"Honey!!! Wheres my Supersuit?"
Speaking of which. If William is the type to build an empire or even a small group Augustus would likely side with him if they have had good history

Mortimer gave up his English and French territories when he left for the Americas pretty much :^)Augustus would have large chunks of territory in different parts of the world. His roman territory was overrun by the church. His Indian and Oriental territories are the biggest. I would say he gave his french territory to Mortimer to attempt to satiate his bloodlust and made no claims on american territory when he learned that william was making claims. His indian territories will have a very large population run by the first being he turned about 1600 years ago. Id imagine many vampires have come from that area.
Sorry if I'm too late, but is this still open?
Well William has reason to visit many places all over the world. I was thinking that he had gotten careless with his feeding when visiting your area and had forgotten to eat. As such, he went into a bit of a frenzy, bit you and murdered your family to satiate his hunger. He regrets acting so uncivilised and has chosen not to reveal himself to you yet to save himself of embarrassment. Of course, there will come a time where he’ll reveal his true identity to her.Great! Adriana never saw who attacked her so she would have no idea who did it muhaha

Yes. I intend to set up a vampire council in the town for the vampires, where we may discuss matters such as the werewolf infestation, concerning things the humans are doing in general and any dangerous witches that have popped up lately. While it will be a sort of democracy/oligarchy between the vampires (PCs, not all vampires in the town), William will have a lot of influence due to his connections.
Speaking of which, William’s family and William himself will have a large amount of territory in France as that is their home country and they are an old family. William has also indeed been establishing territory in America in the form of various companies, all vampire staffed. His many connections and contacts around the world facilitate his political influence and his companies supply his fortune, hence the mansion just outside Redwood. William has also made an effort to establish English and Russian territory, branching off from his America land.
On the note of councils and such, I'm more inclined to make Mortimer the person who has no real goal but to accumulate knowledge and read into philosophy. 400 years alive, a few genocides in the past y'know. Casual Vampire stuff. But not the kind to take territories. Overall, I'd say he could be a voice of balanced reason in the council meetings since he gave up the possibility of garnering power in his lifetime. Also he dislikes most people *Finger guns*Well William has reason to visit many places all over the world. Ok then that could be the link between William and Augustus. If mortimer gave is territory up then we can say Augustus then gave it to William to help stabalize his european territories. Augustus is the leader of Asia and India vampires with a strong pressence in Both the middle east and russia. He and Williams past dealings and history have convinced him help out in anyway he can with williams russian and european ventures. In return William can be helpimg them with modern tech from the US and Europe to help create blood farms to sustain the large and still growing vampire populations in India and China. A mutually benificial deal. Development and ExpansionWell William has reason to visit many places all over the world. Cool! I was planning on making a half human half werewolf character, if that's okay. (:No, its never too late!
You can join! We just started!
I would suggest making a human or werewolf character since we need more. (But, if you wish to make witch or a vampire rather than the species listed then please be my guest.
Btw, since William’s bloodline is noble, your character will be a noble vampire as well now, given that William’s the one to have made you what you are. This might cause you to discover a natural superiority in vampiric coercion at some point. You may need William to teach you specifically how to apply it.That sounds great!
Yes, that would work. Although William doesn’t want the vampire population to grow too large due to absence of a “life cycle” because of our immortality. Perpetually increasing our numbers would only lead to food shortages and power unbalances. William will tell you something different to the truth in terms of how the research is going, but that’s to be expected of him. I imagine you’ll find out the truth at some point in the rp.Ok then that could be the link between William and Augustus. Well William would have no issues with you then. It then depends on if Mortimer finds him to be an interesting character. On the note of councils and such, I'm more inclined to make Mortimer the person who has no real goal but to accumulate knowledge and read into philosophy. 400 years alive, a few genocides in the past y'know. Ooo nice! I didn’t think of that before. Adriana has been mostly on her own since being turned, besides a couple of years she stayed with a low-level vampire clan in a rundown part of NYC, so her powers aren’t extremely developed... or at least not the to the level they could be.Btw, since William’s bloodline is noble, your character will be a noble vampire as well now, given that William’s the one to have made you what you are. Gotta say, if it happens she would probably have an ally in Mortimer after what occurred to his late wife. Stringing her up on a cross with a trial that has no defence and all that -- eesh talk about bad memories(What I posted below, should give you guys some ideas on drama and creating story plots.)
Also, I was thinking...
Short Bio: Since Vienna (my character) is a half-witch, meaning that she possess a bit more power at the tip of her finger. In the witch community, it is illegal to have a child with another breed because it breaks the chain. Power is passed through every full witch that is born and harnessed within the community so that it is distibuted equally, and they can't do so if the chain is tainted. A half-breed is almost like chaos in the eyes of a witch, because they can either create or destroy life if not taken care of. To a vampire, the blood of a new born is the key to WALKING IN THE FLIPPING SUN LIGHT (without a jewelry on) and (only part of the key to the cure for vampires), also the taste for them is very pure and often sends them into a frenzy.
Resolution: The way they used to resolve a half-breed is by killing it before it is born by putting a terrible spell on the mother that kills the child from the inside (so in other words a miscarriage). But, since Vienna's father had her basically runaway with her mother and step-sister, they never got to put the spell on Vienna.
The spell requires the child being present (if it is already born) , but if not then the mother. They tie them up to a cross with their hands spread as well. From there, they mix a couple of herbs while reciting a chant over the herbal potion, from there they sprinkle half of the potion on the belly of the mother or the child (if its born). (This is a highly painful process). After, they take the remainder of the potion and add a single drop of blood from a werewolf (a werewolves blood is like part of a poison in the witch community. Very hard to get.) and have the mother drink it (if she doesn't drink it, then she is injected with the serum in her stomach. Lastly, they do one last chant and then the process is complete. (For the unborn child, the mother has a miscarriage and loses the baby. But if the child is born, then the child dies right on the cross. From there, the power is seeped into the ground, which later will be distributed within the witch community).
So I was thinking, maybe later in the future, the witches or vampires discover that Vienna is still alive and try to perform the ceremony or using her as a cure or the ability to walk in the sunlight with a jewelry on.

Does "noble" mean born into a Lordship or a highstanding Vampiric group? Because Mortimer is a Lord. How does being upper class help? Sorry for all the questions! :pBtw, since William’s bloodline is noble, your character will be a noble vampire as well now, given that William’s the one to have made you what you are.
