This can be a great thing, like he might be responsible for all the gadgets and tools agents use, and the kind of unknown thing might also be an awesome plot. Like he might be a secret guy who's really famous by the name of "Engineer" but never shows his true identity who uses auto tuned voice to hide his well... voice. That is, of course, if he can keep up with the RP.
