Two Winchesters and a Baby Angel

Cas wakes up about 20 minutes later, looking up at Dean and smiling at hīm, letting go of his shirt, and reasting his head against his chest, breathing in his musky smell.

"Hey, kiddo." the hunter whispered, cocooned in the warmth of his and Sam's bed, and the little one with his head on his chest.

Done with his shower, and wrapping a towel around his waist, the tall hunter went back into their shared bedroom, seeing Dean and Castiel still cuddled close. Sam merely smiled, quickly grabbing clothes so he could get dressed in another room.

Cas gurgled and shifted a bit, making his diaper crinkle as he did so. He loved being able to cuddle with Dean, like this. It made him feel safe and secure.

Huffing out a laugh, the corner of Dean's mouth tugged upwards, "How much longer are we gonna cuddle, Cas?"

Cas cooed and rolled off of Dean, lying on the bed beside him, his legs kicking slightly, as he stretched and yawned.

Finally getting off the bed, Dean rubbed the sleep from his eyes and picked up Cas, bringing him to the living room where Sam was seated, typing away at his laptop.

Looking up from the screen and seeing his brother and friend, Sam smirked, "Didn't think you two would get out of bed."

"Yeah, well. Can't stay in bed forever," Dean commented, sitting their little one on the floor, ruffling his hair.

Cas smiled and got onto his hands and knees, crawling over to Sam, and sitting ajacent to him on the floor, watching him type.

"Hey, Cas. Wanna help me type?" the hunter asked, expression soft and welcoming. Opening a blank page, Sam gestured the laptop to the angel.

Dean watched the scene with a confused and interested eye. His brother was so weird sometimes.

Cas tilted his head slightly, before patting his hands against the keyboard, pushing all kinds of buttons, giggling and squealing excitedly.

Grinning widely at their baby's excited typing, Sam waited for Cas to finish before looking at his work. A mess of various letters, symbols, and numbers, the taller thought it was perfect. "Good job, baby. Want me to save it?" Sam was feeling sentimental, as it seemed.

Saving Cas' work on his computer, the taller hunter pressed a kiss to the crown of their friend's head.

Dean shook his head and smirked, leave it to his brother to be a sap. Sitting on the couch, the older waited till it was warmer outside, later in the day, before he'd tune-up the Impala.

Cas soon got bored of sitting with Sam, and decided that he wanted to sit with Dean. He turned around and made grabby hands for Dean.

"You're never gonna get tired of me, are ya?" the older hunter playfully sighed, picking up Cas and plopping him on the cushion beside him.

Cas leaned against Dean, and smiled, as he nuzzled against him, cooing softly, as he brought his thumb to his mouth, sucking on it.

Rolling his eyes affectionately, Dean turned on the TV to some cartoons for Cas, as the light leaking from the windows became brighter and the day started to warm.

Cas gurgled around his thumb and let out a loud, very stinky fart. Then, he looked up at Dean innocently, as a horrible smell filled the room, causing both brothers to gag.

Trying desperately to stop his gagging, Sam coughed a bit before breathing out of his mouth, to block the horrible smell.

"Whew, Cas. Next time you do that, just make sure Sam's in the room, not me," Dean joked.

Shaking his head fondly at his friend, Dean ran his fingers through Cas' messy hair, before grabbing the angel's bee plushie and handing it to him. "This thing gotta name?" the green-eyed hunter fondly wondered.

Cas frowned and sniffled, his plushie was nameless. He needed to name him something. Just about any name would do.

"Don't be sad about it, Cas. You've been talkin' really well, and you're smart. You can come up with somethin'." the hunter urged on, wanting to get their baby to talk again like the last time.

Cas smiled. An idea for a name popped into his head. One that was easy to pronounce. Creasing his brows, the angel opened his mouth and the word just seemed to roll off his toungue, "Apple!"

"Apple? Sounds good to me," Dean said, ruffling Cas' hair and holding him close. "Go show Sam your new friend," the green-eyed man whispered.

Cas smiled and did something miraculous. He stood up, and clumsily toddled over to Sam, falling down once, and whimpering.
