[There Will Be No End] Old role play

Leceel, River boat deck

Leceel was slightly surprised by the small voice beside him. The young lady seemed to be looking for conversation.

An interesting story? It was more of a long one than it was interesting. The blade was the product of fangs, claws, scales, and many other materials that were spoils of his numerous hunts. The forging itself had not been difficult, it was the enchanting afterward when it proved to heavy to even lift, much less swing properly.

But even if he wanted to divulge, such a wordy story was impossible to tell in his current state. He turned to face the young lady with a small smile, then put a hand on his neck and slowly shook his head.

Kahli, River Boat - On Deck

Kahli was both taken aback and embarrassed by the man's response, or rather, lack of. As he shook his head though, she caught a glimmer in his eye, some emotion - nerves, perhaps? True, she was nervous herself, but Kahli felt she was at a point of all or nothing in life and this was that all...

She gave nervous laughter, subconsciously mimicking the guy's body language and lifting her own arm to her neck. "Story for another time, eh?" Feeling a slight comfort in hearing her own voice though, she pushed on - Kahli had managed one sided conversations in the past. Awkwardly moving her hand from her neck and offering it out for a handshake, she introduced herself; "I guess since we'll be spending a lot of time together now, it'd be rude not to introduce myself... I'm Kahli Kassura!"

Leceel, River boat deck

The corner of Leceel's mouth rose up slightly at the young girl's imitation of his action. His right hand stretched out and took her hand in his own, shaking it gently. Kahli--he would endeavor to remember that name while upon the ship. He tilted his left hand so that the underside of his forearm was visible. Carved into the bottom of the bracer was messy letters which formed the following

LECEEL

Rikki

River boat- Belowdeck- Bunks

Rikki looked to Zalon seriously, her hand came up to his and held it while still firmly gripping her shoulder. "My life is with you as well. As is it always is when we battle with each other." She told him. She wouldn't let him down, as he had never let her down before. Sure he was an a** on occasion, but sometimes their personality didn't mean too much when you were fighting arm in arm with someone. Rikki soon removed Zalon's hand from her shoulder, "Catch some rest Zalon. I need you at your best." She told him. Didn't really sound like an order, more along the lines of a friendly suggest. She had a feeling though that he was going to do that regardless of what she would tell him to do. She gave him a rare smile before turning around to go on deck.

Rikki

River boat- On Deck

When she got up, she looked along the deck at the warriors starting to crowd around. She cleared her throat lightly before speaking loudly to catch then attention. "Warriors!" She started, for good measures about catching their attention. "We will be sharing the bunks down bellow till we get to the Gallon at main ports." She informed them. She turned around for a moment to make a motion to where exactly these bunks were. After she thought for sure everyone saw her, she turned again to face the small mob. "I think perhaps tonight we should have a small meet and greet, per say. I think it is time for us to get to know each other a bit before fighting the monsters a head of us." She suggested to them. Tonight, when they all sat down to eat. The sailors were already running about the ship, preparing to get ready and ship off.

Serene races to the boat hoping he hadn't missed it yet. His feet clattering against the ground as he turns the corner and notices the boat about to leave. "Wait!!! I'm coming, please don't leave" shouts Serene as he races towards the boat; his silk robe ruffling in the breeze.

Serene makes it to the boat just in time; walking up to the boarding dock. "I want to go and help fight with you guys as well" huffs Serene. He stands there panting heavily from the running he had done. "Is it still possible for me to board?" Ask Serene between huffs. He was sent from his Faun tribe to give medical aid if needed. "I can give medical support" he pleas.

Kahli, River Boat - On Deck

Kahli held back her shock as the man turned his arm to show the word LECEEL. That must be his name, she thought. "You don't talk? I'm sorry." Suddenly she felt an odd guilt at having been so persistent with conversation, she had simply thought him shy.

Suddenly, the ship became alive and busy; as Rikki came up and spoke of everyone getting to know each other better, the sailors began bustling about, readying the ship for leave. At that same moment, Kahli heard a voice desperately shouting, "Wait!!!" It caught her attention and she saw a faun running up after the ship - did they really have another joining them so close to leaving? She hadn't seen him at the dining hall yesterday. From the jeweled staff however, much finer looking than her own plain one, he was a powerful mage - great, Kahli thought, someone else to make her feel weak and out of place.

Vorgak - River Boat - On Deck

Vorgak just looking around the Boat Deck, which now crowded with the men and women who would going through this mission when he heard a call for them all. He followed his head to the source of the voice, and he knew who was the owner. She was one of the royal guards from His Majesty King Tannis. He listened and carefully noted anything important in his mind as she explained the situation for them. When the royal guard suggested that all the warriors would get to know each other, Vorgak silently agreed with her. Creating and strengthening bond within companions were important to create the will to protect each other.

Vorgak diverted his attention to the sailor crews who was busy preparing the boat to sail off when a loud voice was heard -a male, he recognized-, apparently begging the ship to wait for him. The orc slowly approached the man who finally got into this boat. A male faun was inhaling and exhaling deeply, must be the one who sprinted toward the boat earlier. That made him intrigued. Was he late that much, too comfortable in the bedroom presented last night at royal palace? or was he a latest addition to the companions? Vorgak somehow doubted it was the former, for if that was the cause, then the faun was not worth of this journey. So he just set on listening what the man's words about his act.

Kian, City of Alestan

The night prior the voyage had been restless. Kian spent this parting night in the city to tie of off loose ends. He wasn't usually sentimental, but he gave himself a look of disdain as he watched his reflection in the water. The blood gradually muddied the image as it washes off his hands. He composed himself, kicking the bucket of water down the alley to relieve his stress. Although he was seemingly late, getting to the ships weren't a difficult task. He started to run over, avoiding the people and law enforcement by traveling below sewers. He wonders why he's going on this mission as he sped there, there was no reason for him specifically to take up such a valiant request. He gave up making an excuse for himself when he approached the border of the city where the docks were.

Kian, City of Alestan-Docks--River Boat-On Deck

When he got there, a male faun hurried past him, failing to notice his presence at all. Kian made his way to the ship, keeping behind the Faun man, who had drawn most others attention away from Kian, himself. Just like a shadow, Kian swiftly scaled up the side of the river boat, avoiding everyone's vision. He hopped onto the deck, his boots easily muffling the sound he would had made. He watched the others from the side before turning his gaze to where the ship would be headed.

Thoran, Alestan

As Thoran woke up in the morning, he let out a big yawn that would scare even the bravest warrior, for his morning etiquette was less than acceptable. He was cranky, grumpy and in no disposition to get up, but he had to, if he wanted the money he was promised. Afterall, it was a good day to start being a matinal person. He rose from his bed and donned his heavy dwarven armor. As he descended the stairs, he reached the mess hall, where he would yet again take advantage of his guest's, the King, hospitality. After stuffing his mouth with some chicken and wine to help it slide down the ol' food shute better, he left the table, to take his belongings back from the guards. When Myra came into his hand again, it was like he found his meaning in life again. Such was his joy. Following the others, he started his journey towards the docks.

Docks--->Boat--->Deck

As he reached the docks with the old fart of a Stewart that was guiding them, Thoran gazed upon the beauty that was the ship which would take them away. "Well pull me beard and call me Fartsy, ain't that a jewel in the sun!" he stated oh-so-eloquently. After the Stewart stopped blabbering, he jumped with his comrades on to the small boat that would take them to the see. "At least they don't make me swim, or otherwise I would use their bodies as help!" he thought for himself. Once aboard, he stopped to look at the crew, analizing them. They seemed sturdy enough, but he knew that this was no battleship. It was meant for one purpose only, to take them across the river. Thoran stood at the ready, still wandering around, 'learning the ropes'.

Kas' waking up Just after the sun rose, he got off the floor, the bed was too strange of a sensation for to sleep comfortably. He stretched and yawned and made his way to the guards outside the mess hall to receive his belongings and packed everything for the trip. He knew though that he would be stigmatized for going along on the galleon instead of going alone on his suggestion of a smaller vessel, he packed his things and walked to the docks chin up. as they got to the boat, it was just as beautiful as the castle and drew him in like a moth to the flame. He immediately ran aboard and inspected all of the ships fine details, and couldn't wait to be out at sea. smiling like an idiot looking out over the rail at the vast deep blue, when his neck twitched as he blinked and had a memory flash before his eyes, horrific, him on a flaming ship reaching out to a man who looked as if he were a pirate ship captain, being consumed by darkness. His memory faded as his eyes opened, and his spine shivered, he didnt remember his past however the things he has seen have led him to make the decision to sail along side his comrades and assist in all he could to the best of his ability or so help him mother earth he would die along side his brothers in arms in the heat of battle like all men of the sword.

Leceel, Boat deck

Leceel gave the young woman a small smile and put a hand on her shoulder before turning to face the deck. The same armored knight from yesterday had appeared above deck, and with her, the activity had increased three-fold. His senses were having to expand themselves rapidly to keep up with the growing number of bodies. It seemed that they would be heading off in the near future.

Belanna Roth, Arriving Late to the Docks

She was late.
That thought ran across her mind faster than her legs carried her to the docks. She was running as fast as she could, which was pretty fast, but she was not faster than any eyes. To others, it would seem she was on the run, running from a past that she didn't want, towards a future she needed, and in a way, that was true. She was running from something, but towards something as well.

As she neared the docks, she saw the ship, and smiled underneath her cowl. Despite that she'd likely be sweating from being dressed in nothing but black robes, and the weight of her weapons should be slowing her down, but she didn't care. Belanna finally slowed down, once she was right next to the ship. A guard noticed her, and looked her over.

"Sorry I'm late, I'm Belanna Roth, at the service of leader of the expedition to rid the world of the Dusk, I know I missed out upon the meeting with his Majesty, King Tannis, but I will learn and listen from the leader, I'm sure they will explain it to me. I'm here and I'm willing, what more do I need?" She spoke, her voice low, alto, not rhythmic, more rough and wild, full of excitement. Maybe too much excitement.

The guard looked her over again, and then nodded.

"Very well, report to Rikki, she's the Half-Elf dressed in the heavy armor, explain who you are, and your purpose. I'm sure she'd love another member to help out against these foul creatures," The Guard informed her, and allowed her aboard the ship.

Of course, she knew who Rikki was, although she wished to avoid the heavily dressed Half-Elf, she knew she had no choice. She climbed onto the ship, dressed in her black rags, her robe billowing behind her, and her head covered, save for her eyes, though none would be able to see them. Taking a deep breath, she started towards the Half-Elf laden with her heavy armor.

Zalon lower docks/ Upper docks

Zalon had just woken up. He stretched a little before getting off his bunk. He was not very pleased by the fact that he was awake during the dreaded night. He Surely had a few fragments of his nightmare still roaming in his mind, it seemed that they had given him a little headache. Zalon went back to the upper deck, maybe in an attempt to take his mind of the agony and pain caused by the headache and his nightmare. Upon looking at the sky, he soon got mesmerized in the elegant allure that was formed by thousands of stars flowing in the sea the dark night sky. It was verily a magnificent view. Zalon felt blessed by been under the vivid rays of the start. He still remembered when he used to get out for a walk in his palace that was his. He used to sit their viewing at the night sky till dawn, then he would sometimes end up fall asleep in his court. He gave out a little giggle as he remembered all his foolish acts he had committed in the past.

Shortly his ear began to twitched, he could hear a familiar voice. When he turned around he could see a figure maybe of a human or a elf, it was talking to the guard. " Huh do i know that person ? " Zalon asked himself but soon thought that he was being delusional why would a high elf like him would be knowing someone who exhibited such an untidy and ugly sense of clothing.Truly the person seemed like a beggar from the flea market. Still Zalon was curious and so wished to investigate further. Upon seeing the figure walk up onto the ship Zalon felt a little surprised. It seemed that the person was trying to reach for Rikki. He could not understand why would someone come so late and in such a suspicious attire. Suddenly it all came to him, ' Maybe this is assassination! ' he thought.

he hurriedly pulled out his trusty dagger and rushed towards the figure. He did not make any noise, even though he was charging over the damp wood. He did not make even a single creaky sound when his feet pressed on the wood. Zalon thought it was his time to take the charge and to find out who might have gotten onto the ship. Foolishly he seemed rather oblivious to the fact that one of the guards had permitted the person on the ship. He soon grabbed the cloaked figure and pulled his dagger onto its neck, not making any contact with it though. " Who are you ? " he asked with a firm and strict tone.

Belanna, being mistaken by a fool for an assassin.

She looked at her attacker, and smiled underneath her cowl. Not that he'd see it. Her eyes then looked at his dagger, it was a fine blade. Then back to his face. She decided his mug was an ugly one, though she'd not tell him.

"So, I take it you ignore the judgment of the guards? Did you not see the guard over there allow me aboard? You must be blinder than a bat, or you act before thought reaches your mind. I am Belanna Roth, an ally to you and those aboard this vessel in killing the Dusk, I come from far off lands, which is why I missed the meeting of our Grand King, Tannis," She stated, and then continued, "Now, I'd appreciate it if you would take your dagger, which I might add is a fine weapon, and stick it someone where other than my throat. And may I ask who you are, since we are in the business of names."

And then she stared again into his eyes, though the shadows cast upon her own eyes would hide them due to the way she wore the cowl. Now she awaited the way the Fool would respond.

Zalon upper dock - With Belanna

Zalon felt raged upon being compared to a vile being such as a bat. The shady person did have a point. It was a failure for Zalon to be fully oblivious to such a crucial fact. He pulled back his knife, gently pushing the cloak, someone pointy ears were clearly visible to him. " My apologies I am Zalon, so you are a elf eh? " He asked. He was tempted to pull her cloak and investigate who she was but that might anger her and so might even cause a physical conflict. Hurrying into a fight was not the way of a graceful elf. So he gave a thought for a moment then asked, " Why do you tend to hide your beauty under that filthy cloak, are you not a proud elf? " , he asked with a sigh. According Zalon elf should always be proud of their origin and always have their head high in pride. He was hopping that she would take her cloak off and show her true self now.

He kept his dagger back, trying to show no signs of aggression. For some reason he felt like he was familiar with the deep voice that she possessed, but for some reason he was not sure if it was her true voice. He still had no idea about who might she be, it was starting to eat him from inside. He finally dared and barged his question before she had a chance to answer the previous ones. " Do we know each other ? ". Maybe it was not wise of Zalon to say so but the curiosity always had taken the worse of him.

Belanna with Zalon

"I am a proud Elf, though I'd rather not have you deal with the eye-sore I truly am. And you do know me, I told you my name mere seconds ago, did I not? I am Belanna Roth, if you are deaf," She spoke to him, and then turned her attention towards Rikki, "Now, if you'll excuse me, I shall go speak with our commander."

And so Belanna left the company of the Wood Elf, leaving him to his own thoughts. And approached Rikki. What was she going to say? How was she going to go about this? She didn't show any sign of fear, the Half-Elf wasn't scary. Though she likely should be. As she neared Rikki, her thoughts gathered.

"Hello, I am Belanna Roth, I apologize for being late, and not being able to meet our Great King Tannis, that was my own personal loss. I am an ally to you and those you command, I am at your service now until my dying breath," Belanna informed her new leader, her voice low, not a whisper, and still gritty, rough, and almost excited.

Rikki

River boat- On Deck

Rikki watched as a couple people came running up to catch the boat. She was almost amazed when a Faun came up to the boat. The dwarf was a surprise, but a faun of all races. fauns were breed for food most the time. There was only a select few of faun tribes in the world, and to think one of them sent a faun to help the kingdom. The sight itself was so baffling to Rikki, and for once she wanted to reach out to him and get to know. Fauns were known to be timid creatures, the wild ones anyway. The one raised to eat, most of them didn't even know how to speak of behave.

Although she wanted to go about meeting the faun, she knew she should most likely meet and greet everyone around the ship at once. Something she didn't do last night during the kings announcement. One of the ship mates came up to talk to her about the captain's orders. They were going to leave at sun-high. Rikki told him that should be plenty of time for everyone willing to come to meet up on the ship. The man nodded and scurried off to go tell the captain about her decision.

Rikki turned almost to be startled by a women almost complete shrouded standing there. After the women introduced herself and proclaimed her undying loyalty to Rikki.
This one is a secret weirdo, possibly a suck up, She thought to herself. Rikki took a deep breath before answering her, "Belanna, it is a pleasure to meet you. I'm Rikki and you can call me as such. This will be a rather informal group.. mostly because only two others are actually from the royal guard. Bellowdeck we will all be sharing quarters, so make yourself comfortable. It is going to be a long tip down the river." She looked up when the captain seemed to motion for her attention. Rikki nodded then turned to Belanna again, "Excuse me. I have maters to attend to.." excusing herself, Rikki walked away without another word or approval from Belanna to leave.

(All who didn't narrate on the boat before hand, will be assumed to be on the boat.)

Narration

River Boat-Going down the River

After several hours and midday reached it's peak, the boat's crew started to move about the deck, getting ready to set sail. It didn't take them very long to get onto the river. The castle slowly started to get smaller in the horizon as they traveled and the farm lands started to appear. It was clear to see people working hard, planting and tending to the lands. There were a few small wooden docks where other ships would he loading up the winter crops and giving the spring crops.

The captain of the ship made it very clear he wanted everyone to stay out of the way of his crew. He didn't mind people up and about the deck, but he didn't want them in the way. He didn't care if anyone knew nothing to everything about a boat, just stay out of his and his crew's way.

By the night, the group was offered a ration of dried meat, bread and slice of cheese for dinner. Befre then Rikki had asked the entire group belowdeck in the bunks to have a sort of 'meet and greet' after they had gotten their food.

Rikki

River boat- Belowdeck- Bunks

Rikki waited for most of the group to gather belowdeck before she even started to speak. She sat on the bottom of one of the dunks, wooden plate of food sitting on her knees. She observed everyone for those few moments, wondering how best to go about this event. When everyone seem settled down she stood and put her blade on her bunk.

"I'm happy that everyone who came down was willing to get to know the group. I think it is important that we at least know a bit about who we are fighting beside." Rikki started, she paused a moment to clear her throat and let her words sink in before starting again, "With that being said, I will start... and anyone who wishes to go after me, may."

Exhaling lightly, she began her introduction,
"My name is Rikki Mauro. I am a half-elf raised by the Royal Guard. I was the captain till I took on this mission to help save Aria from what ever foul creature is crawling out of the ocean. I favor the shield in battle... My talents protecting those weaker then me and leading others. I hope I can prove to be a helpful and fine leader for all of you." When she felt like she was done, she sat back down and motioned for anyone to take up introducing themselves.

Kian, Boat-Belowdecks

Kian stood up from where he blended in with the others, seeing as no one else is going. He gave a slight cough to gather their attention, looking around to make sure everyone was more or less listening then faking embarrassment to ease whatever their perception of him was. When he thought of what Rikki had said, he started.

"My name is Kian. I used to be a thief prior to this voyage." He says, understanding that thieving is frowned less upon than assassinating, and that no one would believe him if he said he was a humble baker."I am taking on this mission because I also would like to preserve Aria for the better...although I might not be able to combat these creatures as well as the others, I am very quick on my feet. I hope I may be able to assist in anyway."

After finishing, Kian sat down, wondering if that was the right thing to say or if he should had said more. He didn't dwell on it for too long as he watch the next person go.

Below Decks, Mugen

Mugen laid on the hammock rocking slowly back and forth. It was...... peaceful. He heard people talking above, and decided he might as well socialize with the others on the ship. He slowly got out of the hammock and walked upstairs. He walked up to the mission captain and began to speak in his deep, quiet, eerie voice.

"Hello mission captain, I am Mugen Muchitsujo of the Eastern Isle. I am a powerful mage and am at your service", He slowly got down on one knee, "If there is anything you need at all just ask."

Vorgak - River boat, belowdeck

Vorgak listened throughly from where he sat as the captain of Royal Guard -Rikki Mauro- began introducing herself. She was a half elf, that fact somehow made the orc relaxed a bit. Elven race sometime tends to feel superior than others, but a mixed blood one was more likely to be understanding to another races. That and the way she behaved, Vorgak sure that anyone in this ship wouldn't be treated unfairly by the Royal Guard.

After Royal Guard Rikki had done, another one stood up, Introducing himself as Kian, the ex-thief. At first Vorgak rather disapproved of said man, because in his tribe challenging someone to fight, kill them, and then took their belongings was more honorable than took one's possesion without them knowing. But his intention to join this voyage was a noble one, so Vorgak could accept Kian as his sword brother. Being an ex-thief, he must had a fast movements and high agility, two skills that Vorgak wanted to see in the other man in the battle.

When another man -Mugen Muchitsujo, the mage- had done explaining about himself, Vorgak stood up, then bowed lightly at others in the room.

"
Vorgak gro- Wumkbanok, children of Margaz-bur, worshipper of Kilanos. Kvasta, my sword brothers and sisters." The Orc put his fist on his chest as greeting, then lowered it again, "I'm here to be one of the slayers of those foul creatures, as Lord Kilanos has guided me to do so." He took a light breath, "and I wish to raise my clan's name from its ruination. I hope our victory or my death will glory enough to help my family's name." Vorgak explained in full truth, because there was chance that he would never came back from the voyage alive.

"
I hope I can provide a good defense and melee attack with my armor and Volendrung."

Leceel -River boat, below deck

Leceel had claimed one of the bunks near the center of the area. One of the corners was no good, it restricted one's options for movement if an attacker approached. He took note of all who stood up and introduced themselves. The royal guards woman, an ex-thief, a mage, and an orc. He would pay attention to the talents mentioned by all, but decided against standing up himself. Communication with a group of people was quite difficult. His talents would come to light when the time came to use them

Belanna, Below Deck

Belanna listened, and she heard. Again, she smiled underneath her cowl. None would have seen it though. She just sat on the bunk she was on, back to the corner, bag by her legs. Listening.

She didn't feel she was important enough to introduce herself, so, she wouldn't. Only if someone asked. That's all it would take, as she listened to the Orc. All he wanted to do was restore his name. And all she wanted to do...She didn't think it. She just closed her eyes, hoping to drift off into sleep.

Zalon, Below Deck

Zalon had came down just after Rikki. He was known to be punctual, a trait that was well admired in a member of the royal guard. He sat down, his back straight, he did still remember his manners. his eyes were gazing at the food for a while. When the other came in and settled down, Zalon just sat there quietly secretly glancing at everyone. He wished to know more about the people he was going to ride into many a battles with but was surely not able to convince himself in going and engaging in a conversation with the bunch of filth he had been assigned with.

Soon enough Rikki began to speak and so stole Zalon's attention. ' Ooo introductions, how intriguing ' he thought. marvelously even his thoughts were drenched with sarcasm. Zalon never cared much for names or getting close to his squad. He knew that they were marching into a battle from which they might not come back alive, then why might you wish to get to know each other for such a short time. Instead why not use this time practicing and so increasing your chances of survival. Maybe it was one of the human traditions that Zalon could never understand. High elves like Zalon never wasted much time talking but would utilize rather planing, preparing and practicing. This was indeed one of the reasons elves are recognized for their dexterity during combat.

After that a someone who called himself Kian rose up and spoke. He claimed himself as being a thief, a dirty and disrespectful profession indeed, one that Zalon felt disgusted towards. Zalon frowned a little, he was now among not only with obscene orcs but even thieves. He could merely pity himself. After Kian, a mage spoke who branded himself as someone powerful in his art. Zalon found it hard to believed the words of a self proclaimed mage. He knew that the truth behind everyone on the table would soon be found out when they get into a conflict. Zalon thought maybe the group needed someone high like Zalon to introduce himself, it might help in increasing the morale.

Zalon had a proud grin as he was about to stand but it soon shattered into a disappointed expression as another orc stood up too speak. ' Another one of these ' he thought sighing. ' Well now I would be dying with a bunch of vile scoundrels, How pathetic! I doubt history would remember this high born elf, after all he made the mistake of joining this hideous group which in going to march into a plight from which almost certainly no one might return.' he thought.

Grieved by the squadron he thought to be filled with not a single useful being, Zalon rose from his chair. His chest filled with pride. He glanced around before speaking, " I would be Zalon a member of the regiment that guarded the ever great king Tannis. I would be a high elf and am known for my agility, accuracy and finesse during a battle. I hope may we all be recognized by the history as the conquerors of the dusk or at least die trying.". He sat down with a smile. He thought expected claps but was disappointed as he received none. He sighed, why was he even expecting any thing from this pitiful group.

He waited for the next one to speak. Zalon had his dagger placed at his lap, it was a convenient place if he was to wield it in haste. He glanced back at the food which consisted of dried meat and bread which where accompanied by a few slices of cheese. Zalon bared a expression that seemed rather unpleased. " That is no meal for a high elf now is it? " he said in a very low tone, that only people next to him might hear.

Vorgak - Below Deck

Vorgak just stared down at his half empty tankard as the high elf -he dubbed as the defiled one in his mind- made his speech. The orc thought it was the best if he just ignored the man, and other people, who looked down at others, especially to the orc race. Yes, his speech indicated none of that, but Vorgak didn't like the elf's tone. If he continue to fuel himself with his anger to the man, Vorgak couldn't be sure of himself not to fling the Volendrung toward the elf's head. So he silently moved to the corner of the deck. After he sat down, he just realized that he sat beside someone else. That person covered themself in a cloak and their face was mostly hidde , but he at least could tell this person was a female. So he just gave her a short nod.

Kas below deck:

As Kas saw Vorgak stand and move to the corner, he stood and with a similar greeting to his new comrades, bowed placing his closed fist on his chest.

"Comrades, I'am Kas, I know not of my past, and for this reason i journey with you all. I may not know many things however I know how to survive, and the weapons you see adorned on me now, I hope will assist us in this dangerous quest, and I hope we all return to Aria with stories of victory."

Repeating his greeting actions, he bowed with closed fist on his chest and sat back down, awaiting the next brother or sister of sword, to introduce themselves.
