Makes sense.For currency, I'd say we stick to bartering materials/resources. It's only logical since normal currency would be useless without the gold stores, and bottle caps would only work if they held the value of water (precious commodities n all that)
The reason why I had thought of this is because I wasn’t sure how taking stuff like food or whatnot would work. I figured maybe they would have a currency system so that somebody can’t just walk in and take a bunch of the good stuff and leave. I think I’ll have a limit on what people can take from the inventory, and have individuals in the “stores” keep track of who takes what and stuffs.
