Fantasy The Killer Academy

She probably mocks me as a lady in some way...Although the thought irritated him quite a bit, Lorzo focused himself on the fight. Similar to him, he could tell that both of them think about each other's actions before acting themselves, which's pretty much the opposite of his brother Dorzo. Lorzo's eyes narrowed when Annette closed his distance with him, she's closing our gap, he realized. It's a pretty smart move when a person with knives are going against a person with guns. A tiny smirked formed onto his face as Lorzo dodged it by falling backward, letting his back hit the floor then raised his guns above his chest, firing it upward with Annette standing above him.

---

"Damn, you're pretty cold," Dorzo frowned at Mei's reaction, but resumed to the topic. "Heeeh that's quite a thing for a teacher to say though....."

His attention shifted to the spar, and for a moment, his eyes showed the wild hint of excitement before looking toward Mei. "By the way, Meimei, which lady do you like more? That woman sparring with my brother or that combat teacher? Both are pretty damn good aren't they. I like Erin, she's fierce. How about you?" Watching the others, a teasing smile made its way onto his face. "Or perhaps you're into guys? I don't mind, there's lotta bisexuals here anyway. So let's see, adding guys into the choices...The options are that lady sparring, Erin, the history teacher Ying? Me, Lorzo, etc etc."

....Is this girl an idiot? I mean, weapons are displayed all over the room, two students are fighting, there's a scythe in my lap, etc. Like comeon.

"Weaponry" I stated. Figure that out for yourself at least....

I can't blame her that much though, when you wake up from a nap, everything seems confusing....

What happened when I was asleep? Who died? Who killed them? Etc. Although those questions might not be what most people think.

I started to think about the possibility of meeting someone who thought the way I did, tuning out the classroom again.

She gasp "ohhhh well I didn't realize." She looks around finally noticing all the signs. Nightshade wonder if she should have a weapon. I'll just ask for one she thinks and climbs on top of a desk. "Weaponry class umm does anyone have a weapon I could borrow."

Annette growled and gritted her teeth as Lorzo's bullet grazed her shoulder. First class and you're making me bleed... Now she was pissed. She glared at Lorzo and retreated a few steps to consider her next move. He was smart, she realized. And she wasn't quick enough to dodge every bullet. And now adding in her injured shoulder... Annette quickly decided on a move hoping that Lorzo wouldn't be able to get on his feet again so quickly. She threw a knife at his hands in hopes of knocking away a gun or at least distracting him. Directly after, she threw a knife at his shins. Finally, she grabbed the third knife and went in for another offensive attack, keeping her arm level with her head so a bullet would likely hit her arm before her face, should that happen.

Caleb nodded at the teacher. "Okay, thanks!" he said, leaving the classroom. "Secrets, huh?" he wondered. He wasn't too sure what Ying meant by "secrets" or who exactly was supposed to find out. "Maybe that means me!" he laughed to himself though he wasn't too serious about it. Caleb considered following Jane, though he didn't know where she went. He peeked in on the weapons class and decided to stay outside the door...there was fighting going on, and it looked kind of scary. The boy backed away into the hall and waited patiently for his next class.

Lorzo clicked his tongue as the other reacted quite fast after his attack. It's pretty obvious that she's thinking over the moves, but it was a bit out of his expectation. At least he managed to hurt her shoulder.

When Annette's had her first attack, he frowned, regretting the fact that he had more of his attention focused on judging her than on himself, causing the knife to knocked the gun out of his left hand. Before he realized it, another one aimed right toward his shin. Having the need to shift his attention quickly, his body didn't react as fast as he barely dodged the next attack, causing a bloody cut, and the red liquid slid down to the floor. Lorzo scowled and gritted his teeth. Now they're equal, both got hurt.

On the last attack, he took the advantage of his free left hand, and as she went for an offensive attack, he took the advantage and grabbed her arm enough to pull her straight downward, shortening the distance, right before the knife slashed his throat. At the same time, Lorzo used this opportunity and, with his right hand holding the gun pointed it toward her right temple, which due to the shortened distance enabled him to do so.

The result didn't turn exactly as well as Lorzo expected, for it resulted in Annette pointing a knife at his throat, but good enough, because Lorzo also had his gun pointed at at her right temple.

Mei took his eyes off the battle and smiled seductively at Dorzo and closed in so that their faces were mere inches apart. "Why don't you find out? Come to me after class."

And I will beat the daylights out of you.

He turned back to the battle of the Annette and Lorzo. He had to admit, they exceeded his expectation. Both had amazing reflexes, and Lorzo had great techniques while Annette had her strategies and quick thinking to match. They were definitely adept at their weapons as well. Mei was almost a bit surprised that Annette could be evenly matched when she was using knives against guns.

After a few strategic attacks, Annette had her knife at Lorzo's throat, while the latter had his gun at her temple. Mei stepped forward with a genuine smile. "That's all I have to see for today. Class dismissed."

He spared a cold glance at Nightshade, who apparently did not have her weapon ,before turning to Erin. "I hope that satisfied you Erin, because it certainly did me."

After Caleb left, Ying packed her things and walked out of the classroom. She didn't plan on paying Mei a visit, since he will have another class later, so she walked aimlessly around the halls until she reached B-3 English. Ying heard that Mr. Firth was subbing in for today.

Perhaps I should greet him.

She walked to the door and knocked on it, hoping that he was still in.

Annette growled, glaring directly at Lorzo. Do it, I dare you, her eyes seemed to say. Annette tried not to look away as she heard the teacher's voice stopping the fight. That was it? Part of her was unsatisfied that nothing more serious had happened, but of course she was glad to be breathing at the moment. If she couldn't survive this academy, she might never get the revenge she craved so desperately. Her eyes stared coldly into Lorzo's as she refused to move even as Mei dismissed the class. Annette stayed there awkwardly as the other students were leaving. She didn't intend to kill Lorzo, but she wasn't about to risk thinking that he wouldn't kill her. "I don't intend to kill you. But I'm not moving until you put that away," she said, her eyes shifting to the gun at her temple.

~~~
Caleb's attention was drawn away from the window he had been staring out as he noticed other students walking into the halls. That must mean it's time to switch classes, he assumed. What was his next class? The boy found himself puzzled once again by his forgetfulness. Perhaps he should just choose some student to follow and join their class.
Nightshade ran out of class. "This is officially the worst day of my life!" She ran through people pushing them down before stopping in the middle of the hall. Looking around she vows to never repeat that experience again. She looks down at her schedule. Ok I'll just wait and see which class is the least full and head in there. She moves to a corner and waits.
Jane rubbed the back of her neck as her question was left unanswered by the lad with glasses and looked around to see everyone starting to leave the classroom.
"I guess my second class will start soon..." She quietly sat at her seat and took out her short hook pick again to twirl it in her hands. She looked towards the front of the room to see the same pair she had seen earlier, the male with the fan and the boy, whom she assumed, had gotten slapped. She shifted her attention to two other students, a fairly pretty girl who held a blade and a boy who held a gun.
She stared at the weapons and began to wonder how much they could be sold for.
....So...class was over...that was fast....
Looking towards the front of the room, I noticed that the first spar pair, the only spar pair in fact, were still at each other's necks.
Guess neither wants to give in...It not my business anyway...
With that thought in mind, I packed up my stuff, concealing the guns with my clothes, and placing the scythe on my back.
The pink haired girl had ran out...was the class that boring? Eh, whatever. On to my next class then.
As I made my way towards my next class, I remembered the ruckus of the previous one.
Hope my classmates aren't gonna be so annoying next class....I want to get some sleep for once....
Masao was greatly but quietly amused by the fight. The puny man and woman used guns and knives and there was a lot of of talking, though no screamed death threats, and there was a lot of unnecessary movements instead of taking the enemy head on with nothing but their bare hands and their harder than steel muscles. It was strange and entertaining for him and he was highly dissapointed when the two fighters stopped after what felt like two minutes, and then people started leaving. There'd barely even been hits to the fight. It must be a western thing, he thought. He turned to Jacob and gave him a quizzical look "Class over? Very short class, very short fight. Is normal?"
Jacob woke up from his day-dreaming daze "Class is already over? Like strange brah. Uh as for your question, like I dunno." Jacob glanced at Masao, "So whatcha got next dude?"
Jacob rolled his shoulders as he waved at the teacher, "Totally gnaralatious class Teach! Aloha!" Jacob gave a Hang Loose hand gesture and headed out of the classroom, and gave a wave to Masao. "Who knows what awaits next..."
Staring into Annette's cold eyes, Lorzo couldn't help but hide a smirk. The fight was satisfying, although short. This lady impressed him more than he expected, although she didn't seem quite happy about it yet. To Lorzo, it's a fight that's worth the time to do it first thing in the morning, with an opponent worthy of being in this academy-- that pair of cold fierce eyes said so. Without a word, he dropped the gun that was pointing at her right temple in his hand, letting it fall to the floor, while still feeling the cold tip of the knife against his throat. Not like he didn't care about the risk of being killed himself, but he didn't intend to kill the other either. Besides, he could still make a last move if he has to with his bare hands, yet he didn't feel the need, "Done," he said shortly. "Now move."
--
Dorzo blinked when Mei shortened their distance seductively and told him to come after classes. The obvious suspicion was right there, and one end of Dorzo's mouth turned upward. "Ooh? Whatcha gonna do? Beat the daylights out of me?" He turned toward Annette and Lorzo at the front, before clapping his hands. "Bravo!!" It's a truly nice fight.
However, he didn't intend to leave his seats although every other students were leaving. Mei told him to stay after class, in such a way that interested Dorzo, causing him to decide to stay.
Colin looked up as he heard a knock; probably a student late for first period study hall- a study hall that was nearly over, strangely enough. He opened the door.
"Hm? Oh. Morning, Mrs. Yu."
He paused for a moment, checking his watch- five minutes till first period ended.
"So, I'm... guessing your class let out early today?"
Mei noticed that Annette and Lorzo were still stuck in a tense position, but decided that they could wrap things up themselves without slaughtering each other. So instead, he turned to Dorzo. Looking at this stupid student's shameless face just makes him want to strangle the guy, but he held back and said, "Behave yourself, and not just with me," he glanced at Erin and held back a sigh, "Or you'll be killed by a teacher instead of a student."
Ying nodded, looking a bit bashful. "I did, since I finished my lesson early. I thought I'd come in and say hi. I hope it wasn't a bother."
"No, no problem."
Colin grabbed his mug off of the nearby desk, taking a sip in a futile attempt to fill the awkward silence.
"So, did you need anything or..?"
Class was over. "Oh. Class is over" Darren mumbled, remarking on how fast the entire class went. It seemed that all that happened was a small fight. He was hoping there would have been a lecture on the history of guns or something but clearly he was wrong. Though with the apparently brief amount of time classes were, he assumed there could have been none.
"Excuse me...um" Darren attempted to recall the teacher's name "Miss Wang? Have you prepared a syllabus? I don't believe I've gotten one"
Jane looked at Darren, who she had sat next to and then at the teacher. Miss Wang? She thought the person was a male but...oh well, perhaps her eyes had thought wrong.
She stood up and raised her hand, "Miss Wang? Are we getting assigned seats for this class? I can sit anywhere, right? And may I get a syllabus as well?" She smiled and waited for the teacher to reply as she whispered to Darren, "Are you newly enrolled here too?"
Upon hearing Mei's words about how he should behave, otherwise he would be killed by a teacher instead of a student, he was about to reply before Darren suddenly raised his hand and called Mei "Miss Wang." Dorzo blinked, hearing the way the other student called him, before the name was soon repeated by someone else.
The lad remained silent for a while before a tiny "pff" escaped his mouth.
"....Meimei, did they just called you Miss Wang? So you're Miss Wang? Miss Wang!" Dorzo started to laugh, clapping his hands together. "Miss Wang, it's difficult to behave in your class. After all, Miss Wang, I'm not the type to behave. If you, Miss Wang, wants to kill me, I'm always welcome to have a fight with you, Miss Wang." He grinned mischievously, purposefully repeating the name Miss Wang several times just for a tease.
After Lorzo had dropped the gun, Annette stepped away and stuck her knife back at her side. She retrieved her blades before walking back to grab her bag without another word. The girl opened her pack and pulled out some gauze. She bit her lip as she struggled to wrap her own shoulder but finally managed to tie the gauze so her shoulder would stop bleeding for now at least. Annette didn't respond to Dorzo's statement; they had hardly done anything in that little fight. However, she tossed the rest of her gauze roll to Lorzo as she passed. Annette looked over her shoulder, giving the boy a glance that was a little less cold than usual, perhaps to say "not bad" or "nice to meet you" before walking out of the classroom.
Caleb ended up following some other students and found himself in a new classroom. "Hello!" he said with a smile as he walked in and greeted the teacher, Mr. Firth. "Oh hey...again," he laughed as he also greeted Ying. "You're in this class too?" he joked with the teacher before sitting down in the front corner of the room.
Colin raised an eyebrow as the student entered- either they were extremely nonchalant about being late, or they somehow didn't notice the currently-in-progress study hall. He checked his watch.
Eh, close enough.
"Alright everyone, you can go. Have a wonderful day!"
He sat down at the desk and shuffled some papers around, glancing uneasily at Ying in hopes that she would take the hint.
Darren turned over to Jane and nodded. "Yeah" he said. "I was suspended from my old school and this was the only one that would take me in. I guess it was the same to you?" he asked. "Kind of a shady name though huh? Killer Academy. Like a weird teen drama." he joked.
Jane thought for a moment before shaking her head, "I've never attended school, this is my first one! I have to agree that it has a very odd name." She clasped her hands together and smiled at Darren, her eyes sparkling with interest and curiosity, "Oh but please do tell me, what was your old school like? And my name is Jane, what is yours?"
Igthorn looked upon his creation of the Shark Tank Death-trap. He pulled out his pocket-watch, "Well then... I must head off." Igthorn returned his pocket-watch as he began counting for a few seconds, Now I must also wait for the proper time to test Formula XC9-43 on Stevens...! Sylvester thought to himself, as he began rubbing his hands together diabolically. He headed out of the staff-room, and made his way to his class-room, which was fairly easy to spot, as there was a large red 101 written down the middle of the door. He stepped right in, revealing that the class-room was indeed strange, as the entire classroom was shaped like an inverse geodesic sphere. It used to be a spiked ball of doom, which he managed to recover from his scheme which involved knocking down various World Wonders with a giant spiked ball. But now, those spikes were changed into a variety of triangular tiles, which had a typical desk and chair, well just in front of the pit below. These pits were there if the students wanted to avoid the gaze of other students and what not. Inside the triangular pits (which weren't that deep), were stools with a wobbly legs, and a variety of strange etchings inside, which appear as if they were hiding something. Or maybe they were just there for scary decoration. While the pits all varied in the etchings they had, there was one constant monitor device inside all of the pits. Igthorn sat at the section furthest from the doorway in, which had his desk, and candles he lit to maintain a gloomy atmosphere. He began doing the pyramid fingers, as he waited for the students to roam in. Perhaps I shall activate the fog machine... Sylvester thought to himself.
Jacob strolled into B-3, as he waved to Firch, "Aloha Teach Dude." Jacob was not entirely sure if this was the classroom where he was assigned or not, but hey it was a new classroom and there was some other people there. Jacob shrugged as he rolled his shoulders back, as he found a desk near the front. He sat down, as he kicked up his feet on the desk, as he scratched at his open-toed shoes, "Say is it cool if I like keep my feet on the desk for a bit?"
Darren nodded again. "Darren" he answered, making a round shape with his hands as if drawing a circle in the air. "The school I went to, for a year and a half was called Nightraven Academy. It wasn't a very big name school. Well, isn't." he explained, shaking his hands a bit. "All my friends went there though and so naturally I felt at home. Here? No friends. I'm not even living in the neighborhood anymore. But I guess the dorm system works too."
"You've never went to school before?" Darren asked, his voice going more high pitched. He brought his palms up to face the ceiling.
