I never know if I'm good or bad at writing fight scenes myself. I like to think I'm alright, but who knows then again this is me with like every post ever. Always questioning if they are good or not

I've got part of my T'ink/Pit post typed down.

I probably don't need to say anything as y'all are excellent, but in Combat RP please assume that everything I do toward PCs are attempts, and as such not everything I put in a Combat RP post needs to be acknowledged. I tend to write a full combo attack to give folks more to respond to, and if you decide to have your PC dodge or parry a combo attack, then naturally the combo fails. Putting "attempts to," and "tries to," for every Combat Action tends to get repetitive and annoying after a bit, too, so I won't always do that. I still fully intend for it to be attempts, not controlling your PCs. I don't want anyone to stress out about that.

It's all good!

If my PC throws a straight left jab, a right hook, then a left uppercut, and your PC decides to jump aside or duck that first jab, then obviously the hook and the uppercut won't happen, so no point in addressing it. I know Combat RP can be stressful to some RPers, so I wanted to make sure we're all on the same page.

On another note, my dumbass has been streaming KH3 to my friends lately we won't talk about how I haven't played it till now, hence me favoring early Sora for rping purposes. Legit this is the only KH game I hadn't played yet LMAO and I had no clue there was a lil dancing minigame and I just found it so cute seeing Sora all cheery and dancing around. Maybe he really does have the moves for the ball LMAO

I imagined Sora watching Zelda and the Pits practicing their dances for the upcoming masquerade and commenting something along the lines of, "Wow! You're all amazing! It must take so much practice to learn how to dance like that!"

Zelda cheerfully asks Sora if he'd like to try it, which he happily accepts. Then Sora, like a pro, spins, twirls, and tosses Zelda, and she's just laughing out loud with joy. Both Pits are blank-faced because OMG THIS KID CAN DANCE TOO WHAT CAN'T SORA DO?!?!?

I can easily see Sora learning how to do Irish Step Dancing with Toon Link.

The real question is can Sora pull off dancing in a ball gown? Maybe he can, maybe he can't. Even if he's a lil clumsy, he'd still be having fun with it

If poor Sora was asked what he can't do he'd probably just get all sheepish about the question. He knows what he's not good at and if pointed out he'd probably make a self deprecating joke I still think that was why he says he can't count

I haven't played KH3 so I had to look up the dancing minigame. I chuckled when Sora danced with the men because my dumb brain heard "Taking the Hobbits to Isengard." They just needed mugs in their hands! I was playing D&D so I had the video muted.

It'd be kind of funny if the real reason Pit can't read is because the Greek language has changed so many times, and so many dialects have developed throughout its history that he can't keep up! Lol one of the pains of being immortal!

Now I imagined Dark Pit teaching Zelda some Greek in exchange for reading lessons, and of course he teaches her the swear words first, but he doesn't tell her this. So, she repeats a phrase that he taught her, and she says it out loud with great enthusiasm and confidence. Pit's passing by, he freezes, and stares at the two with clear shock on his face, then glares at Dark Pit. Lol Zelda innocently asks what it was she said, and when Dark Pit starts laughing out loud she gets mad and DEMANDS he tell her what she just said! It's one of the few times Dark Pit ever laughs out loud and Zelda addresses him as Pittoo!

Edit: Maybe Marth understood what she said too! I've never played FE, but I know Marth had a more Greco-Roman themed design originally.

I'll hopefully be able to work on my Roxas post tonight or tomorrow, though who knows when I'll get it up. I think I've finally mostly caught up on stuff I was behind on, but my ability to write has been lacking lately this like last few days. I have ideas, but putting them into words is currently a struggle
