Fantasy The Euphorian Highschool for Empowereds

"Hmm... I think I'm making excuses. I feel tired right now~" She said before she giggled a bit. True she just got her new powers, but all that happening in her head was a bit tiring. Especially since they went through every aspect of her past. The memories she now hold, she thinks she needs time to organize her thoughts.
Elliot tilted his head, still feeling a little confused by what she meant so he simply smiled. When she said she was tired he looked down at her "Oh. Of course. Sorry, would you like to go rest? I can take you home if you want." He offered

"Uh sure. That'd be nice~" Seria responded before she closed her eyes and quickly drifted to sleep. It seemed she was very tired after everything that if she just kept her eyes closed for a few seconds, she'd already be sleeping.

Ansom let out a loud laugh and waved his fork in Elaena's direction. "Be myself?" He repeated it and followed it up with another laugh, his head shaking a bit. "You forget, Elaena. Being myself is exactly what I DON'T want to do. It's what I'm trying to AVOID." He smiled and took another bite before returning to flipping of the channels. Eventually, it landed on some sitcom and Ansom decided to quit bothering with it. "But, yes, being the Anti-God is definitely not acceptable to most in any social interaction. I tend to just keep that a secret. I've learned that people even prefer to hear God of Chaos rather than Anti-God." He sighed and shook his head a bit, looking at his plate. "That's why I gave myself the nickname of the Chaos God. It keeps my roots and makes people a bit less fearful."
She blinked when he laughed out, leaning back ever so slightly as he waved the fork in her direction, smiling lightly as he spoke. She watched him channel surf for a bit before she answered him "Alright. Sorry. I just assumed that you know, you were talking about destroying things, not actually how you act..." She said with a shrug of her shoulders. "So...this you that I'm spending my time with now..." She began to ask, looking over in his direction, tilting her head slightly "how much different is he from actual you?" She asked straight out, her eyes examining his reaction closely

Elliot nodded "Alright. Whenever you're ready I'll walk you..." He paused, looking down and noticing she had drifted off "Home...?" He stared at her for a bit, wondering if he should wake her or not. "Uhm...Seria?" He asked quietly to see if she was awake or not.

She wasn't answering. She was already fast asleep, seeming to be comfortable where she was. She looked really at peace.

Masahi chuckled, not in a way a normal person would, but like someone who knew how to use power. Only a fool would move anything without knowledge, that much was a given in his lines of work. Roman must've started getting soft before he even knew Masahi was still alive, and just because Masahi wanted to turn a new leaf didn't mean he was going to throw away useful skills and knowledge. Well, they always butted heads anyways, why not keep it up for old times sake?

"Did I say chess, or pawns for that matter? I was just trying to get at this: If a controllable situation arises, it might be beneficial to you and them to see how they handle it. We'll know we can stop it at any time, just not that given family member. The only pawns, or rather foot soldiers would be my Zetsu's, by merit that losing a few dozen, or even hundred would be no loss at all. As for my own ability, yes I could handle it, but not in the way I wish to."

The thought of Roman's son left a sour taste in Masahi's mouth. Not because Masahi disliked the kid, but because he had to struggle and suffer before he had anything worthy of being called power or strength, and by the time he had it, it was useless to him as his hour of need had passed twice over. No family, no support, no power. Yeah, Roman's boy couldn't have had a more polar beginning.

"He'll never know, will he? How it is to be so weak and powerless you can't even stand up to his enemies? If he's as strong as you claim, then he may end up being a burden to himself. Trauma isn't enough for growth though, it merely plants a seed. Roman, we may have exceptional genes, but we also know how it is to be the bottom of the food chain. We had to fight tooth and claw for our powers and skills, whether the enemy is someone else or life. That's why I must say this: physical force isn't strength. No one with less than three years in this life is stronger than you."

Masahi looked around quickly before grabbing Roman's shoulder and using Kamui to warp to the highest point he could see. He then looked at Roman and gestured to the general campus.

"Sometimes take, sometimes recruit, it's a case by case basis. If they want to experiment, they'll probably kidnap the person and relocate from what I understand. However, there could be holes in my information, well, no, there are most definitely holes, I just don't know where. anyways, which direction is that research area?"
Roman simply shook his head, having thought he made it pretty clear that he wanted nothing more to do with the before conversation. Seems Masahi still had something input on it though. He was well aware of what he meant, but Roman had other things in mind for the kids in term of real life situations. That went for his entire family. Most were well trained, and those who needed the training got it, along with the test to push them and see how they'd deal with predicaments that came into their paths. As Masahi finished talking, Roman cleared his throat and replied.

"That's what this school is for. You wouldn't know that though. Anyways, we'll stick to clones and Zetsu things. Losing those wouldn't matter in comparison to losing an entire person, and one more thing; I'm pretty sure in due time, I'll get to see all the choices the kids make in their controllable situations. As for now, it's all about the ones you and I choose."

After that, there was more about Alejandro. Sure, the boy may not be at Roman's level, or had to go through the grueling training or experiences to get the strength he was at today, but you can never just say that he can't someday surpass him. Roman was optimistic when it came to this. He believes his son can do it, and nothing Masahi could say would change his mind about it.

"It's not just his physical strength. The kid is a genius. Almost as good as me. Almost exactly like me. He's still a kid though, and has a long way to do, that I do understand. Besides, never know when someone who may have only experienced 20 seconds on this life may pass you up. We live in weird times, and things like that can happen. Now lets just forget about the boy and this entire little... Whatever for the time being. your mission seems to be a bit more important after all."

Just as Roman finished talking, Masahi had his hand on Roman's shoulder and the two of them appeared on one of the school's tallest buildings. Roman found himself pointing to a building northwest from where the two of them stood.

"There. I remember going inside to find guy who was doing a bit of research for me. Didn't look like he was with CROSS though, at least from the sound of things. Now, is that all? If you need more information, I'm willing to share... I do have to get home though, at least before it gets too late. I wanted to surprise my wife tonight and this is sort of stalling me."

Skylar Ainsworth

Skylar wasn't necessarily a person to dislike herself. She wasn't vain by any means, but her self-image wasn't necessarily a negative one. She knew she had her faults, but she also knew that everyone does, so that was no reason to get down on herself about it. But she was really disliking this version of herself. It was probably just the culmination of events that had happened recently that had just broken her spirit a bit, but she hated feeling this way. Even still, she was glad that Hyou was here with her instead of like her dream seemed to suggest. She sniffed as Hyou pulled away from the hug, partly wishing that he hadn't done that. Being close to Hyou helped her calm down, most likely because his hugs seemed to encase her whole body and make her feel safe. Perks of having a boyfriend who was much bigger than you, it seemed. Skylar looked down at her hands with guilt as he said that she scared him. Worrying him any more than she already had was the last thing she wanted to do, and she felt bad about it. She didn't seem to have much time to feel bad about it, as she suddenly felt his finger on her chest over her heart. She looked up at Hyou just before he kissed her, and she immediately was swept up in the kiss, losing herself in the short moment. When he broke the kiss, Skylar found herself breathless and wishing it wouldn't have ended. A blush had snuck up on her as he wrapped his arm around her, and she looked up at him with it strong on her face. There was a desire building in her chest from the kiss, and it wasn't helping the blush at all. "Hey... Hyou?" She asked, her voice a bit timid. "...can you do that again?" She wanted to look away, but after his sweet words to her and her not really having said anything back to him, she figured it was the least she could do.

Hyou couldn't help but savor the moment he and Sky were having it. It was some of the best quality time they've spent alone in awhile since she's been back from the hospital. Not to forget that Skylar had also been behind on quite a bit of work at some point and he made no attempts to derail her attention from catching up. After their kiss, Hyou had his arm around Skylar. She seemed to like it in his opinion, which made him happy. Upon hearing Skylar's voice, Hyou's ears almost perked up as he listened, and his only reaction was a simple smile. "Sure." Hyou said in response to Skylar's request. He then leaned in towards her slowly, and placed his lips upon Skylar's. This kiss lasted significantly longer than the one before, but it still came to an end so the both o them could catch their breath. Opening his eyes, he looked Skylar in the face, his smile returning and he spoke, "How was that? I'm assuming you still want more." He then chuckled a bit, putting his free hand on Sky's shoulder and soon placing it in her hand. The dragon had to admit that he was enjoying this. Mostly because he learned that nothing was happening, and Skylar was overall okay. That she was just having a bad dream. If it were something else, Hyou probably wouldn't be able to do much, he's still recovering himself after the fight with Perfect. So yeah, he was able to enjoy this, because it was a like a big sigh of relief... A very intimate one that he shared with Sky. Hyou had placed his forehead against, Sky's, closing his eyes a smiling as he remained close to the person he cherished and loved most.

Violetta

Well, this was awkward. Still, Violetta hadn't thought to just reverse time and come back inside the house after having changed back into a human. Or maybe it was that she had made a promise to herself the moment that she met him that she wouldn't manipulate time against him if she didn't absolutely have to. Either way, Violetta figured she was busted, especially considering how unenthusiastic he seemed to be at seeing her, but maybe she was just imagining things and she could play it off like nothing was Embarrassed, she looked away, at some rather uninteresting spot on the floor, the blush from before still on her cheeks as she kept the nervous smile. "W-what do you mean, I look the same as normal! Work was fine, n-nothing interesting, really!" She almost let out a nervous laugh, but restrained herself enough. "How was your day? How were the kids?" she asked almost too quickly, moving her gaze to look somewhere on the ceiling now. She attempted to change the subject, hoping she could somehow force her way past this conversation enough to escape out of sight and change back to her human form. Maybe then she could play it off like she was just wearing a different hairstyle or something?

Kai had his suspicions, but figured he'd ask about it later. Doing so now would cause problems, especially since the children were asleep- then again the two of them made a promise to one another- and if his hunch was right, she broke it. When Violetta denied Kai's statement about her looking different, he simply shrugged it off and smiled. Unfortunately, that didn't just make it all butterflies, rainbows and unicorns. When she asked about his day, Kai chuckled a bit. His day was a breeze, except the diaper part. "Everything was pretty easy. Shouldn't expect much though. We sort of live quite far out from the city, and the kids were angels. Which isn't a surprise. Look at who there father is~ I even managed to go out and get some apples. The tree was covered in them, and some flowers for milady." He said with a smile as he reached into the basket and pulled out a couple roses. "Here you are. It was hard to keep the kids from trying to grab at them, didn't want them destroyed when I gave them to you."

Skylar Ainsworth

It really had been a while since they had spent some time together just the two of them. It seemed like it was just one thing after another, from being in the hospital to drowning in the schoolwork she was behind on to the whole Perfect situation, they barely got time with each other. The last time she could really remember was at the hospital when he would take her on strolls outside in her wheelchair. It was stashed in her closet now, a “just in case” for if anything happened to her that she might need it again. But still, even though she was glad that he made sure to give her as much space as she needed, she also needed to spend time with Hyou too. He was a calming presence for her, which was very much needed as of late. So this moment here in her bedroom was definitely appreciated. Skylar has kept her gaze glued to Hyou as she asked for him to kiss her again, opting to be brave and intimate when all she wanted to do was hide away from the world in Hyous arms. Her heart was pounding, and she thought it was going to leap out of her chest as he agreed to her request, her blush growing a bit as his lips pushed against hers. Once again, Skylar found herself swept away into the kiss, wrapping her arms around Hyou. The kiss seemed to last longer than the first, though Skylar didn’t mind. Rather, when their lips parted, she wished they hadn’t. “...please.” She answered in an embarrassed tone as he asked if she wanted more kisses. It was embarrassing because the bluenette realized that she didn’t normally act this way, but more than anything she just wanted to be as close with Hyou as she could, in every possible way she could. So maybe it was okay to be selfish. Skylar gently pushed her own forehead against his, glad he was here with her right now.

Levi had moved to help her up if needed when she bumped her head but she was already back on her feet before he could. He just watched, completely speechless as he watched Seiko drop stuff in and continue cooking like nothing happened. 'She is really lucky I'm not human...' he thought to himself as he looked at the purple curry mix. He could handle all kinds because he wasn't human, so the poison would probably make him sick but not poison him. He nodded and sat at the dining table when she asked, only looking over to watch her cook. It was then that it dawned on him that she'd probably try to taste it...and she was human... His eyes immediately widened "Uh. Seiko? About your food
..." He started as he looked over at her. "Some stuff...fell in I think..." He said trying to hint her to check it.. hopefully.

"Of course!" She smiled. "My best spices have entered the mix.” sh said moving the curry to a cauldron and stirring it after adding a few potions to the mix causing it glow a sickly green. "Prepare for the best Curry you will ever eat." She said reading the cookbook. Whilst doing so, a shelf broke on one side and a dozen potions fell in without her noticing. She was clearly clumsy or unfortunate and was too dense to realize what was happening. After a few minutes of cooking, she finished and it was a sickly dark purple close to black. It was probably so bad it was jokingly pixelated. She took a ladle and place a ladle ful next to a bowl of rice on a plate. "Eat up. Yuubari special Curry rice." She said clearly happy.

Astrid Finchett

After so boldly declaring that she wanted Alejandro with her, Astrid just wanted to curl up in a ball and disappear. She had spent so many years putting up walls between herself and others that wanted to get close to her. It was hard to let someone in again, even if it was the one person she wanted to let in. She had to reteach herself how to be vulnerable, or maybe it was learning how to be vulnerable in the first place. Alejandro was her first official partner, both on a team and in a relationship, so everything was so new to her. Thankfully, Blue seemed to understand this, as he seemed just as nervous about everything as she did. The fact that his response to her "no" also sounded a bit embarrassed didn't escape her, and it kind of made her feel a little better that 1) he was okay with staying with her, and 2) he was also a bit timid about it. But really, what they both needed most at the moment was some good rest and sleep. They had both been through a lot today. As he picked her up, she noticed the shakiness in his legs, but didn't say anything about it. He seemed determined to help her to bed, so she wasn't going to say no. She appreciated everything that he was doing for her, after all.

Once she was sat on the bed, she made the decision to change into pajamas, not wanting to sleep in the gross clothes she had been wearing today. After fighting in them and wearing them literally inside Perfect, she wasn't sure she wanted anything to do with those clothes for a while. But, that meant changing in front of Alejandro. On missions she had changed in his general proximity, with privacy not necessarily being a luxury they could afford in the field. In theory, it should be the same as in the bedroom. Standing up, she walked over to her dresser and opened up the bottom drawer where her pajamas were stashed away. "I-I'm going to change." She announced, before taking a glance at Alejandro and stripping down, leaving her in nothing but her bra and panties. She couldn't help but blush at how exposed she knew she was, realizing only now that changing in front of him was not the same now that things between the two had changed. But also in that sense, she didn't really mind. After all, she had been secretly wanting for him to see her as more than just a partner for a little while, and this was a perfect situation. As she stood there half-naked and subconsciously moving her hands to cover her chest, he mentioned wishing he had pajamas. Looking up at him with the same vulnerable expression she had the moment she undressed, she nodded her head at the opened drawer of her dresser. "There should be sweatpants and shirts that should fit you in there... if you want." Not wanting to stay exposed for much longer, she threw on the pajamas she had picked out for herself - an oversized ice-blue shirt and a pair of black shorts. Once she was changed, she made her way back to the bed, maneuvering herself to one side of the bed before laying down on it and leaving plenty of space for Alejandro next to her.

Alejandro had remained sitting on the edge of the bed, looking down at his shoes. At this point, he was simply thinking to himself. Something he had found hard to do when flustered like this. Somehow, he managed to get over it though, which was probably because how natural all of this felt. Sighing quietly, he rubbed his head before turning to face Astrid, only a moment after she had said she was about to cahnge. He immediately covered his eyes, though he was still able to see through the area between his fingers, which he soon closed. Turning his head away, he played it off as if he hadn't just seen Astrid in nothing but her undergarments. He wasn't sure if she had saw him when he looked, but he could only hope she didn't. Alejandro then heard Astrid's voice, and was relieved when it was just about some clothes he could put on. "T-Thanks. I'll change in the bathroom... I have to use it anyways..." He then found himself looking at Astrid once more. His face a bit pink. She hadn't fully changed yet and at this point was completely in just her panties and bra. He simply swallowed, and stood up. With a nod he walked over to the open drawer and grabbed the sweatpants and shirt. "I'll go and change in the bathroom... I-I have to use it too, so it'd be convenient for me." Alejandro said, as he began walking away.

Upon making it to the bathroom, he closed the door behind him and looked at himself in the mirror. He couldn't believe how much he was blushing. Placing the clothes down, he began to take off his current attire. He then put on the sweatpants and shirt. All he could think of was Astrid at the moment. He wanted to tell her how beautiful she was and that she didn't have to be embarrased about changing in front of him, but with the way things were now- their relationship- he seemed a bit timid around her. He could have easily told her there was no shame in no privacy back then, but that was purely business. Now it's love and it was all kind of new to him. This feeling he got when he was around her was already weird, ad seeing her look at him the way she did just a moment ago didn't help. The look on her face was way different from any expression he had seen her make in his direction before. She was vulnerable... and he was too. After a moment of some thinking, he came to realize he was gone for quite awhile. Slowly opening the door, Alejandro stepped out of the bathroom and returned to Astrid's bed. With a sigh, he laid down and yawned a bit. "Today was one of the roughest days of my life, but thanks for helping me through it." He said in a low whisper. He wasn't sure if Astrid had fallen asleep or not by the time he returned, but seeing as how it was quiet, he was pretty sure she'd hear him if she were awake.

"Eh? O-Okay. I'll have to use different hand cannons though. Lighter ones." She said before she made her current hand cannons disappear and brought out lighter ones. The design was a little meh. It looked like the only purpose was just to blast things but it's what she could hold. "Where should we fight?" She asked hoping it wasn't here because she wouldn't want to level her own training room if it ever came to that. However she swore she saw a weird expression coming from Akane. It seemed like she really enjoyed to craft stuff too.
Akane was just about to take her stance, but Makoto had asked where were they going to fight. That's when it hit her, because containing explosions and fighting st the same time wasn't going to be easy, so going somewhere where she didn't have to contain them at all would be much easier. Akane then placed her fingers on her chin, thinking of some places they could go. "Ah! We can go to my place. There's a large training ground close by my family uses to train our young. The ones who want to fight at least." Akane said with a smile as she placed her hand on Makoto's shoulder and motioned towards the door. "But, I'm a responsible adult and highly suggest you tell your mother so she knows. Don't need her thinking I kidnapped her daughter or something. I mean... I would. Your pretty cool and worth the time. But that's besides the point. Lets go tell her." She said, walking towards the door, taking her hand off of Makoto's shoulder.

"Alright." She said before she went out to tell her mom. All she did was tell her mom she was going with Akane to the training ground near their place. Himeragi understood and approved of it because if she was Roman's mother, and her ally, it should be fine. Besides, she knew that Makoto could take care of herself. Makoto then reported back to Akane and nodded. "I got the nod. Let's go?"

Akane waited at the door for Makoto to return. After awhile, she started to consider Makoto as a good candidate for a student. Her powers were similar and she wasn't much different in fighting style. She was quick and precise, and Akane liked that. "I can only imagine what the girl can do when not holding back." She said, her voice a low whisper as she thought about it. When Makoto returned, she smiled and nodded in response, "Sure thing. I promise to have her back by nine, Himeragi." Akane said jokingly. Placing her hand on Makoto's shoulder, Akane used her powers and took them to the Ishida Estate in a mere millisecond. Maybe even less. The gates to the entrance soon opened and Akane motioned for Makoto to follow. "We have a slight walk ahead of us. Think of it as time for us to get to know one another if I'm gonna be your new teacher... Or personal trainer... Whatever you wanna call it."

She then nodded that they could use this time to get to know each other. "Alright. Is there something I should know about you and your family? Like any customs here I should respect?" Makoto asked since she was in another family's home. She might as well accustom herself to their traditions and routines. Well, maybe not fully but at least in a respectable amount. The Ishidas must have a lot of money for a place like this.

Hyou smiled as he looked down towards, Skylar. He was looking directly into her eyes, and for him it was always something about them he loved. Maybe it was the shade of brown they were or just the fact that they were her's. He'd be lying if he told someone he didn't like something about Skylar. She was almost too perfect for him. All the different lives he lived, this one is the one he enjoyed most, because Skylar was apart of it. His only regret is his introduction to her. If only he could go back and change that, but she still fell for him in the end... And he'd never understand why. With his smile still remaining, Hyou found himself blushing a bit. When Skylar had said please, it was almost the cutest thing. When their foreheads met, Hyou whispered quietly, "Maybe there's more to what you're asking for here." He said, leaning in for another kiss. This time he leaned forward enough to find himself hovering over Skylar a bit as they kissed. His arms slowly unwrapped from around her and his hands were placed on her waist. Just like their second kiss, he kissed her until he felt he needed a break... Which was surprising to him. Not even a second later, he found himself burying his face in Skylar's neck, gently planting little kisses all over it. At this moment, it was nothing in the world that could distract him. All he could think about was being with Skylar. All of the thoughts of Perfect just vanished. His worries. He hadn't felt like this in a long time. It was a good feeling. He slowly looked up from her neck, a smile on his face and looked Skylar directly in the eyes again, "Is that better?" Hyou asked, almost teasingly. "Because there's a lot of other places I left untouched y'know~"

When they teleported to the estate, Makoto couldn't help but become curious about her surroundings. When she heard Akane speak and motioned her to follow, she followed Akane in.
Akane looked at Makoto and shook her head, smiling a bit. "We don't really feel the need for customs. Just respect is nice. After all, treat people the way you wanna be treated. For rich people, we're pretty laid back I guess. No need for maids or anything of the sort. We do everything on our own. As for things to know, we produce most of the weapons used in the modern world. Guns, swords, batons, etc. We even have some experimental stuff in the works, but it's mainly just weaponry for people who are strong enough to use them. Highly enhanced 50. cal snipers. Hand cannons much like your owns. Stuff like that." Akane explained. Not many people had the luxury to know what kind of stuff the Ishida family worked on, but Akane had a good feeling about Makoto. Maybe she'd even let Makoto test some out one day. "Anything else you wanna know? Something about me, or specific family members of mine? I'd tell you more about the weaponry we have in the works here, maybe even let you take a look at some blueprints. That'd have to be after training of course."

After hearing what the family does, Makoto felt like her heart skipped a few beats. They make that much weapons? She wondered if she could test some of the weapons but she wanted to focus on her guns first. Though she also wondered if they every thought of producing other things besides weapons. "I-Is there anything else your family produces? Like, thrusters or drones or even energy based shields?" She asked as they walked. She also wondered if she could work for the Ishidas in some way. It all sounded so interesting to her. Producing weapons? In what way? An industrial rate? Do they own any businesses? She realized she had more questions she wanted to ask but she also doesn't want to annoy Akane with so many questions.

Akane nodded her head and chuckled, "Yes. We actually do those, but they aren't yet complete. We want to make them into something that can be concealed. We're getting close to it, but there's still some things with the designs that could use some work." Akane said, pointing up into the sky, "We already do drones though. Our drones are small but pack a punch. Some are explosive, some are used as medics, and much more. Energy shields are a no go. I'll run it by the tech guys though, and even give you access to watch over the project. That is if you want." As she finished speaking, Akane rubbed her chin in thought. "Alright, I'd like to propose something to you. An idea. Wanna hear it?"

Seeing Mizuki relax put a smile on Kansuke's face. This trip, which he figured would be full of more dangers and bad things than he would have liked, was already going to be stressful enough. Stressing over things when times were nice wouldn't do them any good, so it was probably best to keep their spirits up as long as they could. Kansuke nodded, glancing over at Mizuki for a moment before returning his gaze forward. "That's the spirit!" He couldn't help but wonder if he was coming off as too optimistic. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't worried, so maybe this was just an attempt to cover up own feelings about the situation. If that was the case, that wasn't fair to Mizuki. Though he didn't have much time to think on that as she was commenting on how she was glad he didn't mind her questions. The last thing that he wanted was for it to be an awkward trip, so he wanted to reduce the barriers between them as much as he could. "I agree. If we're going to be travelling together, we should be able to talk to each other... like friends do." He smiled a bit to himself at the word. Friends. Growing up as an orphan he didn't really have too many friends, though he supposed he didn't really mind it all that much. So to be able to call Mizuki a friend was kind of nice. "I-I don't mean to come off so forward by already calling us friends," Kansuke added, almost a little too quickly. There was the tiniest hint of a blush on his face, feeling a little insecure that he might be stepping out of line with the princess.

Her expression had calmed when he gave his first answer, giving a short, soft smile as she lowered her hand, releasing the grip she had on her arm. Perhaps he was coming off as too optimistic, as she was sure he also had concerns and apprehensions about all of this, it was only normal. The princess did appreciate his attempt to keep her spirits high somewhat, or at least she thought she did, she did wonder how he was this optimistic about all of this so far. That was a thought for another time perhaps. She raised her brows as he mentioned talking like friends do. It had been a long time since she had got to really 'make friends' she had her roommate and her roommate's friends back at the school of course but she still never really got to know them outside of class if she were honest, so she felt more in the acquaintance area. Being a princess was a surprisingly lonely position on that front so it was a rather foreign concept to her in a way, this did not mean she did not accept it by any means, she wished people were a tad bit more casual with her if she were honest. She blinked as he became a bit nervous about his own words. There it was, the hesitation that came with being friendly towards royalty, she was used to this and seeing people react in that way normally did annoy her as she would much rather people were less fearful that they were somehow 'stepping out of line' with their actions. Kansuke's reaction, however, managed to pull an amused smile from the princess, perhaps because it was contradictory to how confident he seemed in his actions up until this point, it was like he was only now realising she was who she was. A soft giggle escaped her as she waved her hands as if dismissing his statement of being forward. "Oh goodness no. You are fine!" she said glancing over at him "If you wish to call us friends you can. I'd like to think that we will be." She said in an attempt to reassure him "In all honesty. It's not often I get much chance to make friends" she admitted with a somewhat of an awkward smile as she once again clasped her hands together, this time her gaze moving off to look in front of her "It's as shame it's under this kind of circumstance"

He gave and unsure laugh at her answer, raising his hands "I mean. That's not what I meant, There's-" he stopped mid sentence as the disgusting looking mess was placed in front of him "Oh. Okay. Thank you." It smelt and looked deadly, he wondered how she didn't even notice in the slightest that this curry was really not okay. He looked from the curry bowl to Seiko a few times, his mind screaming at him to tell her he couldn't eat this...but she looked so proud of herself. Why did his conscience have to kick in now of all times. "I-Its uh...an interesting colour..." he said quietly with a nervous laugh. He couldn't bring himself to upset her after she went to all the trouble of preparing the food for him, even if then end result was inedible. He stared at the food for a while longer with furrowed brows...one bite wouldn't hurt, right? He wasn't human, he was hoping that this wouldn't do him too much trouble. He lifted a bite of the curry to his mouth, taking a breath before shoving it into his mouth before he could change his mind about doing this.

It tasted worse than he imagined it could have. He wasn't sure if it was all the spices, the unnamed unsafe looking potions or the literal poison that was in there that was the worst. His eyes were watering like crazy from the combination of all of them and he immediately wanted to spit the food out but she was looking straight at him with such a happy expression so managed to shake his head a little and swallow it, despite his stomach heaving and telling him off. His face had paled significantly after taking the mouthful of food and honestly, he was feeling rather faint. "It's...pretty good" he said with a weary smile that wasn't exactly convincing but he was trying.

She wasn't answering. She was already fast asleep, seeming to be comfortable where she was. She looked really at peace.
He was about to shake her awake but decided against it, holding his breath and slowly moving his hands away again. He sighed a little and tilted his head back, leaning it back on the couch to look towards the ceiling "Alright. I guess this works too" he mumbled quietly. Elliot didn't really ever sleep due to the nature of his abilities, he was the polar opposite to his sister in that respect. Just as she would sleep for long periods of time, days even. Elliot would stay awake for days at a time, only ever sleeping for minutes at a time, so he couldn't really drift off while Seria rested and used him as a pillow. So he just sort of spaced out in his own thoughts in the position he was in, staring up at the ceiling.

Akane nodded her head and chuckled, "Yes. We actually do those, but they aren't yet complete. We want to make them into something that can be concealed. Makoto was surprised that the Ishidas are willing to try something she suggested like the energy shields. She was now interested in the drones and how they were modeled. Akane said that some were medics. How were they used? Maybe Makoto could use some of their drones. She began to wonder why the thrusters aren't complete yet. Sure, they need to be concealed but how complete were they? What was the progress to completion. Soon, Akane had told her about an idea. Makoto swore Akane was getting more and more interesting. "Huh? What kind of idea?" Makoto asked wondering what Akane had in mind.

Seria slept for a few hours before an illusion flickered in front of Elliot that looked like Seria but less composed. Way too less composed. As if he just saw her demon side but it looks like the demon energy ran deeper within her as if she accepted it. It just gave Elliot a sinister smile before disappearing into nothingness. Even then, Seria was still asleep. The image of the less composed Seria flickered again but Elliot could hear her laugh this time, seemingly broken. It seemed to echo throughout the room but Seria still was not aware of it.

Elliot had scrolled through his phone for a while, even read a bit in the time he was sitting there but had eventually went back to just relaxing again like he had started off doing. It was then that he had spotted this 'other' Seria. He was used to seeing odd things since again, like his sister, he could see things for the dream realm and the real world at once...but he knew this was different than that. Or at least he felt it was. She furrowed his brows at the laughter, straighting his posture a little as looked around his eyes scanned the room "...Seria?" He called in a hushed tone, wondering what was going on.
