"Ummm.... Ok?" People are much less friendlier at this highschool than in the circus. She assumed it was the right way and continued walking, Apparently it was the right way because now she was the cafteria. She bought several protien bars in the cafeteria line and sat next to a kid eating cereal. "Hi! Can I sit here?" Klef said to the boy. The building started to tremble, Klef fell off of the cafeteria chair but quickly got up again. " Are you ok?' She asked.

seeing almost no one reacting to the rumbling. shiro quickly becomes bored. "well that blew. i thought more people would react. i guess not" he says disappointed. forgetting to undo his shadow fist. shiro falls out of the sky. having undone his control of the air that was holding him up. landing with his shadow fist hitting the ground. causing it to shake violently for a moment. his shadow fist had also left a small crater in the ground.

"Look, I don't know why you're trying to destroy the school, but I telling you to stop." Katsumi spoke to the boy having stepped out into the open air moments before he'd landed, she narrowed her eyes as earth began to rumble with anger. "Don't abuse the earth." The blonde hissed, her fangs showing through her frown. @Shiro kurogane

shiro just looked at the girl hissing at him. " you know for the record. i was just trying to cause trouble the fist time i did. this time i simply forgot to undo my shadow fist. but if you want to fight. be my guest." he said as his blood begin to race. in anticipation of a fight. his face though showed no such thing. as he looked at the girl with his emotionless and cold red eyes. his face completely devoid of emotion as well.

Aaron looked up from his bowl of cereal with sleepy doe like eyes to the girl. "Bye all means, you're welcome to sit here. I don't think anyone else is." The merman cleared his throat and gestured to the seat. Then the building shook. "Woah. Aww man, my cereal spilt. Rest in peace cereal. " He joked. "Well, nothing like a mini earthquake to wake up a person in the morning. I'm fine but are you okay?" He asked the girl who fell.

The blonde's eyebrow twitched with irritation, her mismatched blue eyes darkening before vines quickly sprouted from the ground wrapping him in thick roots. "Causing trouble is my thing here, don't come terrorizing my school without my permission. Now.. You halfling, if you wish to be at school here I can't stop you. But if you do continue to abuse Mother Earth and this school.." The vines tightened until they were practically choking him, "I won't hesitate to end your life."

calmly smiling while being choked. shiro looked at the girl. chuckling at the threat. "oh? this is your school? well then im ssooo sorry. miss katsumi." he said. shiro easily cut the vines by turning hardened shadows into blades.

"Hn.. Your sarcasm is slightly unnerving. What's your purpose? And how do you know my name? I haven't spoken it to you once." She narrowed her eyes and growled, walking until she was inches from him. "Why." Don't tell me he's apart of the disappearances..? Katsumi frowned and crossed her arms under her chest, her arms being warmed by the underneath of her breast.

shiro smirks at katsumi. "there have been disappearances? cool how many? oh and i can't tell you my purpose. number one cause my boss would kill me for leaking info. and number two if you mean my other reason for being here. i can't tell you that either as it personal." he said.

"Don't go through my thoughts. The disappearances of this school do not concern you, but, heed my warning. If any harm comes to my friends.." Her angry mismatched eyes turned joyous, though it would've been welcomed had her aura not been so sinister. "I'll hunt you down and deal with you personally." @Shiro kurogane

"i have better thi-" shiro stops and looks at his phone. after reading the msg his eyes and features darken. he puts the phone back into his pocket. he curses not meaning to do it out loud. "tch, well as fun as this has been. i've got somewhere to be." he says as he turns to fly away.

Katsumi raised a brow, as much as she hated to admit it, he'd gained her interest. Preparing to open her mouth she retracted the thought of asking where he was going, instead she gave him a piece of advice. "Don't let the darkness swallow you whole, and don't allow the light to blind you." With that she turned on her heels and took a step forward, the earth anticipating her steps seeing that she wanted to go to the observatory roof.





Christopher arrived back at his dorm, doughnuts in hand as he continued to read over the papers. "What? Bed that lie in the earth are the truths of the underworld?" He grumbled and threw the papers on his bed, slumping himself on the floor next to Baxter's bed, as long as those papers were on his bed he didn't want to be anywhere near it.

shiro hearing the girls advice. smiles and says to himself it was too late for that. he arrives at the building where he was to meet someone. suddenly without warning. shiro comes under attack by a group of cultists that summon creatures to fight for them. seeing that there were too many to handle in his sealed form. he releases the seal. a bright light shines in all directions as shiro reverts to his original form. looking around at the cultists now he prepares for battle. the cultists summon their creatures and order them to kill shiro. fighting the creatures seem endless. as more and more are being summoned. shiro kills 20 of the 30 man squad. before realizing the they are not trying to kill. but weaken him so that they can capture him alive.


realizing this shiro forms a giant ball of air. then taking it and compressing it down to the size of a small marble. shoots at the cultists where rapidly decompresses cause a huge explosion killing the remaining cultists. shiro deactivates his seal returning to his sealed form. too weakened to fly. shiro teleports to the schools roof. where he collapses more from exhaustion from reverting back to his original form. then from anything else. he curses loudly because normally he could easily fight over 3000 humans or nonhumans without using much power or having to revert to his original form. but his boss had forced a binding contract onto him so that shiro could be controlled and ordered even against his will. the only way for the contract to be nullified was if the boss was killed. but the boss had thought about that making it so shiro himself could not kill the boss.

Hearing the shouts of the boy she'd just spoken to she covered her ears, "Oh my god you're loud." Katsumi growled, looking in his direction preparing to scold him. But seeing his condition she changed her thoughts, "What the fuck happened to you?" She asked, leaning over his form she examined his wounds. She wouldn't be able to get him to the nurse without him bleeding out all over campus, so she summoned her spell book. "There's gotta be a healing spell in here..."

shiro looked at katsumi. "don't bother. i'll be fine in a few anyways." shiro sits up. standing up shiro walks to the schools roof exit. just as shiro reaches for the handle. his bosses forced binding seal glows on shiro's left arm. feeling it pulse twice alerts shiro that his boss was not happy with him for fighting the cultists. instead of running away. "oh, fuuuu-" shiro cuts off as lightning comes out of the binding seal and surrounding his body. the lighting racks his body with pain. his eyes fill with the pain he is feeling. but otherwise shiro's body and face gives away no other indication of his pain. after the binding seal stops glowing. he drops to his knees cursing his boss that had forced him to the contract.

"Don't be stupid! You're hurt. Whether you show it or not." Stepping towards him she flinched back when the lightning hit him out of the blue, "Let me help you." She urged, not taking no for an answer as she wrapped her arm around his torso, placing a hand on his stomach she gently forced a bit of her magic into his system, increasing his healing factor for a bit. "Let's get you to the nurse.." A small frown crossed her face as she walked back towards the edge of the roof, spotting the nurses office she stepped off the edge. A large vine catching them and placing them in front of the door.

"i don't need help. i've been just fine dealing with this things since i was 16. so i'll be fine on my own now. if only i could break this stupid binding contract. i would be able to use more then just a measly 10% of my full power. if i'd all of my power i could have killed all 30 of those cultists in my sealed form with just a blast of air." shiro says as he breaks from katsumi's arms. shiro accidentally touches katsumi's arm with his hand and his mental shield down. not realizing that he was showing her part of his memories. they started from when shiro had been caught by the boss at the age of sixteen. then going on to show her how the boss had tortured him for two weeks. nonstop ripping his soul out and forcefully pushing it back into his body. the next memory shows a weakened shiro being forced into the binding contract. shiro now realizing what was happening quickly put up his mental shield again. stopping the show of his memories.

"Shiro.. Let me help you.." Katsumi turned to face him, her eyes saddened from the memories he'd shown her, even if it were an accident she still felt his pain. "Please.. Haven't you forced yourself to endure enough pain? And power doesn't come from pure unadulterated strength, it comes from having someone or something to protect." @Shiro kurogane

" i don't believe that. since you already saw some of my memories i might as well show you all of them." he said as he placed his hand on katsumi's. starting with his telling her that he has no memories from before he was fifteen. shiro begins show her his first memory. showing a fifteen year old shiro waking up in lyxe's house. the past shiro asks lyxe why he seems to not have any memories beside now from just waking. the memory changes to a new one. showing lyxe teaching shire to fight and survive. then another memory showing lyxe placing the seal on shiro's right hand. that regulates and suppresses shiro's nonhuman half. another memory shows shiro being forced to watch as lyxe is killed.


then goes on to show shiro's emotions causing lyxes seal to break slightly making shiro's powers run rampant as he kill everyone. the memory switches to show a dying lyxe using the remains of his very life force to repair and strengthen the seal. causing shito's powers to come back under control. lyxe is then shown telling shiro that the seal on his right hand is not meant to last for ever and that needs to be ready for when that happens. as shiro's power needs to be regulated constantly and consistently or his own power will rip shiro's body apart and killing him. then the four months of memories of after lyxes death. show shiro constantly fighting humans and nonhumans while surviving all on his own. then it comes full circle as the memories of the boss capturing shiro replays themselves. shiro puts his mental shield back up to stop the repeat memories of him being tortured. "as you can see. i've been fine on my own. i've never wanted nor needed help before." he says as he starts turning to walk away.

"I'm not taking no for an answer!" Katsumi couldn't help but to stop him, her arms wrapping around to his chest. "I know the feeling of being alone.. Of being rejected.. My family's council has even tried to discretely kill me! But I'm not alone anymore.. I have people that protect me and me protecting them. Don't be so stubborn, damn it! I'm helping you, you can say no or stay out of it, but it's not gonna happen." Katsumi tightened her grip around him, making sure that if he took off he'd have to pull her with him. If he was going to be stubborn so was she, she did have morals after all, ignoring him would go against those morals. "Don't continue on the path of this darkness, go to a new one.. Let the dark be your friend not your enemy."

shiro's eyes darken. as he tries to break away from katsumi. "it's too late for it to be my friend. now let. me. go." he says still trying to break free. he decides to use another power. shiro teleports out of katsumi's arms and to a nearby building. he turns to walk away have gotten free from katsumi. shiro sits on the new building roof. opening a shadowed hole on the building he pulls out an injector. the injector contains an experimental serum that completely heals any injuries. he stabs the injector into his arm and hits the button to inject the serum. shiro's body convulses as the injuries heal. after the convulsing stops shiro sits there. waiting for the pain to subside. so that he can move around again.

Baxter perked up when he felt the building quake. "Is that an earthquake?" he looked out the window and looked at the trees and ground, "Hmm...it can't be an earthquake, nothing else is moving..." he pushed open the window and looked up, spotting the person in the air. "Oh...just a building puncher. Dangit I thought I escaped those in middle school..." he sighed and sat down on his bed again, playing with Barnaby.

Katsumi felt him disappear from her arms and thought about tracking his source, thusly going after him, but dismissed the thought. She'd weakened her own mental barrier by allowing him to get to her own locked away feelings, the blonde clutched her fist in anger, not only at herself but at him as well. I let such a thing happen mother.. I'm sorry. She shook her head and continued her way to the gym, a good sweat would definitely clear her mind. "Don't think this is over Shiro, I'm not leaving you alone until you at least accept a different path." She murmured, the earth beneath her feet reacting to her emotions, causing it to gently rumble with her steps. @Shiro kurogane





Christopher opened his door and looked at Baxter, "So, I wasn't the only one who felt that right?" He asked referring to the mini earthquake or shaking building whatever it was. He then held up the bag of doughnuts, smiling before he gently tossed the bag on the boys bed then sat on his own. "Ran into my sister earlier, she gave me work to do"

The person seemed to be ok, falling from the chair didn't really hurt Klef too much."I'm ok, earthquakes are somewhat normal where I'm from, but something tells me this isn't an earthquake... If anything, your cereal was the one who took the beating, they were such a good person... I'm going to miss them." They said jokingly. Fortunately no food was damaged since the protien bars were solid and still in the package. "Oh, what is your name? My name is Klef, and I'm a freshman."
