Futuristic The Codes of Humanity

Demi's eyes shot open at the crash of glass, Bloodshot from not getting any sleep really she growled "What is that idiot doing?!" She had tried to warn Shura before but she was quite the violent girl when she was woken up, waking up in general was a way to make her outraged. Standing up quickly the half asleep girl made her way towards the other side of the building, looking for the one that was acting like a fool.

"Yay!" She squealed in delight before taking his hand pulling him down towards her half of the kitchen. It wasnt really her half but with all the ruckus she tended to make when cooking she pretty much took it over. "I promise it will be yummy"

Shura was surprised to say the least when Demi growled. He didn't think her vocal cords could form the noise. Not wanting her to deal with the loud man alone, he followed. His tombstone attaching to his arm and fist, creating a gauntlet of sorts in seconds.

Sturs nodded as he was pulled along. "I'm sure it will be, Fureha."

He hops up to his feet and rummages through his bags, finding an eye patch. "Looks like i'm gonna be pirate." He puts it on and pulls a mirror out of the bag. "Hmmm." He rustles his hair and grins in the mirror. "Looking good. I might be able to pull some pretty girls. " He turns off the music and starts picking up his money, he then hears footsteps coming his way. He thinks to himself. "Must be hobos" he looks at his money then back down the hall. "I've got a gun. Come any closer and i'll shoot." He starts picking up his money at a faster pace. "I mean it!"

Shura's fist opens, a malevolent red energy crackling inside of it as his tombstone covering his arm widened, creating a shield of sorts. A gun wasn't going to do a thing to them. He moved in front of Demi just in case whoever was threatening them started to shoot. She would not be harmed.

He through his money his bag and zips it up. "I'm serious!" He scoots all of his stolen items and gear back into the bags. "You know what a gunshot feels like! It really hurts!" He was obviously lying through his teeth about having a gun cause he didn't need one but the oncoming strangers didn't know that. Before he zips up the bag he see's a fire cracker and a liter sitting at the top of the bag. "I'm firing a warning shot!" He lights and tosses the fire cracker down the hall.

His threat meant nothing to her, Tightening her grip abound her beads she moved closer thoughts too much on her anger to even consider that the person could just be a human. " Must you make so much damn nose!" Her voiced grew loud, but you could tell she was still half asleep, not even taking the time to look at the person in front of her she forced herself to relax, she couldnt bring any more suspicion to this building.. she needed to calm down. She looked up at Shura who now shielded her, "Shura.."

"Yes?" he asks. He quickly remembered that, like him, she was a Forbidden Code and began to wonder if she tok his protection as an insult. He hoped not, it was just how he was, but he would have to wait for her reply.

Although she was indeed a forbidden code she wasnt prone to hurting humans, at least she figured he was a human being. "Its nothing thank you"

Shura nods and asks if they should approach, though he saw a flaw in that. The man would see them and that probably wasn't a good idea.

He waves his hand in immediate dismissal . "Shoo fly's don't bother me with your filth." He stands and smirks. "Now get out of here or i'll have to hurt you." He chuckles. "And i have no problem with that."

By this rate, walking would tire her wounded leg. Looking at the orb, knowing she could go that route. Transporting with her orb wasn't as easy as some might have thought. It would require a sufficient amount of energy. Elle spots and approaches a telephone pole before checking her surroundings. No one seemed to be within the perimeter of sight. The orb glowing brightly in her hand, the closer she was to the pole. Elle climbs almost to the top before the orb twitches in her hand, immensely attracted to the cable and phone lines. With a little continuous source of energy, transporation should improve its efficiency. She loosens her grip of the pole before hanging off the orb attached to the lines. The orb moves instantaneously as she hangs from it. Elle continues looking around, hoping she doesn't attract too much attention. She swings in a repetitive motion to gain momentum and up she flies just before landing on her tombstone. Staying close to the line, she rides along the electrical cords. Sparks flying off as she rides along. Noting an abandoned building; Elle plants her hand on the orb as she jumps off onto the roof. No lights lit. No one in sight. Not bad. Better than being under that bridge. The stairs caught her eye whilst her hair flows in the direction of the silent breeze.

Error slowly blinked awake. "?" He asked to himself. He grabbed his umbrella and started to move. He had to find some shelter and water, food could wait until later. He walked away, opening his umbrella to protect him from sunlight.

Demi took Shuras arm before stepping forward, peeping her head into the room to take a look. "I do not think we have any need to worry Shura, He seems harmless" Taking a moment to look up at him she gave a small smile, back to her normal gentle self.

Fureha Stopped for a moment, giggling softly before placing the chocolate against Stir's lips. If there was one thing she loved most about him was he left her play around with him, knowing that she couldnt hurt him with such petty games. "The chocolate will will eat away your insides, But it does taste good"

Shura looked to her, raising a brow, preparing to make a very contradicting statement. "Demi, you seem harmless." That said, he did not let down his guard.

Sturs felt his insides burning, being eaten away by whatever she put in the cookies before they began to heal rapidly. "You're right, they do taste good," he replies. smiling.

Had she upset him? Thinking back she was pretty sure she mentioned her bad temper when she woke up before she fell asleep, maybe he didnt believe her. Shrugging slightly her eyes went back to the one before them, Even now she was worried once again if sticking near someone who was tensed up when around her would be a good idea.

Jumping up and down as she chuckled, Fureha took a seat on the table, placing a razor blade covered strawberry to her lips as she chewed slowly, licking her blood when it fell from her mouth. "I told you, my cooking has become better, I wanna share them with everyone"

"I am getting tired of this farce," SHura sighed. He was not all that annoyed, but he was finding this waiting game to be tedious. Though he did not wish to kill the human, he did not particularly care either. He had heard the man babble about stealing money. He knew that was no good deed, so what was wrong with ridding the world of scum? Nothing in his opinion. With that though, Shura stepped into the mans view. His Tombstone keeping him protected.

Sturs grinned at her, finding her antics cute. "I do not quite think everyone will appreciate this. Don't you remember what happened the last time you offered one of your creations to Riful?" He certainly wouldn't forget it. She'd been so angry.

Error looked around. Where was he? He headed to an alley and wall jumped to the roof. He then peered down the people. He peered onto the people below. His Heartgaze seeing their fears and making him look eerie. He suddenly something...enticing? He took a deep breath and followed the scent.

Demi watched as Shura made his way into the room, quietly following she stayed close to him just in case for some odd reason he needed healing. Her eyes fell to the other man in the room, noticing the bags filled with stolen goods from those most likely now dead. "Sickening.."

Lips puckering into a pout, Fureha crossed her arms in a huff. "Its not my fault, I gave that dummy a warning." Her eyes wandered around the room before handing more chocolate to Stir's Keeping the lolipop of poison for herself, using it to burn the cuts the blades had covered her mouth in. "How come you let me play with you?"

Shura looked over Damien with a calculating eye until they fell on his necklace. Though small, he was not fooled. It was certainly a Tombstone. "You are a Code," said Shura.

"Seeing you happy is nice. That and I know I will not be hurt," he beamed.

Another Code, Demi leaned back no longer as irritated as she had been before. "That still doesnt make an excuse for him to be acting like a fool" Eyes glaring at Damien she frowned, pointing to the broken windows. "Your going to bring attention to this place."

"We can do things that make you happy as well okay?" She smiled brightly as she continued to eat her candy, already looking for a new recipe to make. "Im going to give the poison pops to the humans.. It will be fun! Especially the children"

Shura was about to say more to Damien when he twitched, feeling something else. He looked to the roof. "Someone is up there. Why is this building so popular?"

"Yes," replied Sturs, "It will be indeed. What do you say we send some Shade there now? Stir up some trouble. Let's see how the humans fair without the protectors they hate so much."

He raises an eyebrow. "A tomb what?" He looks around. "Are we near a grave yard?" He picks his bags up onto his shoulder as he starts looking out the window. "Hmmmm." He turns back pointing his finger at the person. "You shouldn't call people names either." He runs his hands through his hair." We don't take to kindly to that around here y'know." He acts casually as if he was from around here, hoping his clean new clothes helped his lie. "He starts walking towards them." Now if you'll excuse me, you've killed my party mood and i should be getting home." he looks to the girl and mimics her with his hand. "You're bringing attention to this place! Tch! Nerd."

The echo of her footsteps enter the building. Slowly sounding louder as she walks further downward, her head disappearing from the rooftop. Concentrating on every corner seen and sound heard. Other than her own, she begins to hear muffled voices. Life is burried in this lone building? The lower she advanced, the clearer the sounds became. Heart rate intensifying as her fear grows. Her tombstone pulsing in the same rhythm, it gradually grows brighter the deeper she goes. Her face unphased whilst she walk downward. Regardless of her fear of others, she must find answers. They might be helpful in some kind of way. Wanting to runaway, Elle continues walking forward.

Demi looked up, She had not been paying attention or she would have caught it sooner. "geeze"

"Oh! Yes please!" She giggled softly before twirling around the kitchen, they images of fallen bodies scattered around truly made her happy. "Can we watch..?"

Shura frowned. Did this guy think he was stupid or something? "I'm a Code too. Can't you tell? Stop acting. I actually wanted to ask you something," he replied, lowering his Tombstone enhanced arm, "Do you remember how our home was destroyed?" He didn't remember much himself, just a sudden explosion, and then falling for ages, then nothing. Next thing he knew he woke up on Earth.

Sturs smirked. "Of course we can."
