Colosseum The Soul of a Fighter (op characters welcomed)

[Crimrose]

"UNAC 03: AP 80%... Well, guess shields for them is necessary too." Aquila snapped her metal fingers, the energy shielding kicking in for the drones. "Stop playing with her, light swings won't work against that wind." Aquila fired 5 more shots from her rifles, before switching over to Beam Rifles. She fired a shot, a large white beam surrounded by blue swirls flying towards the girl. The shot would dissipate upon impact, significant heat being transferred, as that was it's main source of damage. The 4 drones proceeded to swing at her again, this time swinging as hard as they could. "I can do this all day, and I don't have to sleep either."

Yukari exhaled then took in a deep breath. "Shigure style number 4 Gofuu Juuu." She dodged the lazers and bullets jumping out of the whirlwind as the blades chopped it up. "All day you say that's cute. You believe I can't kill you I've slain demons and other entities from all across the world. You will be just another to fall dead by my sword. If you leak blood of any kind if I can cut you if you feel pain then trust me. I can and will kill you!" She put her right foot forward putting her sword to her side. "Shigure style number 6 Oame!" She swung her sword with intense speed repeatedly sending highly condesed water at the mech in needles.

 

[Crimrose]

"Yeah, the thing is I don't bleed, feel pain, and to an extent, can't be cut. Unless you're capable of thinking with that tiny brain of yours. So, witness the power of technology."


The drones (Or Aquila) let the water run into them,the shields flaring while the mech(s) remained unaffected. "Yeah, these were made to counter people like you honey, those demons were pushovers compared to Armored Cores. I guess those entities were rats, right? Maybe a few foxes too?"


The drones swapped from their swords to chainguns, firing at about 6000 RPM. (We have these already, so nothing fancy, just a bullet storm.)


Aquila could really sit there all day, Yukari didn't have the necessary tools to deal with Aquila. Honestly, this was outdated technology, and using the most advanced would... Well, banish her from the dimension. Or the many other fashions of killing. (Get me kicked from this place almost instantly.)

 

[Nenma Takashi]

Yukari walked forward using Gofuu Juuu again she dodged past the bullets she had a huge smile on her face. "So many strong people if this keeps up I don't know if I can call myself a person anymore. No I gave up my humanity the moment I took this sword." She dodged a chainsaw sliding under it she tried to cut the back of it but was blocked by a shield. She used Oame and finally cut through slicing up the back end destroying it. "The power of technology don't make me laugh tech is just something people with no skill for magic created to copy them. Technology is just a cheap knockoff of magic."

 

[Crimrose]

"A cheap knockoff of magic? No, it far surpasses magic in fact. Oh, and that wasn't effective." The mech regained it's parts from the same static as earlier, turning to face Yukari. "If I wanted to, I could quite literally get rid of your identity, and your weapon's identity. So don't fool with me." (I'd get banned, so I can't really use my full potential here... Also, not chainsaw, chaingun. Minigun basically.) "I'm questioning whether I should just end you or what. I don't see why I shouldn't, but that's your choice. I'll leave it up to you." (Besides being in violation of the rules.) (This one weapon, could do you in for good.)

Guts deflected the missiles and blocked the bullets with the broad end of his blade. He then started breathing heavier and faster until he let out a loud cry, "ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WITH YOUR BULLSHIT MAGIC AND TECHNOLOGY!!!! IT MAKES ME SICK WHY DON'T YOU GET OUT OF THAT MECH SUIT AND TAKE ME LIKE A MAN!! You've got a truce for now girl I wanna deal with this punk"


He readied his blade in his stance and activated his Berserker armor and with a scream one would only here from a hellhound he charged the mech moving so fast the ground from under him broke from the force of his steps.


"I'M GONNA TAKE EVERYTHING BUT MY URGE TO KILL AND BLACK IT ALL OUT!!!! DIE YOU BASTARD!!!"

Once he gets close enough to the mech he brings his sword down slowing a little when it hit the shield but with another yell and grunt he forces his way through cutting the barrel off of his chaingun and beam rifle.

 

[Nenma Takashi]

Yukari followed after the man she couldn't help but laugh at what he said. "You hate magic and technology, saying to fight with raw skill and power yet I'm almost completely sure that armor of yours is magic is it not?" She jumped off his shoulders to bring her katana down on the mech itself she hit a force field but kept slashing. "Of course you have yourself protected you thinkers aren't much for actual combat I forgot." She mocked.

 

[SimpleGuy]

He kept cutting and fighting harder and harder slashing through their shields and throwing bombs at them.


He says to the girl when he can,


"Inner demonic rage not magic."

 

[BubbleButt]

A helicopter quickly swooped in to the entrance of The Valley of Fighters. He would hop off the side and activate his cloak. He readied his gun until the helicopter left. He activated his scanner and a little shockwave colored in red went out and around him. He waited for a response from the scanner.

 

[Crimrose]

Aquila didn't seem to care about the onslaught, and simply mega quickboosted away from them. The air around them and anything flammable would burst into flames from the heat flash. The weapons fixed themselves as the aforementioned spear was summoned. (Only severs what makes you... You. Not actually a kill.)

 

[BubbleButt]

He received results of multiple people fighting from his scanner. One was a woman with a sword. Another, an enraged man, he was wielding a sword as well. And a target, a dangerous target with high tech. He sprinted somewhere near their location. Once there he activated his drone and flew it overhead. The target was being teamed on by two Asura fighters. The drone scanned their strengths and weaknesses. He called the the helicopter overhead and asked them to deploy an EMP. They accepted the request for help and prepared the EMP, they were ready to fire.

 

[SimpleGuy]

The fire burst burns Guts but he doesn't even flinch due to the armor making him not feel pain. He continued slicing until he got to the main mech and threw five mini bombs at him then flipped his sword to the broad end and swung with all his might. The wind pressure from his swing would blow the mech, his weapons and shields and his explosions all into the wall of the arena. The weight of his sword moving this fast also broke Guts' arm though his armor put the bones back together giving his the ability to use it again.

 

[Crimrose]

The mech was unfazed, sitting with its arms crossed. "I eat these for snacks. I can quite literally break the sound barrier 5 times over in one go." Aquila Zero Shifted much farther above them, firing her laser rifles at the helicopter she recently noticed.

 

[SimpleGuy]

"AND WITHOUT THAT SUIT YOU'D BE NOTHING MORE THAN A SLUG TO BE SALTED!!"


He continues his attacks

 

[Crimrose]

"I am the suit, simpleton. How else would I be so hard to kill? Also, would you like me to sever your meaning away from you? Then you'd be nothing but a slug." (How is he even flying...) Aquila didn't bother shooting for the time being, as the other 4 Drones began to take pot shots at Guts. "I'm getting a bit bored Y'know, I don't want to kill you instantly though. Should I just put you out of the misery known as trying to kill me?"

 

[SimpleGuy]

(Pain won't limit him so he will push as hard as he needs to to get where you are.)


Guts stops his furry for a time and falls down to the arena landing in a small explosion. He stands and stabs his sword into the ground using it as a shield and reloads his cannon. He then steps out and puts on hand on his sword. He jesters for Aquila to come down to him and awaits his response.

 

[Crimrose]

(Lol, Aquila is female, unless you mean from his perspective.)


Aquila didn't bother attacking for the time being, the Drones circling in opposite directions.


"I'm trying to not do much right now, I'm currently trying to find a way to not instantly kill you. That'd make the fight actually worthwhile. I mean, what fun is it if you get killed on one hit? None, none at all, correct?"

 

[SimpleGuy]

Guts chuckles a bit and says, "yeah I know what you mean why not call of youre drones and fight one on one? That'd make things a bit more interesting and what's all this about killing me in one strike? What can you do to kill me in one go?"

 

[Crimrose]

"Well, for one I could just sever the concept of your existence. But besides that, there's sending you to the Sun, destroying the planet and such... Eh, the list goes on." One of the Drones, marked with a red 04 marking, descended. "How advanced do you want it? I'll let you choose that much. This is rather primitive technology I'm using right now."


Aquila had a more relaxed tone, as she remembered it was mainly an arena before a war-zone.

 

[SimpleGuy]

Guts sighs, "If it weren't for that tech you'd be nothing. I don't have it and I've fought being beyond the mortal plains. All I've needed was my sword and I've managed just fine. Why don't you call off your drones and we both throw down our weapons and fight with nothing but our bodies? I'll even let you keep that mech suit on to make things more of a challenge. What do you say?"

 

[Crimrose]

"If you really want to. I mean, tech is my ability, yours is being unnaturally strong for a human. You wouldn't be the same without that would you? Besides, I don't have a true form."

She seemed to revert to a human, to Guts request earlier. Obviously this wasn't really the case, but it fooled most. "You won't like this form of me either, but okay."

 

[SimpleGuy]

"Two sides of the same coin" he whispers to himself


"I won't like you either way but at least this way I get to punch that pretty face"


He grins and gets in a defensive stance waiting for his opponent to take the first shot

(Sorry, I was gone)


The helicopter managed to fire off the EMP before getting hit with a laser. "This is Pequod! Controls are unresponsive! Mayday! Ma-" the helicopter said before crashing. The EMP landed in front of the target "Aquila" and activated disabling any tech nearby. The phantom was out of range so his tech didn't deactivate. He approached with his cloaking device activated and aimed for Aquila's head.

 

[Crimrose]

"Interference eh? Someone tried something just now, luckily, I just got out of the vulnerable form. This is... Much worse. So... Whoever just failed miserably, this is your one and only chance. Anyway, yeah I guess you can punch my face. But hitting first isn't my area of expertise." Aquila smiled lightly.

 

[SimpleGuy]

Guts smiled, "Good"


He then proceeded to punch her until every bone is his arms shattered from the forces of the punches.
