No one in the Jewel Box-from Obsidian Bide, the webtoon, really has been beat up (from what I read). Lueri has-a little? Or been neglected in those means. And Platinum only has an illness. (Not saying you can't do your OC's backstory as abuse, but awkward!)

So long you don't go overboard with that 'trauma' or whatnot, I'll allow you to keep it.

really the only reason is because pink opal is associated with releasing past trauma and healer of emotional wound so I'm not saying is awkward but the characters are meant to fit their gem, i can change it but then I feel like it doesn't really make sense for him to have the gem that picked him.
