Eyes flickering by the abrupt sound of Xander's reply, Saren listened to his response. For years?? Was his family life not well...? Regardless, she brightened when he agreed to her proposal. Though he seemed slightly nervous about it. Saren wondered if he doubted her intentions. Well, she would prove to him they were pure! Determined, she nodded. "Of course I want to! It's been awhile since I have had the chance to cook for someone else." She smiled at Titan's voice as she brushed past Xander into his apartment for the second time in her life.

Her eyes extinctively scanned the area, only to find it hadn't changed much since the last time she set foot in here. Turning to face Xander with her hands on her hips and a troubled look, "Xander! You've barely moved these boxes...don't tell me. You only unboxed the necessities and went straight to work. And have been at it since? Geez. Maybe I should really force you to take a proper break." She sighed, her features softening once more. Making her way into the kitchen, she asked, "What were you planning to make? There are few dishes that I'm unfamiliar with." Saren allowed her hands to drift along the cooking ware with warmth in her eyes. Being the heiress of her father's company growing up, there wasn't a need to teach her such culinary duties. But Saren would often beg the household chef to teach her. In some special cases she would even cook for her father. Each time she cooked, it only brought back pleasant memories.

Of course, she never imagined she would be here, cooking for someone other than family. But it felt nice. "Thank you for allowing me to do this for you." She gazed back at Xander and Titan. She was almost certain he would have refused at the door.

Katagiri chuckled, "I'm fairly certain my guess is correct, but whatever you say dear... after all we really shouldn't fight on our first date." Looking over to where Kira's gaze had gone, he did in fact see Sasori with the actress from a while back. "Is that so? I do wonder what they could be up to... no matter, Sasori's life is no longer of interest to me, only her usefulness when the time demands it." Of course Kira's question of what he did was meant to be towards herself, but he decided that he could tease her with vague details of what he had done so long ago. "It's quite simple, I changed her from an innocent school girl into a model stalker with psychopathic tendencies. All I had to do was tell her sweet nothings and convince her that what I told her to do was right for her. One day after another I continued to twist her innocence into a dark and conceited lust." He looked back to Kira, "I may just do the same to you... but you're current state is just so appealing thus far."

He remained silent as he finished his latte and stood up from his seat. "If I remember correctly, your cousin said that Kalam was beautiful when I first arrived. I'm sure she won't mind if he joins our gaming date would she?" Regardless of Kira's response he held out a hand to her and smiled devilishly, "Shall we enjoy each other's company my dear Kira?"
Shall we enjoy each other's company my dear Kira?

Sasori was surprised, but also flattered. "So you've seen my work? Who'd have thought I'd already be popular enough to be recognized..." She giggled, "I do enjoy modeling my lolita style, but it's actually more hassle than I thought. My manager is constantly booking me for various jobs, some of which I want no part in, and the few fans I currently have are men with nothing better to do with their time." She thought of the many, MANY e-mails she had come home to one night and almost cringed. "It's quite annoying if you ask me, especially since there's only one person I'd even consider giving all my affection to." She giggled again, "Anyway, I can't wait to see what kinds of outfits I'll get to see at this tea party. I'm looking forward to it!"

~Marco Galbo~

Marco glided across the streets of town, sitting on his fully blown-up raft (which looked like a slice of pizza) as he held onto the rope which was attached to the back of Richard's car. As the goofball of waving the time of his life, with one arm in the air as he let the rain pelt his body, Richard was nervous-stricken, trying to drive at a safe speed to avoid getting his friend hurt. With every turn they took around town, Richard would try and go as slow as possible to prevent MArco from being thrown off the raft; but even then, Marco and his raft would slip dangerously close to the sidewalks full of walking pedestrians before gliding back onto the road, occasionally pushing himself off of the sidewalk if he got too close.

"WOOOOHOOOO!!!" Marco bellowed, full of energy and adrenaline as his raft bumped and jostled on the road which, at times, were an into or more thick in rainwater, "Who needs a trip to Water Country when they can get a load of this!"

Richard, on the other hand, was more concerned of not getting the both of them arrested.

"You're making such a cute face right now."

Ellie looked up at Ian, wide-eyed and almost amused by his sudden action. Her hand on his chest, he nipped her lip and then kissed her. It left her breathless, and it only made her smile at the thought of being with him. When he began to kiss her neck, Ellie closed here eyes as she took in the sensation. Then he stopped, causing her to look up at him once more.

"I want you to. Warren keeps the fridge stocked quite well. Make your favorite dish. I'll eat anything you make."

"Alright," she finally spoke up and then began to push him out of the kitchen, "But you can't be in here... I don't like an audience." She waited for Ian to be completely out of the area before turning to his kitchen and figuring out what she can make for him. Maybe I should make some for Warren? As thanks for letting me use the kitchen, even if he wasn't the one to allow me access...

Xander watched as Saren brushed past her as she walked into his apartment. With a light chirp, Titan took his place once more, by the window and began to sing once more to the world outside. After his moment of shock, he finally let out a deep sigh and closed the door.

"Xander! You've barely moved these boxes...don't tell me. You only unboxed the necessities and went straight to work. And have been at it since? Geez. Maybe I should really force you to take a proper break."

He looked around the studio and scratched his head as he tried to think of a response. Again he was met with something new that he wasn't ready for. "Ah, yeah... I tend to just keep my things in their boxes... habit I guess," he answered her as he made his way to the corner where his office was up and clearly messy. I really should get down to unpacking...

"What were you planning to make? There are few dishes that I'm unfamiliar with."

This made Xander hide his face, clearly red from what he had planned. Clearing his throat, he answered, "I was going to make craft mac-n-cheese... I don't normally make anything more than that... mostly pasta..." He finally placed all of the loose papers into a file box and took his seat behind his desk, where three screens hid him from Saren's view.

"Thank you for allowing me to do this for you."

He peeked up from the screens, as they made him look paler than he already was and her answer, "Ah, thank you for making dinner..." he thanked her and went back to work. Really he was just trying to hide away from the woman, clearly lost with what he was doing.

Oliver

Ollie grinned at Adonis, then at Pluto. It seemed like everything was going swimmingly. Pluto was being awkward and all innocent-like, which seemed to be his natural state. As he suspected, Adonis was Pluto's brother. They shared some resemblance, but this sibling was so much...sexier. Ollie had to bite his lip as Adonis returned his glance. Pluto was cute, sure, with the boyish charm and innocent personality, but his brother just radiated a feeling of lust. "You guys are so cute~." Before Ollie could put the final nail in the coffin and bring one of the two, if not both, up to his room, another younger man entered the conversation. He was asking for help, and Ollie just listened to him and occasionally glanced at Adonis and Pluto. Once the latter announced his enthusiasm for theater, the newcomer's idea sounded a little less tiresome than it first appeared. As he evaluated the anxious guy, Ollie found him strangely adorable. "Doesn't sound too bad to me. This rain's freed up my time quite a lot." The plan had been to search for a job soon, but the flood warnings sort of prevented travelling outside. Ollie just couldn't bring himself to step out of doors. Money wasn't a problem, and it never would be. It was just the satisfaction of making a living that he wanted. Gripping Pluto's hand as he was dragged away, Ollie tried not to check out any of the three attractive men around him. This isn't gonna end well...

    SARENNNEWW_2.jpg
Saren shouldn't have been surprised at the simplicity of the food Xander was more or less planning to make that night. So he likes pasta...Or maybe it just seemed like the simple thing to make in bulk. Which, technically it was, if you discounted TV dinners and instant noodles. She opened the fridge and her heart sank. He wasn't kidding. Filled with mostly drinks, there was barely any other solid item in there. Turning her attention to the cabinets, she found to be more promising. Not by much however, as all she found were multiple types of pasta noodles, a few snacks here and there, bread. She wanted to die. Well, fancy mac n' cheese it is. She would make do with what she had. Chef Miles always said it's not the ingredients that make a good meal, but the way ingredients are prepared together.

She began heating up some water on the stove, and listening to his thanks, her eyes drifted over to his desk. She didn't want to disturb him, so she kept her thoughts to herself. I've seen people work with two screens...but three? Is that truly necessary. The water began to boil and she took the uncooked macaroni noodles from the box and got to work. As she prepared the meal in silence, she allowed herself to drift into a sense of serenity as Titan sang lightly. His coos bringing a smile to her face. Cutting some bacon she had found and sizzling it in a pan, she couldn't help but recall the words Xander had muttered earlier. And suddenly her smile faltered.
I wonder what he meant by that. Does he move often? A work related thing? Saren glanced over at him a few times. Well, where he would have been, if three screens weren't covering his image.

About 38 minutes or so later, Saren had finally completed her masterpiece. Macaroni and cheese topped with perfectly sizzled bacon and bread crusts. Not the most fancy thing in the world. But it would do. She laid the dish on the dining table. Making sure everything was off in the kitchen, she lightly called, "Dinner's ready."

Eleanor (Ellie) May
Ellie looked at his fridge and impressed at how orginized and well stocked it was. Warren doesn't take his meals as a joke... She easily though of a dishe as she took out the ingredients she need for the dish. Makign sure to raid the cabinets she pulled out some tagliatelle pasta and began to get the pot and pan ready for her to begin. As she worked around the kitchen, she began to hum a small tone as she began to dance around as she cooked.

Ellie began to get into the song she was recalling as she moved her hips to the beat. As she took the pot and turned around to strain it on the island sink, she looked up to see what Ian was going when he was watching her back. she jumped at the fright and embarrassment, the hot water landed on her left hand. She cried out in pain as she left the pot on the sink as she held onto her hand. She dashed to the bathroom to run cold water on the burn.

Tears were running down her face as the pain was still there, but the water was helping. "I'm sorry..." she called out, sobbing a bit from the pain, "I might have ruined dinner." Ellie stepped out of the bathroom with a towel around her hand as she kept her head down. She walked back to the kitchen as she tried to turn off the stove before she burned the chicken as well. I'm such a clutz...

Xander looked over the monitors, here and there, but eventually settled with working on revisions on the game's code. When Saren called out to him that dinner was done, he had forgotten that Saren was even there. He shot out of his seat as his memory came back to him, calming him down a bit.

He slowly came toward the island that had two plates waiting for him and Saren to enjoy. It smelled so much better than what he would have made. "Thanks," he said sheepishly. Taking his seat, he dug in and his eyes shot open. "Wow! This is so good!" he exclaimed as he continued to eat his portions. This is definitely not lasting the night...

Saren waited for Xander, watching his every movement as he sat down and took a bite. His approval brought on a relieved smile. Of course, she knew it was good, but it had been a long time before she cooked for someone else. Seeing the look of happiness on people's faces as they enjoyed a meal was heart warming. Seeing how excited the man was caused Saren to wonder just exactly how long it had been since someone cooked for him. Maybe he's just easily pleased.

She began to eat her own portion slowly. Her eyes mainly focused on Xander. Titan's voice was light and peaceful. Saren almost forgot it had been raining hard at all. "I'm glad it pleases you. I enjoy cooking for others." She set her fork down momentarily. "This doesn't have to be a one time thing." She paused for a moment, choosing her words carefully. "It's not an inconvenience for me....I mean...you look really happy." Kira was more like a cat than a human living with Saren, only visible every so often, disappearing for hours at a time. It was difficult to cook dinner for someone who had night shifts. So she figured, if she was going to cook for herself, why not cook for Xander as well? Not every night of course, that might be weird. Not that Saren would mind, but she felt it might inconvenience him.

"Not that you don't look happy naturally. But you seem extra thrilled. And it's kind of cute. That something so simple makes your eyes shine like that." She smiled warmly. Little did she know it wasn't as simple as she imagined. She took a few more bites and received an idea. "Hey. I know you are busy working...all the time. But if you ever have some time on your hands, mind helping me create a website? You seem good with programming. In turn I can make you dinner some evenings." She rushed in to add, "Oh, don't think that's why I did this. You don't have to help me at all and I would still make you dinner."

She took a strand of her hair and fiddled with the ends a bit, but refusing to break away her gaze on the man.
"I get it if it's too weird. I won't be offended if you don't want to see that woman who invaded your privacy ever again." She allowed herself to laugh a bit. "It just feels nice. I never realized how much I missed this feeling."

"I could care less about dinner if you're hurt."

Ellie could barely see through her tears as Ian turned off the stove for her. She let him turned her around as he looked at her fresh burn. She was able to see the slight hint of red on her hand as Ian left her in the kitchen. When he returned, she wiped her tears with the ball of her hand as he took her hand. Ellie flinched a bit when he started to apply the toothpaste on her burn.

"It might look silly. But it cools burns immediately. And don't keep it covered with anything. Your skin needs to breathe."

"Okay..." Ellie nodded as she still hung her head in shame for ruining everything. With the tears finally out of the way, she could see Ian as he lifted her head to look at him. He looked so pained, which only made Ellie's heart skip a beat.

"I'm sorry for startling you. But you don't have to try and fix things by yourself. Let me help you okay? Dinner will be fine. If you tell me what to do, we can finish it together."

He kissed her tears away as she tried to calm her heart beat. "Okay..." she answered in a small sob. Brushing her hair back he kissed her lips lightly as she closed her eyes, taking in every kiss he gave her. She looked into his eyes as they turned a bit mischievous and pulled her into his arms.

"Even if it was ruined, you'd let me nibble on you to compensate wouldn't you?"

She smiled as she used her other hand to hug him back. "We will have to see about that," she laughed, "Ask me again when we actually eat." With a smile on her face, her previous pain gone from her mind, as she pushed him a bit to look up at him. "We still have dessert to think about," she continued with a wink as she took a seat on the counter to overlook the rest of cooking.

"This doesn't have to be a one time thing. It's not an inconvenience for me....I mean...you look really happy."

Xander stopped eating as he looked at her. His normal demeanor to just hide away and brush her off was forgotten as he answered, "I can't have you make dinner for me. I would feel lousy about myself. If I didn't have anyone to take care of me before, I don't think it would be okay to have someone do that now." He looked down at his plate, which was almost done with, and slowly went back to eating.

"Hey. I know you are busy working...all the time. But if you ever have some time on your hands, mind helping me create a website? You seem good with programming. In turn, I can make you dinner some evenings."

Xander laughed at the last statement. When was the last time I laughed openly like that? It took me a year to get around with my team, so why with Saren? He waved his hands to make her stop and he just answered, "Making a website is pretty easy, so it wouldn't take long." He returned to his meal as he took in what she said next, which had him in the corner he never wanted to be in, but he didn't want to run from the question. Not with her.

"I get it if it's too weird. I won't be offended if you don't want to see that woman who invaded your privacy ever again. It just feels nice. I never realized how much I missed this feeling."

He finished his dinner and turned over to Saren as he continued, "I'll make your site, for nothing in return. See it as my thanks for tonight. I have never been this open with someone. I don't think I have ever had someone to be open with. For as long as I remember it's only been me. Titan was just a plus when I left that hellhole."

Kiku was genuinely surprised for a moment, more surprised then Sasori and it showed on her face. "Wow, I have never related more to a random person then now." Kiku was used to the very creepy emails, letters, and posters that she would get from her fans. Specifically the male crowd, although there would be some creepy stuff from women too. But it was mostly from men who enjoyed seeing her wear such entertaining outfits on stage and in music videos. "Yeah, fan mail day is always so fun. My manager isn't that bad. Sometimes they will want me to star in something weird. Oh like once they asked if I could be in a movie that involved a lot of horrible things and also for me to show my body way too much." She scratched the back of her neck as her eyes began to wander around the lobby as she spoke, once again obtaining her usual expression. "I won't do any of that raunchy stuff because I do have to uphold to the "innocent" appearance for my fans." She rolled her eyes. "Oh speaking of dresses. I will be making them for the tea party. Well my sister will be making them but I will be designing them. So hit me up if you need a more sweet outfit."

Saren blinked, taking in the words spoken by the man. Didn't have someone to take care of him before...was he homeless? It looked like there were definitely some issues hidden in his past. Saren could understand him wanting to keep his independence. And she wouldn't want to take that from him. Especially when she knew how important it was for herself to show others that she was a capable woman. That she didn't need a mother to teach her how to be womanly. But perhaps it might have helped in some ways. Regardless of Xander's reasons, she would respect them.

After finishing her own meal, she took her plate and set it in the sink. Xander agreed to make her website, and for nothing in return. "If you insist, then thank you. I appreciate it." Then again, he dipped into his past. Another piece of that puzzle revealed. Was it even really for her ears to hear? But as he mentioned never having a chance to be open with someone, she knew.

"But you're here now. Surrounded by those who care. And I think you're pretty great. You're talented and kind." She reached her hand out. Maybe he wasn't surrounded, but she was certain he was in a better place here than before. "Let's be friends. That is...if you want to be. You can talk to me about anything. I'll listen to it all."

Ian was happy to see Ellie smiling once more, even if he was silently dreading continuing her job. I should have known with my luck...that sneaking a peek at her would turn against my favors. "You know I don't like asking for things." He mused, as he allowed her to take her place down at the counter. Her notion on dessert caused him to grin. She was all the dessert he needed. Maybe he could even add a little ice cream into the mix.

Moving over to the stove he glanced back at her, "Alright captain...fire away." He spoke with an uncertain tone of voice. Ian was absolutely unsure about this. Cooking was far from his forte, and he had a feeling this would turn out worse. If anyone was going to ruin dinner, it might very well be him.

Pluto tried to calm himself down on the way to the computer lab. He was happy that there were, like Warren had said, other people participating. He was afraid that if it was only the four of them then something bad would happen. On the other hand, he was nervous about having to act infront of others. But he did his best to push those feelings away as Warren explained the scene.
"Oh uh, my name is Pluto." He turned to Adonis who was occupied with his phone again. "And this is Adonis." Pluto replied before looking down at the scripts. "Wait, so uhm, what are our parts going to be?"

"I know you don't," Ellie smiled, "But I think you owe me, I mean you did break your promise..." Ellie tightened her hold on her right uppen arm, the one that had her injured hand. It didn't hurt, but when she tried to move it, it stung a bit. She was used to getting ingured due to her skateboard and bruses from slamming into the water when she surfs. This burn was new, so it was somethign she would have to get used to.

"Alright captain...fire away."

"Well," she turned to him and the stove as she began to instruct him on what to do. "Try to keep the fire low if you are not confident in what you are doing. After a while make sure to flip the chicken. There you go," she encouraged him as he followed her instructions. Once the chicken was done and she had regained her hand back from the pain, she hopped off and took over, wanting to do something. With a playful hip bump, she pushed Ian out of the way as she took the past from the sink and began to mix it with the alfredo sauce she had made earlier.

As that mixed, she began to cut the chicken. She could pause here and there to look over to Ian and smiled at him. Taking a piece of the chicken she fed it to him and asked, "What do you think? I think it's fantastic, maybe it's because you cooked it." She tossed the rest of the chicken with the rest and began to mix it together. After a few minutes, she turned off the stove and began to look for the plates. It didn't take long to find them as she plated Ian's portion and then her's and handed it to him.

"Let me clean up a bit of the kitchen before I sit down and eat," Ellie told him. The moment he turned around she slapped his but with the towel in her hand. After a bit as she covered Warren's portions and cleaning all of the pot and pan she used, she sat with Ian and began to dig in. "Not bad for my first time making the sauce. What do you think?" she asked Ian. At that moment, the lights went out, leaving them in darkness for a bit before the emergency lights kick on.

Lexi was in the middle of working on her sewing machine when a flash of lightning elluminated her apartment. She was used to the stormy weather from her time in both London and her time here in Suncrest, so she continued to work, undisturbed when the lights when out. Her Mcahine stopped working causing her to curse loudly. With the help of her phone she entered her close and tried to switch her brakers back to turn on her lights but nothing.

"Sammy!" she called out and quickly she heard the small pitter patter of her little cat running over to her, "There you are, let's go down stairs and see what's wrong." Slipping on her best heels and straightening her pastel green blouse and black pencil shirk, she walked out her apartment to a dim hallway. Knowing that the power of the whole place was out, she made her way down to the lobby using the stairs. It was just five flights of stairs but at least she was going down.

The lobby was not as packed as she had expected, which was nice. The front desk was being operated by Lauran once more as she walked over to her. "Lauran, dear, it seemed all the lights went out... do you by a miracle of a chance know when it will be back... I was in the middle of work." Lauren apologized and answered with a soft no. "Let's be friends. That is...if you want to be. You can talk to me about anything. I'll listen to it all."

"Thanks, Saren," Xander took her hand and shook it, "It feels nice to have someone I can call a friend." Titan began to freak about a bit as thunder boomed throughout the apartment. As soon as it died down, Titan began to chirp a bit more, then stopped. Xander at first understood his first pause but the second time was a sudden stop, that made him look over to his pet. Before he could ask it anything, Titan flew past Saren and Xander and into his cage, hiding in the farthest corner he can get.

"What's wrong Titan?" he asked him. Yes, this was his first storm with Xander, but lightning and thunder were something they had experienced together before. Suncrest was known for its rainy season. As soon as he reached into his cage the power went out. The hallway outside his apartment was dark for a moment before the emergency lights turned on along with the one above his door. "Did power went out?" he asked calmly, knowing he had saved his progress before sitting down to eat. Xander opened his apartment door to a dim light hallway. The Elevators seemed to not be off, which only solidified his confirmation.

Once inside her apartment, she locked her door and rushed into the locked room. The room was dark, no light indicated that what ever was in there was up and running. She cursed under her breath as she got a flashlight to search the room for the mobile phone she used for emergencies. Quickly sending a message to someone she snapped the phone closed and rushed out the room and to the wet balcony. She throws the phone as far and hard as she could to cause it to either shatter or sink deep into the flooded streets.

As Kira and him walked, Katagiri couldn't help but speculate what could possibly happen next all things considered. What also intrigued him was what Graeme could possibly be doing right now. Stuck in jail, nothing to do, the storm and fellow inmates being the only things to accompany his silent rage towards Katagiri. The knowledge of Graeme being stuck there for any amount of time pleased him. As they eventually arrived at his apartment, Katagiri simply opened the door, "Kalam, come. We're going to visit a fan of yours." The marble fox came bounding, his white pelt still in pristine condition as always. As he closed the door, he allowed Kira to lead them the rest of the way to her and her cousin's apartment.

"Tell me... is there anyone you'd enjoy to watch suffer? Nothing major such as permanent imprisonment or death, but just enough that they hate the mere sight of you?" Katagiri chuckled, "I asked myself that question once, and I found the answer shortly afterward. Graeme Grove. Quite the history, quite the piece of work he turned out to be. The perfect instrument for suffering." There were very few people Katagiri despised, if that's the word you wanted to use, and Graeme was one of those few, shortly followed by his family. "Did you know the mutt was once a professional bodyguard? He was so good at his job that he even survived and successfully protected his client from Russian mafia, twice I believe... to think... someone with enough recklessness and determination to accomplish such a feat. All that physical pain, the mental stress... he's the perfect game piece. Anything I do won't break him, but it'll have more than enough of a reaction." He chuckled and looked at Kira out of the corner of his eyes. "Do you know what it takes to get a man such as that so angry at you that the mere sight of you he snaps? It's the most satisfying accomplishment of mine yet." The look in his eyes was as sinister and mysterious as always, but behind those now crimson eyes, there was a glowing excitement, one that you expect from a child on a sugar high. "That being said, let's place a bet. If you beat me in any sort of game, be it chess, video game, or hide and seek... I'll answer one of your questions honestly, unless I have a legitimate reason not to. If I win on the other hand, well, it doesn't really matter. I just win."
If you beat me in any sort of game, I'll answer one of your questions honestly, unless I have reason not to.

Sasori giggled, "Will do, as long as my outfit isn't super sparkly I'll be okay with just about anything!" Taking the invite, she tucked it in the cleverly hidden pocket in her skirt before turning around to go back to her own apartment. She'd have to get ready for whatever outfit she was bound to be wearing, so today would be a pampering day... well, as much pampering as she'd be able to do that is. "See you later!"
See you later!

The storm had stopped Graeme from being able to do much of anything outside the shop and his new 'home' so he'd been spending the day staring outside the window, watching the storm. Before the storm had hit, he managed to be introduced to his new acquaintances, although he never managed to get any names. Since then, he'd just been lounging around, no real intentions of anything until he was told to. Unless the storm ended soon that was. He had a friend he needed to visit sometime soon before they got worried. That being said, he needed to do something. "This storm sucks..."
This storm sucks.

Shadow of Secrets
The storm was not good for business, but Sue had no control of nature, let alone her brother. She was peacefully working on a new project when the strange man S.o.S assigned us to look after, came into the main work area. Without looking away from her work, she just answered, "Get used to it, it's rain season..." Before she was able to continue to work, she heard a ping announcing a job from the higher ups. 'Power is out in the city, I have lost signal and need your help to keep tabs. If the phone is ready send him out.' Sighing, she walked over to the shelf where her finished work waited to be used. Taking the modern looking smart phone with her, she looked over to the tall guy in her home.

"You have a job to do if you are bored," she announced as she tossed the phone at him, "You will get jobs through that so the phone is yours." The phone was normal looking on the outside, but it was completely different from the inside. The phone was personally made for S.o.S. to keep an eye on their new face, perfect for no real face to face interactions. "If you find anything out of sorts, tell me and I will fix it. Now, don't interrupt me, unlike you I have to work to stay here," Sue sassed as she went back to her workbench.

The lights went out in the shop which frustrated her. "Nuegine!" she called out which was answered with the lights going back on, thanks to the generator. A tall muscular man with jet black hair and tattoos all over his arms came out into the work space and eyed the new guy in his home. Without another word, he walked through another door and entered the back room that housed him and his sister at. Sue looked up at the guy as he continued to stand there and motioned him to get out or take a seat, really she would rather him leave her to her work.

Graeme caught the phone with general ease and looked it over, just a normal phone as far as the average person would see, obviously that wasn't the case. As he slipped it into his pocket he went back to staring out the window, "This ain't just some every day thunderstorm though. If it were I'd be out there already, doing my job." He turned around and looked at what the girl was working on and it simply went over his head. "Ye know, I'd be willing to help around the place so I'm not just bumming and all, the only problem is I have no clue what yer doing or how to do it. Cars I can work, guard detail... well I'm one of the best you'll ever find, but technology, I'm dumber than a rock."

He took out the phone and unlocked it to see that there was a notification. Reading what it had, he knew his mission, and it would be fairly easy if it weren't for Max. Getting Max involved would make the job so much harder. "Don't know if yer boss told ya, but my name is Graeme. Pleasure to meet you and yer coworker." If he was going to be working with or for these two for the foreseeable future, he might as well learn their names at the least.

~Marco Galbo~
marco-jpg.334933

After spending an hour outside, Marco came walking back into the main lobby of the Suncrest Complex, dripping wet with a towel wrapped around him, a black eye, and a knee with a bleeding cut on in. He had been having the best time of his life all up until he accidentally slipped off of his raft and slammed face-first into a bunch of garbage cans. Marco even came to believe that, at the moment he slid off of his raft, he skipped on the water-covered ground before hitting the garbage cans. Like how a pebble skips when it gets thrown across a lake. Only in this case, Marco was the pebble.

Making his way to a nearby table where a young black couple were about to kiss, Marco let out a loud sigh of disappointment as he rested his feet on the table, not noticing the confused couple as he reached over to grab a handful napkins to wipe his knee. After putting the now bloody napkins down, the young man scratched his armpit before noticing the young couple sitting across him, both with frustration from having a random boy rudely interrupt their day out together.

“Uuuuuhhh…” Marco’s face blushed in embarrassment as he tried to think of something to say, “... Soooooo there was this photographer who was positionin’ a lady and her husband to start takin’ wedding photos when he asked, “Have you ever modeled?” The lady’s cheeks turned redder than raspberries and she said, “No, I haven’t. But I always thought …” But then the photographer interrupted her as he said: “No no no, I meant him!””

Marco was met with an awkward silence by the black couple, prompting Marco to say as he tried to keep on a smile, “Get it...?”

...

“It’s a gay joke.”
