So since this is DND based, let’s discuss races. I have like eight different character concepts that can fit this fantasy thing but I’m thinking of using two in particular. One is a half-elf, and the other is a full drow. Are there elves in this?

Yes though no drow. There are 4 races, human, orc, elf ,and dwarf. Its possible to interbreed between the four but it does not result in a hybrid but rather one or the other. So an orc and a human couple could have both a human kid and an orc kid.
