With Black Cat, we could explore the fact that they have been killing people in the name of justice and revenge. Now that they are pushed into a corner, BC members are faced with the fact that they might kill police/anyone chasing them. One might argue that they should not do that and truly become the criminal the public sees them as, but someone else could argue that they are already a bunch of murderer after all the killings they do.
