Katagiri Takiji
Katagiri Takiji.jpg
Katagiri was extremely content, so much so you could even say it was genuine happiness. Everything was working better than he'd ever hoped, and it seemed that this luck would continue for some time. However, now most people in the complex had seen his face, and that would put a dent in his plans unless he played the part of someone new. "The vision I have in mind will require some hair dye, new colored contacts, and a full wardrobe change. I may not have the experience of an actor, but my own methods should be more than enough to pull of my next act." Kira was in for quite the treat, and Sasori would be less than pleased with her. It had been almost two whole years since he played the act of a flirt who had a way with words. At that time, he had changed his appearance to the one associated with him now, but times change.

"Some blue, highlighted with faint purple so when the sun shines on me it's a sight to behold... the contacts will also be a blue, and I'll let you decide on the hair style, just remember it should match the lover act I'll be using in public. As for the rest... well I'm sure you know me enough to know I've got more than enough planned out." He chuckled, "Oh, and the reason I said interesting is because not even Sasori attempted to wear my own clothes... though I guess she wasn't as interesting as you've shown to be so I should expect more amusement from you." Indeed he had already thought of a role for Kira in the whole ploy he had planned. Perhaps she'd even fall for him in the end, and although Katagiri could never show the same sort of affection, Kira had thus far proved she was worth of any affection he'd muster, if ever.

One question still remained... what to do now that the mutt was on to him? The Irish man would be a constant problem from now on, especially once he caught wind of Katagiri's visual change, and that meant he'd have to come up with new ways to deal with him. On top of that, he had to be extra careful until his parole was over, for the sake of making his life even easier in the long run. Luck would only help so much after all, he needed to be prepared for every possible contingency.
Just remember, it should match the lover act I'll be using in public...

Alyx Nightingale

Alyx chuckled, "Well the main spices I used were Thyme, Seasoned Salt, and Garlic Powder, honestly it's a simple blend of just about anything you want to try. I do a lot of cooking in my spare time." She had prepared him a Korean dish, and he had to admit he needed to learn some Korean dishes now. This first one had been delicious, and he couldn't wait to try more. "That would be awesome, I've always loved making dishes from all around the world. Although I still can't get the hang of meatballs I could make just about anything you want so long as you have a recipe in case I haven't made it yet."

She had told him her name was Korean, as was she, and that she was in the U.S. for her musical group. "Really? That's pretty cool if you ask me. I couldn't be a singer if I tried, that kind of fame just isn't my style, but I'd be glad to hear some of your music one of these days." He'd listened to various music from other countries while staying there, but never payed much attention due to the activities he had been engaged in while visiting. Finally checking his phone, he had an e-mail for some new chat room site. "Huh... did you get an e-mail for a chat room too?" He'd never used one, but the offer this salesman described was pretty interesting. "I don't know, maybe it'll be helpful, you know to get instant news on where gang violence is more frequent in the city, who knows, maybe we could meet some pretty cool people while we're at it." Alyx signed into the profile, and just as the salesman had said, the account was already set up for him. All he had to do was select an avatar. They were pretty basic avatars, but that was to be expected from an alpha version.
Maybe we could meet some pretty cool people while we're at it...

Graeme Grove

Jail was nothing new to him, he'd been in jail quite a bit before, and if he absolutely needed to he'd break out. However he wanted to avoid getting in any more trouble than he was already in, so for now it was time to be patient and do as he was asked by the cops. After the interrogation was over, he had been returned to a cell, and since then he'd been sitting silently on a bench. His headache had finally dulled down thanks to the meds, but the anger from Katagiri's actions still burned like a forest fire. The more he thought about it, the more it angered him. Without realizing it he'd started snarling to himself and punched the metal bench, denting it even and causing his knuckles of his left hand to bleed slightly.

Graeme knew that Katagiri was in the city to repeat what he'd done in Tokyo, only this time it was because he wanted to. Not because someone payed him to do so. If only he'd stopped the psycho back then, maybe he'd still have something to live for other than to witness his end. Yet each time he'd gotten close to finally killing Katagiri, he found a way to weasel himself to safety. Knowing Katagiri, this whole situation was exactly what he'd hoped for, and Graeme had played right into his plans... again. Damn. Ever passing minute meant Katagiri was one step closer to beating his game, and eventually moving on to another city to repeat it again, and again, and again. As much as he hated the idea... he needed a way to catch Katagiri off guard. He chuckled as the idea came to him. "Katagiri ya damned weasel... I know just how ta get ye..."
I know just how ta get ye...

Leon Kensen
Leon Kensen.png
Leon didn't really have anything else to do after escorting that girl home, so he simply returned to the bar to continue business as usual. It was true that he hardly left, and as he conducted business he lit cigarette after cigarette. He didn't smoke for the relief of stress, nor was it for the look. He simply smoked because it was habit, a bad one, but a habit nevertheless. As time passed, he simply watched as each customer walk in, drink for a while, play some games, and then leave. It was nothing new to Leon, and nothing ever seemed to change. Sometimes he regretted living such a methodical lifestyle, but at the same time, he couldn't see himself doing anything else. This was simply how he was meant to live life.

Eventually Amaya had decided to leave, seeing as the bar wasn't busy, and she evidently had other things on her mind. It didn't bother Leon, in fact he was glad she was leaving. It was her day off anyway, so she had no reason to be there in the first place. Now he was left alone with the bar, alone with his thoughts and the gossip of the city. It wasn't a luxurious life like those guys who lived in the Suncrest Complex with great careers and lots of cash, but it was something special to Leon. After all he had been left this bar in the previous owner's will, along with many other things. He had always questioned why the old man left him, his one employee, everything he had. Turned out that the man had no other family, and didn't want the bar to go to waste, so he left it to Leon in hopes he'd keep the place alive. Thus far Leon had done just that, and he planned to keep it that way until he wasn't able to anymore.
I'll keep it in good condition old man... I promise you that.

Amaya Takiji
Amaya Takiji.jpg
Once Leon had returned, Amaya had took it upon herself to leave, she had been too preoccupied with what Katagiri was up to as well as her own plans that she couldn't focus at work. As she walked the uncrowded streets, she thought about the many things she planned to do. Of course there were the night clubs she hoped to attend fairly soon, as well as explore the city some more in hopes to find out more information on Katagiri, although she doubted she'd find much. To her, Katagiri was a total stranger despite being her older brother. In fact, Leon was the closest to family she had, her family had disowned her, and she had shut them out.

As she walked along, she ended up at the boardwalk, at the end of a pier in fact. She sat down on the edge and looked out at the sea, admiring the shining waves as they rolled along. There was so much she wanted to do, and she planned to do it all. Although it may take some time, she ultimately wanted to have fun. That was it. Nothing difficult like a loving family and home to call her own, just some plain old fun. Perhaps she was a simple person, but at least she was unique and had fun doing it all. Yet even she had her dark secrets to keep from the world. Such as her relation with Katagiri. In the end, it came down to what she wanted to do.
The sea looks so pretty when the sun shines on it...

    SARENNNEWW_2.jpg

Saren watched as Sam visibly became rather triggered by the thought of whatever occurred at the station. It wasn't her place to pry about the situation, but it got her thinking. Something didn't feel right about the entire situation. What if there was a darker meaning behind all of this? It appeared some shady business had taken place, and Sam was clearly not thrilled about it. Ellie hovered over to the table to take their order, and, not exactly interested in the contents of the menu, Saren nodded after Sam ordered. "Actually, I'll have the same. Add an iced tea if you will. Thank you." She gave her a soft smile. Somehow the woman always gave off a welcoming aura, one that wrapped around her customers warmly. It eased her nerves.

"You think there is something to be skeptical about?" She asked Sam. Before she could really focus on his answer, she felt her phone vibrate. Figuring it was merely business related, she planned on silencing her phone for the time being. Enough for tonight...She unlocked her phone, but to her surprise it wasn't business at all. But rather, an email invitation from some sort of company? Saren would have dismissed it as spam, move it straight to junk mail. But the words alpha launch caught her attention. A perplexed gaze washed over her. Anochat? Well. It couldn't hurt could it? Besides, the latest gossip seemed tempting. Saren wasn't normally one to care about it personally, but knowing the latest trends and such would come in handy when expanding her client base and collecting info on what was currently popular. She set her phone back down, determined to login with the given info once she got back to her apartment.

Bringing her focus back to Sam, she added, "You should go with your instincts. If something is bothering you, you probably have a reason to worry. As...horrible as that sounds. But you are trained to detect these sorts of things aren't you?"

Samuel (Sam) Nightlock
Ellie nodded to Saren as she gave her a smile and walked back to the barista bar. Sam felt his phone go off on his dufflebag, but he ignored it as he answered Saren's question, "I mean I can't really talk about it, but let's just say people are gettign of the hook with the slighted slap of their wrists. It might also be because I haven't had the greatest of time at work with what happened at the Fair..." He knew she was shaken up from the last time they were there, but he still wanted to explain to her.

Ellie came back with their order soon after he finished his statement. He dug into his BLT, forgetting he was there with Saren. It wasn't until she spoke up that he remembered. I must have been extremely hungry... he blushed at his rudeness. "Well, I am trained to be a cop, not yet to be a detective. But, something doesn't add up, nor do I have the authority to do anything. I want to keep this job as long as I can, and going against the captain will make sure I don't have the job, to begin with."

Sam took a sip of his drink and took a deep sigh. "Sorry if I worried you..." he told her looking at her with bashful eyes, "Everything will be okay. I just know it will." He took her hand and gave it a tight squeeze, reassuring her that he would be fine. He let go of her and smiled, "Come on let's dig in, dinner is on me." He waited until she began to take her first bite of her BLT before he continued with his half eaten one.

Malia Laine
"Dessert to go actually sounds really good right now! Oh and no more wine, I'm done for the night."

Malia nodded and placed the bottle back in the ice bucket. She sat back down and wave over a waiter that waited outside the private area. When they came over, Malia pointed to several small pastries on the menus, getting at least two of each so they would try them all. The waiter left once more, leaving Malia along with Adelaide. She finished the last bit of her water and mean as she looked up at Adelaide.

"Anything to do now? Hmm, I don't really know what to do here yet. So I think we should go back to the complex for now before it starts raining. Don't want to get our clothes all wet."

"I'm happy with that," Malia told her, "Well, I picked two of everything on the dessert menu, so maybe we can enjoy it over some more chit chat and maybe a movie?" she didn't want to push too far, but she enjoyed her time with Adelaide, that she would like to enjoy it a bit longer, if she could. The waiter soon came back with a brown box with a golden ribbon holding it closed, the bill and a beautiful rose.

Malia took the rose, and then presented it to Adelaide, "For you, Mademoiselle." She soon placed her card on the bill and handed it over to the Waiter, who rushed out quickly. Malia got up, and slowly began to pull on her leather jacket back on. The waiter came back and handed over her card back, and she signed the bill. "Well, shall we Madam?" she offered her arm to Adelaide as she held the box in her other hand.

Ivan follwed Kiku around the store as she picked out different things for the event she was going to have. Making sure to get the heavier things, and keeping up with her small conversations she was having as she looked through verious fabrics.

"So, since you are going o a date, how about you invite her to my tea party? It will be really fun...and adult like. It's not as girly as you are probably thinking. I swear to you..."

"Um..." Ivan was not expecting that, but he tried to think about it, "I will have to ask her if she would like to go, but I'm not sure myself to be honest..." Then she stopped and began to look him up and down as if trying to dress him up with her eyes. It was a weird thing to feel when he was used to be undressed instead.

"Ivan, how do you feel about me picking an outfit out for you? Specifically for my tea party. But I could dress you every day if you want."

Ivan gave her a weary look and shrugged, "I would have to think about it... I'm not sure I will go either..." He cleared his voice and continued, "Maybe is my date goes, I'll let you dress me for the occasion..." Ivan didn't want to be rude, but then again a tea party sounded like something oddly fun to do.

Shadow of Secrets
The station was slowing down to a hum, which was the perfect time to walk in. It didn't take much to get past the front desk as the person dressed as an officer got through. Keeping their head down and avoiding anyone that might notice the intruder, they continued to get to the holding cells. "Finally the shift change is here," one of the two officers guarding the cells called out. The intruder nodded and gave a simple, "See you tomorrow," and took the same spot they were at. Once they knew they were completely alone, they made their way to the only cell being used but Graeme Grove.

"Graeme Grove," a husky and whispering voice called out to the man, "A man of many problems... I can get you out of here, no one will look for you and no one will even bat an eye to your disappearing act. All you have to do is to await my orders." The intruder handed the man a black box, with the simple symbol of Ying and Yang on the lid. "There is a hiding place waiting for you to use. It will be your home. Try to stay out of trouble and you will have clear passage to be a free man." The intruder began to turn around and take the back exit, but turned back and spoke up, "If you decide to not take the offer, know you will be back here again, and you will never get out."

The entire time they spoke, they kept their head down, but the light gave through revealing the rich color of purple hair. As soon as they left the holding cells, the door to Graeme's cell opened and he was free to go. No officers were around, nor were the cameras working. The light on the corner cameras was set to loop which was only going to stay that way for no more than an hour. So the choice was left for Graeme. Take the box and walk out free, or stay in the cell to be sent off for two months in jail. Now, what would it be?

So that was the deal... get out and play the puppet for something, or stay for two months. He much preferred staying for two months, but the idea that Katagiri would be able to do as he pleased freely had made the choice for him. Grabbing hold of the black box, Graeme ran out of the station and looked around. He wasn't sure where this safe house would be, but he assumed the box would tell him. For now though he'd wing it, and go back to the one place he knew was safe, at least until he figured out what the box had inside it. It was back to the life of being a hired hand, but this time he wasn't guarding some incompetent man. Not at all. This time he was a mercenary. Nothing better than a professional killer, liar, and con man.

He ran for what felt like an hour at the least, but he made it back to that abandoned building he had found months ago. Finally feeling safe, he opened the box. "Let's get started..."
Let's get started...

  • "Ooh, thank you!" Adelaide stared down at the Rose and smiled. She really did have fun tonight with Malia. The food was great, her date was great, the garden was beautiful! What more could she ask for?
'It seems like Malia had fun too! I should arrange a date next time.'
"Two of everything!" She exclaimed, having it finally register to her, "Wow, that must be expensive, Malia! You don't need to spend too much on me." She got up when Malia got up and she looped her arm with hers when it was offered. She giggled almost like a school girl. "You sure do know how to treat a date. Roses, sweats, paying for it all." She chuckled.

When they were back at the complex Adelaide looked up at the sky again, noticing that it had gotten much darker since they had left. Luckily it hadn't rained while they were driving home or anything. Before they had left the garden, Adelaide made sure to shoot James a quick text.

(Peaches: You better not be in the living room.
Bluejay: Damnit Peaches. Don't do anything dirty, we have a child in the house
Peaches: I won't! Make sure to clean up any mess! :3)

Adelaide led Malia to her apartment room. "We have alot of good movies for tonight!" She unlocked her door and opened it for her date. She directed Malia to the big comfy white couch to.sit on. "We can enjoy or dessert with a movie!" She was kneeled down infront of the TV, looking through the draw underneath it for the DVDs. She finally picked one out, a romcom, before turning back to Malia. "That is if you wnat to stay?"

As Malia drove back to the complex, she couldn't help have a mile on her face. She was happy about the date, glad that Adelaide enjoyed it as well. Of course she tried to not to get to into the thought of her growing feeling, not wanting to fall to quick. Love always came to her to quickly and after what Adelaide said, she didn't want to get on the wrong foot with her.

"We have a lot of good movies for tonight! We can enjoy or dessert with a movie! That is if you want to stay?"

"Of course, if you would have me," Malia smiled and entered Adelaide's apartment. She placed the box of sweet on the coffee take as she took a seat on her white couch. Once Adelaide put the movie on, they both indulged in the sweets and enjoyed the movie. It was the tamest first date she had ever gone one, and she liked it. It was perfect in her mind. I can get used to this...

"I do think you would like it. And I feel as if your date would like it too."

"I'm sure we would, it's just not something I would find myself attending," Ivan told her as he continued to get what she needed. Eventually, they were back to the gorgeous truck, which she carefully loaded it with the decor. "That should do it," he announced as he carefully closed the bed door.

"I hope I didn't keep you from your date today... If I did, I would be happy to like, pay for another date you two could have. And I really appreciate you helping me. Even if I did just drag you along."

"It's fine," he told Kiku, "I mean I was the one that pushed forward the date." As they drove back to the complex he looked at her and told her, "But seriously, it's fine. I was more than happy to help, but I have a fabulous woman waiting for in the lobby." With that he headed back to the complex lobby as he looked around, finding Octavia waiting for him.

"Sorry if I'm late," he told her, smiling as she tried to straighten his hoodie. "It is getting late," he glanced outside the lobby doors, "If you think we can continue with the date, then I am free to go when ever you are. But we can always postpone it to a later date."

Katagiri Takiji
Katagiri Takiji 2.jpg
Katagiri shook his head, allowing his hair to seem shagged, then styled it as it should be. The day prior he had finished things up with Kira and got a hold of some of his contacts to get him the rest of his required things by today. As promised, everything had arrived, and now he was finishing it all up. Sliding on his simple shirt and jeans along with a fur necked overcoat. Not quite a trench coat, but stylish nonetheless. In addition he put in ruby colored contacts, and smiled in the mirror slightly to get a feel for how he was soon to act. "Katagiri Takiji... a man of many roles." The thought was amusing as he spoke it aloud. He only truly played one role, but he was more than capable to pull off whatever act he chose. Today though, it seemed that a storm would stop him from leaving the Complex even if he wanted to. Perhaps now was the time to get better acquainted with his neighbors... or at least better acquainted with their secrets. Using Anochat, he sent a private message to Kira's username, <Care to join me in the cafe downstairs? My treat.> Although he hadn't explained her upcoming role quite yet, he had no better time to do so. Now that he didn't have anything better to do... yet.

Exiting his apartment, he took the elevator to the first floor and walked into the semi crowded cafe. Despite it being the afternoon, it was busy as a result of visitors being trapped in the complex as well. Finding an empty seat in the corner of the cafe, he sat down and waited, watching the rain outside and smiling all the while.

Due to the storm, Sasori was forced to remain at home, which wasn't really all that bad. In fact it was a blessing of sorts, because she knew full well that Katagiri would be stuck at home as well. Not that he'd leave home anyway. Perhaps she could find him and show him what she had learned these past few years without him. Actually, that could wait, he already knew she loved him with her latest act. For now she'd focus on another matter. "I need some girlfriends. It's so boring sometimes, not having anyone to talk to about Kata-chan." So it was decided. She'd find some girls to hang out with so she'd have an excuse to talk about Katagiri.

Descending the elevator, she wandered aimlessly around the lobby hoping that she'd eventually run into someone. As usual she was dressed in her punk lolita outfit. As if she'd wear anything other than lolita style clothes. Perhaps she'd run into other lolita style lovers such as herself. She hoped she did, after all she loved to talk about it, second to Katagiri.

The night had ended successfully. Or rather, as successful as Kataji had been hoping for it to go. The young woman had taken care of styling his hair, adding everything he had asked for. She allowed him to take care of the clothes himself. The last thing she felt up for was going shopping by herself to buy him a new wardrobe. Speaking of clothes, he had compared her to Sasori that night too. It's not like it's a contest for his attention. But Kira found herself somewhat satisfied by his remark anyways. Anything to make her feel on top. Which was difficult when it came to Kataji. He's the type of guy that let's you believe you are making the shots, then sweeps the rug right from under your feet. A sneaky fox, just like Kalam. But she had to admit she had did a fine job on his hair. She wondered if he managed to style it right today.... Hmph! At least Kalam is cute.

Kira slipped on her outfit for the day, a black leather jacket, a white pleated skirt with a black trim, black combat boots, black kneee high socks with the tops shaped like kitten ears, and a casual top. It had been fairly nice earlier in the day, at least from what Kira could tell through the window. Saren was in the shower, she had pretty much lazed around the majority of the day. While Kira played video games on their console. She still wasn't sure how to feel about her cousin being involved in Kataji's ploy, but she wouldn't object to it.

A short buzz jolted her attention to the cellular device in her jacket pocket. Setting the controller down, she removed the phone, the blue light flashed from the top of the screen. Now she knew without having to open the message that it was from AnoChat. Several other members had joined in the group chat, but nobody had really said anything yet. It was as if they were awaiting some sort of instruction. Of course, everyone had their personalized usernames, Kira's being IvoryMocha. It was generated from a random username generator site (seriously). The message was a private one between Kataji and her. Hmm...In all honestly she was curious about this whole lover act of his. Reading his message she let out a soft sigh. "When he says something is his treat, he's definitely planning to use me." Picking herself up and shutting the console down, she headed out the door and down to the cafe. Replying with: <Is that so? Then I'll buy a lot>

If she hadn't been the one to cut and dye his hair, Kira's eyes would have scanned right by him. The change was rather drastic, and as she closed in on him in the corner, she couldn't help but grin slightly at his clothes. "Hello stranger." She sat down across from him, calling one of the waitresses over to order her an iced chai and slice of chocolate cake before sending her on her way. Eyes lit with intrigue, she crossed her arms on the table. "So, treat me." In other words, she was awaiting his explanation as to what he had called her down here for. No doubt it was related to the plan. Kira's eyes drifted to the windows briefly, the rainfall once steady began to pour a little harder.

"That's my plan dear..." He smiled and requested a simple latte and muffin. "As far as others will be concerned, I'm a flirt with exotic tastes." He smiled, "I believe you'll fare just fine when the spotlight is on us, but just in case we'll discuss our unique relationship whenever you need an answer." He chuckled, "Although I should warn you out of mutual... understanding, that Sasori will be excessively aggressive towards you when she notices. On top of that, we'll have to play our cards carefully around Mr. Nightlock, my parole officer. As much as house arrest suits my current situation, two years is much too long for the next step in my future." Yes, as usual Katagiri had planned this very carefully, although the execution was vague and unpredictable, he knew what results he needed. "As for yourself specifically, you'll be taking care of a few deliveries and meetings I've set up for you and potential clients. Don't worry about adjusting your schedule for them, I've already taken care of it so it fits your schedule of night clubbing and daily pastimes." He took out his wallet and handed her $500. "This is payment for the splendid job you've done thus far, as well as the three tasks I've already fit into your schedule. Your soon to be clients will pay you the costs of our services in person."

He knew it was quite a bit of information to be throwing at her all at once, but he believed if she really was as interesting as she'd been thus far, she'd manage just fine. It was around then that their food and drink arrived, and Katagiri took a sip of his latte. "Questions my dear Kira?" Yet again a vague statement, but as far as he was concerned, she could ask him any question.
Questions my dear Kira?

Eleanor (Ellie) May
Ellie was devistated as she layed on her bed looking at the ceiling fan above her. The clear sound of thunder and the rain, was just draining for her. She would have been okay is she had to work, so she would have somethign to do, but the storm had caused the cafe to close early, and the complex was in lockdown in order to keep everyone safe from the weather.

"Eleanor!" she heard her name being called but she was just not in the mood to leave her room. That didn't go down well her aunt though as she burst through the door, worry in her voice, "Sweety, why are you in here? You can be around the complex. Maybe you can visit Samuel?"

"Sam is busy coming back from work... he wouldn't want me around..." she answered back. Ellie rolled over to her side, facing away from Aunt Marion. "I just want to stay in today... I'm not in the mood of going outside..."

"Did something happen with Miss Stone? You always hang out with her on your off days," Marion asked once more. Ellie sighed and answered back, "She's not in the mood of talking to anyone... Please... can you just leave me alone..." Marion sighed and just closed the door, leaving Ellie to her own devices. For a moment she closed her eyes but noticed her cell phone. No... I don't want to be too clingy... but maybe he's as bored as I am.

Ellie got up and took her phone off the bed and sent Ian a quick text, "So... what are you doing? Are you as bored as I am at the moment?" She tossed her phone back on the bed as she went back to looking up at the fan. It was off, but she just kept watching it for no real reason.

Lexi didn't expect to be kicked out by Oliver. It had her locked in her own apartment, not answering the door or her mobile. She was shocked. Everything wasn't okay, but it wasn't this bad, and it had Lexi in a depressed state as she tried to work on her designs.

She let out a frustrated scream as she cleared her work bench. fabric and paper clattered to the floor which had Samson running away from fear. All of this was stupid to her. Her work, her current thoughts, and her love life. But in the end, she knew it meant a lot to her. Her eyes were red and puffy since she had been crying to no end.

The light cry from Samson brought her back to her senses as she looked down at him. "I'm sorry, Sammy..." she said, her voice hoarse from the scream and her crying. She picked him to cuddle. That was when she noticed the state that her apartment has turned into. "I guess I haven't been a good mom for you, have I?" Lexi told Samson as she walked to her bedroom. She was surprised she had been able to continue her routine to get ready every day.

Everything was going smoother around the station for Sam. When he came back to the station, on Wednesday, he heard that Graeme had been transfered out of the station and to the Seaside County Jail. Sam was finally back to his old ways as he went through the week. Now he was in the lounge room. He had new medical books that he was reading through them.

She was currently looking at the last image she had of the rose garden, she took Adelaide.

Last night had been a wild ride, and after Sam had dropped her off at her apartment, she couldn't help but think about what he had said. Well, everything would probably work out alright. Justice always prevailed didn't it? She decided to settle her thoughts there. Saren really had to get her life back on track. She had spent the entire day lazing around her apartment room. With the ongoing rain that refused to back down, it had given her a headache. It wasn't pleasing to go anywhere in the rain. Storm warnings were beginning to blare, and she imagined many stores were beginning to close now. Ah...I was going to buy Xander some coffee as thanks that one time. Well. I can probably still surprise him.

Saren had just gotten out of the shower. Since she was housebound today, she wore something simple. Well, as simple as you could get for a rich girl leaving her room. Speaking of rich, it really paid off. She strolled into her kitchen, doing a once around for her pink haired cousin, but finding her nowhere. I wonder where she went...especially in this weather...she couldn't have gone far. Oh well. It wasn't particularly her business. Her main focus was the Kuregg coffee machine she had gotten for days when going out wasn't an option. She knew the cafe in the lobby often closed early when the weather was threatening. This seemed like one of those times.

As she waited for the coffee to brew, she took out her phone. She had login to the chat room under the name SapphireEclipse. There seemed to be some news about the fight on one of the chat rooms, but so far nothing out of the norm. Maybe it really was just a simple chat room. She had been skeptical for nothing. The coffee finished its magic, and Saren took out a thermos to fill it. Bringing her phone closer, she typed a message to Sam:

< Hey, how are you feeling? The rain makes it gloomy >

She figured she should message him to be sure he was doing well after last night. Though if he had known she passed out earlier that day she might be the one getting a message instead. He always brought a smile to her face, and she slipped the phone into her purse and took the thermos and headed out. She hadn't told Kira about Xander's job in the gaming industry, or anyone rather. She was a woman of her word. But perhaps she could tease him a little? Before long she was in front of his apartment door, hoping he was home as she knocked lightly.

  • "What do you mean I am stuck here for now?! I specifically told you to pick me up today, I refuse to stay in this putrid place for another second! " Pluto waited for his brother to finish talking to his...now that he thinks about it, he doesn't know who his brother is talking to right now but he waited patiently none the less. His brother, Adonis, was here on "official business", meaning he was sleeping with some doctors wife around here, otherwise there was no reason for him to be here. He obviously didn't like it here, this place wasn't in his standards.

" I had come here to see how mommy and Daddy's favorite little boy was doing." Was what he said when he randomly appeared at their apartment. Pluto didn't believe it for a second.

"Fine, damnit!" Adonis clenched his hand into a fist, tempted to hit something or anyone who bothered him at the moment. "When this Strom is over then I expect you to be here as early as eight in the morning, you got that?" He hung up from the call before the other person could respond and immediately started texting his next plaything. They had been standing near the elevators and Pluto had to admit that this was kind of embarrassing. Having his brother yell at someone where everyone could hear, they probably thought he was yelling at him a couple times.

Putting on a forced smile, Pluto gently grabbed the sleeve of his brothers shirt and slowly tugged, urging him to follow Pluto. He was a bit surprised when Adonis blindly followed him with an icey glare at his phone as he continued to text. "C'mon Adonis, it isn't so bad here. It's actually really nice! I'll show you around." Pluto said as he started walking backwards to keep an eye on his angry brother. "How about we go get a bite to eat? The café here is really nice, I know you will like i-" without warning, Pluto backed up into someone. Of course Adonis said nothing to warn him, even though he had been looking ahead of Pluto. All he did was smirk as Pluto blushed, turning around to apologize to whoever he bumped into. Then when he saw it was Ollie he blushed an even deeper red.
"O-o-oh hey Oliver! Fancy bumping into you here!" He stuttered out nervously.

Aa while, Ellie heard her phone go off as she looked over to it. Taking it, she noticed it was text from Ian. She smiled at the small pet name he has for her. Taking one of her wool sweeters, and tookher phone with as she headed out of the apartment. Two of men in black where standing right outside the penthouse next door, but she just ignored them as she walked over to the elevator.

Going to the second floor, she walked over to Ian's door as she knocked. The halls were empty as she looked around waiting for Ian to answer the door. She brushed down her floral shirt as she looked down at her ankle books that have her a few inches in height. When the door finally opened up, She looked up and gave him a smile, "Hi."

Xander was hard at work as he worked on his programming. The team was sent home early as the incoming rain would have cause problems. He would have just stayed in all nigh if he had too. Titan was by a window, singing out to the world. Xander would have not liked the windows to be open, but Titan was happy.

A light knock was heard on the door, which he sighed and saved his work. Titan stopped his singing as he flew onto his shoulder. "Who do you think it is?" he asked his friend which Titan just tilted his head, not sure what to say. Xander opens the door to find the blue haired woman from before. "Uh... Hello again..." he said a bit nervous as to why she was here.

Calming. The weather was perfect as Camila looked out her sliding door, enjoing the view. Her photoshot was cut close with the return of rain, which she was happy for. She hadn't been able to do her side project since she first moved in. A small chime rang through out the apartment as she looked away from the rain and to the locked door. She waited for the follow up shime to ring out as well, which came as she finally smiled.

"I'm free to enjoy the day then," she said out loud as she picked up her purse from her couch and headed out of her apartment. Deciding to head down to the lounge room and enjoy a book. As much as she would be able to enjoy from her room, she knew the side project was done. All she wanted now is to enjoy the book in a piece with out another interruption. She glanced at the young man as he was reading as well. At least someone has a good taste on spending a nice rainy day with. She took up a seat by a window as she opened her Six of Crows novel and began to indulge.

Katagiri chuckled, "Well it is important for a couple to know more about each other I don't restrict myself with a premade backstory, although I'm more than ready to provide it if needed." He smiled and leaned forward on the table, setting his chin on his hands, "Besides, do I really have to remind you why you're helplessly in love with me? I'm an enigma, and that both interests and frustrates you. You can't help but hate the fact that you can't figure me out, yet at the same time you love it. Not knowing what's next, what to expect, it thrills you." He let his words sink in for a few moments, because he knew that deep down, that's how she truly felt about him. He sat back in his chair once more and took a sip of his coffee, "Anyway, I figured today we could do something together as well, get people to notice, at least the ones who would care. Perhaps even be in the company of friends of yours, or mere strangers, either situation works for me."

As he sat there he never took an eye off of Kira. He wanted to see how she reacted to such an explanation. He was fairly certain what he said was the case entirely, but even he was wrong on rare occasions. He had believed leaving Japan would mean Sasori would never be an issue again, however that proved to be wrong. After all she was here at the complex and not in Japan. It was a shame really, but at the same time it had worked out for the better, in a way.
Besides, do I really have to remind you why you're helplessly in love with me?

As Sasori had been aimlessly wandering, a girl who seemed to be having a fairly casual day approached her. The first thing she did was compliment Sasori's choice in clothing and handed her an invitation to some tea party. "Why thank you, the lolita style really is a fitting look isn't it?" Looking over the invitation she smiled, "I'd love to attend this party, so long as my manager doesn't schedule anything you can expect me to be there." Sasori giggled and held out a hand, "I'm Sasori, it's a wonderful experience meeting another sensible lolita." Sure the girl was claiming to be a lolita just as herself, but only a few could pull any lolita style, and Sasori was just one of them. This girl could probably only pull off a select few styles, but nevertheless she was a lolita, and that meant Sasori already liked her.
The lolita style really is a fitting look isn't it?

Oliver

It was storming. That meant something was finally in the same state in which Oliver was eternally stuck. There was something about the rain and the lightning and the thunder that comforted him, however counterintuitive that was. Sadly, his usual good mood was lost this day. A certain someone had decided to drop by his apartment to say hello. How his sister learned of his whereabouts, Ollie will never know. The whole reason for moving to Seaside was to get away fron family. Now that Mack was present, his demeanor drastically fell. An air of perpetual annoyance accompanied him wherever he went, and his patience was always thin, no matter the situation. Lexi's reaction to the matter only fueled his frustration. After their little get-together was cut short, Ollie and Mack just screamed at each other for a couple consecutive hours. Eventually, she just stormed out, probably to go rent a room at a hotel and seduce some random guy off the street. That's what Ollie came to expect. As he trudged down the stairs to the lobby, an overwhelming feeling of exhaustion came over him. It seemed everything he was dealing with was just too much to handle. He needed some release. As long as the storm was going on, Ollie wouldn't walk out of those doors. The lobby wasn't exactly the calmest place in the building, but he liked it all the same. Looking around, his eyes searched for some possible entertainment.

Wearing nothing more than a white bathing suit with blue spots on it, Marco came out of the elevator and walked straight through the main lobby with an excited grin. Draping what looked like a deflated pool raft over his shoulder, Marco excited the building and made his way to the front of the building, where Richard was sitting in his car, hearing a grey hoodie and pair of blue jeans rather than anything out-of-the-ordinary today. Rolling down his window, Richard went on to day, "You do know that this is completely idiotic, right?"

"Yyyyyup!" Marco smirked proudly, getting drenched by the unrelenting rain as he grabbed the raft from his shoulder, "Hopefully the rain will be enough to keep me and this raft afloat! I've been lookin' forward to a day like this for years!" And as Richard rolled his eyes, Marco began to blow up the raft.

Smiling at Sam's reply, she imagined him reading up on his medical text books that went right over Saren's head. A wave of relief washed over her when he mentioned feeling better. And, even if the rainfall gave her a slight headache, as long as it brought peace to him,, she would welcome the rain with open arms.

The door creaked open, and Saren was once again reminded how non-sociable Xander was. The panic that had clouded his eyes on their first encounter had been the height of his emotions that day. But that was okay. And as she stared back up at the man along with his adorable bird, she lost all drive for teasing him. It would just be too mean. "Sorry for interrupting, but I promised you an espresso as thanks, so here I am." She held out the thermos. "I figured the cafe downstairs was already closed due to the weather. So I made it myself instead. Please accept it." She definitely carried that confident aura of not leaving until he accepted her thanks.

"Good evening Titan. Are you serenading the world today?" Saren smiled warmly at the feathered creature. Eye remaining on Titan, she asked Xander, "What about you? Working hard?" Her eyes finally focused on him, and she leaned in a little closer. "You seem a bit pale. You aren't skipping proper meals are you?" Her voice was edged with slight concern.

Eleanor (Ellie) May
"Hey. You look cute."

Before Ellie could thank the compliment, Ian leaned in to kiss her but was smacked down by his cat. She let out a laugh as enjoyed the new energy that Ian gave when he was not trying to act. She crouched down to pet the orange cat. "I hope I'm not interrupting your work," she said as she looked up at him. This was the first time she had fully been in his apartment, which made her look around, trying to see his interest from what he has around the place.

"Anything I can get for my favorite kitten? How has work been? It seems the storm had actually worked in my favor for once."

Ellie blushed at the pet name, never able to get used to it. "I'm fine, thank you," she answered as she got up once more, "Cut short but I have to agree with you. This allows us to enjoy some time together." Ellie tucked a bit of her hair behind her ear as she smiled at Ian. "Did you eat dinner?" She asked as she walked over to him in the kitchen.

The moment she asked about his signing, the small Finch began to sing lightly. Xander nudged his shoulder, telling Titan to stop showing off in front of strangers.

"What about you? Working hard? You seem a bit pale. You aren't skipping proper meals are you?"

Oliver

Someone's anger was audible from the elevators as Oliver loitered in the lobby. Frowning at the voice, some guy in a swimsuit hurrying out the door caused it to deepen. "Normal" people weren't ever really normal all the time. Well, it seemed like nothing was normal at Suncrest. Ollie was certain of that fact. He checked his watch, hoping and praying to God that Mack wouldn't show up. If he'd even listen to a guy like Ollie, that is. The flight on which she was supposed to be left at 6 o'clock sharp. Of course, there would always be that small suspicion. Even after he had threatened her and bought those tickets and made a big huff about her needing to leave the city, he could never be absolutely, one-hundred-percent certain that she would actually go. He couldn't be sure of anything. That was what fueled his paranoia, the unknowns in every situation. Suddenly, all of the thoughts, which his psychiatrist would love to hear, came crashing down as someone bumped into him. There was an immediate feeling of panic from the human contact, but Ollie got it under control as he turned to see Pluto had collided with him. Again, there was the stuttering and general flustered nature of Pluto. If Ollie didn't know any better, he'd be under the impression that this was bit of a crush. "Quite the pleasant surprise. I was just looking for you, actually." With that lie so smoothly executed, his hand crept to Pluto's waist and ensnared him in his grip beside him. Well done, I must say. Hook, line, and-oh, who's this handsome devil? Ollie's gaze finally reached he guy walking with Pluto. His mind already was going to some naughty places as he checked out attractive man. There was a slight resemblance to Pluto that he could detect. "Pluto, you adorable little ditz, why haven't you introduced me to your friend, here? I'm dying to know if he's your boyfriend or not. I might have to borrow you if that's the case." Now, Ollie was in full Cassanova mode. It wasn't really clear to whom the "you" was directed, but the sly wink and sultry look Adonis recieved should've sufficed. Playing on two different potential lovers simultaneously was a skill that Oliver was proud of. Looks like you've found your entertainment...

  • "Quite the pleasant surprise. I was just looking for you, actually."
"O-oh you were? Well I was jus-" Pluto nearly jumped out of his skin when Ollie's hand made its way to his waist. He froze in his place, not even bothering to move or say anything about it. Adonis, on the other hand, had stopped looking at his phone and turned his attention to the scene in front of him. He smirked, "Pluto, how could you not have ever mentioned me before?"
"Uh he is my brother, Adonis. He is just here on business."
"Yes, business. That doesn't mean I don't have time to be borrowed." Pluto grimaced so hard at that as Adonis moved closer to Ollie with a very flirty look.

'someone help me this is so awkward. I don't want to be involved in a threesome with my older brother. That is not only horrible but also illegal and I don't want to go to jail. I would never last and then they would give me dumb tattoos and I can't bench press as much as them and they would be mad at me because I am just easy pickings and I wouldn't be able to take proper showers cause I almost always drop those dang bars of soap that's why I don't buy them anymore I just use bottles. And what would Adelaide think of me then that I was just some hoodlum? Someone who failed her? And I bet Adonis would just fuck his way out of having to go to jail so I would be there all alone.' Suddenly he was saved by the sweet, sweet voice of another nervous sounding boy. It was perfect, just what Pluto needed to get out of this situation.
"Tttttheature!? That sounds cool! Right guys? Let's go help out?" He grabbed both Ollie and Adonis' hands, he didn't know why but he did it. Maybe just to make sure they both didn't run off and do the nasty.

Feeling pleased with herself that she had finally repaid any possible debt, Saren was going to leave it at that. Enjoying Titan's short song, she almost forgot about how bad the weather was getting. But hearing about Xander's eating habits made her heart clench. But it wasn't really her place to interfere. As long as he was eating something throughout the day that was good enough. Saren always found herself concerned about the well-being of others. It was a hassle quite frankly. Yet, she wouldn't have it any other way. She wanted to help in any way she could, even if she barely knew the person.

"If you say so..." She should have been leaving right then. But her feet wouldn't move. "Just don't overwork yourself too much." A few seconds passed before Saren decided to push on. She felt bad for intruding but she couldn't hold back. "Let me make dinner for you. That way you can continue to work without losing more time. And I'm sure Titan loves an audience." She gripped the strap of her purse lightly, a little nervous for having said such a thing. He's completely capable of taking care of himself. At least enough to keep himself alive. I know that. But still...

"Of course...I understand if it's too awkward. I can just leave." Though her voice was nonchalant, she gazed up at him with despondent eyes.

Warren was in the middle of hosting the theater meeting for the upcoming play at his college, The Great Gatsby. Only, this wasn't just any normal play. This was going to be an alternative Great Gatsby. A new era. With double the death and drama. The students had decided on it, and as set manager, Warren was inclined to give into their needs and desires in order to persuade the director. It was an interesting spin after all, he couldn't deny that. A modern age Great Gatsby would be intriguing to say the least. Yet, due to the severe weather conditions, some of the actors and actresses couldn't make it to the complex computer lab.

They couldn't properly rehearse without other members, so Warren went out into the lobby in order to hunt for some willing volunteers. He thought he saw someone actually leave the complex in a lack of clothing and a pool raft, and he wiped his eyes to be certain they weren't playing tricks on him. What??? Who is actually crazy enough- Suddenly his eyes landed on some potential candidates. Rushing over, he greeted them with a smile. "Excuse me, forgive me for interrupting, but if you weren't busy...if you might not mind helping me out?" As soon as he joined their group, he could instantly feel the tension in the air. Did I...really interrupt something??! Way to go Warren...but I can't stop now. Otherwise Ill look stupid.

Straightening his posture, he continued, "I'm hosting a theater meet in the computer lab. We're down a few people and its difficult to rehearse. If you weren't too busy, I was hoping you could fill in for a little bit." There was a space within the computer lab sectioned off by sound proof glass walls reserved for more private meetings. Well, as private as one can get with glass walls. Feeling a little nervous, Warren fiddled with a strand of his hair. "Y-you don't even have to be good at acting. Just read some lines...I would be forever grateful. I mean we would be. The theater club and I."

"Hmm...if I say no, will you make something for me?"

Ellie watched as Ian's face as he took her hands and brought one to his lips to kiss. A bit red on her cheeks, she smiled and answered, "If you allow me to use your kitchen, then I can make you something to eat." A quick flash of lightning was visible out the window as a crack of thunder roared thought out the building, causing Ellie to scream in fear. She buried her face in Ian's chest as the sound of thunder slowly died down.

Once it was quiet enough to hear Ian's breathing was when she noticed what she was doing it. Pulling away from his chest, red faced from embarrassment, she cleared her through, "Sorry, the sudden thunder just scared me..." Ellie was not a fan of stormy nights, but she had her reason to be. Removing on of her hands from Ian's hold, she brushed back some of her hair back and offered, "Do you want me to make you dinner?"

Xander was a bit shocked at the thought that anyone would want to cook for him. At the orphanage, they were required to feed him, but there was a pretty woman offering to cook him a warm meal. It made him a bit skeptical of her real motives, but the thought of being cooked made him a bit hopeful.
