I'm thinking. So what should we do with the spy? Have him/her take over/lead the FBI and become some sort of villain/hero(depending on which we want BC to be)? Feel remorseful and try to help BC out(I've decided on Plan One)? Kill him/her off?

It might be Ria. Then again, I said I contacted someone who would play the spy. I could've been lying, though, just letting you know the spy was chosen. The two major ships, in my opinion, are Ria and Q, and Erika and Alex.
It would be a huge plot twist if Erika or Q turn out to be the spy, simply because of their innocence.
I honestly don't believe any of them would do it, and only EV has motive, I think. Ria, Jess, David, EV, Dio, Mira, Ellis, Alex, and Anais are brutal enough to backstab them, but Dakota, Erika, Q, and Charlotte could do it out of fear.
Ria, Ellis, Erika, and David seem to be good liars, or hide their feelings well.
Almost all of them are smart(looking at Dakota).
Rundown:
(Motive could always be a government position, shorter prison sentence, they could already be part of the government before joining, etc.)
Dio. Motive: None visible. Extra: Great actor, has referred to BC as a new family.
Mira. Motive: None visible. Extra: Loyal, professional, merciless.
Alex. Motive: No visible motive. Extra: Professional, cold.
Charlotte. Motive: None visible. Extra: Blends in well, non-lethal(therefore she doesn't have a part in BC that requires killing- her punishment may be shorter anyway).
David. Motive: None visible. Extra: Vengeful.
Ria. Motive: None visible. Extra: Reckless, cruel, vindictive.
Anais. Motive: Previously part of the military, may want to re-earn position. Extra: Cold, stealthy, fits of anger, honest.
Q. Motive: None visible. Extra: New recruit, innocent, generally cheerful but awkward.
Ellis. Motive: Entertainment. Extra: Unreliable, sadistic, dangerous.
Erika. Motive: None visible. Extra: Quiet, self-conscious, lies easily, slightly depressed, smart.
Dakota. Motive: Really? Extra: Too happy for his own good. @ZebraWolf And thank you for ruling him out.
EV. Motive: Revenge for her lost position. Extra: Smart, shy, can be rude at times.
Jess. Motive: BC let her dad die on a project. Extra: Smart enough to do it, mood changes might have influenced her choices.
That took like an hour to write. This is from an outside view. EV seems to be the most suspicious, and Q the least.

I do too. If anyone thinks Q isn't going to do what he wanted and get up stupidly early to make a snow fort, you'd be wrong. He is totally doing that (unless something happens that prevents him from doing so). He is going to try to make the best of this situation!

Being a GM is so stressful! Someone made an RP interest check based off of the same thing as what I had already created, three hours after I posted the RP. With way more success.

I was actually thinking something similar. I mean, maybe not splitting up the team per say (aside from the spy), but as opposed to labeling them as "heroes" or "villains," they would just be on opposing sides from whoever the main antagonist might be. People seem to be anime folks on here. Gundam anyone? Where you have favorite characters on both sides of the conflict and there are some ideals that are both right and wrong on either side and you're in a panic because suddenly your two biases are fighting each other and you know you'll flip the fuck out if either of them go down so don't know who to root for and you're just a nervous wreck watching it? ....Anyway *cough* they're already criminals, but they don't have to be "villains" per say because that implies there's an "evil" factor at play, something morally wrong with them on a grander scale than their willingness to kill for the sake of a good cause. I can see it in some of these characters, but for the most part they aren't really giving off the, "I'ma hurt innocent people for the sake of power or my own selfish gain" types, which is standard when you think of "villain."
