the quick canine a roared loudly telling it to never return. Asuka looked at her paws when she realized her claws were out, she then retracted them before returning to her patrol. "I will not let them take my land or my family" She spoke to herself.
