Personality: He is highly intelligent, but that's about the only thing consistent with him. He has a strong moral fiber, but he's been known to waver in it multiple times. He's a tad brooding, yet is naively hopeful about the good in man. He is righteous and wants to defend the innocent. Despite his somewhat dark mood, he is kind and caring. He's also a very tired person. This is what most people will see of him... until his facade is broken.
Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): Years ago, an explosion went off in New York City. Multiple city blocks were evaporated and radiation spread to the rest of the city. Felix was caught in the explosion itself, yet somehow he survived. He had a special gene, the conduit gene, that soaked up the blast and radiation and gave him super powers. Yet he wasn't the only one.
People were scared of the powered people, dubbed conduits, and were horribly discriminated against. Most of Felix's friends either left him or died. One day, the DUP (a group meant to hunt down and capture conduits) raided his house while he was only 16. He lost control and killed everyone in the house, including his parents and sister. He woke up in a warehouse. From there, he allied with a vigilante-for-hire group to make money and became a hero of the city, despite how everyone still feared him.
One day, a strange man emerged. A man by the name of Zabuza. He was akin to a vampire: he drank blood and was nigh immortal. Not only could he walk in the sun, though, but he had mist powers that allowed him to distort one's senses. Felix gathered together a group of super heroes and became the founder and de facto leader of the FFA (Freedom Fighter's Association) to defeat Zabuza and his growing army of sires. All the time battling his strange sense of deja vu, foreknowledge, and his hidden psychopathic, murderous personality that he buried under a facade of kindness.
Eventually, he learned of a man dubbed Chronos. A conduit with the power to rewind, freeze, and loop time. Originally a member of the FFA, Chronos had gone astray and made the world his perverted playground, looping over and over and doing whatever he wanted all in the name of "saving the world." Another member of the FFA and a good friend, Maxwell Teller, actually knew this and had been secretly working to stop him. Another scientific organization was making an immortal super weapon which made Zabuza look like child's play.
After a few years, the war was won. Chronos, Zabuza, Shadow, Nightmare... all had been killed. So many good people died in the process. Felix settled down, married Sphinx (one of his allies from the FFA) and had a child. He knew more than anyone else... he recalled the last few timelines. The horrors he'd seen, the atrocities he'd committed... He remembered the days, what seemed like an infinity ago, when he was a happy, carefree teen just trying to clean up the streets. Turns out, being a super hero isn't fun. It's absolute hell beyond comprehension.

And they aren't the primary antagonists, but they're hell to put up with. They cause a lot of problems.

In college, where he studies chemistry and electrical engineering, Norman meets and gets married to his college sweetheart and they eventually have their son Harold "Harry" Osborn. In his adulthood, he co-founds the major firm Oscorp Industries with his former professor Mendel Stromm with himself as owner and president. However, his wife becomes ill and dies when Harry is barely a year old.[28] This tragedy pushes Norman to work harder, leading him to emotionally neglect Harry. Personality: Bec is a stab happy man who loves nothing more than to go on murdering sprees and destroy anything in his way. Basically, he's the epitome of evil, or, that's what he TRIES to be. He puts on a tough guy act, acting like he has no sympathy and being basically a jackass to everyone and everything and then killing them. While he DOES enjoy mass genocide and killing anything in his path, he does have a soft side. Granted, he's still a jackass, but what do you expect? He's a villain for crying out loud! Also, due to the dog prototyping he has a lot of strange habits, and acts a bit like a dog sometimes. If he starts barking, you'd better hope it's not at you.
Backstory: Bec Noir started out as Jack Noir, a Dersite Agent to the Black Queen. After the four main characters of homestuck started their session, and John prototyped a harlequin doll into his kernelsprite, the Black Queen made everyone on Derse wear funny hats. This pissed off Jack so much that he plotted to kill the black queen. He tricked a mail carrier into causing the Black Queen's death, and stole her ring, giving him immense power, and abilities similar to those of the currently existing sprites, which he then used to kill the Black King and White King and basically go on a mass killing rampage. Later on into the story of Homestuck, Jade unwittingly prototyped her guardian, a powerful dog named Bec who was actually a first guardian, which ended up giving Jack immense power and making him into the being currently known as Bec Noir.

We often steal food, clothing, blankets, and pillows for all of us to survive. We looked out for each other, we were a tight knit family. I was probably their leader of sorts since I was the one who got us all together. Well I guess that's about all that's happened to me thus far"

Personality: Rouge is a simple minded person. She has one main goal, and she'd do anything, including end her own life, in order to achieve that goal. Her goal, is restoring the Earth she's from back to it's former glory, and anyone who gets in their way, friend OR foe, will be her next target to kill. Whenever she's in the middle of a fight she likes to use her Hyper Launcher first, in order to cause a lot of quick damage and lots of collateral damage to her surroundings. She revels in chaos. She is a good person though, and although she usually shoots first and then asks questions later she is actually a quite compassionate person.
Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): Rebel was once a simple young woman, enjoying her life with her brother. She lived a simple, but happy life, but unfortunately it wasn't meant to last. Nuclear war broke out, destroying civilization as we know it. Strangely enough though, not many people died. Pretty much everyone and everything that survived mutated, and in the case of machines gained sentience. Some humans survived unmutated, and left Earth using strange portals to form the I.D.P.D. Rebel, wasn't so lucky however. Her and her brother survived, but became mutants. They formed a group known as The Bandits, and wreaked havoc across the wasteland that Earth had become. Eventually, Rebel had learned of tales of The Nuclear Throne from a group of friendly mutants that she'd been sent to kill. She betrayed the bandits that were accompanying her, and killed them. This enraged her brother into declaring war on her, but by that time she was already on her way through the desert, killing mutants left and right with the help of a traitor to the I.D.P.D. named Rogue. Eventually, after days of portal hopping and mass mutant slaughtering, they reached The Nuclear Throne, which actually turned out to be a weapon of mass destruction. It wasn't meant to bring salvation to the Earth, but instead destroy all life on it. Together they destroyed The Nuclear Throne, and were sucked into yet another portal, which pitted them against the true form of The Nuclear Throne. After destroying The Nuclear Throne's true form they were sucked into yet another portal, and transported to an alternate universe, where they had to battle their way through hordes of I.D.P.D and mutants until making their way to the I.D.P.D headquarters, and after a long and arduous battle they killed The Captain. They thought this was the end of their long journey, but the enigmatic forces controlling the portals had other plans, and sent them through a portal into a whole other universe unlike their own. And so their story begins.

Hyper Launcher: A special, semi automatic grenade launcher that fires impact triggered frag grenades at the speed of sound at an extremely quick firing rate. It stores 55 grenades.
Super Flak Cannon: A semi automatic weapon that fires an extremely fast huge flak ball that bursts into a star shape of five normal size flak balls on impact which burst into shrapnel on impact. This weapon requires 8 shotgun shells per shot, and can store 55.
Gear/gadgets: Rebel's cloth that she wraps herself in, and that the copies she creates are wrapped in, mends itself nearly instantly whenever torn or ripped or damaged even slightly. It's not much thicker than a T-Shirt though. It also adapts to fit any mutations she may gain.
Powers/abilities: Randomly receives special abilities from an unknown source known as 'mutations' which are usually meant to help her survive her current situation. They can be pretty much anything, but almost always pertain to the current situation. Some mutations can affect things other than the receiver themselves, such as their firearms. These 'mutations' require a certain amount of radiation to have been collected previously in order to be gained.
Rebel can absorb any form of radiation from her surroundings passively until there is non left.
Rebel can harm herself slightly to create exact copies of herself, armed with whatever weapon she is using and holding packs filled with ammo and health packs. These copies will bleed out extremely slowly, and then explode into a massive burst of bullets once they die.
Regenerates any harm dealt to her EXTREMELY slowly. (Healing major wounds would take a whole 24 hours)
Extreme strength, speed, and agility.
Extremely quick reflexes.
Extremely hard to actually kill with bullets or explosives.
Skills: Extremely accurate with firearms, despite only having a single eye. Very efficient when it comes to killing.
Weaknesses: Once she starts fighting it's hard to get her to stop, which usually results in her attacking anything in sight. She's extremely quick to anger, and the only person that can calm her down is Rogue. She only understands the language used by bandits from her universe, known as Trashtalk, so she usually has to have Rogue translate for her.

Personality: Rogue is a friendly person, and goes out of her way to try and take the peaceful route to any situation before resorting to violence. She's not afraid to fight though, if necessary. She usually has to keep Rebel in check, since Rebel has a tendency to hurt people who are on their side, or cause unnecessary destruction. She'll often go out of her way to help others, but her overall biggest goal is to restore at least one of the universes that The Nuclear Throne resides in back to the way it used to be.
Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): Rogue was a former member of the I.D.P.D., a group supposedly created to bring peace to the nearly infinite timelines and universe that the fabled construct known as The Nuclear Throne resided in. Rogue always had a bit of suspicion when it came to their mission, which was preventing any mutant from reaching the Nuclear Throne. According to the legends, The Nuclear Throne was capable of restoring the insane wasteland that Earth had become into a once again thriving planet. So...why was the I.D.P.D. trying to stop the mutants from reaching it? Why were they killing any mutant powerful enough to get to it before they could? It quickly became apparent to her that the I.D.P.D.'s captain was the reason. The Captain sent one of Rogue's friends out on a completely impossible mission and then stranded him out in the wasteland after he began to question their goals, and this woke Rogue up to the reality of what was going on. The Captain wasn't trying to bring peace to the Earth, she didn't care about the Earth at all! She just wanted to keep watching it fall into chaos. She chose a random timeline that she thought had a chance of success, stole the most powerful prototype gear that the I.D.P.D had, and hopped through a portal, assisting a mutant named Rebel in her quest to reach The Nuclear Throne. After days of hopping through portals and defeating hordes of mutants, some I.D.P.D., and even her former friend, they reached The Nuclear Throne, which actually turned out to be a weapon of mass destruction. It wasn't meant to bring salvation to the Earth, but instead destroy all life on it. Together they destroyed The Nuclear Throne, and were sucked into yet another portal, which pitted them against the true form of The Nuclear Throne. After destroying The Nuclear Throne's true form they were sucked into yet another portal, and transported to an alternate universe, where they had to battle their way through hordes of I.D.P.D and mutants until making their way to the I.D.P.D headquarters, and after a long and arduous battle they killed The Captain. They thought this was the end of their long journey, but the enigmatic forces controlling the portals had other plans, and sent them through a portal into a whole other universe unlike their own. It's nearly unbreakable, and is capable of knocking back bullets and any projectile hit by it. It's also extremely light, allowing for rapid swings.

Blast Armor: A prototype I.D.P.D armor that creates a field around the wearer, making any impacts lessened severely. It also creates a blast of energy upon the breaking of said field. It enhances the wearer's strength, speed, agility, reflexes, mental functions, accuracy, and allows them to absorb any forms radiation from their surroundings without any ill effects.
Portal Strike: The canister attached to the back of the Blast Armor is called the portal strike, and it stores up power, which it then releases in the form of a straight line of instant energy explosions that go off one after the other. It can only store enough power for 3 portal strikes, and when it runs out of power it needs to recharge.
Powers/abilities:
Randomly receives special abilities from an unknown source known as 'mutations' which are usually meant to help her survive her current situation. They can be pretty much anything, but almost always pertain to the current situation. Some mutations can affect things other than the receiver themselves, such as their firearms. These 'mutations' require a certain amount of radiation to have been collected previously in order to be gained.
Skills: Able to process any current situation and come up with a possible solution in less than a second. EXTREMELY good aim. Some diplomatic skills. She is a good person though, and although she usually shoots first and then asks questions later she is actually a quite compassionate person.

Regenerates any harm dealt to her EXTREMELY slowly. (Healing major wounds would take a whole 24 hours)

I was only eight at the time and Undyne had declared me as her and Alphys's adopted son once she learned of my past. She began training me how to fight and learned I had magic almost exactly like hers, only I had glowing blue throwing knives instead. She was so happy that day and I was glad. I was also taught by Alphys all about since and the rest of education was handled at the monster school, which I graduated at twelve due to me being very smart. To counter the weak image his family had of him, Palkia took to fighting anyone and everyone. Unfortunately, it just made him look immature instead. After Giratina's banishment, Palkia calmed down for a few billion years. After getting beat up by Dialga in recent years, however, he went back to his old habit of fighting everyone to prove his strength.

Dialga likes to present himself as a refined individual. He has a very gentlemanly nature and is kind to those around him. But don't mistake that as him liking you. He knows everything about the timeline he's currently on, has seen your demise, and has no intentions of making any connections that would alter the course of the timeline. He has a deep-seeded rivalry with his sister Uxie, the Goddess of Knowledge, who supposedly knows everything about everything, not just this timeline. The two bicker often about which timeline they're really on.
Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe):
Dialga is the quite middle child, unfortunate enough to have been born after Giratina and before Palkia. His two wildly aggressive brothers give the middle child a bad name, often provoking the time keeper into aggressive conflicts with them, despite his rather pacifistic nature. After Giratina was banished, he locked himself in his own dimension, keeping away from the rest of his family for several billion years. It wasn't until Palkia provoked him into a fight that Dialga reemerged from his dimension.

Dialga cannot voluntarily jump to new timelines. Forcing him onto a new timeline will not only disorient him, but cause major pain and possibly death. If time were to stop for any reason, Dialga will revert to a 'Primal' state and go on a rampage, losing his sense of self.
