Haruki looked over at the girl. Merci. It was a nice name. He jumped slightly when Aiden talked again. He shook his head.
"I-I-I have it. Th-Thank you thought."​

Aiden nodded and started to walk back outside. “If anyone needs me I’ll be working out!” He walked towards a patch of grass and began to do push ups, he hated standing around for too long. He loved to be active often.

Emerging from the bathroom, now changed into her pushed-up swimsuit, Emma headed out to the pool area after folding up her clothes and setting them on her bed. Her feiry hair was blown around, a little, making her smile slightly more. Looking around, she saw a new face; another boy. She was going to introduce myself but Aidan was talking to him. Sitting down by the pool, she dangled her legs above the water and put her toes in on occasion, watching the ripples emit throughout the water.

Merci flopped back down on the lawn chair before glancing around at the pool. Standing she walked slowly towards the deep end gracefully diving in.

Popping her head up she smiled softly at the others. "Refreshing, you should all come in."

Haruki nodded his head and walked upstairs with his suitcase. He found a room with what he assumed was Aiden's things and set his stuff down. He changed into his swim shorts and left his sweater on. He pulled a necklace with a pink silicone star pendant at the end and slipped it over his head. He went back downstairs and out to the pool with everyone else. He felt so terribly out of place.​

Aiden stood and dived into the pool. “Nothing better than a refreshing pool on a hot day with hot people.” He said and laughed as he let himself float in the water.

“Come in, the waters great.” He tried to encourage the others who’d not yet joined them.

"Hello there. Did you just arrive? Don't worry, I'm trying to get used to it too". Emma smiled at Haruki.

"No, thank you, I don't want to make a fool of myself"! Emma called to Aiden. She was still reluctant to get in the water.

Aiden dramatically pouted. “Booo , boring”. He lightly splashed her and smiled before swimming away.

Merci swam over to adien playfully splashing him as she swam away. "Can't catch me!" She called as she swam to the shallow end laughing. In the back of her head she had to wonder what their sexualitys where and where she'd stand pairing with them. But decided not to just come out and ask... not yet.

Emma squealed as Aiden got her wet, pouting over-dramatically. She took off her glasses and started cleaning them against her swimsuit.
"Meanie"! She lightly teased back, not meaning it.

Aiden laughed at Emma. “At least you were wearing your swim suit babes”. He gave a cheeky grin before diving under the water and swimming towards Merci. He kept low to the bottom of the pool before splashing up in front of Merci . “Boo”.

Merci shoved his face as he popped up before her. She pulled herself onto the side of the pool glancing at him, "so, I hate to ask lovelies but..." she paused. "Well, I should simply say I'm bi." She stated with a wink as she licked her lips.

Emma slipped her glasses back on, watching Aiden and Merci interact. She splashed the water with her feet, still dangling them over the water.

Haruki fiddled with the hem of his sweater and sat down at the edge of the pool. He let his legs dangle in the water.
"I-I-I'm b-bisexual. B-But I l-lean towards m-m-men."​

Aiden leaned up against the side of the pool and winked at Haruki. “Bi but I prefer men too.”

Emma found herself staring at the water, kicking her legs playfully. She didn't want to get involved in love just yet. But she'd have to come clean soon.
"Lesbian. Maybe bi. But I, definitely, love girls". She lowered her head a little more. Sure, she was on the show to be involved with love, but that didn't mean she wanted to start straight away.

Haruki's cheeks turned red and he fiddled with the hem of his sweater again. He nodded his head and tried to calm himself down. He picked up the star shape pendant and started biting it.​

Aiden sighed and swam around the water. “When does the love finding happen?” He whined slightly with a fake pout. “I have too many hugs to give”.

Emma kept to herself, getting more shy now that everyone else wanted to get to the main event. Emma was rarely shy, except for when it came to relationships. Deciding to go back inside, she slipped whilst getting up, falling into the pool, nearly hitting her head. She thrashed around in the rather warm water, trying to recover from her fall.

Haruki panicked when he saw Emma fall in. He went in and grabbed her arm, pulling her to the edge with all his strength. He was breathing heavily and held onto her arm tightly.
"A-...A-Are you okay...?!"

Emma nodded quickly, coughing harshly and bringing up water. She took off her glasses and rubbed her eyes with the back of her hands, blinking rapidly. She didn't say anything for a minute, still in shock from her fall. It had happened so fast and so sudden.

"Th... Thank you so much. I thought I was going to drown".

Haruki nodded and barely managed to stay above water as he got her safely to the edge. He took a few deep breaths, trying to calm himself down as well.
"I-I-I got you, though...."
He was having a hard time trying to believe it himself. He looked down at his soaked sweater. He sighed and took it off. Great. The one thing he was trying to avoid. He threw it on the cement, the wet fabric much heavier than normal.

Coughing once more, Emma climbed out before offering her hand to Haruki.

"You're welcome" Emma said softly, with her natural smile. She slipped her glasses back on, adjusting her swimsuit. "I don't think we know each other, despite the fact we helped one another. I'm Emma. Or just Emily, Em, whichever or whatever".
