Since Jasmine's family is well-known throuhout Agrabah and she's like the daughter of the CEO, maybe she's met Ali somewhere in the city or so? And he showed her around like areas she never thought existed and they became friends? Even had gone to highschool today?

Her best, no, ex-best friend, whom she hadn't seen in . . years. . What was he doing here? After what happened? However, her eyes scanned over to the girl he was flirting with, their laughs echoed across the campfire as she found herself staring. But, seeing how happy and care-free he was, she felt her heart breaking slowly. Crack. More laughter came as she saw his hands wrap around the girl's form. Her breathe hitched as she felt nausea form in the pit of her stomach, her legs shook. Crack. How could he? Or rather, how did this happen?
