Congratulations! It is with immense pleasure that I inform you of your acceptance at the Thistleton University. This opportunity that comes in recognition of your academic and personal achievements and I am positive that you would be a valued member of our university.
In anticipation of the questions that you may have, I have enclosed a student starter package, which will familiarize you with the campus and the many opportunities and facilities that it offers. Also included is a list of faculty members, along with contact information of our administrative staff. If you feel that you need further information than you provided with in the student starter pack, please feel free to call the admissions office and they will do all that they can to make this transition easy for you.
To familiarize all new students with the campus and its rules, an orientation day is being organized, which will be on Tuesday, January 17th. We encourage you to join us on this day.

You look up from reading your acceptance letter, and fumble around with the papers in your hands, searching for the map of the campus which was included with your acceptance letter. After finally finding it, you look up and see the giant campus around you, bustling with teachers and students alike. You never imagined you'd be accepted into the university, but here you are, listening to the buzz of society around you. Orientation is in two hours, in the auditorium, giving you enough time to find your dorm, meet your roommate and get your side of the room set up.
