Lily frown seeing max leave the food for her but looks back at sarah, she explained:"most of the wolves here and myself have a seperate wolf side like a spirit that guides you....if i didnt i would have died. I will stay in my human form..."

"That sounds lovely but... I just don't get it. For us, its just who we are. Like... Breathing. Or a bird flying." Sarah said, pulling the meat Max left closer and carefully cooking it on the fire for Lily. "Our parents taught us that we're just one being sharing a body." she added, before offering the meat to her. She wasn't sure how to explain her brother, so she said "To keep your strength and heal faster."

Sarah nodded, then held out the meat for her to take waiting for Lily to take it from her before she asked "What did you do, to get bruised so badly?" she wanted to know, to better alter her treatment plan, but still felt as though she might be venturing to the other packs to ask their healers what she should do.

Lucas outside the den, tended the fire and helped Garen with things. Since he had a feeling as long as their alpha was hurt, neither he or his siblings would be sleeping in the den given to them.

"Mark?" Max asked as he came trotting back into the camp, having hunted a large hare for himself and eaten it already. "Yea, what marking?" Lucas added, picking at his own meal to savor it. It had been too long since last he got to enjoy venison.

"Well, the list of potential things is long, but if its a curse or something I'm gonna need help. I wasn't taught how to care for those." Sarah confessed, looking out of the den at her brothers. Wondering if this was it, if this was their new home and wondering what their parents could have prepared them for if not this.

"Mark?" Max asked as he came trotting back into the camp, having hunted a large hare for himself and eaten it already. "Yea, what marking?" Lucas added, picking at his own meal to savor it. It had been too long since last he got to enjoy venison.

The brothers looked across the fire at each other, and appeared to be having a silent conversation before Max gave a sigh and nodded as he looked down. He went back towards Lily and the den, taking up a guard like post in his wolf form. Lucas this time, ventured off on his own, retrieving their things from the den they were supposed to sleep in.

"That's a possibility. I can keep treating you for infection and pain in the mean time. Right now though, you should just be resting." she said, getting up. Sarah slipped back out of the Alpha's den to sit by the larger fire and eat her own meal.

The brothers looked across the fire at each other, and appeared to be having a silent conversation before Max gave a sigh and nodded as he looked down. He went back towards Lily and the den, taking up a guard like post in his wolf form. Lucas this time, ventured off on his own, retrieving their things from the den they were supposed to sleep in.

At his reply, Charlie pushed into a clearing; Orian and two other wolves stood there, and belatedly she realised they must be the ambushers. “Hey.” Crap. “I didn’t know there were others here.” Say something smart, quick!

Max made sure Lily's hand wasn't in the fire before making sure she was fully covered in the blanket and not going to catch fire. He would make sure to guard her without sleeping.

Max watched with careful eyes, he'd been too unsure about snuggling up to the Alpha. He turned his eyes back out of the den and shifted closer to the dying fire as he kept guard and watch. He didn't plan on sleeping until morning the next day.

Sarah checked on Jasper outside of the den before putting out the fire and shifting to wolf. She and Lucas snuggled around Jasper to keep all three of them warm in the cool night air and drifted off to sleep for the night.

Max watched with careful eyes, he'd been too unsure about snuggling up to the Alpha. He turned his eyes back out of the den and shifted closer to the dying fire as he kept guard and watch. He didn't plan on sleeping until morning the next day.

Sarah checked on Jasper outside of the den before putting out the fire and shifting to wolf. She and Lucas snuggled around Jasper to keep all three of them warm in the cool night air and drifted off to sleep for the night.

Max's hackles raised and he clearly jolted in surprise because he thought everyone was sleeping, he took a moment to relax, getting his breathing under control before he was turning his head to look at Lily "Yes?"

Max gave a bit of a smile in his wolf form, and a soft chuckle. "Someone should watch just in case, while two of you are still healing. It wouldn't be the first time I sat up alone, in the dark." he told her, nodding at her and then turning his head away to look back out of the entrance of the den to watch the night around them. He enjoyed these moments, when he got to use his ability and watch the night creatures and animals around them.

Meanwhile in lucas dream, he would be in the forest but theres something strange about this dream.....theres a wolf sitting by the pond alone, it was snowing, the wolf fur was grey and she shivered a bit.....lucas wouldnt be aware that this is a test of his leadership.

Sarah jolted up suddenly, panting for breath. She had to carefully extract herself from around Jasper and Lucas, walking away from them to shake out her fur as she yawned. She padded over and said nothing as she curled around Max. She was scared to fall back asleep, so she would stay awake for a few hours more.

Lucas was confused as he didn't dream. He wasn't one who liked them and slept better without dreams. So, now as part of a pack, having a dream struck him as very odd and he felt suspicious. Padding cautiously towards the wolf, he tried not to happily dance in the snow. First snow was always special for him and his siblings, they had a tradition yet to be broken. But this wasn't about that.

Padding over, he stopped a few feet away and bent his head low as he tried to get a look at the wolf. "Hello? Did you need help?" He asked softly, wondering exactly where he was.

*zach minc walks along with the hunters through the woods, laughing to himself that the lycan hunters enlisted him to hunt his own kind not knowing that he himself is a werewolf* "so what are we going to do when we actually find a werewolf?" *he asks a hunter that had stopped to examine tracks. the hunters would have a terrible time finding werewolves with the telepathic warnings zach is sending out in a hundred yard radius around them.*

Riley gasped, a look of horror on her face, "Why would I want to kill any of you...there is a reason I am in the medic position of the pack. I don't want any of you to die especially not on my watch." Gin chuckled, 'Yes, defend yourself and your position...but don't stand up against the alpha and tell her we want to leave this pack.' Riley shivered, 'Leaving a pack and going to a different one isn't so simple, and have you seen Lilith...she'd snap us in two...' What if they thought she was trying to threaten them? She wouldn't be any match for them, but results from her body alone couldn't always be trusted simply from the number of herbs she has tested on herself already. So what if something for some strange reason did go wrong... Her ears pressed against her head, "I am sorry...forget what I just said..." 'So what you make the concoction and then just give it to the alpha, yeah because that is not a total death wish either.' Riley groaned inwardly, 'Fine we can just say screw it to the idea! We can just stop and never worry about dealing with these forsaken heat pains!' 'Well if you would just give in and let us mate, maybe they wouldn't be so bad!' Gin growled at her, Riley trembled slightly, at this point she wasn't sure if it was anger, fear, or the effects of the wolfsbane. @Darkness_Hollow

Jasper had been sleeping soundly until the sounds of somewhat panicked voices filled his ears and he woke up, but he didn't bother moving nor did he bother to say anything as he watched Sarah begin to work her magic on the wolf he could only assume was the Alpha. Things began to settle down as the female was taken care of to the best of Sarah's abilities and he slipped into a faint sleep this time around. When Sarah jolted awake he glanced at her with a sleepy yawn, but she didn't seem to want to talk and simply walked over to her brother and curled back up around him. 'They are really close...' 'Well I guess that happens when you only have your siblings to depend on.'

In a flash, Lily's pack came to the recuse and whisked her to get treatment and he was glad of it. The poor girl looked like she was going to pass out at any given minute yet she had stuck strongly in her conviction to have this meeting in the end. In his eyes that made her far stronger than most wolves even in her weakened state. It was then and there he decided to give GhostMoon his full support. His wolves knew how to be helpful to other wolves in need and he had already promised to give her some more blankets. He wondered if there was more that she was in need of. He would have to set up a meeting once she was better and find out what they were lacking. He glanced to where Sophia was standing with Ace and also took notice that the one female that had been a bit rude with the bird wasn't around.

Angel stepped out of the forest and padded towards her Alpha, "Alpha I am sorry to disturb you but there is a possible situation back at the pack, we are unsure if things are going to be sped up on the matters with Mask or not. But it is better that we both return now, Charlie has gone in search of Orian..." She said sitting down next to him so he could fully decide if he wanted to head back now or not. She couldn't and wouldn't for him if he still had matters to attend to here but it didn't seem like the meeting was going on anymore which was why she took this chance to approach him.
