Stray and Shadow both laughed " that would be the best way for us to escape but we leave this choice to the one who has been wronged and will stand by him whatever his decision" they said in unison Nike and Sun nodding in agreement shadow tail stood up and her fur on end and Stray fur stood on end showing off her beautiful mane and making her look bigger Nike and Sun copy Shadow tails up fur on end a they all wait for Cujo to respond

Kodiiak smiled at the wolf. "Your smart and brave. Don't waste it on a silly pack. You deserve better." The two were now intent on escape. "Help us find a way out. We need to get out of here." Kodiiak walked in the direction of a door and began scratching at it. Meanwhile Takorii had taken a look at the cage. She looked for any weak spots on the door, hinges, and lock. She wanted to test the metal but decided against it. They'd gotten out of human traps once, they could do it again. Takorii looked at the others. "Oh, and we know what were doing. We did this as pups! Same cages and everything!"

Cujo rose to his feet with an uneasy shake. His flame of hope had died. Snuffed out like a candle in the wind. His head still low. "I hope you're happy Star." Cujo said, his voice broken face to the dirt. His ears drooped. "How could this happen." He raised his head slowly Eyes still to the ground. "I gave you a choice, I put trust and faith into you!" He howled painfully, "I even loved you!" He widened his stance. "You have chosen this path. Do you understand the consequences of your choice!?" He was dieing on the inside.

Star looked at him in shock. He loved her.... But she wouldn't deny herself freedom. She growled a little. "You can't punish me if I'm not in your pack!" She snarled. She jumped slightly when she heard the cage door. "Takorii!" She exclaimed and ran over to her friend, trying to find a way to get her out. "Kodiiak! Come and help me get her out!" She howled and began scratching at the metal.

"We stand by you Cujo" Stray said nuzzling him and giving a bark - roar as Shadow Nike and Sun howled all showing there support for Cujo all ready to fight for him and defend him

Star glared at the other wolves and snarled, hackles raised and teeth bared. "This isn't your fight. If there is to be a fight. I hope to avoid one but if Cujo is stubborn enough to hold and unjust rule, so be it." She snarled. She truly was her own wolf, free of a pack and Alpha.

Cujo walk in her detection "That is where you wrong." He growled. "Loyalty till death. Treachery is death! That is the creed of the Family you knew this. I let you chose your fate knowing you knew fall well what was to come." Cujo barked. He continued to walk closer, his head low, ears back "Now i most follow throw with this promise i made to the pack. To You!" Cujo bolted into a dead sprint careless of his life.

Wen Kodiiak saw the wolf sprint after, he came dashing at them. "Duck!" He screamed and jumped over her head colliding with the male. They rolled and Kodiiak went for the throat snappi g at it in hopes of catching. He dug his paws into they ground and they stopped moving. He continued to bite at the male violently.

Star dodged his attack. "I don't wish to fight you, Cujo! Don't make me do this!" She said and circled around so she was behind him. She had trained with him. She knew his moves and vice versa. The outcome belonged to either wolf. Star silently prayed Cujo would not force this. "Why can't you just except I couldn't stand being below the wolf I loved?!" She barked.


 
Star watched in amazement as Kodiiak defended her. She only prayed he wouldn't be hurt. She watched the fight with wide, worried eyes. Not sure who she was praying for. Cujo or Kodiiak?

Stray jumped at the male biting his muzzle hard in an attempt to make him release Cujo


Nike charged the male jumping on top of him and grabbed his scruff biting threw the skin and flesh blood filled his mouth and the sweet sweet taste of combat called his inner warrior to play


Sun jumped in front of Star separating her from the rest of the other wolves and the fight he matched her pace for pace completely relaxed and showing no signs of aggressiveness

Cujo Flung the male off of him. "This isn't your fight i have no ill-will with you." He turned to Star. "Are you a coward Star! First betrayal and now you stoop so low as to have others fight your battles." He barked. "If you have any semblance of honor then call them back, or i will kill him, and you." Cujo was consumed by heart brake.

Star growled. "Kodiiak! Stand down. This is my fight." She growled. "Cujo, you brought this upon us." She growled and lunged at him, pushing him off his feet and latching onto the bottom part of his neck. She used her back legs to push down on her lungs and ribcage.

Kodiiak yelped at the big males bite but backed away to beside star. He snarled and looked almost 2 times bigger with his fur erect. He looked at the male,(cujo) and gave a warning growl. "This isn't their fight either so shut it or call them off! I won't back down without a fight if you chose to let them fight. If you really had honour you'd call them off and make a fair fight. If you don't, keep them. It will show how little honour you have!"

Cujo rolled over use the momentum of Star's attack against her. The move flung her onto her back leaving her exposed. "Let him go, If he interferes again then I will handle it." He turned to Star. "Star, I only wished to protect you." He Picked her up by the throat and tossed her.

Kodiiak lost it when he threw her. He kept behind him making no sound. He roared then attempted to tackle the wolf.

Star whimpered slightly and stood up. She shook her head and growled at Cujo. "It's a wolf's right to leave a pack! You cannot deny a wolf that!" She growled and circled him, hackles raised and ears back. She snarled at him, letting him have the first attack this time.

"No, it's wolf's duty to protect the pack. To lead the pack. To protect the one I love." Cujo was starting to let his personal feelings get put out into the open. "I did not deny you the choice, and for choice we make the is a repercussion." Cujo fainted to the left then jumped to the right going straight for the kill. The way he was taught.

Nike let go of the males scruff he wanted to fight but had no choice but to let these two at it Stray's bite missed but just barely as Cujo threw the male off his body slammed into her hard and she hit the ground with a thump knocking the wind out of her she stood slowly her sides burning and pain shooting threw her she was ready to fight but it wouldn't be easy

Star jumped over Cujo and landed on his back. She slammed her paws into his spine and bit down on his neck. She shut her eyes tightly as she bit down. She hated the thought of killing him. But he left her no choice.

Stray wanted to stop she knew deep down she should let this happen but for two who cared about each other so much to fight like this was not how it should be she wished to interven but promised Cujo she would stand by him so would stopping this fight be considered betrayal she didn't know she had never had a pack before

The small pup ran right into the fight jumping up at the two adults she growled and barked "Stop" her voice loud enough all could hear and Stray smiled the pup had promised nothing to either side and she intended to stop this fight but Stray would not let her pup get hurt

Star jumped off Cujo, luckily she hadn't but him hard enough to draw blood. She smiled at the small Pup. "You are very brave. And, between you and me, you saved me from killing the wolf I love." She whispered to the pup and smiled at it, bowing her was in thanks.
