Fantasy (。◕‿◕。)The Lunar Lotus Inn(。◕︵◕。) [All Are Welcome~]

@Stormyface I was thinking the same thing with Cheery. xD and just running away crying "Scaryyyy!")

Cheery pouted deeply and tensed up as Fear agreed with Alagos. "But... But..." She trailed off, cheeks flushed in her search for words. Eventually she gave up, taking the snow globe off the table and sitting down with it in her lap.

Takara Hiroji

After several minutes had passed from his own personal training upon the temple grounds, the innkeeper would pant ever so slightly before exhaling a single deep breath to steady his breathing completely as he had looked over the area to see the damage he had possibly done with his chi strikes. Noticing the sight of several cracks that the strikes had done upon the walls along with the small indents in the ground at the spots as to where he had stomped his foot downwards from his kicks. Takara had simply shook his head to the sight before making his way over to pick up his white outer coat of his suit once more. However, the instant Takara had slipped his first arm then to his second, the very ground beneath him would begin to shake and tremble as he had halted himself to even begin thinking of heading into the very temple building itself. Keeping his back turned towards the entrance, it wasn't until loud steps of the ground had caused the ground to tremble even further did Takara finally turn his attention over his shoulder to catch the glimpse of what was coming towards him. The large twin stone statues that had been thought to be completely lifeless and destroyed at the entrance of the arch had now been stomping forward towards Takara, their very bodies slowly but surely mending themselves back to their original muster as they soon roared out loudly; their very roars echoing throughout the forest, even causing the innkeeper to place his very palms over his ears to slightly lower the loud echoing noises a bit.

As the roar echoed even to the forest, it had stretched as far as reaching to the inn to the point that anyone who had listened would've easily heard the echoing roar stretch even further outwards.
"By the gods. That's loud." With those few words leaving his lips, by the time the statues had calmed their roar. They would slowly continue to approach the white haired male before both of them had jammed their blades into the very ground to have the first speak up. "This is a sacred place. State your business." As the first one spoke, the other had remained silent to make sure nothing would happen in case someone would attempt to stop this conversation. "I am Takara Hiroji. I am come to this temple other times before, I simply have some business I must attend to within these very walls." As the innkeeper had responded, both of the statues would slowly pick their blades upwards before pointing them towards Takara to speak at once. "We were created to guard this temple from all intruders. If you are worthy, then face us. Only those with the purest of heart and calm souls may enter. If you are worthy, you are allowed to pass. If you are not, this shall become your resting place." As the statues spoke at once, the first of the guardians rushed forward with his blade before the other had followed from behind. Even with their large size, they had moved swiftly and smoothly as though they were as light as a feather as it was. Even so, watching as they had rushed forward in such a way; although it was rather difficult at first to follow their movements; it wasn't as though Takara could face these guardians with his own fists. So, rather then doing so, as the first came forward to slash horizontally towards the innkeeper; he would quickly duck underneath the first strike before letting his very katana begin forming out from it's dark sheath from his room at the inn to block the second downward strike from the second guardian. The instant the clash had made contact, a quick yet loud shockwave pulsated throughout the temple grounds to even push back the first guardian.

The unlikely sound of metal clanking could be heard through the forest,sending animals flying away as soon as they detected the strange presence invading their home.

The android was severely damaged,parts of his metal body cracking and apparently about to fall. But he didn't seem to feel pain,so the damage wasn't important.

The building approaching his field of vision was relevant,though. It was his current purpose and the only one he had. Stepping back wasn't an option,so forward it was.

Genos was in front of the doors now,the oil dripping from his arms resembling falling blood. He didn't know how to call attention to his presence,so he shot rockets to the sky and watched the crimson flames as they blew. He hoped the noise was enough.

Barging in would probably be considered rude.

"Good I'm glad you enjoyed it. Do you like magic?" Misery asked as he took out a piece of paper.
"What kind of magic?" She asked, leaning towards him. The idea of magic intrigued her. She had seen some forms before, including her own water manipulation.

"Well..." Misery took the paper into his hands and smiled as the paper started to fold into a paper bird.

Shera's eyes follow the bartender and the blue haired man inside. She then followed, but not to the room. While in the bar area again, she realizes how wet her clothes actually are; her jacket took the brunt of it, but her hair was wet too. Disappointed, she walks to her room and switches out the jacket for the cloak. Most of the water is wrung out of her hair. Then she goes back downstairs in the warmth of the anteroom, and sits at a table, reading the book.

Tapped her lips a little as she listened to him. So on his being he holds a dagger of some sort. Something she hasn't heard of. Then again she hasn't missed much of possessions or the like. The woman isn't blind to what is really out there in this world. She is one of those nightmares. She can be in her own dangerous way. She showed that the other day. Joselyn stopped tapping at her lips when he finished speaking.

No, more like she chuckled. It wasn't really at him it was to his words. Moving her hands as she poked him gently.
"I have been hunted before. When I choose the wrong victim perchance in a frenzy I was sought after. Luckily I evaded the people. I can't forget that type of game. It is what I do. I search out someone or people of a certain type. Sometimes I get to know them only to take what I want. Other times I search them out getting to know them to see if they are worth what I can offer to them. I'm not entirely apathetic to mortal people. Now.... why can't you part with this dagger? What does it have that you can't part with? It sounds like it isn't just some object..." A brow shot up with a knowing look in her eye.

Joselyn had a feeling there was a lot more than what he presents. This little mystery has her lured to him. The woman wanted to know. Sometimes her curiousity could get the best of her. She liked this though. A hand raised up to play with a lone strand of hair waiting for what he had to say to her. Would he actually answer or try to play with his words?

With each of the strikes that the large stone guardians had attempted to swing towards Takara. He would only either clash his own sheathed blade with their much larger ones or simply dodge out of the way; however, due to their size and the amount of strength each of their swings had used, there were still times that the innkeeper couldn't help himself but to accidentally become either harmed by simply the shards of rocks that came flying from the ground once their blades hit the very surface. Although Takara had known well enough that he could've simply ended the battle immediately by either completely unsheathing his blade and using more of his own dark power towards the guardians, he hadn't wished to do so simply to show that he did not require that dark power of his and that he could simply do this by using his own physical strength and knowledge of fighting. Although what the young innkeeper had not known was that these very guardians had known of his power just by the way he had fought and how the sheath of his blade was strong enough to withstand such large strikes at times. As they had fought Takara, both of the guardians continued to increase their own power as well as their speed to make sure that he would possibly be forced to use his power just to survive at this point.

As the minutes had gone by however, by the time the guardians' strength had become completely unmatched. The final time one of them had clashed blades with Takara, the other one had come to a halt from even thinking of charging forward. Realizing no matter how much they tried for now, he was going to refuse to use his power.
"You are indeed a worthy opponent. You hold much power but refuse to use it. Return once you have learned to release it. For you shall protect nothing without it...Now. Be gone." As the guardian spoke, the very one that had clashed with Takara would immediately forcibly swing his large blade backwards to cause the very strength of his arm to send the young innkeeper flying off the very temple grounds and immediately straight off the staircase. Practically flying backwards even till he had reached the inn, the white haired innkeeper would have his own back slam against the very back of the large inn as he immediately came to the very ground with a panting exhausted breath of panting. Holding back his own urges to end up coughing from the amount of pain that surged throughout his body, Takara simply kept himself conscious as much as he possibly could at this point.

The red lights reflected on the snow globe, Cheery looking up in awe. She set the glass down and floated outside, looking about carefully. The faerie tried to find the source, going into the forest alone again.

Her muscles tensed when she heard a large 'thump' against the wall of the inn. A confused look crossed her features and she looked around to see if the source was inside the bar. Seeing nothing of interest inside, she slid off of her barstool and outside into the dark.

Her wet hair sent shivers down her spine when the cold air of the forest met it. Clutching the large book as an anchor, she walked around the perimeter of the inn, looking for a source. She then heard a faint sound of ragged breathing. There, she saw a tall man with white hair propped up against the wall. He looked to be in critical condition, covered in blood and scratches. "Are you alright?" she asked in a panicked voice.

Henry looked to his left and saw Fera sitting next to him. She looked at him and pushed his bangs back behind his ear. 'You are a very special boy Henry' Fera signed. Henry looked at Fera oddly and said "What do you mean Fera I'm not as special as some people here... like the new little helpers" Henry said his eyes pooling with many emotions. Fera laughed and looked at the boy 'Henry you are the the most helpful little helper here but... Fera paused and looked at Henry with a serious face, you are not a normal boy are you Henry... you're a special kind of creature' Fera signed. Henry looked away and sighed "I don't know what I am but... but... I don't want you and Big brother Takara to hate me cause I like to hurt Deer" Henry cried. Fera pulled Henry into a hug and held him for a bit.

Panting deeply throughout the entire time the young innkeeper had sat upon the floor with his back against the very wall of the inn itself, with the few moments of silence he had alone for the time being before he would have to stand up and go inside sooner or later; Takara's gaze had been locked upwards towards the long path before him that would lead him back towards the temple. No matter how much he would've wanted to get the words out of his head, what the stone guardians had stated before sending him flying back this far never left his own mind; about how he would have to control this dark power of his if he was to protect anything or anyone. Ever since Takara had found out about how his abilities of light had disappeared only to be replaced by these dark powers, he had always been confused about what had caused this to happen and just what was wrong with him; how was he to use something he never knew how he had gotten it or at least doesn't remember anything that even happen for him to have these abilities. Cursing at himself that he had no memory of what had caused this, for the time being all the innkeeper could do was just relax and not let himself move too much or his wounds would only grow worse.

It wasn't until the sudden sounds of footsteps stepping around the corner did Takara actually turn his attention elsewhere to notice as to how the person to step around was none other then the same guest from earlier the previous evening who had asked for a room. Giving her the slightest smile from his current state, the instant she had rushed on over only to question if he was alright, the sound in her voice had only caused the white haired male to chuckle ever so slightly even if it had hurt just to even chuckle as well.
"Hah--..Evening Miss. My apologies...for having you seeing me in such a state...I am alright...may I assist you..with anything..?" Even as his voice was strained through the pain from his wounds currently, Takara had done still whatever he could within his own power to be kind towards the woman as a proper innkeeper. Ignoring his own pain to be able to make sure his guests and employees were happy at all times; or at least try.

She steadies and tries to calm herself down. He didn't seem to be in as bad of a condition as she first thought. "You are sitting here, beaten half to death, and you are still going to try to be a good innkeeper." She tisks like an exasperated mother. "Talk about commitment. Stay right there, or I'll kill you before the wounds do." Her cloak flows behind her into the inn.

A cup of water sloshes in one hand and a rag rests in the other. If she was at home, then she might have been able to locate some concoction of herbs that would prevent infection. But, she didn't want to risk giving someone the wrong herb in this unfamiliar area. She reaches the innkeeper and kneels, setting down the rag into the water. Her hand touches the book in her cloak out of habit. "I've never done this on a living person before. Sorry in advance." She rests her hand on his shoulder with her eyes closed to focus, and tries to channel the energy that runs in her veins; the crimson energy that cracks like lightning-

A red flash runs down her arm Yes! It's working-

The energy just zaps his shoulder like static electricity.

"What the hell? It always works when I don't expect it, but exactly when I really need it to it doesn't!" She stands and stomps her foot in frustration. The ground under her foot rolls and shines as if there was magma rolling under the surface. A crack of red runs through the dirt toward the man. She feels lethargic and a need for a snack. The small fiddleheads and weeds around her die and shrivel like they aged years in a second. Her mood recovers and she smiles in delight. "Your larger wounds should be healing faster now. The magic doesn't heal them in an instant, just speeds up the natural healing process. It'll be a day before they're totally alright. Don't slack off just yet, though. You still have smaller wounds that need to be attended to." She motions the the rag and cup of water near her feet. "You're a big kid, right? You can clean some of the smaller wounds while I go grab something for both of us to have." She walks toward the inn before turning around with her eyes narrowed. "You better start cleaning the wounds, or else I'll slow down the healing process and you'll have to recover for a month." Satisfied, she whips back around into the inn to grab some food.

@happydeath

Alagos ran into @verifiedkat (sorry, don't know your character's name :P ) on the way out of the inn. "Oh, hey. You're the girl who dumped water all over me. Thanks for that by the way." spying Takara, he winced.

"I don't usually swear by the gods, but BY THE GODS! What happened? I'll kill whoever did this for 50 gold, just tell me which way they went. I mean, if they did this, they probably deserve it."

As the few moments right as the woman had spoken about how Takara had continued to attempt to be a kind innkeeper even with his condition, he would only chuckle once more even if he had winced in pain just at the attempt of doing so. Although he was able to dodge if not clash with the guardians' strikes of their blades, their impacts were still strong enough that it hadn't even fully required a full direct contact hit to do so massive amounts of injuries. Once the woman had stated that she would return in a bit, it wasn't as though it was much of a choice that Takara wasn't going to be moving anywhere from the very back of the inn itself. Sitting there silently, he awaited for her to return only to be waiting for about a minute or so before she had stepped back outside only to kneel by him with a rag and cup of water. "Thank you.." With those only words as a response at first, the white haired innkeeper had prepared to grab the rag to clean his own wounds before listening as to how the woman had stated that something was still new and that she was already apologizing in advance for something. It wasn't until her palm had finally ended up resting onto his shoulder that the light that he had seen had caused Takara to simply arch a brow in question about what was going on; rather then being shocked of any type of magic being used upon him at this point due to the amounts of different types of magic he had seen throughout his lifetime, once the sudden electrical charge had began to shock throughout the innkeeper's shoulder, he would immediately grunt and wince into further pain only to leave him into a slightly panting breath once more. Even if she had done it on purpose or not, he would not blame the woman for any type of harm he had gone through but simply listen only once the woman stated that his larger wounds would heal much quicker now rather then his ordinary pace.

Chuckling silently, he nodded in response to her assistance.
"Once more. I thank you Miss..and please, take your time. Do not concern yourself too much with me. I will be alright soon." As he spoke towards her once she had stated for him to clean his own wounds while she would go and grab some food. Takara had simply relaxed his back against the very wall of the inn to steady his own breathing while he had allowed his own natural healing process of his now dark angelic along with his chi to recover his injuries; along now with the assistance of the woman's magic his much smaller wounds had healed ever more quickly while his larger wounds had taken indeed quite a bit more time.

Soon enough, the last thing that Takara had expected to end up seeing the next minute or so was what had seemed to had been the voice of an unfamiliar male. Directing his dark gaze over towards the side only to notice just as how it was a blue haired male rushing over and questioning the innkeeper of what had done this harm upon him and along with offering his work for currency. Shaking his own head with his usual warm smile while he had sat there upon the floor, Takara would keep his gaze locked upon the man who had seemed rather concerned as well.
"No need to worry sir. I am alright and what had caused this is much more my own fault then any other...please do not worry yourself. Although, I must apologize but Welcome to the Lunar Lotus Inn...I know I am not in any condition to show my deepest respects. But I am Takara Hiroji. Owner of this establishment." Although due to his condition and state at the moment, Takara had been unable to even think of standing and bowing to the man to show his usual respects towards all of his new guests, but at the very least; he could greet him to the best of his own ability.

Hisan said:
"Well..." Misery took the paper into his hands and smiled as the paper started to fold into a paper bird.
Lunella smiled and clapped as the paper turned into a little bird. "Can you do anything else?" She asked leaning towards him and propping her head on one hand.

Misery smiled and said "Yes I can. Here." The paper bird started to fly before it flew up and spread its wings. Misery snapped his finger and the bird went up in flames.

@OceanBunny

"Oh!" Lunella said in surprise as the litle paper bird flew up and then burst into flames. "It was so pretty." She said, frowning slightly at the destruction of something beautiful. "You can make fire?" She asked curiously as she glanced at her glass of water, making it start to swirl again.

Fear saw the little display and frowned. "Misery hated fire...wait a minute....Pheonix..?' Fear thought as 'Misery' said "Yeah it is." The ashes left behind from the bird slowly formed back together into a paper bird.

Lunella's face lit up as the ashes reformed into the paper bird. She clapped lightly in excitement. "That's amazing!" She said, looking up into her companions face with delighted eyes.

Misery smiled back happily. "So what are you?" He asked curious. "You must be a nymph or an elf with looks like yours." Misery smiles at you.

Lunella dips her head and blushes lightly. "Water nymph, actually." She says, smiling shyly as she peeks back up at him. "You?"

@Hisan

"A water nymph. I'm sorry I scared with the fire." He apologized. He scratched the back of his head and answered your question with "I'm certainly not an angel, nor a demon."
