*facepalm* No, there's only the one big rebellion and it's the one being led by Israel's Prime Minister. This rebellion combines gifteds from various countries and such, it's not exclusive or anything. As for whether or not he could come in later, that's up to Cherry, not me. I'm simply putting my opinion out there on the matter.

Appearance: Black hair, black eyes, his muscularity his somewhere above the average. His usually wears a polo and folds them up to his elbow ( don't mind what he's wearing in the pic ) he pairs the polo with jeans rather than slacks and likes to untuck the polo to give it a more casual look.

"Rift Walker"


Carter has the gift of what he personally calls "Rift Walking" or "Rift Manipulation" that in general, he is the master of a dimension called "The Rift". The Rift is an isolated and dark place where there is nothing at all but the hollowed ground. Only Carter has access to the Rift since he technically created it himself ever since he was born. There are many ways he can use his gift... many creative and deadly ways. Basically, his body is both connected to the Rift, and the mortal world. The Rift isn't exactly a far away dimension from Earth, it is actually together with the Earth but can never be seen. The Rift is only visible to Carter.


1. First and foremost, the simplest way to use his gift is to "Rift Walk". Rift Walking is simply converting his body into his Rift state (but it doesn't actually change his appearance) to switch dimensions and walk on the Rift rather than on the Earthly ground. This will make him, in a way, invisible to everybody but everybody visible to him. He can use Rift Walk to become invisible to enemies and walk towards a certain location without being seen and appearing out of nowhere.


2. One of his combat abilities is "Rift Grip" where he coats a certain amount of persons ( limit is 5 ) with his Rift energy. Forcibly converting their bodies into the Rift state. And too bad for them, they don't have any control over the Rift Plane at all. Which means, Carter can do anything he wants with the persons that were converted into the Rift state like paralyzing them, crippling them, and maybe even break their bones apart. But, downside is, the greater the damage Carter does to them, the bigger Rift Energy it consumes. And Carter only has a short supply of Rift Energy. Rift Energy only recharges in a certain amount of time. This is why he sometimes uses a gun. Once a person is victimized by the Rift Grip, he instantly weakens down, making Carter inflict great damage with just a normal punch. Also, when a person is in Rift Grip, Carter can choose whether to transport both of them in the Rift which will make them both invisible to everybody that is not in their Rift State, or just stay and fight in the physical world.


3. His strongest ability is "Cataclysm" where in he uses great energy to open a hole in the Rift Plane, causing it to be physically present in the physical world without the need of the Rift State. This will cause great damage to everybody with the Rift's unpredictable actions like maybe paralyzing everybody around him in a small duration.


Alliance: Not an agent.


Personality: Carter is a very charismatic boy, but he still stays humble despite the lots of positive attention he gets. He's an energetic and happy boy with lots of great friends. He has respect and kindness over everybody around him, but sometimes, when he knows a person has done something harmful to him or his loved ones, he immediately thinks of revenge. He doesn't like killing people, but if it comes to that, he's more than ready.


Back Story: Surprisingly, Carter lives the life just like non-gifted. He has never shown his Gift to anybody but his parents. This is because Carter's father was a gifted with the power of telekinesis. When Carter, was a kid, he watched his innocent father being captured by the government and years later, he heard of the news that his father died while working for the government by force. His mother then pleaded for Carter to promise that he would never show his Gift to anybody at all. And because of this enduring promise, Carter's grudge for the government faded away after a few years. And now, Carter basically lives like a normal and happy person with no problems at all. Today, he lives alone in his apartment while he studies Technological Engineering in College.

Alright prox here's the deal. I'm not Tryon to be rude but It is op. I came up with a few ways to restrict it but still have that gift. First things first, he didn't create things he rift, I'm sorry but how in the world could he have created it himself when he was born? There are a finite amount of types of gifts in the world so even if it's extremely rare like Alpha's gift there are more, they just haven't been found yet. So that means another person could possibly have this gift. He can go in the rift world to turn invisable but I was thinking that a therian with a very good send eof smell would be able to smell him and if they touch him bring him out of it (or something like that) as for the armor I like it but maybe for it t have a weakness of some kind like a weakness to fire or something and can be broken by someone with super strength.

Okay then... here's his weaknesses: (Sorry if I didn't really look for many weaknesses )


1. He didn't create the Rift, and Rift Walkers like him can also control it.


2. Yes, gifteds with good senses can easily find him and not just that, if he steps on a puddle or he hits something, he can be found.


3. His armor can be penetrated by very sharp things like a knife or a sword, although fire can still break his armor, it takes a very long time, so it's not a very good idea.


4. He has a very short supply of Rift Energy


5. When in the Rift State, he only lasts for around 30 seconds because it drains out his oxygen. ( That also counts for targets that are Rift Gripped )

When his youngest, Alpha as we know her, was taken from him when she was an infant he went into a state of depression that took months to get out of. From then on he was willing to do anything to get her back. Before then he only protected the gifted in his country and didn't care much for those outside of it but after knowing the feeling of getting his own child taken because she was gifted his point of view shifted. He wishes to protect the gifted population and believe that they have equal rights just like everyone else. That they shouldn't be taken from their families just because of something they can't control.

He usually wouldn't personally do such a thing but believes she would do well running the agency, especially after proving her loyalty by putting her job first over her love life.

Gift: Zachary's gift is called Poison Generation. He can produce poisonous substances in the form of purple liquid-like substance. He can also produce poisonous air that can kill. Sometimes, when he is fully recharged with his energy, his liquid poison can melt objects. He can create creatures that are made of poison. He can also take away his poison to people quickly but if it is other poison, it will take a little time for him to make an antidote and medicine for it using his powers.


Weakness: Ice is his biggest enemy. If ice gets inside anywhere his body, his poison energy will stop producing, making him unable to fight with his powers anymore until the ice breaks. Since, he creates poison, his only food supply is poison itself like venom of a snake and other poisonous foods or water. He can also contaminate healthy foods into poison so he could eat it. If he uses too much of his power, he overheats and loses his power for a period of time.

Personality: Zachary is a very serious man in life. But he is also very jolly and funny when he's with his close friends like his cousin, Carter Chase. He's a tough man both emotionally and physically. He is brave.


Background: Zachary's father is a mad scientist that experiments on Zachary's mother's power. Unfortunately, because of his father's intelligent mind, he was captured by the government and brainwashed so they could use him for more great research. Zachary's mother died when she was giving birth because the fetus poisoned and melt the mother's womb and her organs. When Zachary was born, her mom immediately died. The doctor adopted the child since even his father was captured. The doctor was Carter's mother's brother. And when they had family reunions or vacations together, Carter and Zachary would always play. They are very close to each other and are great friends even until now. When he could not control his power yet when he was a child, he was forced to wear armor that can block his power. When Zachary was 12 years old his uncle take him to Israel because the government is looking for gifted people. There he met his other uncle who was a member of the Israeli rebellion. His uncle trained him to master his power. His uncle trained him for 5 years. After 5 years of training, Zachary mastered his power and he doesn't wear an armor anymore to block his dangerous power. Zachary joined the Israeli rebellion at the age of 17 years old. There he started at the lowest position. And now he is a high ranked member of the Israeli rebellion.

Other: Before Rosalyn left for the state, the two of them were together. When she left she ended things because she was going to be away for os long and didn't want to hold him back. Over the year his feelings never changed which is why he made Avi put him on the squad that is to go retrieve her.


Brandon was born in the states but when he was really young they moved to Germany. He was raised there for most of his life. He honestly never knew about his gift until he was approached by a person he had seen wondering the market earlier that day. The woman asked to talk to his parents, which he let her. SHe explained to them that if he didn't come with her now the Agency would soon find him. His parent's knew how bad the agency can be and what they would force their so to do so they agreed to let the woman take him. Little did he know that she was the Prime Minster's wife that was on a small vacation in Germany. (This was before Alpha was taken) He was taken to Israel and then began learning about what his gift was.


Brandon had to learn to fight close combat, mostly hand to hand, since is his gift required him to be close to someone else for it to work. It took him a while to learn just because he tends to have a lazy personality and really just wants to look up at the sky and watch the clouds go by.

However the absolute use is that of being able to see the death of whatever the user is gazing upon, exposing weaknesses such as a chink in armor, illness, fractured bones, etc. After use the host is plagued with mild disorientation that gets more severe the longer it is used until unconsciousness, and if used enough in a short period of time, can result in death.

At birth he was stolen from his family and taken underground where he would spend from the time he turned 3 until the age of 23, under strenuous Ninjutsu training learning arts that have been passed down through the organization. One day he was out on a routine scan of the desert horizons and when he came back his entire organization had been wiped out with explosives. The attackers were nowhere to be found and he sifted through the ruined remains of the cave only to find his teacher slowly dying, gasping for air. He reached out to him and gave him an odd looking pendant, he said to take it to the prime minister and he would accept him into his group. Just then a gunshot echoed through the desert as Stalker hit the ground, a sniper had taken out his right eye through his helmet. When he awoke not only was he inside the prime minister's home with people all around him talking about a pendant, he was also astonished to be alive, he could also see out of his right eye but something was different he was overwhelmed with the premonitions of the building decaying and the people around him dying in terrible agonizing ways. Luckily he had managed to remain in his suit containing his identity. When questioned by the minister he was informed that the pendant he had was the prime minister's daughter's pendant. He asked a lot of questions both concerned and suspiciously.

Wheres my daughter? I was unaware you had a daughter until just now.


Why won't you show me your face? I have been vigorously trained for 20 years. I cannot show my face, it was one of the rules.


After that the prime minister sent Stalker on a cruel mission. He sent Stalker off into the desert and told him that if he could manage to stay alive for 20 days and 20 nights... He would earn his trust and would give him employment. During this time Stalker was escorted by two of the prime ministers soldiers to make sure he wasn't reporting to another organization. He wasn't allowed to eat or drink any of the food or water sent with the two men, he was sent only with what he had on, and a camel. On the third day he was forced to drink his own fluids, after about 10 days he was forced to kill his own camel for food. On the 21st day him and the two men returned to the palace and Stalker joined the ranks. He quickly became one of the most well known soldiers and hoped to be respected by the prime minister. He lives out his life serving the prime minister currently, and hopes to put an end to all the fighting.
