Awesome! I'm writing more backstory to Dodger and Tora. Getting me in the mindset and growing my empire of scenes for the light novel. It's bittersweet and shows why Tora is so protective of Dodger and a bit of her own history.

Here we go. I have written up till Tora first meets Dodger in the book, and will include this scene. The book is a bit different as one chapter is POV Dodger and the next is Tora. I doubt it will ever be truly published, but the book will be mine and we all can have a nice thing to remember the game when I'm more old and grey and the rest of you are my age. :3
Dodger quietly sat at on the bench in the gardens drinking a bottle of whiskey, the winter winds had still not given way to Spring, so the night air was chilly. The cold did not bother Dodger though, he was drinking to ease the pain. Tora was humming to herself, walking from the parking lot to her apartment. “Smith! Are you drinking?!” “Yes and on my way to being totally plastered.” Dodger slurred. “You’re underage.” She growled. “I should toss you in the drunk tank.” “Go ahead. It’s not like it’ll change anything.” He sniffed. “You. Are. Too. Young. To. Drink.” She growled.” “I’m old enough to get married.” He sighed. Tora stopped. “You asked. She said no.” she said quietly. “Ding!” Dodger said loudly. “Oh she was kind about it, but a no is a no.” Tora sighed and sat next to him. She pulled out a soda and sat next to him. “What about turning me in?” He said. “You had a bad enough day as it is.” She said softly. “I thought she was the one. She....She was my first. I thought that meant something.” “For some it does.” Tora said. “For others it’s the connection be it the first or the 10th. Be happy she was kind to you, don’t be sad that it ended, be happy that it was.” “Yeah easy for you to say.” “I will tell you a story Rodger. One that I will beat you senseless, well even more senseless than you are now if you repeat. When I was in my first year of ROTC in the Dragon Lands, my Senpai was named Shun Tamaki. He was from a good family and he was an able soldier. I looked up to him. He treated me like a princess. Dates every day off showers of gifts. I gave him my first. Then in his last year I overheard a confession he made to another girl that was a mutual friend. He loved her. He was only using me for my name. My family is from hero stock, many great generals and heroes of the Dragon Lands, even the most famous, Mulan Fa. He wanted to impress my father and get sent to a good station. I was crushed. I went to my father and he said honor dictated that I still marry that man. I refused. I left the Dragon Lands and finished out my last year of ROTC here right under my father’s nose. It irritated him to no end. I joined the Magic Kingdom Army instead of my homelands to further distance myself from my tormenter, but the scars remain.” “I would have never treated you like that.” Dodger mumbled. “I don’t give a rats ass about your family name or heros or any of that. I come from builders. You’re hero enough for me for talking to a stupid kid who got his heart broken.” Dodger’s eyes started to close. “You’re falling down drunk.” Tora admonished. “You have no idea what you’re saying.” “Even if I don’t know what I’m saying, even if I don’t remember it. I wish I could have fallen in love with you. Trading places with her I bet you wouldn’t have said no.” Dodger passed out and was breathing softly. “No I wouldn’t have, idiot.” Tora said with a single tear falling down her face.

Hello guys. I'm currently on my data so i cant read any post that ive been tagged on since i can only stay for like five minutes. The comcast people are coming to my house tomorrow to fix my router and hopefully I should be up by then, so if anyone needs me to reply to something or do something, then just tag me on it and when I get fixed tomorrow I'll start after school.
