"I know what it unlocks, but the door won't appear unless you're completely lost. Since the cat said the catacombs have changed that means there are places that I've never been before." She grinned slightly before pausing in her steps, Who.. And/or what.. She did not like the creepy feeling she got, vines slowly snaked up out of the ground as she looked around. "Something's on to us.."

"so you sense it now too? hm... either someone in watching us from somewhere. or one of the creatures here is exceptionally bright and figured out. we aren't beasts. again either way its weird." shiro said. he looked around staring into the darkness. his face showed nothing of the thoughts going through his mind. thinking of how he would get katsumi out of here if something happened. he didn't know why he cared about her safety. but what he did know that he would not let her die at the very least. he still didn't care much about himself. he shook his head reprimanding himself mentally for caring about someone else. he's swore to never care about someone again after what had happened with lyxe.

"rise now shadow's edge." shiro says seemingly to no one. a sword slowly rises out of the shadows of the wall. grabbing the hilt shiro puts shadow on his back. he swung the blade once being careful of katsumi next to him. next he creates throwing knives by hardening a few shadows. the knives float at his side ready to be used at anytime. "well then i guess. we should try to lose them then." shiro the makes a wall of air behind them pushing it. it shoots forward filling the tunnel behind them with a fiercely strong current of wind. "that should slow them down. but better to stay prepared just incase." normally shiro would have hunted down and killed whoever was following him. but again his caring for katsumi's safety interfered with his normally reckless way of doing things.

"Oh? Complementing me now?" Katsumi chuckled and looked at the direction they'd come from, whoever was following them certainly wouldn't be able to now. Then again, after training and her nap she was more than a little ready for a good fight. Shaking her head she chuckled a bit, "You're loosing your edge Katsu.."

"well if had wanted a fight. i can alwa-" shiro cuts off as lighting arcs from the bosses binding seal. surrounding his body in lightning. cause pain to rack his body once again. the binding seal glow a blood red. it forces shiro out of his true form and back into his sealed form. he falls to his knees his eyes and face showing nothing. unable to concentrate shiro wind wall, shadow knives fail. the wind dissipates and the lives return to shadows. shadow edge slips back into the darkness.

"well now. this is much better. really? now shiro be honest with me. you knew i was following you two. didnt you. what happened to my perfect little emotionless, unfeeling killer? normally you would have killed that cat back there. then immediately be looking for that new beast that could kill you. did those days of torture teach you nothing?" he says while eyeing kasumi. stopping the binding seal he turn to the girl. "and you must be the one. you seems be clouding my killing tool's mind. i knew i should have pulled him from the school. when you started showing an attachment to him. now look at what you've done. he's actually starting to care about your safety. all the work of making him uncaring and you go and start unraveling that work." he says becoming more and more angry.

She wrapped her arms around him, keeping him from falling forward further. At the sound of the other mans voice she growled, her eyes taking on a red hue as her own demon side sparked to life. "He deserves better than what he has, I'm merely showing him that. Yell and scream at me all you want, but if you continue I won't hesitate to put you six feet under. He should be worrying about his safety and condition! The shadows and darkness are eating him alive and I won't allow it to continue any longer!" She glared darkly at the man before them, her grip tightening on Shiro, protectively, the shadows began bending towards her.

"I will do no such thing. He belongs with people like him, in freedom. That is Zycronia's whole purpose of establishment. Don't underestimate me, I've broken plenty of binding seals before. It's part of my duty as the next head of the Tsukino's don't think I won't find out how to break his." Katsumi slowly pulled herself and Shiro to their feet, turning away from the man she let her eyes return back to their mismatched color. A soft groan left her as she felt her right eye begin to burn, the urge to rip out her eye far stronger than she anticipated. "I'd stay away from us if you wish to keep your life." A vine sprouted from the earth and launched itself towards the man , lodging itself into his shoulder. "Don't take this "little girl" lightly. I'm far stronger than I appear." She then turned to Shiro, her angered eyes softening at him before placing a hand on his own right shoulder. "Sorry.. I had to."

"it's fine. i've wanted to kill him. but the binding seal prevents me. though he may not let this end." shiro says as he watches his boss free himself from the vine and walk away. "he'll be back at some point." shiro stands testing his body.

After about forty five minutes of walking Baxter found some writing on the wall, "More code."
