Kodiiak saw the female and laid calmly on the dirty ground. He took in his surroundings scanning for any points of weakness. When he looked back at the female he saw the fear. "I won't hurt you if you help me find a way out." His voice was clear and strong. "Also, why put a female in a ring with a male?"


Takorii realized she had moved away from the group when the two spoke. She walked back in line and licked her chops scanning for any sign of her brother.

The female shook Hardee "no way there's no way no way out no way no out have to fight have to kill have to fight have to kill have to kill have to kill you" she ranted out loud


Stray watched her fall back in line Shadora spoke again " I already told you I know where he is but if I help you you have to help me" she said a blankness in her voice

Takorii just kept walking. Barks and yelps covering her entire body. Don't think about it Takorii.. Just find him and get out. "Look. If we escape, where do we go? We don't know where we are. And I doubt anyone else will."


Bear looked at her shivering body as she mumbled. Her strange words hitting him. "Listen. I don't want trouble please just calm down and don't do anything stupid. Just sit and we will talk ok? Just don't attack me." He was calm and collected as he spoke.


Looking at his cage, Kodiiak knew what he'd do if she attacked. I will run into the cage and close it. Then when she's close enough I can shove it out and hit her muzzle. He looked at her calmly. "If you don't attack me I will help you escape."

"I know exactly where we are and how to get back to the dark woods from here I have been here many times before but have never come inside I can get us back will you help or not" Shadora asked as calm as ever


The she wolf looked at him and seemed to consider his words "no have to kill have to kill must protect them must protect my pups must keep them safe must kill you" she mumbled as impatient humans threw things at both of you there shouting vvoice raised to a defining roar that could drive any wolf mad let alone one that already was

"Wait! You have pups? I can help save them. Just ignore the humans. Let me guide them and you to safety. Please trust me I don't want to hurt you raising your pups. Don't give them this life let me help! Please you don't need to do this." A hard object hit him on the head and he growled. Another object was thrown and he caught it mid-air, crushing it, and spitting it onto the ground.


 
Takorii heard a faint roar and took a chance. "It might be him.." Her mumble barely audible but enough for the two to hear. The cages eventually ended as she padded towards many shouting voices that hurt her ears. Her breathing became nothing to their sound.

The female shook more and when he growled she launched herself at him with no warning at all her gray coat a silver flash in the light she landed in front of him her eyes glassed but she acted as if she was unsure of her attack

The human yelled at the large she wolf to come back as boots pounded the ground heading her direction Shadora and Stray looked at each other and followed the humans slowly

Kodiiak was still calm when she landed in front of him. "Ma'am you look like you have been through a lot. Me helping you could be an amazing thing. I don't want to fight and you are probably only doing this because they are forcing you. But I've seen the outside world. A great world that I will take your family to in which they will be safe in the comfort of a pack. You could raise them to be smart pups who know only the best survival skills. Just give me your trust and I won't let you down."


 
Takorii now heard barely audible barks and stepped closer in a hunting position. Another step and she saw what she feared. Her brother was in a ring and was going to be in a fight any second. Her body was tense, ready to pounce, ready to kill. Everything seemed to slow her heart, breath, everything around her. Something dreadful was about to happen and she could tell.

The,female paced back and forth mumbling to herself she jumped at him but again stopped short unsure she began to pace some more a can went flying and hit her in the head and she pounced on the male but made no attempt to bite him her long sharp claws dug into his shoulders and she growled at him uncertainty still in her eyes


The humans seeing the large she wolf pulled out large cattle prods and got ready while two slipped ropes connected to poles around her neck

Kodiiak let her tackle him still he tried to reason with her baring the pain. " if you give them what they want they will just do this to you more and eventually your pups if they aren't killed! I'm an outsider, I have given you my word and will take you to paradise. All your worries will be gone. All I need for that is your trust. That's it."

The female claws dug in and she moved to bite his neck bit stopped she looked at him her amber eyes shinning in the light she backed up slowly and looked them male right on the eyes "protect my pups" she said as she walked into the cage and layed down

"I will." His voice was strong and he walked to his own cage and laid down, staring at the littered ground then at the she-wolf pure truth in his eyes. "No matter what, I will." And with that, his head rested as he awaited what would happen next.


 
Reaper let them surround her and watched as the two stopped and went back in their cages. "He promised her something." Suddenly one tightened around her neck and a snarl emitted from her. She began to turn her body, dragging the humans with her and walked to the human licking his hand gently. "I think my brother just saved another wolf." Her voice clear and calm as she spoke to the two she-wolves who were unnaturally calm.

Shadora and Stray looked at her and in unison said "where they in the arena" a look of sadness crossed there faces

Everything in Takorii's body stiffened at their look. Even the posture they held spoke of something being wrong. Takorii swung her neck to look around her in a scared manner. "Yes they were what is so wrong about that? There must be a reason he's done this. He never does something so sympathetic to anyone. He will just kill them without a word." Her heart was racing but there was only calmness in her as she shifted her posture.

Stray and Shadora looked at each other " They will kill the female and I am sure she knows it she has been here for a time your brother has not they will keep him for breeding so he will be safe for the time being" they both said


The doors shut to the cages and a human came out with a gun he pointed it at the female who lay in the cage unwilling to fight any more the human raised the gun and a lone shot rang out as the female was executed the crowed cheered even louder the unbareable sound of there voice a dull roar in your head as the sound of the shot echoed in your mind

Kodiiak's eyes widened and he screamed. "NO! I promised her paradise!!! No!!" His barking and yelping frantic as she sound echoed over and over. He kept screaming at the scene and at the humans. His frantic frame seemed to be desperate now her last words echoed even louder. She seemed so normal, un-shaken, like she hadn't been through so much hell. Take care of my pups. He howled, it was angry yet mourning. "I will do what ever I have to in order to save them!" His face felt hot from all that had happened. "WHAT EVER IT TAKES! Do you hear me you damned humans? Do you hear me!?"


Before Takorii could do anything, she heard a shot then her brother barking and finally a howl. When instinct took over all she could do was join in the beautiful song.in another cage a unknown wolf also joined soon leading to more and more. In mere seconds, half the place was filled with a mournful howl.

Shadora and Stray looked on at the chain reaction of howls "it won't be long before he is put into another fight probably immediately" Shadora sighed


Stray looked around she didn't really care for other wolves her breed was not a pack breed and lived most there lives in solitude she watched as the humans lead another female into the ring and bring out the cage with the dead one in it "They plan to keep bringing in wolves until he fights or dies" Stray said a cold calmness rested over her as she spoke we need to find a way out


The pale boy that let Shadora out called her "I have to go I will figure it out as I do" she replied as she followed the boy down the hall into a large restroom area where he bathed her then led her into a room off of that where a girl slept in a bed with a wolf and another much larger one in the corner she roused shaking the wolf that rested his head on her awake

Cujo snapped his eyes open. I must have fallen asleep! He Slowly lifted his head and scanned the room. If Nike was asleep I might be able to sneak out and find Fury or Willo.

Takorii got mad and snapped at one of the humans. "Mind getting these things off me first?" The cords were still wrapped around her neck. "They kinda are suffocating me slowly." The look she gave 'fury' was of pure annoyance. "And I'm not leaving till I get my brother. Brother just fight her or you'll be stuck in there forever!" Her second words barely reaching him but it was loud enough.


Kodiiak heard his sister and sighed. He took stance his eyes glowing. The only reason he is doing this, was because he was mad at the humans.


Once the doors opened, he sprung forward to attack the female whether she be in her cage or not. The old Kodiiak was back.

Shadora saw two large males one who's head snapped up as her and the boy entered the room and one in the corner watching them intently he stood as they entered


The boy was surprised to see his sister had gotten a dog of her own

Stray looked at her "I'm not going anywhere just whin at the human and he will take them off" she replied


The cage door opened but it wasn't a female wolf that stepped our but a female pup she jumped to the right just before he reached her she was probably only 3 months old at best

Takorii huffed before sitting, looking up, and whining. The men slowly loosened the grip of it and Takorii stood up before yanking her head out. She looked at the she-wolf before giggling. Annoyed, sadistic, yet joyful, she shook her head. "If I'm in this place much longer, I'm gonna go crazy."


Takorii veered as the young wolf stepped and tackled her to the ground pinning her. "I need to ask of you a question. Was that your mother whom was just in here?" If not he planned on giving the pup the easiest way out and saying truly how sorry he was for her and her family.

Cujo stared at the Man shaped figure and his dog. His ears folded back and his fangs shown he let out a growl to show he wasn't moving with a fight. this was his way out and he wasn't going to lose out to fight in some pit.

Stray shrugged and trotted off toward the arena she knew the human was watching but he seemed to trust her more than crimson she saw Crimson brother in the arena with a young pup she sprinted to the door as the humans were closing it no way would she allow this psycho to kill a pup


She slipped in the door just before it closed going unnoticed by the humans


The puppy growled and bit the huge male in the eye forcing him to let her up she stood and put a little distance between them she growled and her tail went up straight in the air and her fur stood on end like an Alpha

The boy looked at the dog as the little girl stirred from her slumber Shadora jumped in front of the small boy her ears flew back and her tail went up as she started to growl back ready for a fight


Nike stood up as Cujo began to growl it was the girls brother the idiot was growling at he walked toward the she-wolf who growled at him as well before facing Cujo ready to fight him if he had to

kodiiak turned to the pup. "Please answer me. I'd rather not kill you and if she was your mother, I promised her I'd bring her pups to the outer world. I dont want to kill you if you are one of them."
