Elyse was staring off out through the window, having pushed herself up to a more upright position. She glanced at the door as she heard a knock, then back out the window.

She said, after a minute or so of silence. She was still slightly upset from earlier, but she felt better with Kili close, at least.

Yuto looked at her hand, a bit shocked. Was she allowing him to touch her? Yuto slipped his hand into hers, smiling and nodding.

Noir nodded as if she could read his thoughts. It was the most she could do for now, and even now she was extending her comfort zone a bit. But if she could endure it for a while, that was progress at least. She began walking with him in the direction of home.
