Fantasy The Return of Corruption

Arabelle went back outside to help Eliana. She pulled the girl into her arms and cried. "I'm sorry Eliana…" she told her through her sobs. "I love you…" she cried, holding her tightly.

Sandro ceased all magic. "I...I wasn't thrown out of school. I never had a school. I was thrown out of my house for using magic. They thought it was for demon worshipers." He stopped. Muttered something, and plopped down in a thrown that he had conjured. "Yay good job! YOU did school! YOU learned from masters! Wanna know what I did? OF COURSE YOU DON'T! BECAUSE While you're too busy seeing your side, and talking about how you're not alone-guess what, I'm seeing my side! And I AM ALONE! Ok?! I stole that spellbook! I didn't know half of those spells. I IMPROVISE THEM! If you could read my thoughts, you could see how excited I am I could even get here!" He stopped to laugh a bit, "ME! I DID THIS! Sandro, the one who people threw rocks at when he walked down the street, who they bullied, ripped his clothes, hung him by trees...I MADE THIS!" He looked around. "And you just say I don't have power? Then you must be SOME great Master! SHOW ME! Show me if you're so powerful, get us out of here! I don't see why you need my help! IF YOU ARE SO MUCH BETTER THEN ME!" He looked down not expecting an answer. "Whatever you don't care. You're like the rest of them. Go try to find your own way out, to your love. Because EVERYONE gets those too! And you think I unintentionally sent those at you?! I could say DIE and your beast would DIE! But I don't-because I don't know the side effects. I'm not stupid. I'm not weak. You can call me that like the others, but unlike you rich snobs I have LEARNED through experience of everyone always hating me and telling me that shit-that it's not true!"
"You have 0 concept of magic control. You have no grasp of fluidity, finesse. You can't even keep the magic in your own body. That's why you can't cast many spells before you get tired, you fucking leak magic. You have no battle experience or basic battle logistics...........That would be fine and all if you weren't so convinced that you do know what you're doing. You have a superiority complex as some sort of coping mechanism."

Ari sighed. "No, I don't need your help. You're a weakling, but until you acknowledge that, you can't be strong. Strength isn't raw power. Life has a way of testing someone's will, either by having nothing happen, or everything happen at once. I think I know where we are and have a theory of how to get out. You're pathetic to the point where I pity you. Hell, I kind of want to teach you the basics of magic. You're just not teachable because you're convinced you have it all figured out."

Sandro smirked letting himself come under control. "I never said that. I have enough figured out to get by. You on the other hand, go ahead. SHOW ME that you can get out of here. Go ahead. If you're so much better." He added with some thought, "I'm not leaking magic, more like...not forcing myself to keep it in. That book, that only the eyes of its own can read, taught me knowledge and secrets beyond years..."he trailed off

"But it obviously wouldn't surprise you to know that our little meeting was my first fight against experienced folk. "

He pulled a pipe out and began smoking. "Give me my book then I guess if you're so great get yourself out. You don't learn magic control on the streets. You learn what you need to get by. I never claimed to have it figured out. In fact, I don't know half of those spells. But I used them enough to get by. But go ahead if you are so confident you're better then me! Get out! Just give me my book so I can find one later. Perhaps here the screams won't follow me so I can learn."

"You want me to show you? Maybe when I do, it'll finally put you in your place," Ari said. He summoned a vial and drained it

He sparked with blue sparks. "You don't deserve this book," he said. "You learn the bare minimum and don't want to get ahead. Getting by is enough, right? Too bad this spell book will get you ahead, thus useless to you."

Ari snapped his fingers. He swirled with air. An enormous magic circle appeared under him. Storm clouds appeared in the empty white world "Monsoon," he muttered. Everything went to hell. It started raining insanely hard, with wind that threatened to blow Sandro away like a plastic bag. The magic released was absolutely massive. Far more in this one spell than Sandro had in his whole body

Ari just stood there, seemingly unimpressed with his magic while the monsoon blasted around him. He didn't like using these spells, as it was incredibly loud and visible. Ari preferred silence and stealth

[QUOTE="Dalamus Ulom]Ceralder would dodge to the left, bringing his blade up and slicing into Sepentireon.

Sepentireon would turn to face him. Just before Ceraldur would hit him, he spun his staff in a strange dance, deflecting his strike and trying to parry him to leave him wide open.

(Sorry, where are you guys again?)

Sandro would hear a voice in his head

"Have you fled already? It would be a shame if you died so soon..."

Sandro glared at the display. There was power sure, but he had been trained. He could unleash hell had he been able to learn from masters. "It's still mine. And that's not going to do anything. What we are is a place, a temperal stasis. Only a spell from that book will bring us back to where we need to be. "A'kir!" The book began to float back to him slowly. "You think you can leave fine, but I am going to train here. And I don't want to get by, but when you live like me, you kinda have to. " He smirked. "You're supposed to be the good guy? Now I know why he's fighting you. You're no hero! You're like the rest!" He pulled out a small torn book. "When I was young, I would read about heroes. I always wanted to be one. But I never could, because nobody liked me." He looked at some of the pages, torn with age. "But you're no hero. Maybe they're all gone from this world. You don't care about the others, only yourself."

"Not this in itself," Ari said. "We're locked in stasis, but a massive unleashing of magic will start to move time along forcibly. It's like breaking out of ice. My daughter uses stasis healing all the time."

The monsoon was going strong. "Hurricane." Even more hell was unleashed. The wind and water velocity was massive. Ari just stood there looking up, his hair blowing in the wind. "I don't believe in good or evil. You think I'm supposed to be a good guy."

"Tornado." About 6 tornadoes spun near him and started moving outwards. "Lexi!" Lexi started to spin around Ari and another tornado spun around Ari

If Sandro looked around through the wind, water, and clouds, he'd see a world start to form. It'd be blurry and formed slowly but surely. "You have it all figured out, Sandro. I could give you some advice, but you know it all, right?"

Ari grabbed the book before it started floating.
"Look around you," He said. "This book will be ripped apart long before it makes it to you."

Kylesar1 said:
"I love you too," Elaina said, sobbing and hugging her. "I shouldn't have let him fight that guy alone!"
Arabelle hugged her back and sobbed. "I just can't believe…after everything…I thought I would get to live with him and raise the twins with him…"

"Who knows where you'll land in time...tell you what. "Glaedr!" The book appeared before him at a certain page. He flipped through, then cast a spell. His own energy was added. That should send you to the right time. Now go. I'll be back, and count on pain when I return. "

Raziel Cedliethal

Raziel observed the two fight, but once they left the Abyss, he was finally left alone. He knew he'd meet one of them again... at least some day. If his lower jaw wasn't missing, he would probably smirk on the very thought. As for now, he looked around the Abyss. He needed to regenerate his broken body, to continue his travels. He found several souls, so he took off the rag that covered his jaw and sucked the souls in, with a gust of magical wind. As he devoured them, his body healed it's injuries. But he was still souless, he looked ugly and deformed. He needed to get his soul back. He re-opened the portal, using the Dreambinder scroll and walked out, to the physical world.

A powerful, dark-purple bolt of energy hit the ground, as the atmosphere's color turned purple for several seconds. The hit was so strong that the ground shook for half a second, then a big rift opened and a similar sillhouete approached Arabelle as the dust around was scattered. From it walked out Raziel, holding the scroll that he used to open the rift in his left hand. Then the rift closed, as Raziel walked out.

He looked at the two and said "What are you crying for?" with a weirdly curious voice, but you could still not exactly see who the person was, due to the dust everywhere around you, that formed after the bolt struck the earth.

"We're in a rift. We have to get out before we try any more time-related bullshit. Using a time spell in this time rift will freeze that time, which takes away from what I'm trying to do here by adding that frozen time to this rift. Make yourself useful and cast spells, so we can force time back on track. I'm trying to save your ass from being trapped in here. You don't have magic control or finesse. You alone will not muster up enough magic to get yourself out of here."

Ari summoned a vial and tossed it to him. It was the same thing he drank earlier. A magic potion. "Drink that shit and get to work. If you're open to learning, you need to know when to listen."

The spells were going strong. A world was forming. They just needed more

Elaina had blocked the impact the spell. "My daddy is trapped in the Abyss," she said. Arabelle ran in with Lightbringer, and Elaina had her staff at the ready to attack

He was quite surprised by her running at him. Did she not know any better? The Hellreaver appeared in his right hand and Raziel quickly changed it into the Material mode, so that he can fight Arabelle, but instead of fighting... he used the Sunlight Glyph. As his body started emitting sunlight, with incomprehensible quantity. It could blind you forever just by staring at him for too long...

Arabelle laughed. "You bastard, I'm already blind. You can't hurt my eyes since they are gone." She charged and thrusted her sword at him. "You killed Leon."

Raziel stopped the Glyph soon after, seeing that it was ineffective. He expected it to work, as Arabelle could see in the Abyss. His plan of quickly unabling her to fight was unsucessful. As she trusted his sword at him, he held out his hand towards the sword and used Telekinesis to stop it, along with her hand in place. Then he laughed at what she said and responded "Killed Leon? Please, don't be so foolish!" he added.

Raziel grew wings and jumped into the air, floating above Arabelle's head, then his wings dissapeared once he was behind her. He had no intention to fight a blinded, injured woman. "He was already dead. All I did was become one with him. He is a part of me, now." he responded. He held out his hands in a friendly manner and did the best to change his facial expression and tone to a friendly one. "And there is no reason to fight me. We both share the goal. You want to kill Khan. I want to kill Khan. You want to free the Abyss. I want to free the Abyss. You want your previous body back. I want my previous body back. Why not work together to achieve those goals?" he asked her.

Elaina was blinded by the light. She casted a shield to stop it and closed her eyes, as it burned. "Who are you!? And where is my father? He was in the Abyss!"
