I read the overview and despite very well thought out, it's kind of confusing.

we are in skyrim some in the white run area which shoudl be suffering from the black death right about now and one of use is over by markarth

Why is whiterun suffering from a plague?

because my character is favored by pyerite and she thinks all humans are stormcloaks and hates stormcloacks so she plagues the city markarth is gettign small pox

Well, since there is small skirmish going on, he wouldn't hear it. Swords clanging and warriors shouting in pain and blood rage kind of blocks out a lot of sound.
