Surprised that the gun could also create portals, Carnage decides to try a different strategy. Extending both of his arms, Carnage digs his claws into the ceiling above Okabe and precedes to pull it with all of his strength with the intention of burying his opponent.

Okabe frowned and aimed under him as he shot the gun. A tear appeared under him as he fell through, before closing the portal above him. Now he was in grass, which he frowned and shook off. He pressed a few buttons before shooting a tear to the right and diving through, closing it behind him as he shot in mid-air, firing at Carnage from behind.

"Homura, that was... stupid but Brilliant which is my kind of Brilliant!" The Doctor said as he walked over to Homura and gave her a hug.
"I don't know who you managed to do it, Ape... But... You and Sehtya saved us..." the Silurian Commander said, "And because of that you are free to go..."

Homura froze up. The Doctor was... grateful for her assistance? Most people are either scared or angry. She gently rose her arms and gave him a light pat on the back (which for her was pretty much equivalent to a hug.) She then responded to the Silurians. Roaring in frustration as Okabe teleported away, Carnage nearly falls over as his opponent blasts a large hole in his chest. Enraged, Carnage turns to his opponent and precedes to form four new tendrils on his back before sending them at Okabe's limbs with the intention grabbing them so he couldn't escape.

Undyne just watched in confusion as the inter-dimensional battle ensued.


Okabe, before he even landed, shot a portal where he would land and went through it, closing it behind him. He ended up falling on top of a kid in a green shirt (@LegoLad659). He got up, and quickly apologized before shooting another portal and running through.


Before Okabe even returned, Kurisu slashed at Carnage, having snuck up while they were distracted with Okabe, and quickly ran as Okabe jumped out of another and shot at Carnage once more.

Okabe landing on Chara caused her to fall flat on her face. Really hard "Ow!" She yelled, looking up to try and find whoever did that. Finding no one, she was thoroughly confused... And really pissed off. Whoever did that was going to pay.


"What was that?!" She asked.

Heh... You think I will show you mercy? Such things are useless in this world... You cannot stop me, my DETERMINATION is more powerful than yours!

Growing increasingly pissed off as Okabe and Kurisu kept on attacking him and disappearing before he could grab them, Carnage decides to try something else. Forming ten new tendrils, Carnage uses them to grab onto different parts of the ceiling throughout the house. Afterwards, Carnage pulls on the ceiling with all of his strength with the intention of burying everyone in the house, including himself.

Okabe noticed the roof tearing and looked at Kurisu. "AMBER!" Kurisu nodded as they both ran towards Amber. They dove at her and shot a portal beneath her, causing all three of them to fall out of the house as they closed it right behind them. They landed in the Marvel Universe, as they brushed off once more and went back to their world, this time out by the beach. They were sure Amber had gotten quite hurt during that tumble, so they set her next to Frisk as Kurisu, with her Katana, Okabe with his gun, and Undyne with spear in hand all approached the rubble, not close but far enough away from Frisk and Amber to assure that they would not be hit by any attacks that may come their way as they eyed the rubble.

Amber tried to scramble away as Carnage started to pull the house apart with his tendrils. Her injured leg only let her move so far, but luckily for her, Okabe and Kurisu had her covered, dashing in and saving her with those portals. She would ask Okabe about them, but now wasn't a good time. She yelped as they landed in another universe, the landing being quite painful for her, before they took her back to the one they were in before. Now outside the house, a good distance away she could see, she sat down again next to Frisk, clutching her leg.


That thing really hurt! What she wouldn't give for a bottle of Wyldsap right now...


She eyed the scene where her friends were approaching the rubble and, as a precaution, extended her parasol and held it in front of her. It may look decorative, but she had used to to deflect plenty of attacks in the past. It wasn't as strong as a full metal shield, but it worked for her.[/border]

Buried under a large pile of ruble, begins to dig himself free with his claws. After digging for a few moments, Carnage thrusts one his hands out of the ruble before pulling himself free. Annoyed that the with the gun was able to escape from that, Carnage decides to go after a different target. Forming a new tendril, Carnage sends it at Kurisu chest.

Thanks to the distance between the targets, Kurisu was able to fairly easily sidestep the tendril and cut it with the flaming katana. Okabe shot once or twice more at Carnage. "Give it up!" Okabe yelled.

"Homura... I already knew... We're going to have a little chat in the TARDIS." the Doctor whispered into Homura's ear. What the Doctor knew was that she was dead the moment he met her and that was the reason he brought her into the TARDIS.

"Oh, it won't be for too long, Carol..." Lilac said, walking over to the Doctor.

Annoyed that she got no response from the others, Chara sighed "Did I just imagine it or something?" She asked. Well, at least they weren't giving her sympathy. That was the last thing she wanted from them.


Though perhaps that was also a sign that they knew who she really was... Which could be bad. She glanced around in search of a weapon of some kind to use. There were a few sharp objects and things she could use as clubs if she needed to, but she'd rather wait and see what they would do.


Just in case, she also kept an eye out for that familiar sparkle. There was one near the beds, if she could just get close to it then she could SAVE. And this would be a whole lot easier.

Homura nodded. If she was traveling with him for an extended period of time, as she felt she might, he should probably know. It would also explain her hatred for Kyubey that he's likely been confused of. Furthermore, he seemed like the type of man who could handle it.


"Kyubey is the simplified name for a race known simply as the incubator. They come to young, teenage females and grant them an offer. We get one wish, any wish we could possibly desire, and it will be fulfilled. In return, we are given magic powers to fight those Witches until we die. Sounds fair, and most people usually take it. However, the incubator is selective about what they choose to freely tell us. For example, we are given this." She once more shows him her soul gem. "Most people's are usually necklaces or something similar. These are our source of magic. Little do we know that what Kyubey actually does is rip our soul out of our body and put them into the gem." She pointed to the holes in her body, which were already healing. "Someone could blow my head off and I could keep moving, as long as they don't destroy the gem." She then decided to explain just a tad more, while she was at it. She pointed to the black murk floating in the gem.


"Using magic makes our souls impure. It gives it grief. This includes healing. That's why we need to kill Witches, as they drop grief seeds which can be used to take away the grief in our soul gems." Homura huffs. "Another thing Kyubey doesn't tell us is what happens if our gem fills with grief. As it becomes more and more full, we become more and more depressed. Anger, sadness, and... well, grief. Then, it reaches the fever pitch. Our gem explodes and we turn into a Witch, and Kyubey harvests the energy released from the transformation. That is the fate of all magical girls: to die in combat or turn into Witches for Kyubey to harvest."

"A rather vicious cycle don't you think? But who is this Kyubey? I've heard whispers of his race before... Back in my world... my planet... Something about them... Legend says that they keep the Universe afloat... As a Time Traveler... I know when the Universe ends so either they exist in my world as stories or they really messed up somewhere..." The Doctor reacted in a rather accepting way, Homura wasn't the oddest member of the TARDIS Crew, he's travelling with a talking Cyberman Head and once he travelled with a shape-shifting Penguin.


The Doctor walked over to the console which caused the Cyberman head to speak, "Where to now, Doctor?"


"Somewhere relaxing, Handles. Somewhere our grief ridden friend can take some time off..." The Doctor ordered Handles.


"Then shall I suggest we visit Ms. Oswald?"


"Well, why the hell not?" The Doctor said before turning to Homura, "So, you okay with going over to my world for a bit... oh and have you ever been to London?"

When I made my wish, the universe needs to stay in balance. Therefore, it curses in equal measure that it helps. Quite a helpful system to ensure grief."

"So, Why not go out first and take in any moments of boring normal... It doesn't last long when travelling with me..."
