She walked to the door not yet opening it, she looked through the little peep hole in the door and saw a man she could only assume was Joe since she hasn't seen him in years. She couldn't help but to feel a little scared and intimidated by Joe, she knew that news would have gotten around to him eventually just whether or not he had heard it yet was unknown. She slowly opened the door and gestured for him to come into her apartment, "Thanks for coming." She closed the door behind him making sure to lock it, her senses still on edge. Perhaps it was a bad idea asking him to meet her but it's too late now. "Want anything to drink?" She had to break the awkward silence with something, why not use some hospitality manners, she may be a monster but she has a little thing called integrity. She had her phone in her pocket vibrating as one of her friends were calling her, she just remembered she was meant to go out to the movies with her friends, but that can wait.

As they approached the house Mackenzie stepped forward to open the door for Ash to head in before following suit. Ash immediately noticed the box sitting on the kitchen table with the paper work but before she could get too close Mac stopped her. "That's the 'just in case' stuff for Will." She knew Ash would be curious so she figured she'd let her see some of what was there. "Open the envelope." Mac moved further into the kitchen, recalling Ashley's promise that she would make more food for Eli -which no doubt meant for herself as well. Figuring on how much everyone seemed to like the beaver tails she just decided to make more.

Ashley-May sat at the table, taken the manila envelop and slipping the documents out. The first was a beneficiary form that stated her name and Will's; kinda gruesome Mac, thanks. She set it aside and looked at the following one: bonds in her name to be paid out, the third was a savings account, again with her name but the fourth one made her tear up. "Mac." She looked to the hunter now working away at making dough to cook. "Thank you." There were plenty of things she had been worried about with the child, namely surviving at this point, but knowing Mac had faith that not only she and it would survive but that one day it would need an education made her want to cry. What's more; it ensured that the child would never run into the issue she had while going to school: money.

The pack had gone silent and still while Chase deliberated over the names. Once the name was chosen, the pack erupted into noise; shouting and hollering. Clapping their hands or pounding the table. Morgan grinned, she had assumed he would pick her uncles name, though the reasoning behind it had been lost on her; really only Malcolm knew about his and Emile's minor feud over nicknames. Somewhere someone started playing music, and the quiet of the dinner was over taken by noise of people enjoying themselves once more. None of the other three seemed offended or disappointed by Chase's choice of names, each returning to their respective places. The bonfire was starting to be lit for the evening.

Emile grinned at Chase, stepping closer to him though still across the table, he extended his hand as though in greeting, for Chase to take. "Welcome, Loup Perdu." Malcolm had been coaching him earlier on appropriate human behavior.

With his chosen weapon laying in his lap Solomon wheeled himself over to the range, picking the lane next to Ginny, and looked down range at the target posted. While he had never actually fired a weapon before he had seen other people do so and he was kind of banking on that translating at least a little in his favor. " Okay they held it like this.... looked down the sights... and...." Solomon muttered to himself as he readjusted his grip on the pistol. After a few seconds he pulled the trigger and heard the report of the gun and almost had the thing fly out of his hands. He had not expected that much kick behind it. Looking at the target he saw that he had at least hit the target. It was nowhere near where he was aiming but it was a good start.

Deimos huffed at the arrogant humans as they discussed Mackenzie's plan. He would have loved to step in and give his 'opinion' on the matter, but he didn't really care and Hypnos probably already knows what they intend to do. Still Hypnos wouldn't do anything to Mackenzie until the sin was committed. She would be given every opportunity to to save herself, and that would begin with a warning, " Oracle... be warned. If you go through with your plan you will be punished. Turn back before it's too late. " Deimos said appearing before Mackenzie once more.

Ginny smiles as she sees Solomon, glad he came to join her. "Heh, I know, right? The first time I fired, the recoil got me right in the eye." She says, chuckling as she remembers, sliding another bullet into the chamber, and raising the gun. She's not a very good shot, but she hits the target most of the time.

"So, what's your story?" She asks curiously. She's always wanted to know what drives different people to this life. Tragedy, mostly, from what she's seen, but there are some exceptions.

It took several minutes for Will to guide himself and Adelaide to the designated house. He hadn't been in this part of Vitae except for a brief walk-through when he was assessing the Colony's defenses. Upon seeing their new lodgings, William thought for a moment that there had to be a mistake. The house wasn't a palace, but it was undoubtedly large by his standards. Despite being only a single-story building, it was expansive and undoubtedly spacious on the inside.

Adelaide turned to look at William as they both stood still, staring at the home. "A step up from living out of motels, huh?" she teased.

Will turned to her with wide eyes, shaking his head, still incredulous at the sight. Stepping up onto the wrap-around porch which overhung the entire outside of the home, he inserted the key into the lock of the sturdy front door and turned it. The tumblers gave way, including any chance of the home being a mistake. With a sigh, Will opened the door and stepped inside. He and Adelaide looked around the foyer approvingly -- Diffey had remarked that the home was recently refinished and it was clear. The smell of fresh paint and timber still wafted faintly on the air.

"I guess I'll get to work," Adelaide remarked, before setting off into the house. Will heard her murmuring under her breath, "Malignum relati quæ revelanda erat..." as she passed further into the house. Over the next several minutes, Will followed along behind her as she methodically searched every room, eyes closed as she murmured various incantations in ancient Latin he couldn't hope to keep up with. Meanwhile, he looked over the fully-furnished accommodations themselves. The master bedroom had its own attached bathroom, along with a walk-in robe that could likely fit every piece of clothing he and Elijah owned with plenty of space left over. There were five additional guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the house, serviced by a large central bath of their own. There was an large office, along with a combined kitchen & dining area that dominated the center of the house. Additional storage areas were present throughout, while the side of the home opposite the guest rooms had several rooms for laundry, linens, and an additional bath.

It was, without a doubt, one of the nicest homes Will had stepped foot in during his time. He often found himself searching under beds or sinks under the pretense of looking for hidden hex bags, when in fact he was simply trying to convince himself that he wasn't taken with the new place. Adelaide, for her part, managed to maintain her focus far better. After her initial sweep revealed nothing, she even went so far as to stand in the "spiritual center" of the home -- where the ley lines intersected, as she explained it -- and drew a small symbol on the floor in chalk. Adele then reached into the small brown satchel slung across her shoulder to remove a clay bowl, sprinkling in several herbs (some of which were liberated from the new kitchen) before lighting the concoction ablaze before setting it on the floor on the center of the chalk symbol, murmuring a rapid string of syllables in Creole.

The fire slowly petered out, prompting Adelaide to turn toward Will with a shrug. "That's every white magic ritual related to purification and seeking I can think of in Wicca and hoodoo. No sign of anything to be worried about in the house," Adelaide said.

Will nodded with relief. "Thanks, Addy."

"Don't mention it," she remarked with a smile, walking over to warily take a seat in the dining area.

Will reached into his pocket, removing his cell phone and tapping a brief text to Mac: All clear at the house. See you soon?

Mackenzie flinched upon hearing Deimos once again invade her privacy, she glanced quickly out side the kitchen door to see Ashley-May dedicated to packing up the belongings within the house and take them to the car while she created more pastries. She turned a glare to the animal like deity and spoke quietly, not wanting Ash to hear. "Yea, well you let your master know that unless he has a better way to keep Ash safe from Heaven and Hell, it's going to happen." She was not about to lose her best friend and hunting partner when she had the capability to prevent it.

Deimos's presence was unnerving, but Mac did what she could to ignore him while she finished up her work. It was near perfect timing as Ash came back into the kitchen. 'Looks like I got it all, I packed some extra clothing for Eli at the Clinic; not sure how much longer he'll need to stay there if he keeps healing as well as he has." She came into the kitchen to lean against Mac as she finished working, reaching over her shoulder to steal some food.

Her back pocket buzzed and Ash giggled. "Oh Mac, is that you phone in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?" Which earned her a quick elbow to the ribs. She watched, bemused as Mac retrieved the phone, leaning against the counter to snack while the other woman attempted to figure out how to work the phone. After several moments of Mac pressing every button she could see she finally glared at Ash and held the phone out towards her.

With a smirk Ash reached over and flicked her fingertips across the glass front of the screen revealing text beneath. Mac slowly replied the simplest thing she could: yes. before slipping the phone back into her pocket.

With the goodies divided, Ash headed back to the Clinic to feed Eli (and herself) and Mac took the rest to her Beast and started the short drive to where she knew the Council lived within the colony.

Thor shrugged, he wasn't going to Vitae, not yet at least, he was going to the Underwold to uphold his end of the bargain. The god turned to Persephone "I'm here on behalf of your husband, who I'd rather not attempt to retrieve you his way...". This annoyed Persephone "I can protect myself, if you hadn't disabled my wardings those... things wouldn't have got to me!" she retorted. Thor looked away across the street and clenched his jaw whilst he adjusted the collar of his black shirt, trying to stop himself from bursting out in anger. Then he took a step forward and looked her straight in her eyes "You better explain that to your husband then."

Persephone, realising that Thor was clearly not in the right mood for any discussions, decided it was best to keep quiet. Now, Thor turned to Eddie. The hunters had simply abandoned him, but whether he wanted it or not, he was a part of all this now. And if Thor left him the man would be an easy target for Minotaur. Even if he didn't sit on much information, they likely wouldn't care. No, the best solution was to simply take Eddie with him, although that meant he had to go to the Underworld before they travelled to Vitae.

Thor turned to Eddie, and with a voice that was, for a deity, gentle, he said "I have to take Persephone here back to Hades in the Underworld, but if I leave you here, that very organisation that sent those Leviathans will likely get their hands on you and kill you, or worse. Therefore I will take you with me, my very presence will shield you from the effects of the Underworld, and none, even Hades himself will dare to harm you. But you have to be quiet and don't wander off, if you do, I may not be able to bring you back, only Hades. And Hades is utterly without mercy.". Thor reckoned he could bring him back eitherway, but if he wandered off it'd require much more effort than Thor felt was worth one human life. So it was better that Eddie thought he'd be stuck in there if he disobeyed the god.

The next second they all were standing in Hades' throneroom, the gods in their true forms, large, magnificient and in Thor's and Persephone's cases, bright forms. Thor wore exquisite glittering laminated armor and a fur cloak, Mjölnir hanging by his side, now visible. And unlike how it was with angels, humans could see their true form without practically melting, seeing as the gods' true forms were far less intense. Thor, now over eleven feet and illuminated by his own power, dropped the now comparably small Leviathan to the floor, the fall creating a faint echo in the massive chamber. The Thundergod spoke first "I trust you two need no introduction.", casting a glance at Persephone.

Chase watched and listened to the dinner come to life after he'd chosen, clearly the official part was over and now it was all about enjoying themselves. Chase noted the out of place handshake Emile attempted, only slightly arching an eyebrow as he moved closer to the table and reached out to take the other mans hand. Chase gave it a firm grip as he shook it with a smile, appreciating the effort on the Alpha's part even if he didn't feel it was necessary.

"Glad to be here, Odina." Chase had taken note of Emile's pack name, it had a simple pronunciation even if he might not have had the accent for it. "Now let's eat!" He called out towards the rest of the pack with a grin, knowing they'd react enthusiastically as the celebration got underway. And after his chat with Morgan, re-thinking his stance on taking it easy on the alcohol.

Joe kept a rather neutral look as the girl opened the door and was allowed to enter, "It's not a problem, you've never wanted a meetup before." The man glanced around the apartment as he moved further inside, never allowing Andy into his blind-spot. He was having a hard time gauging her, the texts had seemed more tense and anxious, but Andy seemed more calm than he'd expected. Possibly the aftereffects of the kill, if it was her. "No thanks, I'm fine." Joe maneuvered to the nearby table, putting himself on the opposite side of it from Andy.

Joe eyed her as he took the gun out of it's holster and laid it flat on the table, "You've got five minutes to tell me the dead body they found in the woods without his heart wasn't you." He was mostly curious to see what her plan would be. Tell the truth, lie to him, or give up whoever was the actual killer even if he already had her pegged for it. Andy had called him here for a reason, he just hadn't figured it out just yet.

Deimos couldn't answer for what Hypnos would do, " If you want Hypnos to help with your friend then simply ask him. I cannot speak for what he could do, but if heaven is after you then there is something his Lord could do." The Canine like deity said as he laid himself down in front of her. " If you do something to curry favor with the God of the Dead he may be able to help you against the angels. Perhaps you should sing him a song. It worked for Orpheus." Deimos said chuckling at his own joke.

Solomon looked over to Ginny wondering why she was so curious, but then again she could probably just mean the wheelchair, " Well I am what is known as a Man of Letters. They're basically hunters through they are more studious and magically inclined regular hunters. I'm originally from Israel but came to America looking for an ancient artifact created by my ancestral namesake Solomon. As for why I ended up like this." Solomon said gesturing to the wheelchair, " The magic I use, while very potent, is incomplete and puts a great strain on my body as a result.

Hades was quite surprised to find Thor suddenly within his halls once more. He was about to ask him why he had come when he saw Persephone beside him and his hard face softened as he beheld her. " My love... your safe." Hades said getting up from his throne and walking towards the group, which strangely included a human. His own stature was equal to Thor's but his clothing was quite different. A Greek style robe seemingly made of darkness himself. With his Helm latched onto his hip. The dark god was quite the contrast to Thor. Hades looked sickly, his skin the color of stone, and his eyes sunken into his skull slightly. " I'm so glad your safe my Persephone!" Hades said with a very rare smile.

She tilts her head. "Huh. I thought you might be from that region. My parents were as well." She murmurs, looking over at him. "That is intriguing. Most hunters I've met have been pretty scared of magic, certainly didn't use it." She watches him curiously, seeming genuinely interested. "It does sound dangerous, though."

Adelaide slumped over in her chair, elbow on the table and chin propped up on her hand. Will narrowed his eyes at her. "You're a woman in desperate need of a nap if I ever saw one," he said, only semi-joking. Addy gave him a tired smile, her reply coming in the form of her free hand raising up to present her middle finger, adorned with a silver ring.

"Now there is the witch I know," William said with a grin. "But seriously, Addy, you need to get some rest. You're no good to any of us half-asleep."

Adele shook her head stubbornly. "Not until the sleeping arrangements are worked out. Or have you forgotten?"

Will opened his mouth to reply, only to pause with a frown. He turned to head through the foyer and outside just in time to see the Beast rumbling toward the house. He waited by the front door with a self-satisfied smile, hoping Mac would find the house as impressive as he had.

Thor spoke again, eager to leave the place "Have you made any progress with the sigils? I need to know if I have to put Asgard on high alert.", directing his question at Hades. Casting a glance at Eddie to make sure he was cloe, Thor then proceeded to toss the bag with the heads to Hel, whose true form was a beautiful, albeit terrifying woman, the left half of Hel was pale as the moon, the other was dark blue like the depths of an ocean. Her dress and hair was darker than the night, like Hades' robe, both were seemingly made of darkness. She stood at little over nine feet, somewhat smaller than the two greater gods, but of equal stature to Persephone.

Hel smiled a wicked smile and before Hades could reply she commented "Why, what happened to giving a girl flowers?", Thor replied "Now that I've actually precured some, get someone to find out why their blood is so lethal, even to beings such as angels.". He figured that it could come in handy, as there was only a handful of gods, including himself, that were powerful enough to outright destroy the likes of angels using only their own power. Otherwise the Old Gods were dependent on rare weapons like Gungnir Mjölnir as well as the angels' own blades. And his kin had neither in abundance.

He then turned his attention back to Hades, however as he did, he felt something he had felt before. Then he hadn't understood what it was, but like with the First Sin, it stood out. And now it had grown stronger. He wasn't omniscient like his father, but he did have a certain cosmic awareness, and could percieve things that stood out. Now he was sure of what he felt, and the angels would not be happy.

Before he was teleported, Thor seemed as if he was hesitant to bring Eddie along. After Thor explained the danger, Eddie smiled weakly and said, "Yea though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil." His mood changed a tiny bit after. He gulped upon seeing the room and it's occupants, including how Thor now looked. Although, when Hades seemed to be happy, Eddie felt more comfortable. Eddie looked up at both Thor and then at Hades. "It's a pleasure to meet you... sir." The last word almost sounding like a question. He couldn't be less clear of how to address a god. "As for your wife, you should know I helped." He said, shrugging as if it wasn't a big deal. "No thanks needed." St. Boethius St. Boethius Alator Alator

Emile gave Morgan a glance as she was now skirting around the table, no doubt off to pick at Brody. It didn't take much for him to know how Chase had learned of his own pack name. The pack seemed to rejoice with Chase's declaring the festivities to start, no longer keeping their formal places, or manners for that matter, now milling as they please talking among themselves and eating the food cooked up for the night of celebration. Emile took the opportunity to shimmy around the table and claim Morgan's former seat, leaning slightly over the table to grab the beer he had been drinking before. "So, Loup Perdu, you like your party? Your name?" They didn't often get to induct new -adult, members into the pack. More often than not the celebration was done at child's first birthday.

Mackenzie contemplated Deimos's suggestion, that may be some of the darker gods would be able to help and prevent Heaven and Angels from getting to Ash; she knew she could stave off demons just fine. The two of them had managed to evade Mur for years of his pursuit; and now that she thought of it, it was only now that he had found them. When they had remained stationary. It was certainly something to discuss with Hypnos when the next time that god showed his face, but she certainly was not going to get rid of her 'just in case' clause now in neatly tucked under the driver's side seat of the Mainline.

Mac pulled into the driveway and shut off the engine, looking over the massive house. She would have thought she had the wrong place if it weren't for Will standing in the door way. Alright she could see the other Council members preparing for something; picnic tables and barbecues were set up on front lawns, their children contently playing on the grass. It was a scene from a picturesque film that gave Mac the creeps; just house ago they wanted her dead. Or at least some of them did.

She climbed out of the car, plate of goods in hand. "Who did you kill to get this place?" She smirked, as she climbed the steps of the porch, striding closer to lean up and kiss his cheek. "You haven't forgotten your promise earlier? You said your credit was decent, after all, for goods and services to be tendered?"

Hades's face hardened to stone once he remembered that others beside his wife were present. He could understand why Thor was still there but the human... oh well a little early but another soul for him to claim nonetheless. " Hecate claims she's crafted some sigils that will aid in keeping the First Sin within his cage. As she explained it to me it works by absorbing whatever the beast has been feeding on for strength and using it as fuel to seal the gate. I have my doubts it's a permanent fix, but it seems to be working for now. Nonetheless gather your kinsmen Thor. I will do what I can, but the fated day is soon. " Hades said not even acknowledging the human and returning to his wife. Persephone seemed quite angry that Hades had sent for her. The ramifications of which were already being felt on Earth as a frost began to grip America. They would spend a moment or two arguing in ancient Greek. Hades would explain that one goddess had already been trapped and tortured and Persephone would get angry that he would equate her to a lower goddess like a muse. The argument would finally end with Persephone storming off into the deeper parts of Hades's palace. With a sigh Hades sat back down in his chair. " Thor, is what the human said true? Did he truly play a meaningful role in my wife's retrieval?"

With night coming Hypnos had been hovering around the Colony waiting for an opportunity to manifest himself when a sudden cold front rolled through. While odd Hypnos took it as a sign that Persephone had been safely delivered to the Underworld. Which would mean Hades would be paying a visit to the Colony soon. Yet another thing he would have to talk to Mackenzie about. Nothing Hypnos would do at this point besides wait inside the house until he could manifest himself. When Hypnos 'entered' the house it felt... well rather strange. It had a funny... clean feeling about it. He felt the residue of magic in the home, the drawing was a big hint, along with a new face. Interesting, very interesting.

Solomon chuckled and fired off a few more rounds, making slow progress, " All magic has a price. A saying passed down the family for ages, and rightly so. Magic is a powerful tool, but like all good things it comes at a price. Mine just so happens to cause physical damage if I overuse it which I was forced to do just recently." Solomon explained before firing a few more rounds. Then the clouds began to gather outside, and Solomon noticed that his hands were shaking badly. " Well I think that's all for me." He said with a chuckle. " I don't have the strength left to hold it let alone fire. If you'll excuse me, I think I'll retire for the evening. I hope we see each other again soon." Solomon said with a smile before turning to wheel himself over to Sandy.

"Who did you kill to get this place?"

William smirked. "No one important," he remarked, brushing off his shoulder casually as she stepped up to place a kiss on his cheek. At Will's next question, he arched an eyebrow. "That I definitely haven't forgotten. I'm good for it -- even have the house to prove it now," he said jokingly. "My dancing hasn't gotten any better. I hope that's not a deal-breaker," he said.

Adelaide felt herself nearly nodding off, despite the sound of a vehicle outside. It wasn't the car that snapped her back to some semblance of alertness, but rather a feeling. She could sense a vague hint of a presence within the house, but she couldn't quite put her finger on what it was. Eyes scanning her surroundings suspiciously, she considered calling out an immediate warning to William but relented for the time being. Whatever the being was, it didn't feel malevolent.

She instantly regretted asking to meet up with him, gulp was heard coming from Andy as he placed his gun down but she new she could easily take him down if need be. Shit... He did find out.... She proceeded to follow him from behind remaining a fair distance away, she didn't know whether to lie or not. She knew if he found out it was her then he would have to kill her. She had to try and change the subject, but to what. "How's the family and hunting?" She crossed her arms in front of her and looked at her watch though remaining calm.

She doesn't know how he would react exactly if she told him she did it, her plan to try and steer away from the subject until he gets annoyed then simply run. Run and hide a few towns away until someone finds her again then kill them or run away again.

Joe leaned forwards on the table his hands slamming on it slightly jostling it's contents, one hand on each side of the gun previously placed on it. The man was giving her an ice cold stare. "Don't do that." He replied firmly at her attempt to change the conversation, it only proved that Andy was indeed guilty. "Chase and I gave you a chance at living Andy. Don't ingest human hearts and don't attack anyone, all you had to do was follow those two simple rules dammit."

The older man shook his head in frustration, "Why did you even ask me to meet? I can't tell if you wanted me to find out and end you myself or if I'm just a loose end you have to tie up." Joe was already in a less than good mood from the events of the last day, even if Chase had been in touch he knew his son was still at risk. And with the current impending danger at Vitae he had more than enough on his plate.

When Emile came to take Morgan's seat, Chase scooted down some to make room for the man as he took more room than the female had. "The party's fine." Chase shrugged cheerfully as he sipped at his drink. "I've never been the social partying type though so I don't have much to compare it to I'm afraid. As for the name.....it is what it is, it fits me even if I don't want it to and it sure as hell beats one who cries." He smirked through a chuckle, meaning no particular offense as the other wolf clearly only got the name from crying plenty when he was born. "How about you, glad to have someone who could have been called no war around?" Chase didn't particularly want to bring up the discussion of Vitae now, he had a feeling it would only serve to frustrate the Alpha.

She was starting to get pissed off at him now, he could be a little more respectful. She walked up to him picking him up by his throat quick enough to not let him pick up the gun tears swelling up in her eyes. "You're son barley knows I exist, I'm sure he doesn't know our little thing we have going does he? I asked you to come here because hunters are kicking my ass and I need you help to stop killing people! You don't know how hard it is to stop ingesting human hearts once you have started, I didn't ask to have my first heart they shoved it down my throat! I will kill you if you annoy me enough..... I don't want to.... I want to stop...." A tear fell down her cheek as she dropped him before hitting his head making him pass out.

She walked into her bedroom and packed her bags getting all the money she could find before hand cuffing Joe to a heater while he was still passed out. She walked out of her apartment and broke into his car before driving off turning the GPS on her phone off and turning the music in the car on cringing at the horrible country taste. She text Joe, 'You better tell Chase before someone else does or he finds out'

Mackenzie smiled happy knowing Will had not forgotten their earlier conversation. She had been a little worried after everything that happened over the past few hours he would have changed his mind. Emile laughed hearing Chase comment on some of the other wolves names. He was glad to see that Morgan was keeping Chase well informed when he could not. "Colic." An English term Emile finally remembered. "He cry for un an." He smirked.

Though Chase was moving on to the name Brody had suggested. Emile had little doubt the clever younger man understood why Brody had chosen it and why Emile had allowed it to stay. "Mean no bad from it." He swept a hand back to gloss over the whole pack. "We know you do not want war." The man had made it clear when Emile had cornered Chase during his hunt the other day. Thor shrugged "I wouldn't say meaningful, but he did prove to be a very effective distraction that allowed me to defeat the Leviathans quicker.". The human Eddie hadn't claimed that he had played a meaningful role, but Thor cast an annoyed glance at him nontheless, he had told him not to speak. At least he hadn't wandered off. And Persephone's departure to the Underworld left Thor with another problem, with Demeter grieving, she would not be doing her job as the Godess of harvest and agriculture. And it was still summer. The Earth would grow colder. The thought annoyed him. Whilst he always helped drive the winter back and bring forth the spring, now he'd had to keep the winter at bay before it was time,

As for the sigils... The news cheered him up a bit, at least they would have more time. But the realisation that they would have a being on par with Lucifer loose on the World in the foreseeable future was unsettling. Thor turned his gaze back to Hades, awaiting his reply. The god was eager to leave this dark place.

William nodded. "Sure thing." Heading down to the Beast, he saw no shortage of items packed into the sedan. Opening it up, he began piling them into his arms. "Ashley-May didn't want to drop by the new house? Let me guess, back to the Clinic?" he asked with a smirk before heading toward the front door with an armful of items.

Adelaide stepped out of the house, descending the steps and making her way toward the Beast to help unpack. As she drew near Will and Mac she murmured under her breath. "We have a visitor inside. Not sure who or what, but I can feel it."

Mackenzie raised an eyebrow as Will commented that Ash had packed everything but the kitchen sink. " She could have left your stuff behind, sir, and yes -she's headed back to the clinic. Heaven forbid Eli spend a minute alone." Adelaide was soon joining them at the car, grabbing a bag herself. Mac was about to tell her it wasn't necessary but then the woman spoke and she frowned looking back at the house.

It took a few moments to figure out what she was referring to before it clicked. "Oh, that would be Hypnos; he's here no doubt waiting for night fall to tell me once more how I've failed as an Oracle." She joked, though his presence could only mean that Deimos has ratted her out to the god and he was here to prevent her from doing what she needed to protect Ashley-May

Ash had returned to the Clinic but got waylaid at the nurse's stand. Apparently one of the night nurses had called off sick or an emergency and she wouldn't be in. They has asked if Ash could fill in and she didn't hesitate for a moment.

With it settled she headed to Eli's room and glanced in the doorway to see if the man was still awake. Bag of clothing tucked under one arm, plate of pastries in the other hand.

William shook his head with a smile at Mackenzie's comment, making his way to the front door when he heard Mac and Adelaide discussing Hypnos's presence in the house. He turned to look at the door with a frown before sighing, opening the door and heading in to set the items down in the foyer. Glancing around at the empty walls, he felt the hairs on his arm stand on end. It was eerie, knowing that you were being watched by a pagan god and an invisible hound.

Still, he was more concerned about Mac's safety. Will knew Hypnos might not approve of whatever their plan regarding Ashley-May and after New York, Hendrix wasn't sure the god recognized the concept of limits. His mind fell to Adelaide and the request he had made of her on her way to the Colony. They hadn't had a chance to discuss it yet and now it would be far too dangerous to do so near Hypnos... or Mackenzie. "Hello, Hypnos," he Will remarked dryly before turning and heading back outside to finish unloading.

Adelaide had nodded at Mac's explanation, glancing at the house anxiously all the same. She had managed to keep her run-ins with pagan gods (aside from the loa, and even then only to occasionally invoke them) to a relative minimum in the past and preferred it that way. "I take it that's a regular occurance around here?" she asked, slinging a bag over her shoulder.
