He's not gonna be killed unless he attacks. Willow just activated the Breach Alarm and that brought out the Particle Cannons
He'll just be escorted out if he doesn't get the brief. Roy doesn't want this to end in death, or really even kicking him out, but she doesn't back down from insubordination

Despite Emil's arrogance and stupidity, he feels the same way about insubordination. But I'm writing it out as if he's challenging her worth as a leader, since he's of the mindset that respect is earned through actions and not by titles. So how she handles his insubordination is going to play a part of whether or not he'll be loyal and respectful, or continue to be a thorn to Roy's side.
A bit of character development, if you don't mind it so early.
