Esstella set the team into the tree "I think we need to pick a team leader at least while we are here in the forest and alternate leaders every mission so that we know everyone strength and weaknesses better and so that we can learn who has what skills" she said she knew Thanatos would pick her and maybe even Jorian but she had no clue on the others

Oh gods. Not good not good not goooood! She was incredibly late.


That was the first thing Auri noted, stepping off the teleporter, a frantic look on her face and sweat on her brow from the journey it took to get here. Her head whipped from one side to the other, golden locks flopping, as she tried to remember where the academy would be. Her master had said a few knights would be there to guide the new students, but they sure as hell weren't there now seeing as the opening ceremony took place a day or so ago. Where was the academy? Auri was in full panic mode. Knowing she couldn't just stand there, she made her way into the bustling town. Far as the eye could see there were buildings upon buildings, made out either of stone or wood. For a few minutes she walked down what was presumably the main road, merchants present on either side as they sold their wares. Hoping she could learn something from one of them, Auri walked up to one with a fruit stand of some kind.


"Excuse me, sir?" She asked the middle aged man there. "Would you happen to know where the academy is by some chance?"


The merchant looked at her, eyes narrowed slightly. "Sorry ma'am. This is a business and I don't give information out for nothin." He said gruffly. "Get something or go elsewhere."


"Are you kidding me?" Exasperated but not wanting to waste anymore time than neccessary, the golden haired girl took out her money bag, giving the man a single gold coin as she grabbed an apple. The merchant raised an eyebrow. "Don't see many of these around." He said, looking at the coin closely, biting the coin to see if it was real. When he didn't say anything else, Auri prompted, "Please sir. Do you know where the academy is?"


The man looked up. "That big white stone building overthere." He said, pointing towards a tall and large building at the center of town. Thanking him quickly, she began to run. Instinctively she pulled magic from her shard around her neck, using it to grant her temporary super speed. She zig zagged, going through roads and alley ways as she made her way to the academy, along the way accidentally knocking over people and apologizing furiously as she helped them up. Soon enough she had arrived, but didn't look around much as she quickly made her into the building, still running. Not a lot of people were around at the moment, except one tall man in silver armor with a large mustache.


"Excuse me, sir?" Auri called. He turned to look in her direction, eyes widened. She started slowing down as she got closer to him, but underestimated how long that would take, resulting in her crashing into him with a slight scream. The movement sent them both to the floor, the knight's armor making a loud clank as they hit the floor.


"Ugh...." Auri said in a daze. "That's gonna...leave a bruise..."


The man she was on top of gasped. "My fabulous mustache!"

Saphira looks at everyone and grips her hands into a fist as hard as possible. Staring at riku worried but refuses to speak. Watching everyone try something but unable to think of anything herself.so she sits there and watchs kalin and Gil work magic on her hopping it helps. (Horribly sorry for being gone for so bloody long the Internet went down and already having issue with Internet sorry I'm back and have caught up on it all)

"O-okay, I'll try..." Kalin said,placing his hands over Riku's heart. He focused harder, and his flames grew brighter once again. "Riku...We may not have known each other long...but you're one of the nicest people I've ever met...ypu have your problems, but all people do. I'm spite of to all, you want get stronger, in order to move past it. And you already are. You're strong enough to do anything you want to! So come back to us! Give us our friend back!"


With those words, the flame exploded out even further, enveloping Kalin and Riku both. The glow emanating from his shard grew brighter, flashed for an instant, and then faded. The only remnants being what appeared to be flame colored feathers falling around them like crimson snow. Kalin looked up, a single tear running down his face.

Oddly enough, Sebastian stood behind Camilla now watching over her shoulder on what went on. His curiosity is going get him in trouble about this girl but still he kept watching. "Hopefully she pulls through.." Sebastian mumbled under his breathe.... maybe he had some care for Riku.

Saphira watchs in awe and worry at what transpires. She watchs waiting to see the end result like everyone else around riku. Seeing the feather fall down around them she reachs out to touch one but pulls back and continues to watch riku her worry overriding her calm look slowly.

Kai seemed to be happy to hear that they have to test there skills he was excited. Wanting to fight will make him stronger, he will get to understand the others and how they fight. His eyes where still cold as he showed no emotions to the others.

Jorian inspected the newcomer and every other teammate. They were a very diverse bunch which was good but one thing mostly all of them had in common were there dark presence accept for him and Esstella. Jorian kind of felt it soothing. Using his staff smoke letters flowed out of it as usual -Any nominations I would like to get this over with so we can have some more fun the sentence was pretty long and Jorian slouched a bit as he finished then he fixed himself and looked at everyone. 'I wonder what Astor as stored for us next' he thought to himself

Thanatos looked around the group "I think Esstella her wind power had been the most useful here plus she seems more like a leader to me and it was her idea" he said a smirk on his face he knew Esstella would be a good leader here because her abilities were made for this type of place

"Riku-chan's gonna be alright, y'know! I just know it!!!" Telia said really sure of herself. Her eyes burned with confidence and she clenched her fists. "Kali-chan and Gil-Sensei is gonna save her!!!" She licked her lips and waited for the result. Riku will remember who she is when this is all over, and they'll all hug in happiness.

Jorian nodded and Shiyams suggestion. Everyone should get a chance to see what each other can do before choosing a leader. -Yes, let's test everyone. But how, One v. One or use the beast as a test subject- Jorian rose his staff and pointed it at the hell hound. 'This should be fun'

Kai didn't want to be chosen by choice he wanted to be chosen by victory. He wanted to show everyone what he can do. Kai had that look on his face as if he was ready for battle.

Kai looked at Jorian as he finally opened his mouth and words came out. "I think a one on one would be more suited for this matter." He said ready for anything to be thrown at him, as he carried the Takeshi name on his back.

Daemon shrugged, not bothered who leads nor bothered by how they went about this test, though sparring made more sense, he had just fought the hellhound. Why bother doing it again? Currently he wasn't too familiar with the people around him, so he opted to study them all more before getting comfortable. Old habits died hard it seemed.

Watching as Kalin looked just like a fire angel descended from the heavens -- or a phoenix -- in helping Riku through her pain, she was awestruck at how beautiful it was and prayed in hope that he was able to help Riku return back to normal to her usual self. Once this was all over, she promised that she would hug the living daylight out of Riku after witnessing such a scene and pour out so many emotions towards her despite their relationship not being close.


Looking back over her shoulder at Sebastian, she smiled confidently,"Of course she will... She has to."

Sebastian simply nodded speaking in a tender tone now, something out of character for him "Riku is strong... she's like us." He rested an armored hand on Camilla's shoulder for a moment before slipping back into his own world.

Esstella nodded "alright then let's do it,it will also be a great chance for the group leader to figure out everyone skills so we will be more efficient as a team.... I say hold nothing back" Esstella said with a smile


Galahad looked around "I don't think going all out is a good idea the forest is still dangerous and I know Astor those hellhound's were just to distract us till the whole team showed up and we are still missing a member besides if we go all out we will be to tires to fight off the other beast that are sure to come" he didn't like the idea of fighting at all

Kai dropped down off the tree as he showed he was ready to fight anyone. He took his hood off as he looked up at the tree looking at the group of people as he waited for his opponent.

Galahad sighed if we are going to fight let's do it tornament style that why the others can help watch for danger each opponent should give there name and abilities before starting" he suggested hoping they would listen


Thanatos was just as egare to fight and he dropped from the tree as well "Thanatos Death Magic" he said waiting for the other boy to reply

Jorian watched as Thanatos and Kai jumped down preparing to battle. Jorian sat crisscrossed and placed his staff flat in front of him. 'I hope this doesn't take too long' Jorian thought to himself as he stretched and yawned awaiting for there battle to begin

Riku looked up at all of them, everyone surrounding her, her friends... tears instantly started pouring down her face "I..I'm sorry!" she screamed through her sobs as she clung onto Kalin "I..I didn't...mean to forget!" she hugged him tighter than ever before "I never want that to happen again..." she lets go after realising that she was half suffocating Kalin in the process of her hug "Your my friends, all of you...I remember everything now...even what happened...before" she looked around once again tears in her eye's, smiling "I'll explain later, for now I just want to be with all of you" she said cheerfully. @Newtype @zeroknight @Lunaire @Plushie

"Kai hatred Takeshi." Kai said looking at Thanatos as if he was ready to fight. He was ready for anything, he could fight for his life and still be excited. He was born this way, the Takeshi clan was not known for its brute strength it was known for it's brutality. He smirked as he was ready to engage.

Thanatos looked at the boy "and your ability" he said hands in his pockets he had already given his ability and he wanted to know this boys abilities
