Why does my ability make so many eyes? I mean, it makes more sense when you think about it. Our eyes let us see. What we see, we know. What we know, we have power over.

But don't take my word for it. Feel free to see how much I have power over.

Appearance:

Name: Enoch Solomonari

Age: 27

Combat Experience: 9 years

Department Transfer History: Worked with the Central Immortal Lotus, particularly in defending areas against Muduo incursions, before eventually deciding to join this program.

Protective Ward: No. Whatever happens, it'll be him who pays the price.

Eye Color: Vantablack. And not just his pupils either, the whole damn orb. Downright creepy, really.

Ability Name: DOMAIN

Visionary Ability: For a small area four feet in radius around him, he can exert his 'influence', causing eyes(of both human and nonhuman appearance, in a variety of colors) to appear upon the ground and objects within that area. While his 'influence' upon these things persists, he can command them so long as he remains in direct contact with them, causing them to change shape and form. He can use this ability to change the shape of objects into useful tools, create doors where there are none, change the texture of objects, and so forth. At this initial level of his ability, the constructs he can command are about as strong as a normal human being. If he 'sets' his domain, the sphere which surrounds him where his influence is present becomes immobile. He can cause it to begin to grow, growing by about 1 foot in radius every ten seconds, to a maximum of a 50 foot radius area. As his area grows, the extent to which he can command the shape of objects increases, at the cost of precision, allowing him to make massive powerful though slow-moving appendages and such at maximum power. He can intentionally 'withdraw' his influence and restrict it to certain objects and surfaces to avoid notice, should it be necessary. The presence of his influence persists while his eyes are open, though he can't issue 'commands' while they are closed. This ability thankfully does not work on living beings, only inanimate objects.

Equipment:
Binoculars. More useful than you'd think.
Eye Drops. Has been asked to share these by other Visionaries enough times that he carries spares.
Halberd. Using his ability, he can shape this into a pair of swords, a block for easier carrying, or a flail-like weapon. He's rather familiar with all of these forms.
Pistol. Comes in handy when the action gets long-ranged.
A backpack. Often filled with metal or wood or some other substance for him to manipulate, depending on the mission.

Personality:
Mildly megalomaniacal as a psychological side-effect of his ability, Enoch nonetheless possesses a firm conviction that those with power should help those without it. While he possesses a good deal of skepticism towards the Tower, due to the whistleblowing incident, he nonetheless acknowledges that it is a powerful force for the good of the city at the moment. At any rate, it's not as if he'd uncover the tower's mystery by simply helping the Lotus beat the shit out of Muduoh. Enoch is a businesslike man, though he has the occasional flair for the dramatic if he feels like he can get away with it. Has a strong belief in the value of truth; for without the truth, one cannot act.

General History:
Born to a middle class family in one of the Capital's suburbs, Enoch's behavior growing up marked him out as quite a handful. Despite his intelligence allowing him to get excellent marks, giving him a presumably bright future, he simply could not resist making trouble. He had a tense relationship with his parents, who constantly hoped for him to fit into the mold a bit more. Keep his head down, go with the flow. Be a good little worker bee. But Enoch even then refused to let himself simply live a... 'normal' life. When an examination found that he was a Slate, it came as a surprise to Enoch... but not really to him. He'd always felt like he was destined for greater things. From there, with his natural predilection for going against the grain, becoming a Lotus Recruit was practically inevitable.

He became part of a Immortal Lotus branch that dealt with Muduo incursions in a border region of the city. At least, that was what they said they were doing. Enoch quickly found out that whatever this branch was up to, it was nothing good. Bloodstains where there should have been none. Sounds past the walls that you were not supposed to react to. A fortified compound that seemed built more to keep people from the city out, than any number of Muduo from beyond. Enoch quietly spoke with a few Lotus members from the central branch as he collected the evidence, carefully putting all the pieces into place. Weakening walls and making secret entryways. His excellent combat performance didn't go unnoticed, and the branch leader wanted to meet with him, personally, one day.

That fine morning, he helped Central perform a raid on his former comrades.

It was bloody. While most surrendered out of shock, a few of his former colleagues fought like devils once the alarm went off, desperate to keep them away from something. They were like men possessed as they threw themselves at Enoch. The raid team started taking casualties, and Enoch stopped pulling punches. The reason why became quickly clear once they breached the inner sanctum, Enoch having entombed the branch leader in a wall to prevent the woman from blocking the raid team's way. What they found was a human trafficking operation, a little side gig the branch had been running for the money. Gaunt faces and haunted gazes greeted them.

Well, the people were set free. The perpetrators that survived were turned over to the Tower for justice. It'd been a close decision, quite a few of the team wanted to just put the bastard down on the spot, but cooler heads prevailed. And Enoch? Enoch joined Central, deciding to trust the people who he'd fought alongside. And for a time, that was enough for Enoch, rising through the ranks and becoming an exceptionally good Muduo killer. He even got to be on rather familiar terms with Sangye herself. And it was for that reason that Sangye tapped him for this little mission, to join this new AHM000 team on the Immortal Lotus's behalf. Needed a man on the inside, y'see...

Miscellaneous Info:
An excellent cook.
