"Hmm." Luna said with a slightly interested face, as she swallowed a bite of fruit salad. "I find that interesting. I can both speak and write Japanese. I learned it all on my own, whilst using a Japanese textbook. It took me a year to learn it through and through."

"That is really impressive..." Elias praised her. She is perfect, almost perfect,..grace, beauty, ambition and she is so smart and clever, but she has no heart..

When they finished eating, Luna raised her wand to clear up but lowered her wand. Elias looked amusingly at her. She is so cute with her old habits... She turned towards him and asked:

"What would you like to do first? Since I am unfamiliar with this place, perhaps you could show me your favorite places?"

"I was about to suggest you the same idea," he chuckled as he offered her his arm. They walked out from the hotel.
"I am not familiar with smoke apparition and since you do not know the places we are going to visit, I hope you do not mind the usual apparition," Elias said smilingly as he put his arm around Luna's shoulders. With that they apparated away and appeared in a rose garden.

"Le Jardin de Roses, The Rose Garden or the Garden of Roses," he explained as he introduced the place. "Let's take a walk," he smiled.

"It is a magical garden," he explained as they walked. "The color of the roses change where the visitors pass by, reflecting their emotions..." His voice died out as he noticed how the roses close to him changed to red. He was feeling a little awkward, almost regretting what he had told Luna. But she knows what I feel towards her, doesn't she? He smiled uncertainly, his cheeks glowing red of embarrassment.

"I am not familiar with smoke apparition and since you do not know the places we are going to visit, I hope you do not mind the usual apparition," Elias said smilingly as he put his arm around Luna's shoulders.

"Not at all." she said before they left. She quickly cleared her mind, allowing him to lead her without any accidents, and they appeared in a lovely rose garden.

"Le Jardin de Roses, The Rose Garden or the Garden of Roses," he explained as he introduced the place. "Let's take a walk," he smiled.

"Lovely." she smiled as she took in the fresh air and numerous roses.

"It is a magical garden," he explained as they walked. "The color of the roses change where the visitors pass by, reflecting their emotions.."

"Hmm." Luna smiled mischievously as the ones nearest to him turned blood red. She noticed the ones near her turned light purple. It is said that the color purple implies many things. Among them is magic, mystery, wisdom, and ambition, as well as leadership. In terms of emotions, however, it usually symbolizes. . . happiness or romance, I believe. For my sake, it is happiness at having an entire city to explore. They reached a lovely water fountain, with benches surrounding it. They sat on one, and Luna used her wand to change the color of the roses on the opposite side of the clearing. In purple, white, and black, forming words as they chatted lightly. Thank you they formed. She turned to him and smiled charmingly, gesturing toward the roses.

"Hmm." Luna smiled mischievously.
Elias tried his best to keep an innocent smile while he noticed the roses close to her turned light purple. Once I read that purple stands for dreams, fantasy, mystery and magic...perhaps she is a dreamer? I hope, or the surprise which I have planned for her would be useless...

He smiled with equal charm towards her. "With all my pleasure, my dear..." he said. "and many thanks to you for joining me in this trip where I can share my favorite places with you..." He took hold of her hands as he looked happily at her. Then he drew his wand to give her a magical surprise with the roses when he suddenly noticed that several roses were red colored and heart shaped garlands. What the bloody hell, I did not even move my wand towards the roses.... Feeling very flustered and to embarrassed, not knowing what to say to Luna, he took her hand and led her out from the place. "There's more parts of this place to discover," he said as an excuse, his face deep red of embarrassment, not daring to meet her gaze. They walked around in the other parts of the garden. He caressed some roses, smelled them absentminded and picked one before turning towards Luna with a smile after he had managed to gain some courage. He attached it to her hair smilingly.
"Now for the next surprise, my dear, may you close your eyes, please, and do not open them until I tell you!"

He led her to another part of garden where he took out another velvet string bag from within his cloak. He opened it and took out a miniature basket which he placed on a grass-spot. He pointed the tip of his wand towards it and enlarged it to its normal size. He took out a silky green cloth from the basket and spread it at the ground and then placed everything which Cooky had prepared earlier the day before the trip. Elias was too nervous to set everything with magic that he avoided to use it, worried that he would mess everything as was hurrying with the surprise.

"You may open your eyes now," Elias said smilingly, hoping that everything was looking good.

"With all my pleasure, my dear.." he said. "and many thanks to you for joining me in this trip where I can share my favorite places with you..." He took hold of her hands as he looked happily at her.

"You are most welcome." She looked over when she noticed several garlands appeared at his side, made from red roses and heart shaped flowers. He looks so surprised. she smiled Another unintentional, yet revealing mistake? I still find it humors.

He then took her hand and led her from the clearing. "There's more parts of this place to discover," he said embarrassed. He didn't meet her gaze as they walked around in the other parts of the garden. He picked a rose, and gently attached it to her hair smilingly.

"Thank you." she smiled, as she guessed it slowly turned from red to purple as it touched her.

"Now for the next surprise, my dear, may you close your eyes, please, and do not open them until I tell you!"

"Of course." she said, closing her eyes, yet keeping a firm hand on both her wand, and Elias's hand. I cannot lower my guard for an instant. Although I doubt no one is staking out in this rose garden waiting to commit murder, I mustn't allow myself to feel safe. . .no matter the situation. They walked for a few more moments, and she didn't allow herself to open her eyes once. She wasn't the type to peak. When they stopped, she heard him moving some things... some type of fabric, and she heard the clink of a glass, but that was all. She remained still and patient, until he gave her permission to look.

"You may open your eyes now," Elias said happily, though it was mixed with subtle tones of nerves.

She gazed upon what could only be considered a picnic, although she had only heard about them. "This looks lovely." she smiled, turning to him "Thank you again. You must have grown tired of hearing it already, though I can find nothing else to repeat to compliment your continuous surprises. "

He smiled, and they sat down together, and Luna remembered how he had acted when she had eaten the sliced fruit, obviously avoiding taking a bite of any other full fruit.

"Here-" she raised her wand "Let me teach you the spell I used to slice things." she smiled, referencing last night. " It is a Japanese spell, so it translates into 'slice'. " she pointed her wand at a baguette, and spoke aloud "Sumu." (Pronunciation: Soomoo) The baguette sliced itself into equal pieces, just as gracefully as she had said it. "It works for everything from bread to meat, but a different spell removed the seeds from fruit." she smiled. She took a bite of the lovely bread, then a bite of cheese.

Luna gazed upon the picnic surprise.

"This looks lovely." she smiled, turning to Elias. "Thank you again. You must have grown tired of hearing it already, though I can find nothing else to repeat to compliment your continuous surprises."

"With all my pleasure, my dear," He smiled, and they sat down together.

" she pointed her wand at a baguette and spoke aloud "Sumu." The baguette sliced itself into equal pieces, just as gracefully as she had said it.

"Oh," Elias said surprisingly as he was about to cut a red juicy apple with a knife.

"It works for everything from bread to meat, but a different spell removed the seeds from fruit." she smiled.

Elias put down the knife and pointed his wand at the apple. "Soomoo!" The apple sliced itself in uneven and ugly shaped pieces. "Well ehhm...hehehe.." He could not help but laugh excused. As I knew, cooking for magic is not for me..

They enjoyed the picnic lunch in the beautiful sun and the gentle breeze, chatting gaily. The lemonade was ice cold and refreshing. The red grapes were so delicious and sweet and made a great flavor as addition to the French cheese and baguette.

"Please, do not bother yourself with clearing of everything," Elias said with a mischievous smile when he had finished eating. He stretched down beside the picnic cloth, his arms folded under his neck as he faced the sky. "I hope you don't mind?" he asked Luna who was sitting at the other side of the cloth. "It is something with picnic, I cannot find a good word for it, but it is this special feeling that I just have to lay down in the sun afterwards," he chuckled.

"Oh," Elias said surprisingly as he lowered his cutting knife, and reached for his wand instead.

"Soomoo!" The apple sliced itself in uneven and ugly shaped pieces. "Well ehhm...hehehe.."

"Mine turned into apple sauce the first time." she assured him "Simply practice. You must concentrate, and of course, keep even and elegant slices in mind." she smiled.

They enjoyed the lunch together, and Luna made mental note of the ingredients, so that she could re-create this loveliness when she returned home.

"Please, do not bother yourself with clearing of everything," Elias said as he stretched down beside the picnic cloth, his arms folded under his neck as he faced the sky. "I hope you don't mind?" he asked Luna who was sitting at the other side of the cloth. "It is something with picnic, I ca not find a good word for it, but it is this special feeling that I just have to lay down in the sun afterwards," he chuckled.

"Not at all." she smiled. She rose from her seat, and raised her wand. A low hammock appeared beside Elias, made from sturdy vines and leaves. She lay beside him, and politely offered to make him one.

They spent the afternoon laying in the sun, enjoying peace and quiet as the birds sang and the water from a fountain nearby flowed, creating a soothing sound. Luna relaxed, but could not allow herself to sleep, though she pretended to have dozed off.

"Not at all." she smiled. She rose from her seat and raised her wand. A low hammock appeared beside Elias, made from sturdy vines and leaves. She lay beside him, and politely offered to make him one. He thanked her for the offer and was soon laying on a similar, to his surprise, a comfortable hammock beside her. He looked at the sky as he enjoyed hearing birds sing and the flowing sound of the water of the fountain nearby. He closed his eyes and felt the warmth of the sun against his face. I enjoy the peace and quiet during the day, and we'll both need it before the next adventure... He opened his eyes, turned his head towards her and smiled as he noticed that she had closed her eyes. I am glad that she is enjoying it... He raised his wand quietly and cast a protecting charm around them before he closed his eyes and allowed himself to relax to the fullest.
Elias dozed off for a while and did not open his before a couple of hours later. He checked his pocket watch and saw that the time was around four o'clock. He cleared of the picnic as quietly as he could before he approached Luna. He brushed of the hair from her face, resisting his urge to kiss her forehead, and smiled as she opened her eyes.

Meanwhile

"I want to confess to her, but I am... I just don't know how to...Do you have any advice?"
"Well, you have to be careful when you speak to her, you have to watch your speeches, be polite and be humble when you speak to her, speak as a gentleman..not as a rascal"
"I have no intention to joke around with her feelings, I am serious about what I feel towards her.."
"And thus, you must speak from your heart..."
"I know...I just do not how to bring it up to her..."
"Perhaps you'll know soon? Choose a good suiting place when you feel ready and then tell her that you need to confess something to her. But do not forget that she is a human, so be prepared that it won't be that easy..."

Elias accepted her offer, and she conjured a similar hammock from under him, without him even having to rise. A couple of hours later, she heard Elias rise, and knew she would rise soon as well. A few moments later, she heard footsteps. He's coming closer. I will pretend to have just awoken. She felt him as he gently brushed the hair from her face, and she smiled as she opened her eyes."That was a lovely rest." she said as she rose, and made the hammocks unravel, and the vines sink back into the earth. She saw that he had already cleared up, and gazed at the sky for a moment. The sun had clearly moved, and she guessed it was about four. Referencing her watch, she noted it was four thirty. "I enjoyed the meal and rest. My gratitude as always. This day has already made me feel so joyous, I cannot imagine how it could get any better. But-" she smiled "you seem to have so many more tricks up your sleeve." she winked as she took his arm, and he led her from the place.

"With all my pleasure, my dear," Elias replied. "And there's still more to see..." he smiled as he led her out from the garden. When they entered outside, they apparated away and appeared in a blind alley. He led the way out in the open streets, and they were met by a splendid view.

"Another favorite place of mine," he said gaily. "There is a wizarding area in the Eiffel Tower, though we cannot apparate closer to it, because muggles are everywhere here and there're to many of them, thus we have to walk to the tower, if you do not mind? There's something which muggles call for taxi, but I do not like their services..."

The tower was not far away, and they only walked a short distance until they reached it.

An annoying muggle family with four crying children, who were standing close by, were too noisy. Their children wanted to take rides in the carousels, but the parents tried to persuade them with something else because it was close dinner time. Elias breathed out with relief as soon as he and Luna had entered the magical elevator, which was hidden well from the muggles. The magical elevator was located opposite the muggle elevator, though it was only visible for the wizarding world. The magical elevator was consisting of glass and they had a beautiful view of the city as they went up in the tower. They entered the third floor where a various of wizarding shops were located.

"Let's save the top floor for later," Elias winked smilingly. He had only eyes for Luna as they strode in the third floor, exploring the shops, that he did not notice a certain young lady watching them both. Miss Blanc were fingering on some gowns in a clothing shop when she looked up and was astonished to see Elias walking in with an unknown lady. She had a brief eye contact with her and kept staring jealousy as she was caressing the fabric of a red silky gown absentminded.

"Please pick what you desire, I'd like to gift you something," Elias spoke charmingly to Luna. "But not the whole shop, I cannot afford that," he laughed.

"And there's still more to see.." he smiled as he led her out from the garden.

I cannot wait.

They appeared, and Luna took in the lovely view.

"Another favorite place of mine," he said gaily.

"I can see why." she smiled.

"There is a Wizarding area in the Eiffel Tower, though we cannot apparate closer to it, because Muggles are everywhere here and there're to many of them, thus we have to walk to the tower, if you do not mind? There's something which Muggles call for taxi, but I do not like their services.."

Their services are tedious. . .horrendous. The fact that you would even mention it as an option. .. reminds me why I haven't fallen for you. Anyone who thinks Muggles are simply alright. I am overreacting, or course. . . it was only a nonchalant comment. A whining Muggle child brought her out of her thoughts. She allowed her eyes to assess the situation, then allowed her thoughts to wander again. Such spoiled children. I cannot imagine why Potter finds Muggles acceptable. Wizards have never been knows to raise such brats. The child doesn't listen, it is common sense to teach it right from wrong. To allow them to go on, afraid to say no. . . so relentless. Once they had entered the magical elevator, she shared a sigh with Elias. She watched out the side , admiring the lovely view as they rose higher, calming herself so that by the time the doors opened, she was relaxed once more. The doors opened, revealing various Wizarding shops.

"Let's save the top floor for the sunset," Elias winked smilingly.

"I assume the view's beauty would only grow as day turns to night." she smiled.

"Please pick what you desire, I'd like to gift you something," Elias spoke charmingly to Luna. "But not the whole shop, I cannot afford that," he laughed.

"I wouldn't dream of becoming as greedy as most women." she smiled as they entered a jewelry shop. "Nor would I take several hours in a single shop."They browsed for a few minutes. Luna was very fast at shopping, and could search any store from top to bottom within ten minutes. So, she usually moved quickly and gracefully, until she saw something that caught her interest.Color changing pearl necklace ... next. Charm bracelet with genuine assorted jewels...next. Black diamond earrings...useless and expensive. I bet Miss Blanc dreams of Elias taking her on a vacation. . .and I gather she is the type to buy the entire store. . or rather, have him by the entire store. She came across nothing useful or interesting, and they moved on. Next came a clothing shop, in which Luna thought that the prices of the dresses cost more than the Eiffel Tower itself, and she shouldn't waste her time on buying clothes, since she already had her disguise mirror. She then remembered that expensive looking jewelry could also be obtained by using the mirror, and smiled at that as they left that store. They visited several other stores, and Luna still bought nothing. Even when she left magical item shop empty-handed, she didn't feel as if there was anything she desired to purchase. She referenced her watch, and saw that the time was seven - thirty. "Elias-" she spoke politely as they walked "I do not desire anything more from these shop. It was enjoyable, simply browsing, however I believe going on would waste time. Perhaps we could sit somewhere, and watch the sunset? I read somewhere that the sun sets at eight, and the present time is seven thirty two. " she suggested rationally. I do hope I came off as polite. I would hate him to think I avoided buying things to spare his pocket money.

"Elias-" Luna spoke politely as they walked "I do not desire anything more from these shops. It was enjoyable, simply browsing, however I believe going on would waste time. Perhaps we could sit somewhere, and watch the sunset? I read somewhere that the sun sets at eight, and the present time is seven thirty two. " she suggested rationally.

"As you wish, my lady," Elias smiled happily. "That would be a perfect opportunity from the top floor of this tower." I wanted to suggest that to her but I was worried that she would reject since mostly couples would watch sunsets at the top floor since it this kind of activity is considered as a romantic kind, I cannot believe that she suggested it by herself...I feel so lucky..and what makes me love her more is that she is not a greedy lady who asks for gifts and she is so humble..

They walked back to the elevator and went up to the highest floor where they sat down on a bench to watch the sunset together. They were not alone. Some couples, of course wizards and witches were also at the top floor, some were sitting on benches, other were standing, half-hugging each other, to watch the sunset. Elias did not hesitate as he let his arm wrap around Luna's shoulders, half-embracing her, holding her close. Well she asked for something that can not be done in a friend zone hehehe...

They sat there in silence, everyone else were also quiet, some couples were whispering. They watched the sun set down slowly.

As soon as the sun had vanished from the horizon the city was enlightened by millions light and the moon were soon looming and could be dimly seen behind the clouds.

Elias turned his head towards Luna, his face only a few inches from hers. Well I have my chance now, if I do not take it, I might not get it another time.. He looked into her eyes as he whispered:

"My dear, I do not know how much to thank you for this moment which you chose to share with me. I have always wished for watching the sunset with you, but I was worried that you would reject my suggestion since...ehmm...well...since it is considered as a romantic activity....I have not forgotten about your secret or your past....I..." his voice died out. He did not know what to tell her more. I am so sorry.....if you reject me now, I will understand... He thought for himself as he kissed her lips softly.

Somewhere behind them, Miss Blanc had been standing in the threshold of the doors, watching them silently the entire time. When she witnessed the kiss, she had enough and rushed away as she wept bitterly and silently.

Meanwhile

Aislinn was staring astonished at Vincent, not believing what he just had told her.
What the bloody hell....
They were sitting in the ruins, which were Aislinn's favorite place. Vincent was looking down in his hands, feeling very embarrassed, his cheeks glowing slightly red. Aislinn shifted nervously at her place, feeling to impotent to speak.
So that explains those furtive glances he had been giving me lately, why he has been silent so recently, why he always wanted to spend so much time with me...

"As you wish, my lady," Elias smiled happily. "That would be a perfect opportunity from the top floor of this tower."

"Lovely." she breathed when they reached the top and took in the breathtaking view. They sat on a bench together, and Elias wrapped his arm around Luna's shoulders. She became aware of the other couples who became increasingly close to each other, and began to doubt herself. I made a horrible mistake. The sunset, the top of the tower. . . what more is left? As they sat quietly admiring the sunset, she grew more nervous, but showed nothing, of course. When the moon replaced the sun, she feared what was to come more than ever. She had known it would have to take place eventually, but she feared she would do something that would be inexcusable. She imagined him moving closer to kiss her, and her throwing him off of the tower. I have only once made a move in which I did not think. Barring that, every move has always been carefully planned. Nothing bad will happen. She forced herself to calm as she gazed up at the glowing moon, and Elias turned his head towards her, his face only inches from hers. Don't resist, don't hesitate, there is no choice. Do not do anything but humor him, that is my goal.

He whispered in her ear, "My dear, I do not know how much to thank you for this moment which you chose to share with me. I have always wished for watching the sunset with you, but I was worried that you would reject my suggestion since...ehmm...well...since it is considered as a romantic activity....I have not forgotten about your secret or your past....I..." his voice died out.

Liar. However, I have known it would be like this. . .and it will be the same when he proposes.

He moved forward, and kissed her lips softly. She closed her eyes, and humored him. Unlike Aaron, Elias was gentle, at least, and cared for her. His hand stroked the side of her face gently, and she placed her hand in his free one. When they were done, she sighed as if she had genuinely enjoyed it, and looked him in his eyes charmingly.

"So many elegant surprises." she smiled. "I have never done that before." she admitted "Though I found that was lovely." she sat back in her place and gazed at the moon, secretly relieved it was over. That went well. Perfect impression that I loved him, and once again, he believed it like a child believes dreams can come true. It was not a lie that I had never shared a kiss before. Aaron does not count, for such a scandal. However, there is one thing I would never permit. . . it just makes me feel safe that we have our separate rooms. I would appear as such a fool, not having any idea what to do, and feeling so insecure and nervous. One secret that not even he knows is that I remain a virgin.

"So many elegant surprises." Luna smiled. "I have never done that before." she admitted "Though I found that was lovely." she sat back in her place and gazed at the moon, secretly relieved it was over.

Elias remained silent. This is unbelievable...I had been expecting that she would reject me..does she understand that I am aware about the condition of her heart even though I have these deep feelings for her?...

After a moment of silent he spoke: "I am so sorry that I totally missed out the dinner. You must be very hungry, let's have some supper. Would you like to eat at the hotel or in a restaurant in this tower?"

Meanwhile

"You are not a human," It slipped out from Aislinn. She regretted her words at the very same moment, knowing that she had committed a mistake. "…actually, I do not think I'll be able to make you happy because I am a human..." she added, trying to recover her mistake, but it was to late.

"I see..." Vincent said quietly, his face becoming much paler than usual.

"I..I am sorry, it is not like what you think, please do not misunderstand me.."

"I have clearly understood what you mean..." Vincent rose up to leave. " You think that I won't be able to make you happy because I am not a human..." and with that he walked away.

Aislinn remained speechlessly and paralyzed at her place.

"Vincent?..." she called out in the darkness after a while. There was no reply. He was gone. Perhaps he went away for tonight’s hunt? I hope, I will see him tomorrow and we'll have a talk about this and everything will be fine... She thought, trying to soothe herself as she walked home, but she had an unusual feeling.

"I am so sorry that I totally missed out the dinner. You must be very hungry, let's have some supper. Would you like to eat at the hotel or in a restaurant in this tower?"

"Whatever you wish." she smiled, thankful for an excuse to leave this place. She took his arm, and they left the top of the tower. After dinner, I will have 'grown weary', and will wish to rest, avoiding any activity in his room. The next morning, I will surprise him with something lovely.

Later that night

"You have disobeyed me for the last time." he said in an ominous voice. "I told you, I would not tolerate insubordination!"

He stood tall and imperial in front of his throne, his voice echoing throughout the lavishly decorated halls.

A lovely woman knelt before him, her face emotionless. It was clear she was not remorseful.

"As an angel, you are to do as the books say. Take only the souls of which have reached their time. It would be different if you felt remorse, or a good reason other than pleasure!"

It appeared that his scoldings had no effect on her, and she remained silent.

"We are not gods. . we live, we die." he said, attempting to reason with her.

"Yet it would take a few thousand years. " she said in a gentle, yet malicious voice. She stood tall, her face twisted in a malicious smile. "I feel I have done nothing wrong. I am tired of your righteous rule, and your imperial commands. I wish I had never been born your daughter. I will depart for Earth, where I will be able to assist the one person I have always admired, just as I assisted her father."

"You mustn't! " her father said, as he allowed his imperial persona to drop. "I told you, Voldemort was ruthless! "

"He treated me with more kindness than you ever have! Furthermore-" she extended her angelic black wings, "He let me do as I pleased. You knew I have always been different from the other angels. I delight in torture and death, unlike you. Farewell. " she finished bitterly.

And with that, she raised her hand, shattering the nearest window, then soared from it, smiling now that she had re-taken her freedom. The fresh air and the night moon gave her tranquility as she flew. She soared lower and lower, until she felt the atmosphere change, and knew she had reached Earth. She landed on the balcony of Aislynn's bedroom at her family's home, and awaited her silently, not wishing to barge in and alarm her.

She had long, flowing black hair that normally covered one eye, and a black dress with uneven sleeves and a small slit in the left side. One sleeve was long, and wrapped around her right arm like a spider web made from lace, while the other sleeve was missing, revealing her pure white skin. A black rose rested in her hair, and her left eye, which was always exposed, was black, whilst her other, obscured eye was peridot green. She wore no jewelry except for a thin silver chain, with a black stone shaped like a teardrop.

Back in Heaven

Her father, Everard, stared out the window in horror.

She has become too powerful to see the truth. I am aware that Lord Voldemort was able to obliterate countless souls because he shared a contract with an angel, who assisted him in removing the souls. The color of an angel's wings represents their innocence, though from a young age Raven's have always been black. . .

"Whatever you wish." Luna smiled and took Elias' arm.

He smiled as they apparated away from the top of the tower. They appeared in front of the main doors of the hotel and walked inside. As soon as they put their foot in the dining room, the supper appeared on the table.

Elias was feeling a little feverish and lovesick after the memorable moment at the Eiffel Tower that he was almost picking in his food. He was eating white mushroom soup, stirring it absentminded with the spoon and resting his chin in his other free hand as he looked dreamily at the view through the windows in the dining room. He finished his soup in silence and hesitated a moment if he should leave or taste another lovely dish. I want to be for myself tonight, but it would be rude if I would leave her eating supper alone. I shall wait until she finishes and excuse herself.... He thought as he decided to eat some tomato bruschetta.

Meanwhile

Aislinn entered her bedroom and laid down in her bed. She was alone in the manor since her relatives were out to hunt, unaware of what was waiting her behind the white and sheer draperies in the balcony. She snuggled under her cover and closed her eyes. She could not believe what had happened earlier this night. Perhaps I should not have spent so much time with him? But it would have happened after all, wouldn't it? If I had grown up at my relatives instead at the orphanage, perhaps the same thing would have happened?, because we are not siblings, but if his parents had been able to adopt me and raise me up as their own daughter instead...then...then....he would not have develop any different feelings towards me....instead he would have treated me like a sister..is that what I have been thinking? That he would treat me like his sister after the reunion? Perhaps it is impossible now since he has developed different feelings towards me.... Aislinn dozed off.

Luna accompanied Elias back to the hotel, and as soon as they entered the dining room, their meal appeared. They ate in silence, and after a few minutes Luna noticed Elias wasn't eating much. I assume he is re-living our moment together. I should excuse myself soon, so that he can do as he wishes without my involvement. Luna finished her small soup, and rose from her seat. "My thanks, as always." she smiled, "Good night." she called as she left for her bedroom. She looked back at him one last time, and waved wordlessly before closing the door. She bathed, and dressed in her nightgown, before placing her normal security spells. She rested in the silk sheets, and left her window open to let in some fresh air, though she kept the drapes closed.

Meanwhile

Raven stayed on the balcony, resting on a bit of firm clouds she had conjured to form a floating bench. Then she heard footsteps from the inside of the bedroom, and a few moments later she used her magic to move the drape discreetly, only to reveal a sleeping Aislynn. Well- she let the drape go I guess I'm staying here tonight. She raised her hand. and the cloud changed its shape. It now resembled a small bed, just large enough for her, which she lay on after folding her wings back. She would stay there until morning. if any vampire touches me, they will know what I am immediately. They can sense these things, in the same way they are sensitive to garlic, and they will retreat without hesitation. It is this Aislynn Monroe that I seek, for she is just as worthy of my service as Luna Lestrange. I do hope she doesn't faint upon my introduction. If I have guessed correctly, she isn't that type of girl.

Morning

Luna awoke at nine, and showered quickly. She checked her watch whilst she was still in her towel, realizing that she had slept in.

Nine is by far too late! Elias is probably wondering what is keeping me. . . how embarrassing.

She said good morning to Nagini, then picked up her disguise mirror and got dressed. She chose the same hair style, but a different dress. Today it was a long, emerald green dress, with a V-neck and transparent dark green sleeves.

She opened her bedroom door a few moments later, expecting to see a secretly impatient Elias.

"My thanks, as always." Luna smiled when she rose up after she had finished her meal, "Good night." she called as she left for her bedroom. She looked back at Elias one last time and waved wordlessly before closing the door.

"Sleep well," he replied smilingly and looked amusingly at her when she waved to him. Feeling relieved that he would have the night for himself he rose up from his seat and went to his bedroom. He only brushed his teeth and washed his face with cold water to calm down. He took of his cloak and suit jacket which he threw at the armchair close by. He laid down at his back in the bed, facing the ceiling, his arms folded under his head. I still cannot believe...I am scared that everything would turn out to be a dream and that I would wake up to the reality soon.. He could literary feel the taste of her lips and the lovely breeze of the air at the top of the tower. He closed his eyes and relived that moment with her.

Elias was unable to fall asleep. It did not matter even if he opened the windows to let chill air in his room or rose up to wash his face with cold water. This feverish love feeling, the butterflies in his tummy were still there. Still in his elegant clothes, pants and white shirt, he finally fell asleep around 5'clock in the morning and he was deep asleep around nine o'clock, far away in the sleep and dream world where his dreams were unclear and a blurry mass of pastel colored clouds. He was totally unaware of what the time was, and that Luna had already got up.

Meanwhile

Aislinn woke up around noon the next day. She opened her eyes slowly as she looked at the clock at her bedside table. Half past eleven...that is almost the time when....
She sat up with a start. Vincent...
She washed her face in hurry and rushed up to the third floor where she opened the door to her cousin's bedroom where she expected him to be. But he was not there. Aislinn stared at the grand neat bedded bed with its white sheets and dark-red covers, not wanting to believe her eyes. Perhaps I'll find him in the garden? He actually likes to sit on that swing.... She rushed down the stairs and flung the backdoor to the scullery open, already knowing deep inside that she will find the swing empty.
"Vincent?" She called out as she walked around in the garden. There was no reply.

Luna opened her bedroom door to find that Elias was not awake yet. She pulled out her spy mirror, which revealed that he was silently sleeping. Hmm. I guess I haven't slept in. She went back to her bedroom and cast a spell for her bed to neatly make itself. She left the door open for Nagini as she bid her farewell, so that her serpent could relax in the entire suite rather than remain in the bedroom. She left a note on Elias's door, telling him she would be taking a walk in the hotel gardens when he awoke. She left, and entered the magical elevator, pressing the bottom floor button. On her way out, a waiter with a room service cart greeted her happily.

"Bonjour."

Luna decided it would be funny if she replied in Japanese, and spoke in an equally polite and happy tone, "Ohio gozeimesu." with the slight bow of her head. He stared confusedly at her as she left, and as soon as the doors closed again she laughed quietly to herself. She spent an hour in the gardens, sitting by a large fountain as she read a book she had brought, titled "How Wizards Think." After a few moments of reading, she levitated it above her, where it burst into flames. "Rubbish." she said quietly. Talk about things that interest him . Act in a way you think he would like. More like bend yourself to his every whim! If this is what young women are reading, Lily needs serious guidance! Well, that is why I brought a back-up. she thought as she pulled another book from her bag, titled "Dark Magical Spells, volume three."Twenty minutes later, she looked up from her book to see Elias walking toward her. She replaced her book in her bag, and rose from her seat to greet him. "Good morning." she smiled.

Meanwhile

Raven woke when she heard Aislynn in the garden. It's almost like she knows I am here. . . avoiding this particular place on purpose. Never mind, it is most likely my fault, since I can count the times on one hand when she comes out here. She stood from her bed, and it disappeared. She waved her hand, and her hair and clothes fixed themselves, making it look as if she hadn't just awoken. She extended her wings, and took flight, landing gently beside Aislynn, who was staring at a vacant swing in disappointment. "Hello." she said politely. Aislynn turned around, and stared at the large black wings, and the long black hair. Raven knelt in the same way Luna did when she apologized, and spoke in the same polite tone. "I am the daughter of the King of Heaven, Everard, named Raven. I have come to offer you my services. " She stood up straight again, and slowly extended her hand toward Aislynn. She was just as graceful as Luna, with her subtle movements and gentle voice. Though it was also clear that she had a great potential for bloodlust.

Elias woke up at ten o'clock to find a note by Luna at his door. He was feeling a little guilty for sleeping in. When he got ready for the day, he noticed that he had dark shadows under his eyes because of only five hours sleep this morning. A half hour later he walked down to the gardens to find Luna sitting on a bench and reading a book. she replaced her book in her bag and rose from her seat to greet him.

"Good morning." she smiled.

"Good morning, my dear, did you sleep well?" he smiled happily as he took her hands in his. "I am so sorry if I have kept you waiting. I could not fall asleep but until five o'clock in the morning. Would you like to eat a late breakfast here in the garden?"

Meanwhile

"Hello," Suddenly a voice, right behind Aislinn, spoke.

She turned around in surprise and stared astonishingly at a tall beautiful lady with black wings and black long hair. She was dressed in an elegant dress with a slit to the left and uneven sleeves. One of the sleeves was long and wrapped around her arm like a cobweb made of lace. The other sleeve was missing, revealing a pure white arm. A black rose was attached to her hair. She wore a silver chain with a black stone formed like a teardrop. She looked at Aislinn with a black eye. Her other eye was hidden behind the hair.

I have a bad feeling about this...

The mysterious winged lady kneeled in the same way as Luna did when she apologized and spoke in the same polite tone.

"I am the daughter of the King of Heaven, Everard, named Raven. I have come to offer you my services. "

She stood up straight again, and slowly extended her hand toward Aislinn.

She is just as graceful as Luna, with her subtle movements and gentle voice

Aislinn took several steps backward which Raven matched with equal steps forward.

First I thought she was a demon because of her black wings and clothing, but she said she is from the heaven...I have always thought that angels were dressed in white with pure white wings, but this....perhaps a fallen angel?

"Services?" Aislinn asked confusingly. If only Vincent was here...

She managed to walk backward in a circle so that she got her back against the manor and stood still.

"Why do you want to offer me in particular services?" Aislinn kept asking to buy time. She was wearing the magical pendant, which was the only thing she could rely on at this moment, behind her shirt. It was telling her exactly what to do.

Raven saw that this was going the wrong way, and stopped coming forward, and took a few steps back instead.

"Why do you want to offer me in particular services?" Aislynn asked nervously.

"Because you are a friend of Luna Lestrange. I mean no harm-" she said as she saw that she was doing nothing to calm Aislynn. "I am, of course, a Fallen Angel, though I promise not to harm you. I can see the locations of any person on earth." she said "And, I can also read minds. I can tell you are searching for your cousin.. . " she said, attempting to rationalize that she was useful "I can take you to him. Please-" she said desperately "don't reject me like every other Angel, and even my Father has! That is why I have come to Earth. . to give my services to the mortals who will surely find me useful, like Lord Voldemort has. " she paused for a moment. "Please-" she said, taking her calm voice once more "I only wish to assist those with darker wishes." She did nothing but await her response. If Aislynn did not accept her, she would find Luna.

Meanwhile

"Good morning, my dear, did you sleep well? I am so sorry if I have kept you waiting. I could not fall asleep but until five o'clock in the morning. "

"That is quite alright. I slept in as well, and was not waiting for longer than half an hour." she assured him.

"Would you like to eat a late breakfast here in the garden?"

"That sounds lovely." she smiled as she sat down again.

Aislinn listened suspiciously at first. That angel sounds a little desperate...though since it knows everything and can read minds then I doubt it is lying. She was feeling calm at last but could not let her guard down.

"Thank you, but it is fine," she replied calmly. "I might see him later today. If he is not around, then perhaps he does not want to see me. I hurt his feelings last night and I don't know if it is a good idea to try to pursue a vampire. Though if there is anything I wish I will let you know..."

It sounds too good to be true, hence I do not think an angel would freely grant humans' wishes without anything in return

"...And what do you want in return?" Aislinn asked.

Meanwhile

They ate a light yet luxury breakfast in the garden of the hotel. Elias did not have a big appetite. He only munched on a croissant and drank a cup of blueberry and vanilla flavored tea. He could not help but to glance dreamily and romantically at Luna, as he half listened to the singing birds and the rippling water from the fountain close by. I must be such a lovesick fool hehe...but I must never let my feelings take over my mind or forget, I want to purpose to her but perhaps it is to early. She has no heart which makes her different from other women, thus I must be careful when I approach her...

Elias smiled excusing as he rose up after he had finished his breakfast. "I'll be right back."

He came back with magical brochures, with magically animated pictures of places, which he gave to Luna as he sat down. "You may pick any place you'd like to visit today," he smiled.
These brochures only contain information about the wizarding areas in France, though the majority of them are only for couples...so I think it would be a good idea if she would read about them first and then pick her choices. Like that she will feel comfortable, the more comfortable she is with me the easier it will be to propose to her in near future...

"Thank you, but it is fine," she replied calmly. "I might see him later today. If he is not around then perhaps he does not want to see me. I hurt his feelings yesterday night and I don't know if it is a good idea to try to pursue a vampire. Though if there is anything I wish I will let you know..."

Raven's breathing slowed as she calmed down, but still did not speak.

"...And what do you want in return?" Aislynn asked.

"Nothing but your appreciation and gratitude. I have what angel's call Uncontrollable Bloodlust. It is a rare condition, and is only found in Fallen Angels. An uncontrollable to kill or torture. If I have someone who can control me. . .give me commands, then I will be able to control my urges better. It would be an honor to be in your service, as well as Luna Lestrange's. " She bowed to Aislynn. "If you wish for me to appear, please summon me." and she took off one of her wing feathers, and handed it to Aislynn slowly. "Call my name. . .Raven, and I shall appear. " She took another step back, preparing to take flight, before uttering one more sentence. "I appreciate your acceptance." And she flew off gracefully, into the blue sky. . .

Meanwhile

They ate their light breakfast together, and Luna had a blueberry muffin and a glass of milk.

"I'll be right back."Elias said once he was done.

He returned a few minutes later with magical brochures and moving illustrations, one of which he handed to Luna. "You may pick any place you'd like to visit today," he smiled.

"Alright." she said politely, as she opened the brochure. Hmm. It looks as though most of these are meant for couples. There's a ball at some large French hotel. . .sounds appealing. A musical called 'Lez Miserables', and a play called 'A Witch's Curse' about a witch who meets three different wizards, one of which is a spy that killed her first love. Also sounds appealing. . . She spent a good ten minutes reading the brochure, then decided she would like to go to the ball mentioned on the first page. "Elias." she said politely, "I have decided what I would like to do. There is a ball tonight, for couples to dance, and by the end of the night, one couple is chosen to perform, by either singing or playing instruments. Does that sound appealing, or should I choose again?" She patiently awaited his response.

"Nothing but your appreciation and gratitude. I have what angel's call Uncontrollable Bloodlust. It is a rare condition and is only found in Fallen Angels. An uncontrollable to kill or torture. If I have someone who can control me. . .give me commands, then I will be able to control my urges better. It would be an honor to be in your service, as well as Luna Lestrange's." The angel replied and bowed to Aislinn, who was to speechless to speak. Bloodlust...a potential for killing and torture... She thought with a shudder.

"If you wish for me to appear, please summon me." and she took off one of her wing feathers and handed it to Aislinn slowly. "Call my name. . .Raven, and I shall appear. "

Aislinn nodded as she took the black feather carefully.

Raven took another step back, preparing to take flight, before uttering one more sentence:

"I appreciate your acceptance."

"You are most welcome," Aislinn replied quietly.

This is perfect, absolutely perfect as long as Luna and I will be able to control her totally and I have so many desires.. She thought vindictively as she caressed the feather softly and watched Raven soar up into the blue sky. But that shall wait. First, I need to resolve things with Vincent, and I believe he has retired somewhere to be for himself. Hopefully I'll see him tonight..

"Sounds very interesting. If you wish to go to the ball, then we shall absolutely attend," Elias replied excitingly. "The opening of the ball will be at seven o'clock this evening," he said as he glanced over its announcement in the brochure. "We have a plenty of time until then. Is there anything else you wish to do before the ball? I would love to take you to a clothing store and spoil you with a new ball gown," he suggested charmingly.

"No, I believe that since I have the disguise mirror you purchased for me, any other purchases pertaining to clothing or jewelry would be unnecessary. " she smiled. "The mirror was expensive, but it allows me to use my imagination. As for anything we could do until then, you should choose our daytime activity, since I am choosing something for the evening. " She smiled as she imagined what any other woman would have said. Of course I want a new dress! they would say vainly Buy me the whole store! is what they would truly mean.

Meanwhile

Raven soared through the air, smiling as she sensed Aislynn's thoughts. She truly accepted me. Furthermore, she intends to use me towards darkness, rather than the meaningless causes toward good that my Father had me doing. Help the poor, heal the sick. . .find good guardians for the children, rather than leave them in orphanages. If I had been the one in charge of Aislynn's childhood, she would have ended up with the perfect dark family, yet still visited and had full knowledge of her Vampire family. I cannot believe the injustice done to her. She flew above a layer of clouds, and then formed a chair for herself. She used her powers to watch different people simultaneously. However, she did not watch Luna, or Aislynn, for she respected their privacy. She remained there for a few hours, then was met by a surprise.

He flew down, and landed beside her, folding his grey wings behind him.

"You always were grey, weren't you?" she asked, though it was meant to mock him rather than inquire.

"I remain grey because I neither wish to go dark, nor remain completely light. "

"Why are you here?" she asked, not allowing his charm to fool her.

"Because I wish for a favor. -Need I remind you that you are the reason my wings ceased to be white in the first place?" he added before she could reject him.

"Your wish?" she said, giving him a cold stare.

"Oh.." Elias smiled. Expensive? There is nothing such as expensive whenever I want to gift her something, she is very humble indeed, he thought amusingly. "Then I'll take you to the Louvre," he said excitingly. "There's an underground dark wizarding area. We will apparate close and walk to it, because there's a lot of muggles around there."

They apparated to another blind alley and walked out in the busy streets of Paris.

"It is of course possible to apparate immediately to any wizarding area no matter where it is located. But then you will miss the beautiful and lovely sight of the place itself from the outside," Elias explained as they walked. "If we had apparated immediately to the underground you would have missed this." He smiled as he gestured towards the Louvre when they approached it.

They walked inside where there were even more annoying muggles than it has been in the streets.

Elias led the way to a door which camouflaged with the wall and was hidden behind a staircase. When they entered, it turned out to be an elegant decorated elevator. There were only three buttons. The first button said, "Ground Floor", the second got number 6,25 and the third button had an image of a skull.

"Floor 6,25 is also a wizarding area, but there it is a great chance to see blood traitors, muggleborns and squibs," Elias said with disgust as he pressed the third button. "And it is a cheap version of the wizarding store area in the Eiffel Tower. There on the contrary you would only see the purebloods and nobles."

It only took a few second to arrive to the dark wizarding area, since the speed of the elevator was as fast as the speed of the light, though it was feeling like it had been standing still the entire time.

"Welcome to Dark Side of the Louvre," Elias said charmingly as he opened the door to a dark wizarding store underground area. "I know you do not wish to buy anything, and I understand why," he smiled. "Though I enjoy walking around with you and just look at various items for fun."

Meanwhile

"We have to wait until Monday morning because we cannot do anything right now."

"Do you really think it is a good idea?"

"Absolutely, I have been thinking about it over and over again. It is the most perfect plan which Mr. Potter has agreed to and besides it won't hurt us if we tried it out. We will just surprise them..."

"What about Miss Monroe and Miss Blackwood? They do not know, do they?"

"They don't know anything about this plan, and they shall not know at all, because I want to test them both. The main point with this plan is not only to weaken her and to lure her out but also to see how they will react when it happens. I still suspect them both. I did not get any chance to interrogate Miss Blackwood after I questioned Miss Monroe. Since then, probably, they might have exchanged information with each other. But I am not sure, it is only a theory I have and only Merlin knows the truth...anyway according to Mr. Potter, Miss Blackwood has taken some time off this weekend and she won't be back to work until Tuesday. And Miss Monroe is hardly at her office, thus they won’t be in our way when we take action on Monday. I have listed everyone here and I have grouped you all in four. Every group will advance at one person each. Remember to act calm and gentle, do not barge in or causing trouble otherwise our plan will backfire. We will just bring them to the conference room in our department at the Ministry of Magic. That's all for now and you all are dismissed for today."
