Exactly what I'm thinking man.I'll be very frank. For a supposed living god, Kami's power is... rather tame.

holy smokes, I kinda like that kind of connectionIf the goal of Kami and Faust is to play a sorta game of chess with their "pieces" I don't see any particular reason why either of them needs to be powerful in combat.
your award is right here!!Also, I linked everyone's CS page to the chart. Let me know if I made a mistake somewhere.
And nice looking too

Kinda thatSo basically, something like Master-Servant situation in Fate franchise where the Servants are actually stronger than the Masters?
True thatIf the goal of Kami and Faust is to play a sorta game of chess with their "pieces" I don't see any particular reason why either of them needs to be powerful in combat. I actually like that Kami has a more or less non-combat ability, he could be a very influential being, maybe he's hidden in some secluded place nobody can find, maybe he's extremely hard to kill, but I don't think he has to be a powerhouse.
Also, how much contact do Kami have with the MAGI and Faust have with the Royals?
That'll be awhile TwTI guess that'll be up to GM, I'm just suggesting that we don't need them to be behemoths of battle, they're not gods of war, they're gods of creation and entropy. I'll wait and see what BattleshipNewYork comes up with for lore and intro for us ^w^
What about playing off of a bishops ability in chess to capture opponents?Anyone got any ideas for powers they wouldn't mind me using?
Have some issues thinking of something that isn't too similar to those already taken.
Or a focus in being long range and quick to leave in general in terms of a possible fighting styleAnyone got any ideas for powers they wouldn't mind me using?

The first point of note is that bishops are religious figures, their magic can seem otherworldly, maybe. In media bishops often use the power of the light (Alexandar) but can just as easily call upon the shadows (Benedictus) or like the kraken or any other eldritch being. Beric Dondarrion, while not exactly a bishop, worships the flame and his "powers" are associated with fire and smoke, while followers of Umberlee can channel the water. It's pretty open-ended, really.Anyone got any ideas for powers they wouldn't mind me using?

do something fire related, it sounds coolAnyone got any ideas for powers they wouldn't mind me using?

brb using vectors to torment people on escalatorsHi, I have some questions about the universe/lore. I wanna expound on my characters' backstories a little more ^^
- How much of their memory from their past lives do our characters retain? If any memory is kept, will only their true forms know (I guess like Yugi Muto and Atem/Yami)?
- Are the MAGI aware of other MAGIs' human personas and true forms? Are the Royals aware of other Royals's human personas and true forms? Are they aware of their enemy's personas and true forms?
- Is the "game" played by MAGIs and Royals killing the other side, or is there anything more specific? Can characters simply be defeated and removed from the game? What tools do MAGI and Royals each have to track down their allies and enemies alike?
- Is there a lore specific reason why all of our characters are around the same age? Do they attend the same school or live close to each other at all? Why did it take them so long to start fighting again?
- How much of a secret are the true forms and our characters' powers? Is it a no-go to, say, use a fireball to beat up a thug or a bully (or to be the thug/bully)?
- How normal are our characters' lives outside of having this other true form? Are they more like Superman struggling to fit into society or Batman hiding a double life (or neither)?
- Also, not related to universe or lore... how will combat be done?
