Backstory:

Mew was born accidentally, formed from the psychic residue from the creation of Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. She has since given birth to many more Mew, who evolved to become every other species of Pokemon on the planet. As such, she has gained the title "Ancestor of All Pokemon" despite this not being 100% true: she didn't give birth to her family members, and is thus not the ancestor of

all

Pokemon.

Mew has been shown to be able to teleport short distances without much problem, but longer distances require more energy and concentration, so she doesn't do it often.


Invisiblity:



Mew reportedly can make itself invisible at will.





Psychic abilities:



Mew can produce a psychic shield around itself that looks a lot like a pink bubble. It can also move objects and communicate via telepathy in Pokemon form.



Skills:

Moveset:



Mew is able to learn every move, or attack, from the Pokemon universe. It's unknown how it pulls off moves like Wing Attack or Drill Run, but somehow it does.

Your other character is off the coast of Japan, while everyone else is over in New York (Where Lego's characters are). Even if they were in the same universe, they wouldn't be able to see each other.
 
True, but @Some_Bloke Said that there were too many people in MCU anyways, so I'm avoiding that universe for now...

SHIELD has a base that's on the ground. Unless I missed something, they didn't get of a Helicarrier, and step onto a larger Helicarrier. It's the cinematic universe, not the comics.

Weapons/Gear/gadgets: His PADDLE: Used to block colored cubes called BEATS. His CORE: Also his heart and soul. Collecting a free floating CORE modes him up to the next mode. If it (his own) is hit, INSTANT mode down.


Powers/abilities/Skills: He has his modes; NETHER, HYPER, MEGA, SUPER, ULTRA, EXTRA, GIGA, and META. META is the highest mode, putting CV in a powerful meditative state. HYPER is the base mode. NETHER is his danger/close-to-dying mode. At EXTRA, when he runs, he leaves behind his signature 5-colored rainbow trail.


As of FATE, he can shoot lasers out of his hands.


Weaknesses: His CORE is his ONLY hitbox. Kinda like a SOUL in Undertale. While it may seem like an advantage, under heavy fire makes it also a weakness. He can be easily hit by anything used as a weapon.

Personality: Steve is quite hard to explain. At times he is peaceful, simply mining and building to his pleasure. However, some mobs (creatures in the Minecraft Universe) may see this as destroying the beautiful landscape. He isn't afraid to kill mobs, whether it be for food, for defence or just for fun.


Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): Steve appeared in a world made of blocks for no apparent reason, and set out to mine, build, and shape the land to his satisfaction. Over the years spent in his world, he has come to terms with the mobs living there, getting himself as dog, who he called Huddles, fighting the hostile mobs at night if needed, and only killing passive mobs for food. He has also built louds of wonderful structures, and got himself a full set of diamond armour and tools.


Known enemies: All hostile mobs


Known rivals: The Ender Dragon, the Wither and Herobrine


Known allies/friends: Huddles, all passive mobs

Companion: Huddles

Skills, abilities and gear: Huddles will attack anything that Steve attacks and/or attacks Steve, and can teleport back to Steve if they get to far away (unless Steve told him to sit).

Weapons: Diamond sword, infinity bow


Gear/gadgets: Full diamond armour, full set of diamond tools, flint and steel


Powers/abilities: Steve has incredibly strength, being able to break almost anything, some things with his bare hands.


Skills: He is a great builder and craftsman, and can fight well with a sword and bow.
