A loud scratching noise could be heard from somewhere in the warehouse, as well as a much louder ticking sound. Seria slept silently.

"Oh, I can communicate with people while they're asleep, but I can't do it while I'm awake. As for the class, um... I've never had good experiences with controlling my powers or using them. I'm still, uh, learning what powers I have." they said with a hesitant smile as they walked into the school building.


"So, where should we meet up when we get out of class? Or when school's over? I think we should meet in the primary courtyard." Junchi suggested.


"The courtyard would be nice. What about you, Elaena?" Moonstone asked. They didn't really want to go to class, and worried about the type of people they would meet there. They would eventually have to use their hair manipulation powers, and just the thought of that made them want to just ditch the class altogether.

Hannah nodded and turned around, peeking her ears so that she could hear better. "I'm not looking until you change me into a guy again." She said before walking in the direction of Haiiro's voice.

"Well, I've never met someone who can write someone's life story anyway they choose either" she sounded with a smile. "And thank you, believe me it took a lot of practice over the years, I had to learn to control the right volumes and frequencies for my voice to not sound like I'm whispering or shouting like a lunatic" she joked, though it was true, she almost visibly cringed thinking back on such memories.

Arthur laughed at her reaction to her own memories. "Yeah, I could see how that would be a problem." He nodded, thinking that it would be a lot like going to a drive-through and the microphone being set a little too loudly.


"Yeah. I can show empathy for you. Sound is a very fickle element. It is so easy to change and so hard to make perfect." He then tilted his head. "Are you able to change your own bass? Like a stereo?" He asked with a slight grin.

A man wearing a black hoodie walked over to the warehouse, silently watching the girl from what he personally assumed was a good hiding spot. "...Who the hell is that?"

Hannah nodded and turned around, peeking her ears so that she could hear better. "I'm not looking until you change me into a guy again." She said before walking in the direction of Haiiro's voice.

Haiiro sighs. "I don't care about that. I have something for you to put on. So, try and walk over to me without tripping or anything idiotic like that."

...?Yumi was actually really looking forward to school this year. Last year things kind of got... messed up a bit, and the school ended up being closed. It was a shame really, since academics were fun and came easy to Yumi, but now that it was open again, things were fine. The perfect weather and the fact that it was the first day of school was really putting her in a good mood, and it showed in her face and her actions. She was about to start skipping off to class when she suddenly heard a voice behind her. Turning on her heel, it revealed itself to be a blonde boy, who seemed fairly lost. She raised an eyebrow at him until he asked where the English classrooms were. Glancing back down at her own schedule, she saw once again that she had English first period as well, and a smile came on her face as she pumped her arm in the air and responded. Afterward she turned and started walking to the classroom?...


"Hm? Yeah, of course! I've got English first period so I'm headed that way too. Come on!"

? To his relief, the girl did notice his effort to grab her attention. Roy waited for her to check to see what her first period was, Apparently he knew her schedule more than she did... quit being so weird Roy... He told himself, it wasn't unusual for him to have these internal monologues from time to time. Usually it was helpful to give himself pointers and knowledge his weird behavior. Being as observant as he was did have its perks, but if he wasn't careful he could easily come off as a creep. Lucky for him, his childish appearance a actually was helpful in concealing such traits one could consider stalker-ish.


A moment later, she confirmed what he read was true. "Whoa! Really?" He pumped his two fists excitedly as he spoke, almost mimicking the girl. Roy found himself caught in a happy trance because his chances of finally not being late to class on the first day had seemed to increase. It took him a few minutes to realize that he was slightly behind, the girl was already taking off. He was also lagging since he wasn't necessarily in a rush to go one of the classes that he considered boring, but it didn't take long for him to catch up to her. " You're not new here right?" He asked, it would be rather embarrassing if a newbie knew the school's layout better than he did. Of course he wouldn't be surprised if even a freshman had a better grip on this whole school thing than he did with his two years of 'experience'.?
