Could anyone give me a little summary of what's happened and where your characters are at?

I think there are 4 different groups right now? There is the group currently at the temple ruins, consisting of Arya, Ireth, and Keir, there is a group in a mining town, consisting of Geir and Unila, Kokoro is currently alone at a tomb, and Eri and Cynbal are in the town near the ruins.


The first group's storyline started with Arya going through the town near the ruins and asking a tavern's bartender about them. Ireth had followed Arya to said tavern and accidentally eavesdropped, while Keir had been in the tavern looking to steal some things and eavesdropped on purpose. Both followed Arya to the ruins, and Keir teamed up with her. Ireth went a different direction, but has just circled around and helped Keir and Arya with a monster.


For the second group, Geir was looking for a mining village where monsters were being found in the mines, but took a wrong turn. Unila ran into him and asked for directions, and Geir took her to the village. They are at the village right now, buying fruit.


Kokoro is currently alone in the desert, trying to get into a tomb.


Eri and Cynbal are currently in a town near the ruins.

Do you need a villain? Because I totally have a villain. Or, more specifically, antagonist that could potentially clash very well with some characters here. Depends on if you're fine with undead necromancers and some mild gore/body horror-related stuff (very mild though, what with the site rating and all, too).


Also, I totally read the rules, but I have no pictures of cats and I'm too lazy to snag one off the interwebs (although it's like a fricking fluffball takeover of them). orz Forgive me! ;u;

We could totally use an antagonistic character! I'm hoping some characters will clash naturally, since they're all kind of after the same thing, but having one that is more antagonistic/has more devious intentions would be awesome. As for the undead part...that kind of depends ^^ You might send your CS to me in a conversation so I can read through your idea a bit?

@Rin Nyx, out of curiosity, are you planning on eventually putting a limit on the number of characters in this rp? I'm starting to lose track of all the people...

I'm starting to lose track a little too, though part of it is because there's several different groups (which I'm ok with, it lets people post at different speeds without too much worry of getting lost in their own groups). I am thinking I'll close down the sign ups soon, though!

Hop in whenever! Probably the easiest area to hop into right now is with either Kokoro at the tomb, or with @Psithurism 's characters in the small town, since those have the least amount of posts to read. The next easiest would be with Geir and Unila in the mining village, since they haven't gotten to their first dungeon yet. But of course, you could always go to the temple ruins if you want to jump into immediate action ^^

Nah, you don't have to read through much to jump in. Kokoro is kinda lonely right now, and only has two posts:

We'll probably be posting a little slowly for that group to wait for you, but is it ok for me to move your character with the group if we need to move on? (Just like mentioning your character going with the group if they move, not controlling any other actions or creating any dialouge)

I'm just waiting for Violets response. Also @Rin Nyx the reason for Eirhodeign's disclosure of their races and powers is two fold.


Firstly, he's old and powerful and doesn't care too much, secondly, it's polite, and third and most importantly, if everyone knows he's an Ice dragon, and he is, then everyone hears Lani is an air dragon, and logically should believe she is.

@Veirrianna Valentine I figured that was the case, but I also figured that Geir would find it a strange thing is all ^^ After all, Geir is kinda uncultured, growing up on the streets and all, and hesitant to give out too much information to anyone. He would see declaring his powers to someone as a huge disadvantage, even though in your characters' cases it is definitely an advantage

Makes sense on both ends.


I like the characters we've got going on, but in reading the OOC and noting that people were saying they were having trouble keeping track of everyone I figured we could just write out our posts and then go back and centre the location to the top in big bold letters. If you do a font size change, though, do it after you make your post because the standard font size doesn't exist on their scale xD


But for me I would put my location 'In the Town outside the Mine' and maybe tack on underneath 'With Unila and Geir'

That's a good idea, I might have people start doing that. I'm also updating the overview now with similar information, so that it's a little easier for people to jump in ^^
