Two Winchesters and a Baby Angel

Chuckling heartily at the warm reception, the green-eyed man shook his head, "Okay, sap. Help Sam pick out which one you want." Said Winchester was looking at the list of ice creams the truck sold and was thoughtfully thinking of which one to buy their little one.

Cas looked at Sam and pointed to an ice cream bar shaped like a duck. He loved animals and the duck seemed most appropriate for his current mental state.

Looking at the choice Cas had made, Sam smiled, "Alright."

Paying for the ice cream duck, the taller gave it to the angel, "Here you go, Cas."

Cas held the ice cream bar in his hand, and started to eat it, smiling at the yummy taste. That was the best duck he had ever tasted.

Helping their baby eat his ice cream, both brothers internally gushed over how cute Cas was. It was undeniable, whether or not either would ever admit it.

Cleaning the sticky sweet mess away from the angel's face, then kissing the remains away, they threw away the trash before buckling Castiel back into his carseat.

Cas yawned, feeling full from his frosty snack. He gently patted his belly and giggled, when he saw Dean looking at him, and smiling.

Shaking his head adoringly at the one in the backseat, Dean drove home quickly, parking in front of their home. Unpacking their bags, Sam carried their supplies while Dean removed Cas from his carseat and brought him inside.

Cas smiled and laid his head on Dean's shoulder, letting out a soft burp and giggling, as he was carried inside, and put into his playpen.

Organizing all the things they had bought and putting them in their proper places, the brothers relaxed in front of the TV, watching something that they were half paying attention to, and half keeping an eye on the little one in his playpen.

Cas sat up, and peeked out of his playpen, wondering what his Daddies were watching on tv. "D--Daddy....."Cas babbled, trying to climb out of the playpen.

Sam perked up at the sound of Cas' voice, and sauntered over to the angel's playpen, "Hey, Cas. Wanna watch TV with your Daddies?" It felt odd to use that word all of a sudden, but when the little one using it, it felt more natural.

Scooping up their baby boy, Sam headed back to the couch and sat Castiel between them, before Dean changed the channel something more appropriate. Earlier it was Lord of the Rings, with the volume turned very low so their baby wouldn't hear too much of it.

Cas tilted his head and cooed softly, curious as to what was going on in the show. He turned and gave Dean a quizzical look, gently patting his chest.

Changing the channel for LoTR to some cartoon Dean could never get the name on (there were so damn many of them), the older hunter tried his best to explain what was going on to their little one, going slow so Cas could understand all of it.

Sam, on the other side of the couch, smiled softly again at the sight, it was comforting and homely, like a family and home should be.

Cas nodded his head and leaned against Dean, enjoying the musky smell eminating from him. He liked that scent, it comforted him, and always made him think of the brothers when he smelled it.

The three sat there for a while, just enjoying each others' presence, the only sounds in the room being the buzz from the television and the soft huffs of breath. Light outside started to darken, signaling the evening.

"I'm gonna go start makin' dinner," Dean announced, pushing himself off the couch and giving Cas' hair a ruffle before leaving.

Cas whimpered and pouted, not wanting Dean to leave. He whined softly, and gave Sam his best puppy dog eyes, trying to get some more cuddles.

"Awww. Come 'ere," Sam cooed, wrapping his arms around their baby and breathing the powdery scent of him.

Cas whined and nuzzled against Sam's chest, cooing sadly, as he sniffled softly. Sam was really nice, but he didn't smell like Dean did, though.

Rubbing small circles on the angel's back, Sam smiled sadly, knowing that Castiel wanted Dean. The younger wasn't jealous in the slightest, knowing that before this, the two had a rather close relationship. But maybe through taking care of their friend, it could be equal.

The older hunter was in the kitchen, humming a Led Zeppelin song and moving his hips gently to the music, hoping Sam wouldn't notice. Finishing cooking, Dean called out, "Food's ready!"

"I think that's our signal," Sam whispered before picking up Cas and bringing him to the kitchen.

Cas giggled at Dean when they arrived in the kitchen, seeing Dean's hips swiveling to the tune playing in his head. His daddy was so silly.

Realizing that people were watching him, the older hunter abruptly stopped his dancing and cleared his throat, "Uh...yeah. Food's done." he awkwardly said, putting the meal on three plates.

Sam laughed out loud while he was putting Cas in his high chair and put the bib around him, "Dude, you gotta be more discreet."

"Shut up," the green-eyed hunter glared at his brother while feeding their little one.

Cas giggled as Dean fed him, thinking about how he saw him dancing to a favorite song, then getting all embarrassed about it. This was the first time he'd ever actually seen Dean dance at all.
