((Arabelle still loves Bailey!))FireMaiden said:(...... I feel so left out)
Ceralder fell onto his back. "Ow," he said as his head hit the ground. He would get up, and point Flauren at Sepentireon. "What game are you playing, sorcerer?"GreenEyedStranger said:@Kylesar1 @Paint The Wind @Dalamus Ulom @FireMaiden
As Sepentireon and Ceraldur were fighting, he turned back and saw Khan die. Now, surrounded, he knew he couldn't stand much of a chance. He slowly reverted back into his humanoid form and raised his hands in surrender. He spoke in a calm voice.
"Hm. It seems I am surrounded. It is pointless for me to continue fighting."
Arabelle smiled and hugged her children tightly. "I could never give you two up. Not for anything in the world." Arabelle knew she would struggle to get used to the permanent darkness.Kylesar1 said:Ari said nothing when she rejected the sword. He understood it was her decision. He wanted her sight, but he wanted the twins a hell of a lot more, so he let out a small sigh of relief when Tiresias disappeared.
"Thank you, Mommy........." Ryan/Ryanne appeared
"........for letting us live." Willow/Johann appeared beside her, smiling. She had on a blindfold. This was the second time their life was at stake and hinged on the pure choice of a parent
Ari kissed Arabelle. "I'm gonna go find the treasury. You can do your thing with your dragon egg while I'm gone." he said.
Ari cracked his knuckles. "Let's go, Ethan. Time to go to the treasury."
"Could you hold for a minute? I want to confront my former partner."
Ari took his leave and Ethan went over to the surrendered Sepentireon. "Why are you still here, mage? You've surrendered."

James would fly along with Raziel, invisable to all but the SoulreaverBirdsie said:Raziel Cedliethal
"Khan is dead." Raziel said with a cheerful smile. The Hellreaver turned off in his hand. He rose his hand and the members of his Clan surrounded him, then he said "Forow alnej, broavheruk. iav iuk avime ro nauk-formuk agh changeuk. Kurrauz avo our votar." (Follow me, brothers. It is time of reforms and changes. Back to our home.) as he walked out through a hole in the wall. His Clan followed. They all grew out wings and prepared to fly away towards the Fane. Raziel looked back and said "Oh, almost forgot. Your little gift, Valerian. I always fullfill my end of the bargain."
@Paint The Wind
Raziel walked up to Arabelle and gave her a weird, black box "Valerian told me to give you this. I know what's inside, but I won't tell anyone. He told me to tell you to consider this nothing serious. Nothing serious at all, more a 'one last gift' type of thing. Despite what you think, he's still more than alive. Besides, if my thesis on how the world works? He didn't die in the first place." he said afterwards. He walked back and flew away, with his men following. The box was rather heavy, actually. But small too. It was the size of a big adventurer backpack. "Well, Valerian. My part's done. I'm waiting for yours."
Raziel and his men grew wings and flought away towards the sunset, like a massive swarm of bats.
"I will find you, Sepentireon. You will leave this world into the abyss of Tartarus by my hand," Ceralder said after Sepentireon.GreenEyedStranger said:Sepentireon chuckled and crosses his arms behind him
"I just wanted to see what would happen. Well, I hope this is the last time we see eachother little mammal. Don't eat too many acorns, or you won't have anything to save for the winter."
Instead of teleporting out, Sepentireon calmly walked back into his library...
Inside, he was preparing the teleport to the well...

( @Paint The Wind you heard the question.)GreenEyedStranger said:(Sweet. So, when are we starting the sequel?)
Ceralder followed them into the treasury. "By the gods," he said when he saw the mountains of treasureKylesar1 said:Ari walked into the treasury. "Jackpot! I may as well become an aristocrat. This is my second dose."
Ethan walked in. "What are you doing with your spoils?"
"Moving to Loudwater. Huge house with a lot of land so I can raise my twins...........you?"
Ethan sighed and sat down. "I don't know," he said, digging through the gold. "I want to start my own group of adventurers. The Woodland Knights........however, I can't do it with humans. I need other animals like myself."
Ari sat down beside him and he flipped a coin. "Whatever path you choose in life, just know that you're welcome in our group."
Ethan nodded, smiling. "Aye. You have my thanks. I'll spread this story to the ends of the Earth. This'll make a new tale."
((Soon! Probably later tonight, I won't be home for a little while.))GreenEyedStranger said:(Sweet. So, when are we starting the sequel?)
Shit manGreenEyedStranger said:(Some foreshadowing for the sequel)
It was about 3 days after the fall of Khan that Sepentireons mate had given birth. By some strange mistake he had fallen in love with one of his best students and decided to have a heir. Besides, since he was so long from home, he needed something to remind him. However, something was terribly wrong with the child...
Sepentireon cradled the dreadfully ill baby in both of his arms, while in his human form. He made a promise to himself never to feel emotions for the affairs of humans, but to him this was different. His spouse, named Liana, was crying next to him.
"But... But I don't understand! I thought you said that the ritual would give him the blessing!!!"
Sepentireon tried to formulate a calm response, but replied in a choking tone
"This... This is his blessing..."
He knew his gods were uncaring. They did indeed give the child a blessing, though Sepentireon still wept for the child. The mother reached over and held the baby with Sepentireon, stroking his forehead.
He looked down and saw the hideous and frail thing. It's bones were unusually thin, it had a strange bulbous growth on it's head, and there were several small eyes littering his head. It was a failed experiment, Sepentireon thought. Yet, he still loved the thing. And wept.
"I don't know. Kill demons, and monsters. Try to find Sepentireon. Maybe I'll even find some old colleagues of mine, and start an order."Kylesar1 said:"Aye," Ari said, smiling at the massive amount of gold.
"This is all your cut too. Do you have plans on what to do with it?"
@Dalamus Ulom
(Yep.)GreenEyedStranger said:(You would think its funny)
"Uhhhhhhhhh..... Hello?" Ceralder said, nodding his head slightly at the gods.Kylesar1 said:"Sepentireon, eh?" Ethan said. "I say it's best to leave the lad alone. No sense in chasing a defeated adversary. We haven't seen the last of him, I wager. Your Order seems like a bigger fish to fry in the meantime."
"Hello Waesmor, Sir Ethan, Sir Ceralder."
3 Gods appeared. Artemis, Alreos, and Szelanya
Artemis wielded a bow and was looking stunning. It was her who spoke
Alreos was looking as humble as he had been since Amos corrupted him
Szelanya was looking her usual confident self, her wind swirling around her
