I think I was sort of in another world, because when I was finally aware of the world around me, there was a woman saying, "Hey cutie." I shrieked in surprise. Grabbing her arm, I continued to say, "You scared the shit out of me!" A blonde girl I never saw before came into the room. She said nothing but "A bunch of us are by the pool if you want." I looked at the woman next to me. She was pretty. "Let's go to the pool!" I said, grinning.

Location: now downstairs looking for pain meds

I walked downstairs, rubbing my back. God my back hurt. It felt like someone threw a snowball with a frozen core directly at my lower back, but the throw was as hard as they possibly could throw it. As I stepped out of the staircase, I heard talking from by the pool. Oh good, basically most of them are distracted, all i have to do is... I pause that train of thought as I notice two girls that wasn't with the rest. So much for not being seen.

Minding my own business, I quietly start going through the kitchen cupboards in my search. Remembering the locations of various cooking utensils, the variety of food we have here, spots to hide snacks, and dishes.

I giggle as the girl told me I had scared her before another girl walked into the room. Just as beautiful as the one I was talking to now I sent the blonde girl a wave before looking back to the one that held my arm. My happy smile though quickly turned into one of some shock and It was clear I was rather surprised by the girls reaction but quickly I grinned back and spoke. "Why not!" I said excitedly before I noticed another boy walk into the kitchen silently. Sending him a wave I spoke. "Hello!" I said to him happily before I looked back to the girl I was with and spoke to her. "My names Annabelle." I told her before grabbing her right hand and quickly I started to pull her for the pool. Now that I knew we had a pool I was diying to take a dip but I didn't have my swimsuit on. Oh well though! I can dry my clothes out later!!

After my arrival, the attention was drawn towards me. My bright smile continued to be plastered across my face but now it came more naturally. I bit my tongue and looked at the ground then back up at this group of people. The men glanced me over which was a usual occurrence I found as I got older. The women weren't as necessarily impressed. The Tattooed smaller guy spoke first and with it came a wink which caused me to chuckle a little bit and my eyebrows to raise. Followed by one of the blonde girls declaring she didnt and actually had taste. Followed by the large man in the pool, I gave him a strange look as he questioned a drink he could have in a bottle. "Well personally..." I said. " I think you should a least get to know me before I start whipping out drinks." I laughed and walked closer to the crowd. " My name is Carmella." As the Large man questioned if anybody would get into the pool. Without a single word following my introduction I took off my hat and handed it politely to the tattooed smaller guy, I used the tips of my feet to kick off my sneakers and socks then I casually walked to the steps of the pool and walked in fully clothed. Then dunking my head under the water. It was borderline between cold and comfortable but God was it refreshing. I closed my eyes and came up for hair slicking my hair back out of my face and grinning as carefree and relaxed as I could be.
